ussop: for a period of his childhood i feel like he was an adamant believer that he didn’t have a dad. (yassop knew he could’ve sent a letter or sum)

benn becky: acts like the responsible one but is just as irresponsible as shanks when it comes to certain things (THEM FAWKING CIGARETTES THATS RLLY A BLUNT)

sanji: he has a journal(it’s a diary) and he writes little letters to his mom everyday…he’s done it since she passed and he still has all the journals he went through. (damn that’s kinda sad)

whitebeard: as much as he’d hate to admit it…he kinda considers shanks and buggy as his sons seeing as he kinda watched them grow up. (him and roger coparented lol)

roger: he accidentally forgot shanks and buggy on an island…yes it happened more than once. (man ik rayleigh was on his ass..)

Borsalino

he would spoil his child 100 %, and he would buy the best clothes too...like you see his suit and glasses? that man loves show off his wealth, and he would shows off through his child too. I think he would buy them mostly classy clothes, nothing casual or sportive.

he is a man who is very polite, so i guess he would teach his child to be polite too. i don't think he would be stern like sakazuki, but he would teach them through corrections of their speach, like:

"y\n, you have to say please when you ask something. please repeat it now properly"

he wuould tell them with a sweet voice, not wanting his child to feel like he is judging them.

he would be smitten with his child's cuteness, saying "so kawai" and smiling softly at them, probably for that little face that his child manages to get away with almost everything. Almost with everything because I feel like he would love that his child would be polite like him.

100% he would take his child at work and showing them off with all the others admirals, even if he has to meet akainu's irritation. He would carry them on his broad shoulder, and he would let them see all marineford, of course he won't take them to the renuion.

he would fear that his child could become a pirate, even if he never tells anyone. He fears this scenario because he already knows that it would put him in an umfortable position

i don't think he would really attack\hurt them, but he would be really struggle at the beginning since he always have followed the orders.

still, he won't push to become a marine.

Sakazuki

oh boy, i think he would be a very stern dad, he wouldn't take care of his child he would TRAIN them, like he would be more a sergent than an actual dad. He would still spend time with his child playing, but he would mostly teaching them to be a marine since birth.

he can't allow his child become an enemy of the law like happened to garp, he would lose respect of himself (we know that sakazuki doesn't like garp much because his child and grandson are both enemy of world government).

probabily he would have a stroke if his child would become a pirate lmao.

he is stil smart enough to know that being too strict would led them to resent them, so he learns to be more lenient with them, letting them getting away with few things, playing with any game the want ( as long as the game isn't too stupid).

i feel like he would be a bit controlling, expecially about friendship that his child has.

he would take his child at work too, to show them the importance of working as marine. He would take them to the training camp, then he would take them to his office; he would take them to a mission too ( not extremly dangerous, he just wants let them know how marine operate)

Kuzan

the most chill dad 100%, he would let and would spur his child to become an indipendent person. He won't teach like sakazuki the importance to be a marine, he would let his child choose his way. Even if they would choose to be a pirate, he would accept them, even if he would be worried about them

he would still protect them even if it's from a far

he won't spoil their child too much, more like he would teach them to be humble, and expecially to be kind towards others. When he see them to act compassionate, even towards an animal, he would be so proud and warm <3

more than pay for very expensive clothes, he spends time with them. He would play whatever game his child wanna play, even if he have to act a bit silly, he would do it. And he would loove nap with them.

Summary - Headcanon: Your the marine daughter of one of the admiral (all seperatly), you can't find a husband because of your devil's fruit that allows you to control insect. But now insect live in you. Pairing : Akainu, Aokiji and Kizaru.

AKAINU

He feels guilty, because it was him that give you this devil fruit to be more powerfull.

You are HIS daughter, even if he is a rough persona he cares a LOT about you. You are his dear daughter.

And he won't let anyone make you suffer. When a man cause you to cry he will ask you if he can kill him.

At first he was rude to you, saying that it's your fault you have to control more your power. But when he see how much you suffer, oh god it was a heartbreaking for him.

He is very busy but will do effort to help you with your quest to find someone. If one a his subordinated seems to be someone of trust for him, Akainu will ask them they are scared of insects and tactless if they want to date you. It's inappropriate but Akainu now that when you will find someone, maybe your smile will raising up on your face.

His office is always open for you. Akainu will not let someone come in his office if you are with him. Disturb must goes away.

Really good listener.He will do his best to take all your pain.

He is really proud of you and will always reminds you by some affections.

Be prepared you will go to shopping with him and he will become your personnel coach. He is si invested, maybe sometimes too much. He takes this role more seriously than his job. Sometimes you have to calm him down.

Sometimes he will give you some important words to help you. He will try some activities with you take the make you think about something else. But if the activity is doing'move't move much to you can be sure that he will fall asleep, whatever the effort takes. Pardon him.

So sorry by your that, you suffer that much because you can't find a husband, at the begging he can't understand why the fact that you can't find a husband makes you suffer so much. But he will understand with time your feelings. Because of course for him, affairs of hearts are little matters.

He will help you as he want to find a solution for this problem. He would do whatever you want, new clothes? You will have it, go to a restaurant ? Have it too.

He doesn't understand why people can be scare of you because of your power. Like for him these insects are really cute. He finds that really adorable.

A lot of reassurance. Kizaru really care about you, after all you are his little monkey.

He takes plenty time to make sure that you self-confidence is still here. Talk with you a lot, he is you psychologist. He wants to make sure that your suffering is getting low. He wants to have on his shoulder you pain to help you.

🧊Will act nonchalant when first meeting his S/O other than catching him glance at his S/O every once in a while, as something about them did catch his interest and such. He starts feeling more animalistic.

🧊He somehow always knows when his S/O is in trouble and comes to their aid when they are in trouble freezing those that are causing trouble for his S/O or helping them out in the minor invoices as they would need help. Slowly gaining their trust.

He will capture his S/O holding them close to them as it becomes aware that they also can’t get away from him as he will chance them, not even the deep waters in the Grandline would stop him thanks to his Devil Fruit.

🌋Sakazuki (Akainu)🌋

🌋He doesn’t hide he is a Yandere and is interested in his S/O though slowly it isn’t immediately, and it has to be his S/O who is pursuing him. He stays pretty indifferent to them till they catch his eyes, it doesn’t matter what his S/O achieved their goal and caught his interest.

🌋He is at first pretty distant as he is allowing his S/O to explore his manor, and check everything out while he has marines around them all the time watching and reporting everything to him. A few times he will allow his S/O out but most of time out of the manor but a few times he is with them.

🌋He isn’t a fan of other people chatting or talking with his S/O getting jealous right away if a stranger even looks in their direction and not hesitating to his authority to make sure they understood that he wouldn’t want anyone taking his toy away.

🌋He really starts seeing his S/O as his own toy as he is a selfish man who wouldn’t allow anyone near his S/O other than those he ordered. Even those who are ordered aren’t allowed to talk to his S/O making the only company for them his Akainu himself.

🌋He will act indifferent when his S/O wants attention and praises them. He is a master at manipulating them, if his S/O doesn’t wonder or go far he will give them a treat. If they don’t listen he becomes indifferent and of course, he will blame his S/O if they are put in danger and while he will save them they will be in lockdown down even not leaving the room.

At first, he would probably act like he doesn’t have a clue that today is your birthday. Perhaps it makes you a little upset, but he has a certain unnoticeable glare in the corner of his eye, implying that he hasn’t entirely forgotten. He does this every year, but he still manages to make you fear that he actually forgot this time.

The day passes by, being casual. Nothing particularly interesting happened… ‘till the clock hit afternoon hours.

As you were away from home, whether it was due to work or something else, he had some time to prepare. As you come home, he surprises you by boldly grabbing you by your waist and pulling you closer, looking directly in your eyes as he drawls out the words with his usual tone: “Happy birthday, my dear~”

He leads you further into the house, then reaching for something from a shelf so high up you could not see what was on it. He pulls out a tiny gift which was tidily and cutely packed. You knew immediately that he didn’t wrap the gift himself as he handed it to you. He always gets you something to lift up your spirit and celebrate you and as you opened it, this year he had gotten you something you had mentioned to him like once. It amazed you how he manages to appear so unbothered, still being quite keen to little details about his S/O and remembering them.

Sakazuki / Akainu

As for your birthdays, he seems to always remember them. He gets up early, even if he doesn’t have work, and prepares you a fulfilling breakfast to start your day. He doesn’t dare to wake you up so early, so he saves his words for later. If he happens to have work that day, he leaves your breakfast waiting in the fridge. He usually tries to get off work a little earlier if he has work. He wants to spend the day with you.

At some point, when you share a moment together again, he looks at you, softness in his gaze. “Year older today, right? Congrats” he says with his hoarse voice. He tends to only give you a gift when you turn decades or so, but he still tries to make your birthdays a little more special than usual days. He doesn’t, surprisingly enough, hold back on that.

He might cook you dinner at home, serve you a good wine with it or he might take you out on a date. Whatever for you on your special day. This year he took you to a restaurant.

Him. He seems more cheerful than usual on your birthdays. He makes sure that he keeps you in a good mood throughout the day. He skips any duties he has for that day and is excited to treat you today. No slacking or laziness from him today.

He had this fun idea once to take you on a bike ride with him, take you sightseeing and visit the more romantic and exquisite places together. This year was no different. He took you on a ride, acting like a real gentleman, taking you somewhere. Neither of you knows where, but he plans to spend an unforgettable day together. You arrived, walking around. He suddenly grips on your hands and looks at you. “Delightful birthday to you, my love. Have you enjoyed the day so far?” he asked with the warmest smile you’ve ever seen.

What comes to the gift, he usually buys you something nice from the island you are visiting. Whatever you want, as long as he has enough money for it.

The day started like usual, but he had plans for your birthday months in advance. He has such a big heart, he doesn’t want you to feel like anyone forgot your birthday. When the need for acceptance trumps one’s own morals (Akainu)

The light never seemed to touch you, as you were unable to break away from your father’s shadow. Whenever you were acquainted with another, your surname piqued their interest more than the individual they were speaking to. Though the yearning to be recognized as your own person persisted, the want to live up to the name that’d been passed down gnawed at you. 

Growing up under the watchful eye of your stern and cold father planted the seed of feeling inferior—igniting the drive to earn your place as his son.

Without any particular talents, your will to push forth began to falter as you struggled to move up the ladder in the Marines. That being said, the adversities you faced molded you into one worthy of bearing the title of Captain, but the title bore a weight that was unbeknownst to many, one which tested the limits of your morality.

The cruelty in this world brought out the worst in people—forcing them to act against their better judgment in order to get ahead in life. You saw those who’d started out as sound individuals, only wanting to protect and serve civilians being morphed into greedy, power hungry heathens. When you didn’t fall into the same pits of damnation, even going so far as to speak out against your fellow Marines, the title you held was put into question by your higher-ups.

Even a title worthy of praise and admiration wasn’t enough for your father to give you that drop of encouragement, that smidge of approval you’d been working endlessly to obtain. When your loyalties were questioned, any hope you were holding onto was slipping. His glare burrowed into your soul; while he delivered the formal warning, your ears strained to focus over the sound of your suppressed heaving breaths.

The days following were met with inner turmoil—thoughts which clouded your mind and casted darkness during a time when you were in most need of light. With news of war trickling down through the ranks, a chance at redemption was overshadowed by the fleeting opportunity of regaining ethics.

As the weight of each blow collided with the irredeemable enemy, the sling of your weapon carried the burden that’d been plaguing you since childhood. Such selfish reasons for fighting didn’t phase you in the moment, instead being pushed aside to fester and later eat away at you in your darkest hour.

Even with the dust from the battlefield having long been settled and the residue on both the ground and survivors having been washed away, only the remnants of that day dwelled.

With your reputation having once been on the chopping block, the regained trust from your fellow Marines brought you such little satisfaction. Even when promoted, the recognition your father bestowed was accompanied by your own bitterness. The praise you’d sought after was lack-luster: faint acknowledgments shown through phrases and subtle nods.

Giving you more time to work alongside him didn’t even grant you the sense of accomplishment you thought you’d wanted. Now feeling as if you were being looked at under a microscope, you begged for your doubts in this cause to go undetected by your father’s eagle eye.

When you expressed your desire to leave the Moby Dick, this was not what you meant damnit.

You ripped off a piece of bread and ate it, trying to ignore the rattle of the chain connected to the bracelet on your wrist. Both were thick and not quite light. The links dragging on the ground in your seated position and leading all the way to Teach’s bracelet. Hilariously, it’s only by being kidnapped a second time that your kidnapper so openly acknowledges that you don’t want to be there. And not pretending like any day now you’d ‘see the light’.

It felt less confusing and ambiguous this way, but that didn’t mean you liked it.

At least you weren’t tied up the whole time, but nearly the whole point of your kidnapping was to use your devil fruit to boost his. And how could he guarantee that if you weren’t literally chained to his side at all times? On his end of the chain was a bolt that could unhook from it, meaning that you both could separate if need be—thankfully. You had no desire to literally be joined with anyone 24/7.

Teach laughed boisterously, taking a heavy chug of his booze as a few opportunistic women smoozed up to him. One less interested in whatever she thought Teach   could offer her was on your side, quietly enjoying her own drink as she leaned against you. Maybe she felt bad for you? You weren’t entirely sure. She was dressed provocatively in a slim black dress, orange hair in a bob around her jawline. If she was here to flirt, she had a weird way of going about it. At this point, you assumed she wanted a break from batting her eyes at drunk pirates.

She was weird. This whole situation was weird. You miss when the weirdest part of your day was pretending a Yonko wasn’t trying to engage in a conversation with you.

Really, the whole affair was strange and more than a little awkward. Especially given what you now know Teach is capable of. It seemed at odds with his rather charismatic and bubbly personality. Though there was an edge to it now that bordered on new-found confidence and sadism. He wouldn’t strictly aim to hurt you. But if it was faster or guaranteed to work, he’d do it with no problem. He had no interest in winning you over, as evidenced by the literal chain, but aside from the occasional taunt he wasn’t cruel.

You supposed it all made more sense given that he sailed with Whitebeard for many years. You can’t exactly fit in with a crew like that if you weren’t adaptable. But fuck did you have difficulty comprehending Teach’s betrayal. Sure, other pirate crews experienced betrayal every now and then. It was a rather cutthroat life at sea among criminals.

But for one of Whitebeard’s sons to murder another?!

You’d be surprised if the news didn’t rattle the marines once it properly got out. That’d be like one of Big Mom’s kids cutting her throat while she slept. Sure, it’s not impossible but… fuck. You knew for a fact that the marines had been trying to subvert Whitebeard’s crew for decades. Double agents either turned up dead, missing, or converted in startlingly short order. And to think they had a snake in the grass without any interference.

Just the prize of a weird devil fruit. Which he’d eaten by now and you’re happy to note that the creepy vibes were cut down significantly once it was claimed.

It still made it hard to sleep well, though. Particularly given how reluctant Teach was to let you out of his sight. It didn’t help that he literally never slept, so when you dozed off he’d just carry you around until you woke up. And his boisterous attitude meant you’d gained a few bruises here and there by sheer accident. You weren’t the shortest marine to enlist by far but Teach was a big man. The chain and his expressive body language meant that sometimes he yanked you one way or the other or tripped you. He’d apologize and mind his arm for a bit but he’d forget after a while, starting the cycle anew.

You suspected he was looking into something a little less cumbersome for himself. Though he reassured you that a slave collar was out of the question. You were supposed to be right next to him at all times, after all. And if the collar went off? Well, Teach didn’t want to get blasted. No mention about how it would kill you, but the inconvenience of it was implied. How reassuring. Under different circumstances he’d probably just blackmail you, but there really wasn’t anything he could hold over you.

Overall though? This was more uncomfortable than with Whitebeard but made a lot more sense.

“Do you want free?” The woman leaned in close and whispered. You gave her a look, lightly shaking your bruised wrist. The iron bracelet hanging off your wrist with your old marine handkerchief helping reduce the damage.

“You think this is a fashion statement?” You whispered back, eating more bread while ignoring the glance Teach gave you before returning his attention to the other ladies. You conversation partner pouted.

“My associate will be here in the morning. He could free you.” You gave her a slow look. “He’s good at breaking shackles.”

You sighed, the pieces falling into place as you noted the various eyes on the two of you.

“We’ll be gone by then. Teach isn’t keen on his ‘brothers’ catching up. I’m not convinced they’re actually chasing us but still… you don’t need to risk your operation here for me. I’ll be fine.” You wrinkled your nose, a bit bitter that your best option at leaving was still out of reach. “Is there anything else you need?”

Revolutionaries. Now, officially, you have a firm stance against all criminal activities. Just like with pirates, you don’t like revolutionaries. You will arrest them if need be but… if you happen to be busy with something else, and the worst they’re up to is freeing slaves? Well, you can’t be everywhere. And, frankly, the fact that you ultimately answer to Celestial Dragons is more than a little embarrassing. You’d seen one. Didn’t have any real interaction, thankfully. But watching the crude, arrogant fuck parade around like he didn’t look like an idiot was just…

You huffed.

“Why does a Whitebeard Pirate have a slave?” She whispered. You gave her a small smile.

“Technically, I’m just a prisoner. My devil fruit boosts others and he murdered a commander for his. I guess he feels more confident knowing his new power is even stronger if he runs into his old crew.” You informed her softly. Her eyes widened in shock. “It only works in proximity though so… hence, the chain.” You took a drink of your tea.

“Where is he headed?” You shrugged apologetically.

“Don’t know. He’s mentioned a plan to become a warlord. How he’d justify keeping a marine prisoner with that position, I’m not sure. Yeah… M—The Phoenix grabbed me from my original base. And now I’m here. Embarrassing, I know.” You grumbled as she tried to control her shock. “I think he said something about capturing a big shot pirate for it, though. That’s all I know, unfortunately. I’m not exactly his confidant.”

She nodded.

“Thank you. If we can, we’ll get you free. You’ll owe us though.” You snorted.

“I’m not sure I’ll be a marine after this. Too much of a risk. Not much I’ll be able to help with if you want an inside man. But thanks. The sentiment is appreciated. Good luck, revolutionary.” You sighed as she slipped away.

Teach laughed, glancing down at you again but not saying anything more. If he knew what was up, he didn’t care much. He knew you were stuck between a rock and a hard place. Not only do you have the literal chain to worry about, but also himself. And you’d need more than gumption to take him down, even without a devil fruit.

Ace scowled at the heart monitor. Thatch laying motionless on the bed aside from slow, even breaths. He barely made it out of surgery, requiring all of Marco’s attention to not die. And even then he flatlined twice.

And like it wasn’t bad enough, that fucking bastard took you too!

And the devil fruit Thatch found but that was besides the point.

Maybe, if Marco wasn’t needed, he could have chased after Teach and caught him. But by the time the strenuous surgery was over with, you and Teach were long gone.

The idea was briefly floated that the two of you worked together to murder Thatch and escape. But Ace knew that wasn’t possible. You weren’t like that at all, even with your mostly playful dislike of Thatch, you wouldn’t murder him. You were, frankly, too passive for outright murder. And escaping like that was too risky for someone so cautious. You were honest, though quiet about your opinions. Sweet despite your obvious discomfort in a way Ace found endearing, though a little baffling. Not once acting aggressively towards anyone on board aside from playful jabs. If you’d been capable of murder it would have shown before now. Well before now.

Marco knew you a little better and agreed with Ace. You weren’t a killer. Your preferred fighting style was defensive and playful, aware of your weaknesses. If you had worked with Teach to escape, Thatch would have just been knocked out or locked in the room instead. It would be smarter, after all. Leaving would already piss them off. No need to add actual murder to the mix.

And the idea that you could sway Teach to betray them was ridiculous. Somehow more ridiculous than their brother of many years up and murdering a commander. Not nearly enough time on board, let alone in Teach’s presence to accomplish that. You also had no reason to ensure Teach would receive a devil fruit you’d just learned of and clearly disliked. To the point that you didn’t even argue when Oyaji called you ���child’ when you sensed it originally. Even looking to him for comfort briefly.

Escaping them? Sure, as much as Ace hated to admit it, you hadn’t quite warmed up to them all just yet. You were getting close though!

If… if you did work with Teach for this…

Marco had divulged a plan to Ace some time ago. If you started lashing out and acted up. Specially brewed tea for a few weeks and isolation. Not quite Ace’s first thought but he knew what kind of headspace that would put you in. Hell, Luffy being threatened with being completely alone was enough to withstand torture as a child. And even Ace himself could admit that the isolation he experienced, in many forms, fucked with him. Hard.

So.

If you were partially responsible for this, Ace would simply follow through with the plan. Even if it was a bit cruel.

If you weren’t? If you’d been taken from your new (reluctant) home? Teach has a whole new crime to answer for. Though… maybe being grounded for a while would help you settle down finally. They’d had enough friction in the family for a while.

Teach was getting a personal punishment from Oyaji regardless of your involvement for nearly murdering Thatch. Nothing, absolutely nothing, should have made him turn traitor like that. Ace admitted he was fond of you but, to put it lightly, it wasn’t enough to kill his family for. You were family. Anything else can be worked on. Not that he has a lot of room to talk about attempted murder on family members, really, but that was different! He started with the murder attempts!

“…We’ll get them back, Thatch. I promise.” Ace stood up and stormed out the room. Ready to tell Oyaji he was leaving to get revenge. Marco walked out from the shadows of the hospital room, keeping pace with him. His expression grim as he smiled at Ace.

“Ready to go hunting?” Marco asked, eyes glowing despite the well-lit hallway.

Ace grinned.

“Yeah. I am.”

It had only been a day since you went missing. And the clock started ticking. For you and Teach.

They’d be there soon.

Akainu burned the wooden desk beneath his hands, scowling down at the picture a spy had taken.

You were off the Moby Dick finally. Away from those filthy pirates. But he wasn’t happy about it.

You looked worn down from your time being held captive. Glasses cracked and dark circles under your eyes. A chain tying you to the bastard next to you, keeping you close.

A hiss left his clenched teeth. He’d heard word of what happened. How you ‘left’ the Whitebeard Pirates.

And he didn’t think it was possible to hate pirates more. But Marshal D. Teach accomplished just that, earning a special place in Akainu’s heart.

To be a criminal, a fucking pirate, was a crime worthy of death. But to be a traitor to the crew he’d sworn allegiance to on top of that? Thinking he deserved to have you by his side like you should be by Akainu?

Irredeemable scum he’d soon immolate off the map so thoroughly there’d be nothing left but an echo of ‘Blackbeard’s’ screams.

you two are very similar. In fact, no one has ever seen Kizaru angry, or actually feel any negative emotion, he always wears the same smirk. And even though he sometimes seems sadistic in dealing with the pirates he doesn't show anger like Sakazuki.

joking aside, I feel like colliding with Kizaru or Kizaru colliding with you are very rare events. It's more likely that Kizaru gets mad at you for something, although as soon as he sees your little face looking at him with that calm look he forgets all his anger.

but these events are rare, you never get angry and Kizaru is too lazy to start an argument with you, among other things with a person who has never raised his voice with anyone.

and even when he gets angry with you, the yellow monkey can at most show a face of frustration, but he will never raise his voice at you (in reality he has never done this with anyone), if the topic involves him excessively he may change tone of voice (he doesn't raise it but simply stops dragging the words)

Sakazuki

I think you are one of the few, if not the only person to calm his anger. But in the beginning it wasn't always like this… the first time he got pissed at you and saw you looking at him with that innocent look while asking him to please stop because he was attracting attention, he thought you were teasing him.

then he started to understand that you couldn't get angry, he doesn't know how you do it, especially when the world is full of idiots and incompetents.

at first he looked at you as if you were an alien, sometimes he tried to force you to get angry, for example by shouting at you for silly things at work, but nothing seemed to trigger your anger so he gave up feeling defeated. You are one of the few people who managed to surprise him.

when you see him get angry you always try to calm him down (also because you are worried about his physical well-being). Sometimes you succeed, other times you just end up making the situation worse. But you never get angry with him, so much so that the marines think you are some kind of divine gift.

Kuzan

as Jinbei said, Aokiji is a man who rarely shows his passion. Generally he never gets angry either, he is much more laid back (similar to Borsalino). So arguments with him are very rare, also because he really doesn't have the energy to argue, especially with you.

he was surprised when after a guy spilled a drink on you only for you to refuse him and you just looked at him and told him he shouldn't have done that…I mean, he got mad about you and you, on the other hand, didn't Did you show the slightest sign of anger?

so, just like Sakazuki, he tried to whet your anger, through for example jokes like throwing you in the pool or ruin your food, but nothing. All you did was ask him to never do that again because you didn't like these pranks.

the rare times he gets angry with you and raises his voice (we know that in fact he can be loud sometimes), he immediately feels guilty when he looks into your eyes. You are too cute to be mad. Then she immediately apologizes and tries to make up for what he has done through gifts or bringing you coffee.

🧊When he asks Reader out, it is more passing by in the hallway. Reader is probably hurrying about somewhere while he is out napping in the garden. He will call Reader to him, before asking them out just causally while his pinky is cleaning his ear.

🧊He always found Reader to be interesting and cute as they were always running around taking orders or helping fellow marines. Or even helping citizens, he finds all that charming and the heart of the Marines.

🧊On the date is very casual clothing with a beanie and his night mask on his forehead, it isn’t like he put much thought into the date, or dressing up. In fact, he did think about it for a while trying to figure out what Reader liked and planning on the date.

🧊The date itself is very casual as he takes Reader around the village both trying new things before going to the park and taking a nap. He finds a very comfortable spot for both of them to relax of course he brings books for Reader if she doesn’t want to sleep.

🧊He will wake up every so often and chat with Reader before sundown and help Reader head home. It is a very relaxing date and if Reader hints they want another date he will offer a second date already planning for it.

Sakazuki (Akainu)

🌋Reader will have to ask him on a date, he is obviously too busy for much of a date or even think about a date but when Reader asks it does take him much by surprise a bit. He will stop scribbling on his paper to glance at Reader removing his cigar from his lips and staring at Reader before he nods in agreement giving a specific date and time.

🌋He will meet the Reader at the marine base dressed in a traditional Japanese kimono showing off his tattoo. He will walk with Reader in one arm sitting in his kimono. There isn’t much conversation he and Reader will walk back to his place.

🌋While Reader did ask him out, he planned the whole date and as expected it is a simple but traditional Japanese date. He would take Reader to the hot springs where they would shower in separate tubs or together depending on how close of relationship is and share conversations about the latest events going on in the world and what to do with removing the pirates.

🌋He will later take Reader out for some tea, enjoying green tea with traditional Japanese sweets. He is the one that makes the tea for  Reader and shows off his bonsai tree and while they sit in silence he will show Reader how to take care of the tree and such.

🌋The date ends with him showing Reader a personal room of their own after all it be too much of a hassle to have Reader walk back to the base. There is a long silence as the date has long ended and he stares at Reader only to be surprised when Reader gives him a kiss and walks away to their room thanking him for the date. He will smile ever so slightly.
