ANYWAY. I’m obsessed with Ais and Vere from touchstarved and it’s only been a demo so far. And ever since the devs confirmed they’re FWB and broke it off because Ais got too attached they’ve been living in my head rent free. So here’s a Drabble!

CW for blood, tears, and somewhat toxic relationship dynamics but I feel like that’s just canon for this game 😅

How many times have they gone out drinking and left out the backdoor, all over each other? Ais begging Vere to go down on him in the alley behind the Wet Wick, Vere fussing at him that his clothes are nice damn it, he will not kneel in filth for him, no matter how badly he wants Ais's cock.

Ais gives a sharp tug on the chain that attaches Vere's collar to his harness to pull him closer, to whisper in a soft, twitching ear all the filthy things he's going to do to him tonight. Vere moaning and grabbing his hand and dragging him away to the nearest (expensive) hotel they can find.

Their sex is always violent and harsh. Ais bites anywhere he can sink his fangs in, Vere shreds his back with his sharp claws. At some point, blood smears on Vere's face but he's too horny, too needy to care.

He's flipped over on his stomach, tears streaming down his face as Ais pulls on his tail and thrusts into him. Vere's ears are pinned to his head, and he screams when he finishes, Ais's name a snarl on his lips.

Afterwards they're lying in the bed, the mattress and sheets shredded and covered in blood. Vere sighs and clucks his tongue, bitching about how much he'll have to pay the owner for this. It's in this moment that Ais admires just how beautiful Vere is, the blood staining his soft skin to blend in with the fiery hair that sticks to his neck, and tried tear tracks on his cheeks reflecting the soft light of the room.

And it's here that Ais realizes this isn't just casual sex with his his only friend. Shit, maybe it never was just that. But somehow, he's fallen for this sadistic fucker, and he needs out.

More of my Ais/Vere bullshit

After going through some painful burnout and writer’s block, I’m back on my bullshit! Another snippet of my Ais/Vere fix I’m slowly working on below the cut.

The man with the fox features sees him and gives him a sly smirk before making his way over to the empty stool beside Ais.

Ais puts his glass down on the bar top, slamming it a bit harder than he means to.

“My, what do we have here?” A voice like silken chocolate purrs as the fox-eared man takes a seat in the empty stool next to Ais. “Don’t think I’ve seen you around here before.”

Ais raises and eyebrow and rests his chin in his hand. “I’m a regular, so that’s a crock of shit.”

The red haired man chuckles that intoxicating laugh of his before flagging down Leander. “Champagne, please.”

Leander sighs, as if he’s been through this before. “You know we don’t carry that here. Does this look like a classy enough place to carry champagne?”

Fox ears flatten somewhat at that. “Then what’s that nice bottle you’ve been hiding behind the counter for the last month?”

“For a special occasion.” Leander shrugs. “Not for customers, anyway.”

Ais watches the exchange as the two volley their retorts at each other. It’s clear they know each other, and Ais is a bit pissed Leander never introduced him to this beautiful man.

“Fine.” The fox eared man huffs dramatically. “Whatever red wine you have.”

“We only have white.”

Now Ais is sure Leander is just fucking with this guy.
