There's legal silence where you keep sensitive information to yourself. And there's silence where you don't even say "please be patient we'll update you in time, we're actually talking to the union/the admins/the intern team". For us viewers, we don't need to know more than to have the assurance that things are being taking care of. We don't need to be repeated the exact same info I différent words over and over again.

There's silence with your team where you want to be careful with your wording. And there's silence with your team where you keep them completely in the dark about their future, not even saying what they just need to hear: "sorry about how things turned out, we have no certainty in either taking you back or not, right now our priority is financial stability, we cannot tell you our différent options so far, but we'll update you when and if we can afford to take you back".

There's silence where you ask for discretion because you will not be able to keep that many people in the team and don't want leaks about what branches are kept and which one will close, then announcing to a whole group of admins that they'll be let out of the project starting this or this day. And there's silence where you warn a lot of twitter update admins that they won't be in the project starting immediately through discord and closing said discours before everyone had even a chance to read it.

There's silence where you're afraid of leaks and there's silence where you don't treat people working for you with respect.

His immediate reaction is surprise and delight. He's absolutely overjoyed knowing that time is not limited with you like it would be with a human partner. However, the excitement would give way to just about a hundred questions. How did he not know? How long have you been around? Whatever the answer - Alfred would be thrilled.

England/Arthur Kirkland

Arthur's knee jerk reaction is suspicion. If you've been a personification all this time, why didn't you mention it? He's a little hurt you never shared that with him or sought him out before, although it's unlikely he would express that. There's going to be many many in depth discussions on how, when, why, and where. Not to say he wouldn't be happy about the situation of course. Getting to avoid the death of a loved one is of course a huge relief for him.

France/Francis Bonnefoy

Francis is simultaneously shocked and overwhelmed. He is overwhelmingly relieved. His partner will be around much longer than the average human, and being as so he has experienced heart break with a human before -- it's a wonderful feeling to know he might have a partner forever. He would definitely need a moment to process things before giving an initial reaction, but then would immediately pull you to him for a much needed embrace.

Canada/Matthew Williams

Matthew is silent. A little too silent. There's a lot of things he wants to say and somehow he doesn't have the muster to choke any of them out. Obviously he is happy, but mostly he's wondering how this hadn't been brought up before. He would probably cozy up to you a bit, just for some closeness before eventually spewing a mountain of questions. Overall, his reaction would be supportive and relatively calm, but trust that the joy in his eyes is extremely noticeable.

Russia/Ivan Braginsky

Ivan is overjoyed. He is thrilled to know this person who he has let down his walls for won't be lost to a difference in life span. He is mildly curious and may have a handful of questions, but ultimately is more focused on the fact that your time together has just extended exponentially in his eyes. He has all the time in the world to ask you anything he may want to know.

China/Yao Wang

Yao is happy with the news, but also a little angry. It wasn't an explicit lie, but it wasn't telling the truth either. You're the capital of his nation, and you didn't seem to feel the need to let him know that? While a little indignant at first, he will eventually calm down to be very satisfied in knowing there is a personification who is almost as old as he is, and a partner who he can spend the rest of his very long lifespan with.

Embracing the angst lads because as I’ve told several people, I don’t know how Allie’s story will end.

Part of me wants the canonical ending where she does not survive the Upside Down.

Another part wants an open, ambiguous ending like “Did she make it? Will things get better in season 5? Stay tuned for another exciting episode of: Dragon Ball!” And then the story just ends there.

Been exploring more open ended things, but this is one with Allie and Jay. My two favorite bisexuals.

so hi y'all, so full disclosure this month has not even remotely gone the way i planned. as i am sure y'all can tell with the fact that i have barely posted anything, let alone fic, and i have, in general, been not so much around. it wasn't my intention to do that, and honestly, i had planned on giving y'all a feast of fics. so i figured y'all deserved a little explanation in the form of this month was a perfect storm of my honestly chronic sleep deprivation ( if I was lucky i was getting fours hours of sleep before work, which isn't good for how much i am on my feet ) for the past year plus coming to a head, a schedule shift that happened just this past monday that i haven't ironed out the kinks with ( and won't for another weekish ) and some years long personal business that's finally getting all settled next thursday.

sprinkle in a tiny bit of sickness at the beginning of the month, and you have me with half finished fics everywhere and me becoming a hermit. all this to say, i have been trying to work on things, and i have made progress so ideally ( and i mean really truly ideally, i am not gonna make a single promise about this ) by/on halloween y'all will get spark among some other fics and i should be able to get back to a weekly fic posting schedule. i can't thank y'all enough for being patient, especially when it comes to spark and it should be worth the wait now that i think i have fully busted through a writing block i had with regards to it.

i know i kind of have fallen off reading and doing much of anything as well, but with any luck, i am gonna do more of that, too. as always, my inbox is open for whatever y'all want to swing by and drop in whatever you want in it, be it screaming about a fic or asking if i am updating or just saying hi.
