I remember seeing San's red hair when I bought Will:Fin. It was my first Ateez album and I remember being so excited. My bias is Seonghwa, but I was so drawn to this. I loved painting it so much. It was also one of the last things I painted before my arm started being an issue and I look at it fondly knowing that making it hasn't caused pain I am starting my art journey so any engagement helps. also fun fact the reason I did this painting was because my mother asked me to repaint her garden gnome that had faded and I wanted to use my paint up before it dried. gnome tax:

Miniature Ghost Portraits

Little miniature paintings of ghosts to haunt the October season a little.

There's a Korean myth about Ungnyeo, a bear who wished to become human - and succeeded.

The tiger from the same story failed the (kind of unfair...) test given by the gods and remains an animal, so in my painting series, the potential human form turns away from the viewer, back to nature.

After being on show at a couple group exhibits in Seoul, now, there's prints of both the Bear and the Tiger here.

Golden Hour Hongjoong

This might be my favourite out of this series of portraits. I knew right away that I want to paint Hong with split coloured hair but I struggled with finding a good reference for him. I like the way it turned out though.
