by the WAY people are not gonna buy your stuff online if the shipping costs literally just as much as the product.
at least if they are in any way not super financially privileged lol.
selling a $10 product for #3 does not mean anything if the shipping is $7.99.
i know it's frustrating because people wont look at your items as impulsively but you gotta offer free shipping and just price the product high enough to at least cover the shipping cost. this is much more straightforward and more likely for someone to go through with their buy if they're not hit with a bunch of surprise fees right at the end (this is why i never shop online outside of mercari/ebay).
