Last summer I was learning color theory and wanted to explore it through acrylic painting. I picked up this delightful book, a bunch of wood panels, and painted all 50 exercises. Even though they are simple compared to my normal subject matter, I found them very relaxing. I would say the projects are most appropriate for complete beginners and you won't find advanced concepts, but the foundations are covered very well. It was really satisfying to finish each panel in an hour or so, and I feel very accomplished having produced 50 of anything! I would highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to learn painting :)

so i accidentally hit my bookshelf, which made my dazai sitting nendoroid fall off the ledge, and i just went "in this universe too?!"

he wasn't even near the edge! he literally bounced a bit just so he could fall off my shelf entirely!

my dazai nendo is fine, he fell on my carpet, but I'm not :)
