Hey! Idk if you’ve answered this before, but would you ever consider releasing a comic/just generally creating a story using your visions of the dsmp’s characters? I feel like the way you pictured and interpreted emotional beats is unique enough to make your own original story w/ them!! (no pressure, of course)

i think about this sooooo often ... but a full comic would be such a large undertaking. i dont take dsmp's plotlines lightly, id want to find a way to write them better and actually rectify the myriad of loose ends that contributed to abuse apologism and anti-recovery rhetoric present in the original. not only that, but the amount of art id have to make ... god.... realistically, id like to form a small team of comic artists, but id only want them to be my trusted mooties and friends. but their availability is slim given they have their own lives to worry abt lmfao

also i have a full time day job and patreon to think about. if i were to make this comic, id want to make a separate patreon tier just for comic work so that i and my little team of friends can be compensated somehow. at least for individual pages... realistically i'd want to post it publicly by chapter, so the patreon would act as an early-release crowd-fund type deal. ugh. sorry this is becoming me fantasizing about how id make this work.

im also moving at the end of the month so .... ack... but this is becoming a bit of an all consuming passion of mine that is only reignited when i get asks like this. maybe ill do some kind of test run? a single chapter to introduce the comic? hmmm...

“Are you serious? (Name), oof—” Dan Heng began to say but was interrupted as she smacked him in the face with a pillow, causing him to fall down beside her.

Her back turned towards him, Dan Heng felt an overwhelming desire to cuddle her and shower her with kisses. Cautiously, he hugged her waist from behind, finding comfort in the fact that she didn’t push him away. He continued to cuddle into her, basking in the warmth of their affection.
