Slight Warning: nightmares, bedwetting, emetophobia, mommy issues, spoilers for Kaveh's backstory, read at your own volition

Kaveh is a flip!

—Kaveh is a flip with a little lean!

—Kaveh's regression age is 0-3, he's baby!

—Kaveh's primary caregiver(s) are Alhaitham, Tighnari, Cyno, and on a few rare occasions, Wanderer!

—You'd think he'd be a high maintenance/high energy little due to how hyper he is as an adult, but baby Kaveh is actually rather low energy. He likes taking naps quite a lot too.

—Kaveh's favorite toys are a Goose plushie named Gee, and a tin of building blocks Alhaitham bought him. Kaveh loves building little towers and houses. Kaveh takes Gee everywhere with him, and Kaveh will cry if Gee gets "hurt" (stained fur/ripped fabric/fell in some mud/all those things) and will be inconsolable until Gee is better.

—Kaveh cries quite a surprising amount, the smallest things make him cry, he dropped his bottle? Its the end of the world. The sky isn't the right shade of blue? Unacceptable. Oftentimes a warm bottle and a cuddle will calm him down, but sometimes Kaveh just needs/wants to cry.

—Kaveh's pacifier is orange and yellow with a lion sticker, it's basically glued to his mouth, it's one of the reasons why Kaveh is nonverbal when in Littlespace.

—Kaveh is a padded little, he has nightmares of when his parents left, especially his father, which often leads to needing a diaper change.

—Kaveh wears almost exclusively onesies, he hates wearing adult clothes, especially his usual attire with the open chest.

—Kaveh has been mistaken as a girl, which he takes as a compliment. Kaveh doesn't mind being girly, which Alhaitham thinks is cute and likes to see how far that goes, so far Alhaitham has gotten away with putting Kaveh's hair in pigtails, dressing him in all pink, and on one occasion, even put Kaveh in a dress. Which Kaveh thoroughly enjoyed.

—Kaveh has mild food restrictions, he is a vegan as an adult, but he's made it clear to his caregivers that he'd rather eat meat or animal products then make his little-self go hungry. Oftentimes, Kaveh just has fruit and Oat milk bottles, but on a few rare occasions, he'll help Ali—The name is little-self blessed Alhaitham with—finish up some eggs.

—Kaveh gets stress-sickness a lot when he's small, especially when he thinks about his parents, poor baby throws up a lot because of stress, which means he's in bed a lot. Tighnari is an impromptu pediatrician at times, making sure Kaveh is okay.

—Kaveh can, will, and has cried over thinking his caregiver(s) was leaving him, even just being in a different room for too long will send him into hysterical pleading that he'll be good and that he won't cause anymore troubles and to just please keep loving him. (Alhaitham is not too happy over how his mother let her grief traumatize Kaveh)

—Kaveh's primary little(s) are Alhaitham, Tighnari, and Cyno! On rare occasions he'll babysit Aether.

—surprisingly, Kaveh prefers feminine titles like "mama" over more masculine ones like "dada".

—absolutely loves reading/playing with his kiddos, Kaveh is the go-to for storytime in Sumeru, hands-down the best storyteller in the region.

—Kaveh isn't afraid to dress up/get dirty with his kiddos, his Little's are the only ones allowed to touch his hair, what an honor!

—Kaveh can't cook that well—his parents never taught him—but that doesn't mean his Little's are living off fast food, Kaveh is teaching himself simple, baby-safe foods, so far, all his Little's unanimously agree his fruit purées are amazing.

—Kaveh has an amazing singing voice, but he gets stage-freight, he only sings to his babies when he thinks they are asleep.

—Kaveh loves carrying/holding his Little's, which works for him because 3 out of 4 of the Little's he cares for are clingy infants.

—Kaveh is a rather emotional person as we know, you can expect any art work his babies have made him framed on the wall, and he will brag about how talented his Little's are to anyone/anything with the ability to hear.

—the best at comforting, Kaveh knows all the right words—or lack of words—to calm and comfort his babies, Mama Kaveh always is open for a cuddle if needed.

He doesn't want you to see any of his petty squabbles with Al Haitham

So if the scribe does try anything, he counteracts it by being extra silly during it

Surprisingly, Al Haitham will play into it if he sees that you're regressing

The fact there is such little (no pun intended) little Kaveh in the world feels like a crime/j

don’t mention the christmas colors . or the fact that i use the same four photos for them .

it truly is a travesty , that man is tiny as can be !! and i shall happily supply ദ്ദി(｡•̀ ,<)

ᝰ ⋆. kaveh has some issues with volume (っω⊂) he can’t help being too loud , he’s so excited !!! thankfully alhaitham’s headphones help muffle it , but he still needs to be reminded to be a bit more conscious quite often ><

𐙚 ⋆. drawing stuff can end up in a fussy tiny , since it’s not the quality he ever wants it to be .. coloring sheets are a much better choice !! there’s less to worry about , and he can usually stay inside the lines ദ്ദി(｡•̀ ,<)

☆ ⋆. parallel play !!!! both kaveh and alhaitham can have a break from socializing while still enjoying eachother’s company ૮꒰ྀི∩´ ᵕ `∩꒱ྀིა

⤷ also the perfect amount of space for kaveh to occasionally babble about whatever he’s doin , but for the most part it’s almost silent

౨ৎ ⋆. kaveh is super uper clingy . he always wants to be with alhaitham , no matter what the other is doing !!! alhaitham doesn’t mind , so long as he’s quiet ( ⸝⸝´꒳`⸝⸝) ..

❀ ⋆. alhaitham is a pretty quiet cg , preferring to just watch and listen — but that’s really all that kaveh needs ! alhaitham is much more straightfoward with him then too , making sure to try and be more aware of his tone and such !!

⩍ ⋆. kaveh is most often very chatty , but sometimes he’s too tiny or too overwhelmed .. so he has communication cards !!! they’re fun to make , and easy to use ^^

Cgs Alhaitham & Tighnari/Littles Cyno & Kaveh

Finished my first Genshin oneshot for Christmas.

Cyno does get a small injury, but it is only mentioned in one line.

Tighnari and Alhaitham were out, and Cyno was regressed, which meant that caregiver duties fell to Kaveh. What none of the other three knew, though, was that Kaveh was an age regressor himself, and he was also small.

"Kaveh!" Cyno called as he ran up to him. "I wan play!" Kaveh, who had been sitting on the floor, stared up at him. Cyno blinked in confusion before his eyes widened as he came to a realization. "Kaveh small too?!" He gasped.

Kaveh shyly nodded. "How old?" Cyno inquired. Kaveh held up one finger, and Cyno gasped again. "I'm older! I'm four!" He said proudly. Then he stood there for a bit, seeming to be thinking as Kaveh just sat there, babbling to himself.

"What do babies do?" Cyno muttered, thinking, before his eyes lit up in excitement. "I know! We play hide 'n seek. You hide, I come find you." Cyno stated. Kaveh nodded along. "Otay..." He whispered, barely able to articulate the word.

Cyno grined. "Okay, you go hide, I'll count." Cyno turned around and started counting. Kaveh giggled, crawling off and deciding to hide in a cupboard.

It was the blanket cupboard and Kaveh got an idea. Giggling, he knocked the blankets down so that they covered him. Now he was warn and comfortable in the blankets as well as better hidden.

He heard Cyno moving around, having started to look for Kaveh. Kaveh sniffled his giggle as he heard Cyno walk past the cupboard and his footsteps retreating.

Cyno looked for Kaveh a bit longer before opening the cupboard. At first he only saw a pile of blankets and was about to close it, but he saw a tuft of blonde hair sticking out.

"Found you!" He exclaimed. Kaveh peaked out of the blankets, whining, upset about being caught. Cyno looked at the heap of blankets, and it gave him an idea. "Kaveh wanna make a blanket fort?" He asked. Kaveh's eyes lit up and he nodded.

Together, they carried blankets and pillows to the living room, placing them on the floor as they started to build the fort. It was nearly done, they just needed one more blanket. "Kaveh, get one more blanket, please?" Cyno asked. Kaveh nodded, crawling off to find another blanket.

He found a blanket and grabbed it, starting to crawl back to where they were building the fort. The blanket was dragging behind him, though, and caught on the leg of a side table.

Kaveh tugged at it, trying to pull it free, but unfortunately he caused the table to tip slightly. It stabilized, but unfortunately it had a vase on top of it that fell off and broke.

Kaveh was startled by the loud noise and crumpled to the floor, sobbing. Cyno rushed in, eyes wide as he took in the scene. He went to Kaveh, sitting down next to him and pulling him into a hug. "'S okay..." He said. "S-Sowwy!" Kaveh apologized.

"Not your fault..." Cyno soothed even though he had no idea what happened. His only goal was to calm down Kaveh. Kaveh continued to cry, but with Cyno with him, everything was less scary.

Even though Cyno was regressed as well, he was in an older headspace, around six now, and so after Kaveh had calmed down enough, Cyno picked up the blanket that had caused this mess, and after making sure there was no shards of vase on it, he wrapped it around Kaveh.

"Go to the blanket fort, I'll clean up." Cyno said. Kaveh nodded, scurrying away to hide in the fort.

Cyno started to clean up the shards. He was doing really well, all the big shards had been gathered and thrown away, and he started to sweep up the little shards.

Just then, the front door opened and Alhaitham and Tighnari walked in. Cyno glanced up, startled, spilling the shards that he had cleaned up. Tighnari and Alhaitham frowned when they saw Cyno.

Tighnari lead Cyno a bit away from the pile of broken vase and Alhaitham took over the job of sweeping it up. "Why are you cleaning that up? You shouldn't be doing that if you are regressed. You might get hurt." Tighnari stated.

"But it was broken. Couldn't just leave it." Cyno argued. !so Kaveh should be cleaning it up. He is meant to be looking after you." Alhaitham said, walking up beside the two, having finished cleaning up.

"Speaking of, where is Kaveh?" Tighnari asked. "He's in the blanket fort we made in the living room." Cyno answered. He was about to add on the fact that Kaveh was regressed as well, but before he could, Alhaitham frowned and made his way over to the living room.

"Nari-" Cyno started, wanting to atleast let Tighnari know, but Tighnari shushed him and lead him to the bathroom. Cyno was about to ask why they were there, but Tighnari had picked up a plaster and asked Cyno to hold out his hand.

Cyno did as instructed, and only now noticed the faint red line that stung slightly, noting that he must not have realised, but he got cut whilst cleaning up the vase.

Once the plaster was secured, the two exited the bathroom when they heard one of the bedroom doors slam shut.

Cyno jumped, glancing nervously at Tighnari. Tighnari's ears were perked up as he frowned. He took Cyno's uninjured hand and lead him to the living room where they saw an annoyed Alhaitham.

"What is the matter?" Tighnari asked Alhaitham after Cyno had let go of his hand and gone into the blanket fort. "I confronted Kaveh about making Cyno clean up the vase and he just looked at me, so I may have shouted at him a bit and he ran off." Alhaitham huffed, annoyed.

Tighnari frowned, concerned. "Can you look after Cyno and I'll go see what is happening with Kaveh?" He asked. Alhaitham nodded and Tighnari left, headed towards the bedroom with the closed door.

When he got there, he knocked on the door and got a mumbled 'Go 'way' in response. "Kaveh, what is going on?" Tighnari asked, going in anyway, worried about Kaveh.

Kaveh was a heap on the bed, covered in a blanket, but he glanced up when he heard Tighnari enter, and Tighnari saw the tears that were running down Kaveh's face.

"Said go 'way..." Kaveh mumbled, hiding himself fully underneath the blanket. Tighnari frowned, his concern growing. He went to sit next to the blanket heap that was on the bed. He pulled the blanket away gently so that he could actually see Kaveh.

Kaveh sniffled, curling tighter on himself. "Kaveh, what is wrong?" Tighnari asked softly, voice fill of concern.

"'Haitham mean... Wasn't doing anything..." Kaveh whispered. "You weren't doing anything?" Tighnari asked. If he didn't know any better, he would say thar Kaveh was regressed.

"Nu... Wasn't..." Kaveh confirmed. Tighnari sighed. "But you knew that me and 'Haitham weren't here today, so you were meant to look after Cyno today..." Tighnari explained gently.

"Bu Cyno older!" Kaveh whined. Tighnari's eyes went wide. "What do you mean?" He Asked. Kaveh didn't answer, he just curled into a ball.

Tighnari sat there for a bit, confused. Kaveh was acting a lot like he was regressed. Could he be, though? Tigh are wasn't aware that Kaveh could be a regressor.

"Kaveh, are you regressed?" Tighnari asked uncertainly. Kaveh uncurled just enough to give Tighnari a small nod. The room was silent for a few seconds before Tighnari sighed and scooped Kaveh up.

"Why didn't you tell us you were a regressor, love?" Tighnari asked. "Already have Cyno. Me would be too much." Kaveh mumbled.

Tighnari shook his head. "No, love, you would not be too much. Far from it. I'm sure me and Alhaitham are more than capable of looking after two little ones." Kaveh reluctantly nodded and Tighnari stood up, Kaveh still in his arms.

"Where going?" He asked. "Back to Cyno and Alhaitham so that we can all hangout together and solve any misunderstandings." Tighnari explained. Kaveh nodded in response.

When they reached the others, Cyno was in the blanket fort, perfecting it whilst Alhaitham sat on the couch nearby, book in hand, though he was paying more attention to Cyno, making sure he didn't cause any trouble.

Cyno and Alhaitham both glanced up as Kaveh and Tighnari entered the room. Cyno jumped out from the blanket fort and ran over to them, taking Kaveh's hand. "Come see the fort!" He exclaimed in excitement, wanting to show Kaveh their finished project.

Kaveh nodded, and Tighnari set him on the ground, letting the mentally older of the two littles drag the other into the fort. When they disappeared, Tighnari went over to Alhaitham, taking a seat.

"So what happened?" Alhaitham asked, and Tighnari explained all that had happened when he went into the bedroom to talk to Kaveh.

Alhaitham nodded in understanding,  looking guilty. " I should apologize for earlier." He said. Tighnari nodded in agreement.

Time went on like that, Kaveh and Cyno playing in the blanket fort whilst Alhaitham and Tighnari talked.

Eventually, Cyno popped out of the fort to inform the caregivers that he was hungry. Alhaitham got up to go make dinner, and Cyno went back into the fort where Kaveh waited, this time Tighnari being dragged along as well.

Once dinner had been prepared and the table set, Alhaitham called the other three to come eat. Cyno sat down quickly, the other two following him slower.

As they were eating, (well, Alhaitham was eating, Cyno was eating as well, though he was getting food everywhere, and Tighnari was feeding himself as well as Kaveh,) Alhaitham took the opportunity to apologize.

Though hesitant at first, Kaveh eventually accepted Alhaitham's apology, and for the rest of the night, the four of them enjoyed each other's presence.

When Alhaitham regresses, he's usually around 5-7

He likes to be called Hayi or قمري (qamar/my moon)

Has to have a weighted blanket. Otherwise he will make sure your eardrums are ruptured by the end of the night.

His favorite little food is mac'n cheese with appley slices

Usually pretty good at taking care of himself, but he just needs someone there with him, and that usually ends up being a poor frazzled Kaveh

Definitely has a box of fidgets

His favorite one is an ONO roller*, it's green :)

Gets too overwhelmed in public, so can't really go out into town when little

When he does, he holds his CGs hand so tightly it might break off

If he somehow gets separated from them, he'll hide in a bathroom and cry until they find him

At nap time, he doesn't complain one bit

Coloring is absolutely required to keep him sane, but if he snaps a crayon he needs to be reminded to take deep deep breaths

Kaveh is really good with kids, so it's no surprise that he's amazing with little Hayi

When he's with Kaveh, Alhaitham sticks to a strict strict schedule

Wake up at 9am, have breakfast, wash up and get dressed, do some chores, play, eat lunch, play, take a nap, eat dinner, watch a movie, have a bedtime snack, then be in bed with lights off by 10pm

Alhaitham absolutely adores the routine they have, and it makes him really happy when Kaveh gets to wake him up with a forehead kiss, a smile, and a "Morning sweetheart."

Usually sleeps in his own bed, but sometimes he'll get scared and ask to snuggle with Kaveh or whomever is his CG at the time

-Headspace age is around 0-3, and he just...naps. Doesn't matter the time, or location, he will just sleep.

-First saw regression in a book and was rather curious, so he opted for a night where Kaveh was elsewhere in the nation dealing with a client, and let himself go- intending to journal down his thoughts.

-Of course, he had virtually none. The thought of writing made him want to cry, so he played for a few hours.

-Babbles and cooes!! He doesn't really talk, and aside from noises and pointing at stuff he wants, talking is rather difficult for the regressed scribe.

-Cyno, Tighnari, Kaveh, Dehya and Nilou know about his headspace, with Cyno and Tighnari acting like "babysitters" for Alhaitham when Kaveh is busy dealing with a client.

-Prefers to be padded when regressed. He doesn't mind pull-ups or diapers (although diapers are preferred due to the texture they have) and his babysitters know, and don't mind.

-Is a very "classic" baby, according to Kaveh. He'll only eat porridge with honey, fruits, ect- and a way to let a CG know he's regressing in public is to request "porridge with honey". It's a secret!

-It took a while for him to get into a routine of regressing once a month at least. Since discovering the coping mechanism, he's improved a lot- his stress has gone down, and he's generally a bit more happy and relaxed.

-Has a stuffed animal of a Sumeru "Dusk Bird" and her name is "Honey", and going anywhere (regressed or not) without Honey is dubbed a "crime" in his eyes.

Caregiver!Zhongli & Regressor!Reader

The sun has set, and you find yourself struggling to sleep. It’s dark, and it seems to make you anxious. Hiding under your blankie wasn’t helping too much either. You glance at the gap under the door, seeing the dim light coming through, and decide to go see your caregiver, Zhongli. It’s not too much of a surprise that he is awake right now. You plop off of the side of your bed, dragging the blankie in your little balled fist behind you. You reach your spare hand to the door handle, and open it, peeking one eye through the slightly open door.

Through the gap, you see Zhongli on the couch, one leg over the other, and a candle lightly flickering on the table besides the arm of the couch. He is reading a book, and flipping through the pages slowly. You look behind you, reconsidering going to “bug” him.. but the dark room behind you makes you more scared. You then open the door, and close it behind you, as you slowly, and shyly walk towards the arm of the couch, opposite to Zhongli. Your eyes peering over the arm of the couch, waiting to be acknowledged.

It only takes a few seconds for Zhongli to notice you, he smiles softly as he sets the book he was reading beside him.

“Little one? Is something the matter?” He asks in a soft, and gentle tone.

“..'s too.. dark n m room..” you whisper, your little voice a bit shaky.

Zhongli gives a soft ‘aw’, and pats his thigh, gesturing you to come over. “Come now, dear. We wouldn’t want you to be scared now, would we?” He asks, as he pulls you up and onto his lap. He adjusts your blankie to go around your shoulders, while still letting you hold part of your blankie in your fist. He gently pets your hair, humming a soft Liyue Lullaby, that you had heard before… from many of the Nation's citizens. Before you knew it, your body was at ease, and you were already falling asleep.

Caregiver!Kaveh and Little/Regressor!Reader

The sound of the thunderstorm outside mixed with your noticeably dark room has left you scared. You are curled up and sniffling… warm tears running down your cheeks as the overwhelming and scary environment surrounds you. You hug your stuffy to your chest tightly, trying to make the scary go away… but it doesn’t seem to work. The sound of foot steps going down the hall jerk your attention.. a soft whimper through your sniffles escapes you.. as you look at the door. You see a dim light approaching your door, and you hug your stuffie tighter. The door nob jitters as it’s turned… and the dim light enters through the door ad it’s slowly guided open.

A familiar figure stands in the door way, it’s Kaveh, your Caregiver, holding a candle.

“Sweetheart? Are you alright?” Kaveh's voice seemed to make the previously scary room a bit brighter.

You sit up in your bed, sniffling, still big tears running down your cheeks. Your hiccuped a little through your tears and shook your head. You reached your arms out to him, your hair messy and sticking to your cheeks from the tears. Kaveh sighed softly as he set the candle on your night stand, and picked you up. He held you firmly, and ran his hand slowly up and down your back.

“Why all the tears, my dear?” He cooed softly, resting his cheek against the side of your head. He bounced slowly and subtly up and down, trying to soothe you. “You’re gonna need a bed/crib in my room won’t you, baby?” He asked with a gentle giggle. You give a little whine, feeling as if you were being teased, but even so… that wasn’t a bad idea in your mind.

He comforts you for a little longer, until your tears have finally calmed. He then sighs softly, “What made you cry so much, hm?” He asked with concern.

“'S too dark” you babbled quietly into his shoulder, your hand still clung to his shoulder. He nods slowly, listening and thinking.

“Why not sleep In my room tonight, to avoid anymore scares. Would that help?” He asked gently, giving you the option to say no. You didn’t like sleeping alone, so you nodded eagerly, and subconsciously started sucking on your thumb. He chuckled softly. “Alright.”

With that, he carried you to his room, snuggling you, and keeping you warm and safe for the rest of the night. <3

Aww! I just read your little Kaveh headcanons! I was wondering if you had an idea of what would happen if Kaveh got lost cuz he didn't hold Alhaitham's hand. I wanna draw a little thing but I can't think rn (hope dis makes sense lol)

Ahh, I'm so glad you liked it! I was just gonna do some headcanons but ended up writing a little drabble, hehe~

Little Kaveh and Carer Alhaitham Fic:

Hold My Hand

Kaveh was having an absolutely fantastic day.

Going out with Alhaitham was a good day in and of itself, but today was particularly special; one of Kaveh's favorite museums had been closed for renovations for nearly two years, and it had just reopened the previous weekend. Alhaitham (who was incredibly thoughtful despite insisting otherwise) had surprised Kaveh with tickets to see the new exhibits, and the pair had chosen today for their visit.

They had been exploring the museum for hours, but Kaveh was still overflowing with happy energy even as the sun began to dip below the tops of nearby buildings. An announcement that the museum would be closing in fifteen minutes echoed through the halls, passing in one of Kaveh's ears and right out the other.

"Haitham, look!" Kaveh pointed toward an advertisement for an exhibit further down a long hallway: it was a huge scale model of one of Kaveh's favorite ancient buildings in the city. He was practically vibrating with excitement as he scampered away down the hall and turned a few corners until he reached his destination several rooms away.

The model was just as spectacular as Kaveh could have ever hoped. He poured over all the little details, circling around the exhibit and reading all the plaques, babbling excitedly and pointing at parts he recognized.

"Haitham! Isn't this the best?" Kaveh bounced happily as he turned back to his partner, only to find himself alone in the room. Excitement immediately drained from his mind, replaced with cold anxiety at being left alone. The last vestiges of adulthood his brain was clinging to fell away, and suddenly the empty room felt huge and terrifying.

"H-haitham?" No response. "Dada? Dada!" Kaveh ran to the entrance of the room, trying and failing to hold back the tears that filled his eyes when all he saw beyond the doorway was yet another empty room. It was very close to closing time now, and imagining himself locked away in the dark all alone had Kaveh bawling openly in seconds.

"D-dada!" he sobbed, standing frozen in the doorway, eyes screwed shut and hands clenched in the front of his shirt. He was spiralling, small and alone, until-

"Kaveh!"

Kaveh's eyes popped open and his crying momentarily ceased as he was suddenly enveloped in a warm embrace. It took only a split-second of processing before he recognized his dada's arms around him, and his tears began again, this time filled with relief. He clung to Alhaitham's shirt and sobbed into his shoulder as his carer slowly rubbed his back.

"Kaveh, you know not to run off like that..." Alhaitham's voice was low but not angry. He gave Kaveh a few more moments to calm down, then moved away so he could gently wipe the tears from his baby's cheeks. "This is why you always hold my hand, remember?"

"S-sorry, Dada... Didn't mean to..." Kaveh, scared his dada was mad at him, nearly started crying again, but Alhaitham stopped that line of thought with a quick kiss to Kaveh's forehead.

"I'm not mad at you, Kav. I was just worried." The taller man straightened up and took Kaveh's hand firmly in his. "The museum is closing soon; how about we head home, and we can come back and explore more another day."

The prospect of returning to the museum later cheered Kaveh somewhat, and he followed Alhaitham toward the entrance with little fuss. His head still felt fuzzy and small, but his dada's warm hand in his assured him that he was safe and all was well. He knew that Alhaitham would always take care of him; even though others might see the man as distant or even cold, Kaveh knew the gentle, kind carer beneath, and loved Alhaitham for it.

By the time they exited the museum, the sun had fully set, and the city was lighting up around them. Alhaitham pulled Kaveh into his side, sheltering him from the winter chill. Kaveh peered up at him, eyes hopeful.

"Dada? When we get home, can we have soup an' playtime?"

Alhaitham sighed. "You aren't tired out yet?"

Kaveh grinned; he saw right through Alhaitham's apparent exasperation. "Nuh-uh!"

"...Fine then. But you can't complain when Dada says it's bedtime, alright?"

Kaveh nodded and smiled brightly. Though the cold fear of his earlier ordeal hadn't melted completely, it was being thawed by the prospect of his warm home and comforting partner. Kaveh leaned into Alhaitham's side, relaxing against the man as his mind drifted toward happier thoughts.

I'm not a huge fan of the ending, but I think this turned out alright, I hope you like it!
