I learned this from @carrieowerko many years back at @adelineyogastudio and haven’t shared this in a workshop in a while. It’s a fun way to bring awareness to inner thighs when making a jump. The control with the foam block in between feet brings a great challenge to refine jumping and move with ease and grace.
