Real talk this is how that would go down hence why I wouldn't do it

Sunny would be hardened, not as soft and friendly as she is. Honestly she would probably be miserable as his wife because she doesn't like how violent he can be with his subordinates even though he would never lay a finger on her in that way.

He does love her but the way he shows it is more with gifts than anything which isn't what she wants.

She would just be known as The Wife. No one knows her name. The people of Alabasta see her husband as some hero and her as the beautiful and doting wife if there are ever any public appearances.

She would be friends with Bon Clay because why not? He makes her laugh any time they interact. She doesn't smile much around her husband, however.

When Croc is defeated and ends up at Impel Down she sees her chance for freedom. She convinces everyone she was innocent in all of this. She had no idea what her husband had been up to this whole time.

Except then he escapes with so many others and is in the war. He finds her and is relieved to bring her home where he is setting up an organization with Mihawk. She doesn't want to be there.

Come to find out some literal clown has borrowed a large sum of money from her husband that now needs to be paid back. Threats and violence aren't helping get it paid back any faster so she offers to go talk to Buggy who she has never met before, but upon meeting him thinks he has lovely hair and a certain charm about him.

He's absolutely terrified though because he had no idea Crocodile was married and this woman with her hair down, wearing overalls and a shirt with a bunny on it has come to negotiate with him and in a way it's more terrifying than anything the others could do because Sunny does not look violent or cruel in the slightest but Buggy can't be too sure.
