As I look back, it all happened so fast! I can't believe the time is coming to let go of my classes at the studio I love the most @adelineyogastudio 💟 I am no longer teaching the lunch hour classes which I enjoyed teaching for the past over three years. Especially this last year as I could walk to the studio from where I live, nearly five minutes or less! I'm still teaching my Tuesday evening classes through the rest of March. What a great 2hr class with @heatherhaxo today! We practiced @lois_steinberg's post-menstrual sequence and Heather took us to the Eiffel Tower and into outer space 🗼 🌺🌜🌟🚀🌌 ...and I learned that men do indeed have a pelvic floor ☝🏽️✨ #inversionjunkies #Repost @heatherhaxo with @repostapp ・・・ #mensesmonday at #adelineyogastudio. I taught this #niralambasarvangasana as part of the post-menses sequence. It is a lot harder then it looks - you feel as if you are doing shoulderstand on top of the Effiel Tower. I learned this from @carrieowerko many years back at @adelineyogastudio and haven’t shared this in a workshop in a while. It’s a fun way to bring awareness to inner thighs when making a jump. The control with the foam block in between feet brings a great challenge to refine jumping and move with ease and grace. Alright, the cat's outta the bag 🙀😹😻 Without this beautiful person there would be no #YogiZain. She has brought so much goodness into my life and guided me with such compassion. I have utmost gratitude for her ✨🙏🏾✨ FOLLOW @heatherhaxo 👈🏾 and you'll be glad you did 😉 She revived @adelineyogastudio inside out and made Iyengar yoga popular and accessible to the East Bay community as well as the greater Bay Area. She inspired me to attain my certification even though I tried quitting many times. She never let me quit and she has never let me down.
