Like two weeks ago I was trying to find tickets for War of the Rohirrim and none of the theaters in my area even had it listed in their showtimes. I decided to poke it again tonight and it's listed now but if you try to buy tickets it just says, "Tickets coming soon!" And it does this for every theater.
