I actually already have one sketched out! I’m trying to hustle and get the Good Place and the Librarians done before christmas, but it’s kind of probably too much to realistically get done. Still, I’m trying! I do love the show, I just sat down and absolutely DEVOURED the seasons on Hulu and was like WHAT THAT’S ALL!?!? and then had to buy the next season on Amazon- totally worth it though, I can’t wait to see where they go with Cassandra’s magic and everything!

He did indeed. Both his sprite and his model’s action show distress, when given an answer to the question he prompted. From how he posed that question at that time, he really wanted to know right there and then. He couldn’t let such a burning question sit.

It’s also interesting to note that he’s had this power for a long time, and he noted having not solved the mystery. Hindsight has even more weight on that moment.

GOD. IT’S TRUE. You can swap ppl in and out v easily. firefighter!character a and vet!chatacter b. character a doesn’t think they like cats until a cat basically adopts them and they meet character b at the pet shop character b is working at. Actually, the book its based off of is told from the cat’s perspective so I’ve been low key dying to read it. It sounds incredible.

AH ok I haven’t done Makoto’s confidant fully yet. The specifics of “it was three years ago” was mentioned in the main plot so I was like !?!? but hmm yeah that’s probably not Shido being a fuck then.

   oh that’s a good song!! i don’t tend to listen to podcasts but thank you for the recommendation! :)    So I don’t tend to listen to podcasts either, I literally just have two and every other one I’ve tried has just slid off my brain like hot butter off the edge of a counter top. It just...does not work. But! Friends at the Table is genuinely the most interesting storytelling I’ve come across in years. Maybe ever? Maybe ever. Takes some time to get used to but it’s definitely the highlight of my week at this point and I just. I love it. I love it so much. Also everyone’s just super queer? It’s so good. Goddamn.

i've seen this and it bugs me SO BAD. suicide is a really complex thing and seeing it reduced to "she didn't care enough about him" is??? really gross??? despite the game being (in part) about abuse victims taking back their lives, this fandom's ironically real bad with victim-blaming

Yeah, this seems to be treated especially badly when the victim is an adult. Jeez, adults aren’t exactly invulnerable guys.

I know we don’t know a whole lot about Goro’s mum but.. being left alone and ostracised by pretty much everyone and fucked over by the government, must have been hell in so many ways. She was likely in a bad way already while pregnant, thanks to Shido.

The point we were supposed to take away from that was that it was a tragedy for her and Goro.
