Netflix hasn’t renewed a Genre US series this year outside major and costly series like 3 Body Problem and Avatar which were only renewed to “completion” with shortened seasons. All shows such as Supacell or The Gentlemen that were renewed are Netflix UK and operate outside of Netflix US umbrella. Netflix UK content is independent and separate from Netflix US who do not decide what is renewed for those shows. All other content released on Netflix this year so far has been limited series like Baby Reindeer or Eric, documentaries or reality tv.
