how do you get such thick thighsā¦ i need this power
walk a lot like if theres a place thats a mile away that you gotta get to just walk there. Then do a few squats, ease into it start with 10 then increase by 5 until you get to 60 and do 60 a day for two weeks then two sets of 60 every day with a rest day every 4 days. theres also a genetics factor I'm just gonna guess my thighs are fat due to dna and not specificly from exercise. Eat protien rich stuff. Drink water. Listen to both smooth and japanese fusion jazz. The music is mandatory

Rie [Sabbath of Castor] Part 3
Previously: Part 2
Mei: Itās time to go where I really wanted to go today.
Rie: Right. Lead me, Mei. I will follow you to the dayās bitter end.
---
Mei: Here we are.
Rie: The observation deckā¦. I recall my mother brought us here once, many moons ago.
Mei: I do too.
Rie: Butā¦it looks completely different from how I remember it.
Mei: They renovated it a few years ago.
Rie: Ah, did they? Whatever they did, the view outside is still much the same. ā¦Itās beautiful.
Mei: The Skytree wasnāt built yet back then. Tokyo Tower was, though.
Rie: Hehe. Oh, whatās that? A baseball stadium? Itās so much brighter than everything around it. And because of its shape, it looks like the moon.
Rie: Ah! I remember seeing it back then too. It looked so weird to me, the way it glowed so wide and round.
Rie: Ahaha. It looks exactly how it did back then. Do you remember, Mei?
Mei: I do. After that, you suddenly got interested in baseball games. I also remember how you dragged me into it too.
Rie: O-oh, I did?
Mei: You could never win a single game against me, though.
Rie: That goes for all kinds of games, given youā¦
Mei: That hasnāt changed at all, huh.
Rie: ā¦Hey, Mei. Some people say they look like stars on the ground, but the lights down belowā¦those are all from electricity, huh?
Rie: Lights from buildings, from cars, and even from stoplights. Lights that only exist because humans doā¦ I wonder, how many people am I looking at, right now?
Mei: ā¦This observation deck is 251 m above the ground. Assuming a 6% increase in line of sight due to atmospheric refractionā¦
Mei: And assuming the Earth is a perfect sphere with a radius of 6378 km, and no obstructionsā¦
Mei: A simple calculation yields a calculated visible distance of 59.98 km, for a visible area of 11,302.32 square kilometres.
Rie: Uhh, sureā¦so that meansā¦?
Mei: All of Tokyo is easily within range. At least half of each of the neighbouring prefectures of Saitama, Chiba, and Kanagawa should also be visible.
Rie: W-wait, really?! Mmm, but itās so dark itās hard to make out the details.
Mei: Itās simple math.
Rie: ā¦By the way. Why did you want to bring me here today?
Mei: I wanted to go somewhere we went as children. Thatās true for both this observation deck as well as earlier on the street.
Rie: ā¦Right.
Mei: Our circumstances have changed quite a bit. AiRBLUE, moving into the dormā¦
Rie: ā¦Yes, they sure have. But I donāt think thatās a bad thing.
Mei: No, not at all.
Mei: And itās not just our circumstances. Both you and I have changed as well.
Mei: And yetā¦
Rie: Yeah.
Mei: In this ever-changing worldā¦some things remain constant. Those things are precious too, I think.
Rie: ā¦
Mei: I wanted to look for them today.
Mei: The things that have changed in the sceneries we saw when we were littleā¦
Mei: And the things that havenāt. I wanted to find them both.
Rie: I see.
Rie: ā¦
Rie: ā¦Hehhehhehheh.
Rie: What a foolās errand youāve been on! For that which is unchanging has been beside you all along, has it not?! I, the archdemon Ellis!
Rie: I may have taken to consorting with mortals a little more as of late, but demon blood yet courses through my veins. That will not change so easily.
Rie: Even if it isā¦wellā¦a little troublesome, perhaps, at times!
Mei: ā¦So you noticed.
Rie: Come, let us draw closer to the window.
Rie: Gaze upon all those people kilometres below alongside me!
Rie: And, umā¦thanks. For today. For planning all of this, to celebrate my nativity.
Mei: Your birthday only comes once a year, after all.
Rie: Hehehe.
Rie: Ahhh, that stadium sure does glow. Itās as if the full moon has crashed down to earth.
Rie: Not only stars on the ground, but the moon as wellā¦people truly can create such beautiful scenery, that much hasnāt changedā¦
Mei: ā¦Yes. If thatās what you think, Rieā¦Iām sure itās true.
Fin.

Riko [Unhatched Seiyuu] Part 2
Previously: Part 1
Vroooom.
Sound of the waves.
Riko: Alright, weāre here!
Mahoro: Wowā¦I had no idea about this placeā¦
Riko: Pretty cool, isnāt it? Talk about a picturesque view! A perfect cliff with a gorgeous view of the ocean.
Riko: Sometimes, when I want to just get away from it all for a while, I come here.
Mahoro: Hmm. And what makes you want to do that?
Riko: Heh. It probably sounds weird, but I guess when Iām missing my family a lot?
Mahoro: Wait, how come? Canāt you just go home for a visit in that case?
Riko: Wellā¦the thing isā¦
Mahoro: Mhm?
Riko: I have a little brother in high school, and a sister in middle school. So Iām the only one whoās left the nest, you know?
Mahoro: Right.
Riko: So it just kind ofā¦feels bad, I guess, if Iā¦
Riko: If I were to come home before Iāve even made anything of myself. Wouldnāt that be justā¦lame?
Mahoro: ā¦
Riko: I know my family worries about me. My chosen career isnāt exactly a stable one, after all.
Mahoro: ā¦Right.
Riko: So I donāt want to go back just yet. I donāt want to go home unless I can hold my head high and say that I worked hard and gave it my all.
Mahoro: I donāt think you need to be so stubborn about it.
Riko: I wouldnāt say Iām being stubborn. Iām justā¦focusing on all the work Iāve still got to do first.
Mahoro: That said, I do feel a littleā¦envious of you, I think.
Riko: How come?
Mahoro: I donāt have anything like that.
Mahoro: Iām an only child, and my familyās fairly well-off. From childhood, I was already in the spotlight as an actress.
Riko: Our poor washed-up ex-actress.
Mahoro: Cut it out. It does get in my way sometimes, you know. Old habits die hard. I still sometimes catch myself getting complacent and just drifting through it all.
Riko: I seeā¦
Mahoro: Iāve only made it this far thanks to everyone else being there with me. If I was on my ownā¦I canāt know for sure, but I donāt think I couldāve stuck with it.
Riko: I donāt think thatās true. Youāreā¦pretty strong, you know.
Mahoro: I dunno about that. I still think it is.
Riko: Weāve gotta keep at it, yeah? Along with everyone else.
Mahoro: Yeah. For sure.
Riko: Heheā¦this may have gotten a little heavier than I thought it would. Too much?
Mahoro: I wouldnāt say soā¦then again, weāre both turning a little red here.
Riko: Thatās the frightful power of the sea, I guessā¦come on, letās go home! Our family, AiRBLUE, is waiting!
Mahoro: Roger that.
