love is such a happy warm and gentle feeling. it is quite probably the happiest emotion i can understand to possibly exist, and i do not understand how people can just detest it. 

and i don’t mean in a romance-repulsed aromantic sort of way, or even in the jokey “y’all are so sweet and lovey it’s disgusting” way. but a genuine, deep-seated hatred of love? 

how do people hear even a mere suggestion at the possibility, a damn joke about dating somebody in a hypothetical future, and say point blank, i don’t care i just don’t want to hear about it. 

just.. how can people hate love so much they insist on putting others down for talking about a feeling that makes them happy?

so, see in this episode where kim dokja and best friend, han sooyoung go to a couple cooking class and (grudungly and painstakingly) pretend to be in love while all the attendeant, much older couples, fawn over them --- and one younger couple eye them mistruftully bc they think that kdj and hsy are cheating on therui couples bc (why the hell not) kim com are alll low level famous, (hsy is an author, kdj is an editor---whcih no one cares about bc he is also yjk's boo) and the young couple are very salty about it but OFC THEY WON'T POST ABOUT IT BC THAT'S AGAISNT THE SACRED RULE OF COUPLES COOKING BUT LOOK, LOOK??? HOW COULD KDJ RUTHLESSLY BREAK YJK'S HEART??? AND WHAT HAPPENED TO THE SIMPING FAITHFULNES OF HSY???

anyways, that is happening there in that studio, while on the other side of town, yoo joonghyuk and yoo sangah have enlisted kimcom to take down the fearsome mafia to save the two fool that aren't even in trouble.

naturally this epsiode will feature hilarious cutawar moments such as thsi one...

["Do you think Sangah is thinking of me right now?"

"I'm sure she is cutting down the city wondering where you are at," Kim Dokja replies drolly, as he poked mistrustfully at a perfectly fine tomato.

On the other side of town, Yoo Sangah smiles angelically at a mob boss, who was on his knees and holding his right pec protectively. "You will answer my questions, won't you? Where is Han Sooyoung and Kim Dokja?"

"Who?" the mob boss demands.

Yoo Sangah's smile tightens and she nods at Yoo Joonghyuk, who's eyes are gleaming with a slightly demonic light. He advances once again and the mob boss' pleas of ignorance are ignored.]

["I don't even know if Joonghyuk will eat my food," Kim Dokja sulked, looking moodily after the instructer that had failed at hiding a grimace at Kim Dokja's liberal use of spice. "He only eats his own cooking anyways."

"Don't you want to feed those brats like the responsible ajjussi they think you are?"

"You have a point," he sighs. "I hope they have finishied their homework."

Not too far away, Lee Gilyoung and Shin Yoosung are arguining on how they will punish the criminals for taking Kim Dokja away (the adulst of kim com failed to remeber how the kids have access to the baby monitors), kimcom for leaving them out of the rescuing ('that jerkface is going to pay for keeping me from rescuing hyung!!"), and each other for allowing such a tragedy to take place. All while a fierce baby Biyoo chimes on with an ocassionaly 'Baat!']

Anyway totally don't think about simon riley who gets migraines due to trauma because trauma does weird thing to your body

Totally don't think about him ignoring it until he passed out or throws up infront of someone.

Or how he definitely would deny any ailment because "It's just a little headache." When infact his brain is trying to evacuate out the back of his skull, and there's so much pressure behind his left eye that he thinks I'd hurt less to scoop it out with a blunt spoon.

Don't think about how if he was on a mission where his body would automatically go into a sort of fight or flight mode due to his condition

Don't think about how he narrowly misses a shot because his left eye has this quite unique colorful, grainy starbusting phenomenon going on with it, and his right has this odd fading, and puldisng black boarder around it. And when he does fire thsi shot it rings in his ears and actually his vision goes white for half a second. And he'd shake his head to clear his vision, except he has since learded that that does nothing for him except cause an immediate expulsion of his stomach contents.

Don't think about how the action, and the noise, and the lights, and especially the flashbangs only make him want to kill himself, but of course he wouldn't. If only because he would never leave his team without his help, without overwatch, without backup. He'd never leave Johnny.

Or, missions aside, definitely don't imagine him trying to do paperwork but the words aren't words anymore. They aren't even stationary. They just squiggling blobs of black outlined in red or blue or green or purple, and it makes his head feel like it's imploding.

Don't imagine him trying to write out reports but he can't focus at all. He's gripping his pen so hard that his hand shakes. He's not using his computer because he might actually vomit if he has to. He was for a while, forced himself to, after an hour he almost slammed the lid shut and smashed the thing into his wall until it broke into a missiond tiny pieces. He did not do that. Wouldn't be able to explain that to price.

Don't imagine him trying to do signatures but it just comes out as a scribble of nonsense that can hardly be considered on the line. He has to squint to even see the line, much less to coordinate his hand to find the interception point of the line and his pen.

Don't imagine soap silently noticing. He almost doesn't. Almost snaps back when ghost yells at him for nothing really. Doesn't when he sees the telltale squirt of Ghost's eyes and they way his head is tilted to one side ever so slightly.

Doesn't imagine soap doing double time to cover both his and ghost's arses when they're out in the field and sees ghost stumble just slightly after every shot.

Don't think about soap going to ghost's office to coax him out and back to his room. How he makes sure the room is pitch black, had his curtains changed to blackout curtains for this reason. How he poitedly doesn't grab food or drink, against his better judgment, because he knows that it most definitely would not stay down.

Don't imagine him laying ghost's head in his lap or on his belly and massaging his temples, the back of his head, his scalp, even his eye sockets.

Don't think about how he knows exactly how he knows to do all this stiff not only because it's happened to ghost enough times but because he also gets them. From working with chems and explosives everyday for so long, even before then he used to get them. He knows what to do because it's what he likes when he has a migraine this bad. Knows exactly what to do because ghost does the same for him.

And especially doing think about how for both of them they way the other found out is during an episode, and they had to scramble for a trash can or a toilet so that they don't retch their guts up onto the floor.

Don't imagine how they continue to dry heave even when their syomach is empty, so they stay hunched over. Knowing logically that there is nothing left, but the feeling is still there.

Don't imagine them having to sit on the ground and shove their head between their knees to feel even slightly better. Or lying down and resting their cheek against the cold ground.

Don't imagine how they used to have to deal with it alone before they met eachother...

What made me think about this was, so i like this TV series, and my dad sits through about 1 or 2 episodes and gives a very unaccurate, very bad, approach on one of the characters and so i keep trying to convince him that earlier in that series and later in that series what he said about the character was wrong. Lets make this statemnt clear, i LOVE this character and i LOVE this show, and my dads explanation for thsi was "Im your dad, my entitre job is hating and critisizing the thing you love" (hating and critising arent the same, ik this thats why im saing AND). And I know im not going to convince him otherwise on this character even though my dad has watched 1 episode with this character in it. Now, my dad shows me one of HIS movies that he liked, and i couldnt get through a bit of this movie bc of reasons im choosing not to disclose. Since i found it annoying and rude and very awful about my dad hating on a thing i loved without even seeing most parts of it, i decided i will do the same. So i say that i didnt like the movie and give my reasons why (lazy writing, no actual menaing for certain events, why these characters couldve been written better, why some events and actions made no sense etc.) and my dad keeps trying to convince me that im wrong. Heres the thing, after i argue with him i then tell him that this is exactly how i felt when my dad didnt watch most of the show that i loved

And im gonna explain why what i did was a tad bit better than what my dad did

I had watched most of this movie except for about 20 minutes of it, my dad on the other hand watched 2 episodes (one of them not even having the character)

I had givin a critzation, i had said what the movie did wrong and what i wouldve changed, my dad flat out said a character sucked based on a couple of scenes

My dad doing this was pointless and i have shown my love of the show very clearly (i would die for this show) and he gives an UNACCURATE VERY FUCKING BAD hate on a character, while my reasons were revenge and making him feel what i felt (not that better, just clarifying)

I’ve been thinking about a vampire AU, so here are my current ideas/notes about it. Let me know what you think. (Thsi may be multiple parts, so apologies if it turns out to be.)

General vampirism rules in the EHA universe: (a) Vampires can age, however age very very slowly. A born-vampire, or youth-turned, will age normally until age 21, then begin the very slowed aging process (eg. A 50 yr old will look around 30, or so). (b) Vampires are not too common, but they also aren’t rare. Those that are vampires have to keep their state-of-being under wraps, as not to alert scientists, who tend to get grabby and very experimental. (c) Vampires are very tough beings. They can go through a lot, and not a single scratch will appear on their body. Octavian used to take advantage of this a lot and jump off high buildings (late at night) for the adrenaline, especially during manic episodes.

The (biological/born) Windroe family are vampires. They are generational vampires, with the vampirism going down decades/centuries, and the general tradition was for two vampires to marry, and have kids.

When Elspeth wanted to marry River, a human; it follows normal EHA canon and she is forced to marry Richard, a vampire, from a very wealthy family.

Elspeth and Richard then had four kids, Zephyr, Octavian, Ciero, and Favio, made only to prolong the vampirism in the Windroe family line.

Richard died from an unknown assailant shooting him with a silver bullet. To this day, his murderer is unknown.

Those married into the Windroe family, who are not vampires, are a very new development, and only one (so far) has been changed into a vampire since.

Patrick was turned when Ciero found him after his attempt. He was almost certainly going to die unless he got medical treatment immediately, and since that was not available, Ciero did what she thought was the next best thing, and changed him into a vampire.

Everyone found out what Ciero did as Patrick started going through the initial “feral” stages of turning. She got into quite a lot of trouble because of it.

Jack G is not a vampire, his sister, Jill, is, though (she got turned when they both lived in London, they were both 18 and close to their departure date to go to America). Zephyr has taken a very strong liking to Jack, and has actively talked about turning him.

Frankie is not a vampire, and isn’t too sure if he believes Elspeth when she says she is one. He’s unsure if he wants to get turned, though.

I’m not too sure if Mira would be, I don’t think so, but I’d love to hear your thoughts.

Jack K was born a half-vampire; his mother was a vampire and his father was a human. Jack was fully-turned by his mother a year before his enucleation, it’s unclear why she did it, but his turning did save him from almost dying. He really enjoys hunting, it’s oddly calming for him.

Olly is a half-human half-vampire, like Natalie. She knows what she is and has no current plans to fully turn.

Bentley is a vampire, both of his parents were vampires. He knows what he is, and is… okay with the fact. He can’t really change it now, can he? At least he can talk to Jane about it and get some tips for better dealing with it.

Jane is a born vampire to two, now dead, vampire parents. She isn’t too sure whether to like or hate her state of being, but at least her new parents have some good tips!

Natalie is a dhampir; a half-human, half-vampire. She isn’t aware of this, however. If she were to become aware of it, I think she’d want to stay as she is, not too sure, though. Any thoughts you have are appreciated.

Toby and Cody are probably vampires? They may’ve been turned after the car crash? I genuinely have no idea.

Jay is a vampire. He was forcefully turned against his will. It was one of the most painful and traumatic moment of his life. He hates being a vampire, and has tried to starve himself multiple times. It’s also really sucky because it means he can’t practice Islam with Naveedah (spelling?).

Brian is a vampire. He uses his immortality for evil, he loves setting fire to shit and walking out mainly unharmed. He also very much enjoys the hunt.

Doby might be human? Again, I don’t know. Kate smells like a human, but it’s hard to definitively tell.

And, everyone else is human.

Ooh, Mira would probably be some kind of lycanthrope, I feel...

I also feel like Natalie would be a werewolf too, however... purely bc her uncle James is very werewolf coded to me.

He is taken advantage of for said powers by a con man pretending to be a psychic, reigen arataka. He runs a business called Spirits and Such, where he (mostly mob) (that's shigeo's nickname) exorcises spirits bothering his clientele. Mob's powers are also a good metaphor for autism, I think it's canon that mob's autistic? Anyway, it's fuckin' fantastic. I love this. And I love mob?? Forever and platonically?? It's on Netflix, Hulu and Crunchyroll (season 1 is free but 2 & 3 need a premium subscription)

Sk8 The Infinity: high school student Reki introduces his new friend Langa to skateboarding, and. I can't recommend you watch this enoughm despite the simple premise I gave, it's fucking fantastic! I can't put these feelings into words!Please! It is free on Crunchyroll with ads, but the dubs after episode 3 require Crunchyroll premium.

Bocchi the Rock!: and here I thought mob was literally me! Hitori wants to be in a band, because in the words of the band that inspired her, a band is where an introvert can shine! She spent her days practicing and pouring her soul into the guitar, practicing to be ready to perform at her middle school's culture festival! But, well, in her own words,

Alright first things first, this shits adorable. Understatement! High school student Miyano befriends this guy Sasaki, and he gets interested in the bl manga that miya reads, and he borrows one. Much to Miyano's surprise, he loved it! ohhhhhgod i can feel the hyperfixation taking hold once again over time, they start to fall in love. Yeah, it's BL!!!! Fuxk! I love yaoi! I love life! The world hath gained colour! Funny part is, uh.miya's straight. He contemplates things on front of his bookshelf of BL manga. Taking a line from a summary I saw on YouTube, reading bl manga everyday and having an entire bookshelf of bl manga, while saying "yeah I'm straight!" Is a special kind of in the closet. Anyway fuckkkkkkkkkkkki love thsi series soooooososososososoo much. I have RAMMED MY HEAD INTO A WALL BECAUSE OF THIS. Contraversial American Housewife Opinion

I’m not a huge fan of Triplor, I mean they were cute the first 3 seasons, then by season 4, it became clear that she outgrew him. We had the same plot multiple times of Taylor wanting to move away from Westport, wanting to explore the world or wanting to learn more about art, history and other cultures, while Trip just wants to stay in Westport and is not interested in other cultures or exploring the world. Trip tried a couple of times to partake in Taylor’s interests but at the end of the day, that’s not who he is. The person that Taylor grew to be is not compatible with who Trip is.

Additionally, Taylor has grown so much in season 4, she worked to get into her dream college and she completed a list of important life skills that her parents gave her and she even gave up her dream college because she knew her parents couldn’t pay for it. Don’t get me started in how mad season 5 made me when they dropped that plotline, Katie and Greg would not be treating her like a screw-up is they knew what she selflessly did for them. And we don’t even know if she is going there next year or if she got a job to pay for it (it didn’t seem like she did). Anyway, in season 5, they even had a plot-line of Taylor realizing that she outgrew her high-school friends who are very similar to Trip, which I think was supposed to parallel her outgrowing Trip.

Now, I have a theory.

1) Katie mentioned that Taylor’s first love may not be her last love.

2) Taylor and Trip only broke up for 1 episode and did not even try to move on from each other.

3) A big part of his proposal speech was how he didn’t want to lose Taylor again and it seemed to be his main motivator.

4) Both Taylor and Trip had crushes on other people.

All of this leads me to believe that if there was a season 6, it would focus on Taylor and Trip’s engagement but they won’t go through with the wedding and will realize that they are no longer compatible. Then a hypothetical season 7 would show Taylor being single because thsi poor girl has been in a relationship since season 2, let her rest, be free and breathe. This is the only ending I accept because I refuse the idea of Taylor being married at 19, giving up her dreams of exploring the world or becoming a singer and then settling down in Westport and having a family right after.
