I pretty much passed out last night after posting this to insta, haha. In the spirit of Halloween and Diwali or Diwaliween (lame I know, but how often does this happen?) I have Hades and Persephone Bri and Giorno. And Giorno in a sherwani 🤭

I've got more headcanons for this pairing (By the way, I love the headcanon that Lance is basically a big cat):

They practice singing together as a bonding experience.

Lance often sends bouquets of viola flowers to Adalyn.

Adalyn teaches Lance sign language in case he encounters any visitors that are deaf and/or mute who would not be comfortable with him or Balan having to read their minds.

Adalyn actually feels comfortable with Lance whether he is in his Pure or Negati form.

When Lance is in his Pure form, Adalyn sometimes runs her fingers through his hair while they cuddle. The first time she did this, Lance ended up subconsciously turning into his Negati form but immediately calmed down when he realized it was still Adalyn. It took a while, but he eventually became comfortable with the gesture.

The two have cute nicknames for each other.

For Lance, it's "Angel Face", "Baby Boo", "Captain Cuddles", "Cuddle Buddy", "Honey Bunch", "Hubby", "Huggy Bear", "Lanny", "Lancey", "My Caesar", "My Prince", "Jelly Bear", "Kitten", "Snuggle Bear", and "Pookie Bear".

For Adalyn, it's "Amore", "Apple of My Eye", "Better Half", "Cupcake", "Darling", "Diamond", "Jewel", "Little Dove", "Love of my Life", "Lucky Charm", "Mi Cielito", "My Angel", "My Popstar", "My Sweetest Ethereal", and "Treasure".

Whenever Adalyn refers to Lance with one of her nicknames for him, he points at himself as though he is asking if she means him, and to Adalyn it is very adorable.

Do you have any headcanons for my ship with Adalyn Stehle and Lance?

I sure do.

Lance met Adalyn when he heard singing from her Chapter. He went inside and saw Adalyn singing by herself. When Adalyn saw Lance, the two soon started talking.

Their relationship would be considered as "chill but romantic", meaning they both take one step at a time, never rushing things. In fact, before they had their first date, Adalyn had to be patient and calm in order for Lance to come out of his shell.

Lance had shown Adalyn his Negati. He described them to her as "cat-like". One of the Negati, Kosokoso (the squirrel-like Negati), took a huge liking to Adalyn.

One of their favorite things to do is lounge in a really safe and comfy area where they could cuddle. And yes, Adalyn will hear Lance purr like a cat.

These Questions are the result of suggestions a the previous iteration.

This category may include suggestions made too late to fall into the correct earlier time grouping. Basically, I'd already moved on to human history, but I'd periodically get a pre-homin suggestion, hence the occasional random item waaay out of it's time period, rather than reopen the category.

In some cases a culture lasted a really long time and I grouped them by whether it was likely the later or earlier grouping made the most sense with the information I had. (Invention ofs tend to fall in an earlier grouping if it's still open. Ones that imply height of or just before something tend to get grouped later, but not always. Sometimes I'll split two different things from the same culture into different polls because they involve separate research goals or the like).

worm dresses a little nicer than bj. his suit is in better condition and better fitted, but its horribly outdated. he wears a starched collar shirt, waistcoat, and suit jacket. his suit is black, with orange spots. he has black slicked hair, and the same eyes and nose as beej but a more gaunt face and sharper chin. he's tall and still as opposed to bj's fidgeting. i dont have a voiceclaim for him but his voice is a higher pitch than bj's and a bit less growly. very monotone way of speaking.

Yayy it's selfship Sunday, my free pass to be cringe (the rest of the days I'm aware and apologetic, not today hahahaha/j). I always wax lyrical about their dynamic but today is Bri just being a menace. I mean he's the one that made the roses anyway, and there was no vase?

This is so ADORABLE! Also, I like the idea of Adalyn inviting Lance into her room so he could see the sign language book on her shelf.

Fic Request: For my Headcanons for Adalyn I said that she learned sign language from her uncle in case she lost her hearing and/or voice. Can I have a sort of shipping story where she tries to teach Lance some sign language?

I can try, but be aware that this fic may be short due to the fact that I only know letters and a few words in sign language.

"I did not know that you study sign language," Lance said. He noticed a book on sign language sitting on a shelf.

"My uncle taught me it," Adalyn said. "This was in case I lost my hearing or my voice. Still, it's pretty useful to me. That way, if I meet anyone that's deaf, I'll be able to communicate with them."

"Is it okay if I learn sign language?" Lance asked. "It seems interesting."

"Sure, I can teach you what there is to know." Adalyn said. "First, we can start with the letters." She formed her hand into a fist. "This is the letter A. Which should be easy. Try it out yourself."

Lance made the same type of fist. "Like this?" He asked.

"Yeah, that's great," Adalyn said. "Now, I'll show you how to sign the letter B." She held up four fingers for Lance to see. "Like A, it should be easy."

Following her orders, Lance signed the letter B.

Adalyn smiled as she watched. She knew that Lance would be skilled in sign language in no time.
