Also, sorry for taking so long to answer :( I was struggling with my design for them for a while... I'm still not 100% satisfied so it's very likely that they'll end up changing as I draw them more.

They're without a doubt one of my favorite dynamics among the ghouls and I was brainstorming SO MANY hcs about them these past few days. I really like the idea of Phantom floating around Mountain whenever they are together, just like a bug does with a flower *wink wink*

Mountain, of course, is all for it and loves having him around yapping about his newest discoveries abou the human world

Only posting doodles lately bc I can’t decide what wip to focus on so I end up not doing any of them

The door shuts behind them, and Swiss and Aeon toss their go bags on the chair in the corner of the room. They stare at each other, purple and white boring into gold as their human glamours fade, horns and tails coming back into existence. All Aeon can hear is the hum of the too-cold air conditioner, and the way their breath quickens as Swiss smiles. Their tail wags behind them, and Aeon can't bring themself to try and make it look like they have it under control.

Swiss takes two long strides, pressing into Aeon's space. They have to remind themself that they want this, they asked for this, willing themself not to shy away from him subconsciously.

He carefully brings his hands up, telegraphing his movements. Aeon's eyes flutter shut for a moment as his warm, calloused palms radiate heat onto their cheeks, not quite making contact. "Tell me, Aeon," he breathes, gold eyes flicking down and back up to their eyes as he leans down. "You gotta tell me."

Aeon's breath hitches, nodding. "Please," they whisper, and then they're consumed by contact. Both of Swiss's palms cup their face, tilting their head just slightly to the side so that-

Phantom design (huits)

Since I've started writing "Hide us in the shadow" again (click here for the ao3 link), I've decided, albeit very late, to bring my design for Phantom/Aeon. I'm the biggest preacher of ghouls with black/gray skin, so all my designs have in common just the palette changing for the hair and eyes.

If you want, feel free to drop suggestions, ideas, random headcanons. Chapter 14, for those who are caught up, will be out in a couple of days (since I'm graduating tomorrow). Just a moment of patience
