Unless you're doing math or baking, or something where there's an exact way to reach an exact goal, it's generally good to bear in mind that most things can't be done wrong, just in different ways, and if the same goal can be acheved multiple ways but you're not achieving the goal, the issue isn't about the wrong method but the wrong approach.

Most difficulties people have with social interactions isn't that someone is bad at talking with people, just that people are used to different ways of talking with people. There's good social skill in learning to observe how people talk, and learning to adjust your approach to match someone else, but if things like pleasant conversation just aren't happening, it's good to just be able to shrug and accept "maybe this is just how things are done where this person is from." Conversations are like tossing a ball back and forth, but the rules of the game are different from person to person, and from place to place.

Like talking pace. There's both cultural and personal variation in how quickly the turn to talk is switched, and people who are fast-paced will often find themselves stalling and struggling to come up with something more to say when the person they're trying to talk with seems to be dead silent, and on the other end, the slower-paced talker is struggling to get a word in, because the pause that they see as the natural pause between turns to talk is interpreted as an awkward silence by the faster talker, who struggles to fill the gap, usually unintentionally interrupting the slower talker just when they were about to start their own turn. Both parties are frustrated.

The way of talking I was raised with is talking about yourself. Like if we're talking about work, I'll talk about my own work, and then when the ball is thrown back to you, you talk about your own work, back and forth, so while we're both just talking about our own thing, we're still both talking about the subject of work. It would be rude for me to talk about your thing as if I knew anything about it as well as I know my own personal thing, so if you describe something in your own job, I'll go "oh, so is it similar to - " and describe something that I see parallels for in my own work thing.

And for people who don't do this, talking only about yourself comes off rude, like you're not listening to what they're talking about and are constantly trying to change the subject back to yourself. The rules they are playing by are different - you're not supposed to take the ball, you wait for it to be handed to you, and someone dominating the conversation is hogging the ball, and being inconsiderate. I've had to learn to pay attention to this more, and see if the person I'm talking with is trying to politely let the conversation be All About Me, and is simply politely waiting for the ball to be handed to them.

If you have no idea why something isn't working the way you think it should be working, it's sometimes good to pause and remind yourself that you're probably not doing it wrong, but that it's probably time to check that you're not trying to play two completely different games with different rules.

Saturn aspecting Mercury - when you speak, people try there best to one up you, but your a master at it by now > passive aggressive, or authoritative - who gives a fuck if you belittle the other person, because i mean if your right, then you right. so better off writing it into reality, rather than watch everyone clown around with the wrong answers. but speaking ths way to others, really does make it hard to talk to you, even if you right, your just a fkn asshole. so honestyl. stop trying to figure out the right answer, and think about whats the right thing to say. stop pretending to be an authoritative speaker if no one even wanna listen to you, and start owning what you say more. (get it) Saturn aspecting Jupiter - i think this aspect is one of the coldest. because these people try so hard, but get no where for the majority of their life. till they change perspectives and realize if they try harded else where, they'd get launched into success. i mean the amount of people who are successful - and i mean hugely successful > have this aspect - and everytime it was due to massive luck. however only they could grasp the 'lucky' opportunity, and that initself makes their achievements so much cooler than others. remember its jupiter, so all your 'hardships' inevitably become your greatest 'luck'. the white guy from 'sean of the dead' has this, and look at how much he impacted movies in general... jus saying mad props to that guy and to yall

Saturn aspecting Uranus - okay these guys are outcasted from society hard, due to some bullshit, but when they get recasted back into civilization they become someone who can change society at large- but its gonna take so much work... their perspective has been molded differently to most because they've been alone for so long. they have strange ideas that somehow work into tangible assets. perfect example : eminem - i mean hes basically best case scenario with this aspect, but hey why not try for best case scenario? but then again he made that hamster song... so i mean not always best case scenario... THats the price of neglect you could say lmao. Saturn aspecting Neptune - your imagination is your greatest challenge but also the key to your ultimate glory. like Michael Jordan had this aspect and well he was hella delusional. until he wasnt.... but its hard to say how much this benefited him... because both stages of his life - pre glory - and; glory - he was heavily isolated from everyone, and (likely) suffered in seclusion, by placing so much importance on his dreams. saturn wants you to master the 'spiritual world' i.e. imagination and dreams, and this causes anxiety that their dreams will just be dreams. which is what makes them put so much effort into it becoming real... then they realize the price of it all when its too late. so just make sure your aware of what your manifesting because if anyone can make it, its you. (achieving ur dreams) Saturn aspecting Pluto - how powerless do you feel. you do realize people can see how thirsty you are for respect/power, because they can sense your insecurity from past exepriences, and thats why your easy to play with. but do not worry. you will attain true power with enough effort. not just a bullshit image of power. because you've been pushed into the most vile trials to have ever have existed, and its only so that when you become someone powerful, you utilize your power properly, and do not step on others, because you know damn well how much it hurts to be stepped on. so your power is > saturn. your trials are so intense, and you're basically broken, but things that are broken know how to cut others (like broken glass). and well saturn wants you to master this > pluto > the darkness. and it makes reaching the top so much more palpable, because you'd feel like you earnt it. but you can make others insecure about what youve overcame so you better be humble, or saturn will fuck you. no honour among thieves, and we know you experienced that, but the kings play different, and you gotta adapt or saturn will flatten you.

My former Rooster Teeth/Achievement Hunter girlies help!

Im on a desperate search for what I'm starting to fear is lost media. In the heyday of the AH/RT fandom, there was an artist on SoundCloud who made Achievement Hunter and Red Vs Blue fan music. Not the remixes, actually sung music with original lyrics. Mostly extremely earnest indie ballads, usually backed by an acoustic guitar.

I originally found them around 2012/13, though I think the oldest of the music had been posted before that. The last time I saw any of their stuff was around 2016. At some point between then and now, they must have deleted their account or at least the fan music. I can't remember the original username, but at some point around 2015 they changed it to HiShi or something similar.

The Achevment Hunter based songs I can remember were at least two about Mavin (yes the ship), and one about Ray that was for the king AU. The RVB ones were a cover of Your best friend, an angsty one about Church that I think was a ship song, and one about Felix that was a very different style from the rest. I believe there was also a RWBY one but I don’t remember it well.

If anyone has any memory of this please tell me, I've been looking for it for years and at this point I’d just take proof it existed.

Croquis nocturnes. Et moi à la recherche d’un brushing fixe à utiliser. Donc…recalibrage d’un peu tout ce que j’ai. + test de brushs. J’ai essayé d’être organisé dans ma recherche, mais j’ai vite abandonné. Du coup j’ai perdu le brush avec je me sentais le mieux….je vais revenir au stylo studio classique à ce stade…mais ça glisse trop dans mes mains…ou…un trucs dans le genre. Ce poste parlera de d'une locomotive à vapeur. Mais avant tout. Une locomotive à vapeur, c'est quoi ? Type de locomotive aussi vue comme un engin-moteur conçu pour les chemins de fer et se mouvant grâce à une machine à vapeur, ce type de moteur est donc thermique. Couramment utilisé, de la naissance du chemin de fer jusqu'aux années 50, elle reste néanmoins très localement utilisé dans certains pays au XXIe siècle dans le cadre du tourisme ou de l'industrie minière. Il existe aussi des pays avec une forte capacité en ressource naturelle de charbon ou de tourbe permettant une utilisation encore récente de la locomotive à vapeur comme l'Afrique du Sud, la Chine ou l'Inde. Ce type de locomotive fut inventé au début du XIX siècle au Royaume-Uni avec le commencement des chemins de fer comme on les connaît aujourd'hui que la première locomotive à vapeur naquît des mains de Richard Trevithick en 1804. Première traction à vapeur qui sera inaugurée le 23 août 1812 sur le Middleton Railways dans le Yorkshire, elle sera une révolution technologique qui aujourd'hui, est si commune qu'on ne peut s'en passer. Cette locomotive était une simple pour rails à crémaillère (comme une remontée mécanique où des trains circulent sur une ligne de voie ferrée dotée en son centre d'un rail supplémentaire denté.) et remorquant des wagonnets de charbon. Construites par Matthew Murray et John Blenkinsop, mais ça seront les locomotives conçues par George Stephenson qui permettront d'inaugurer le chemin de fer de Stockton et Darlington qui seront les premières lignes ouvertes au transport de passagers. Les innovations dans le domaine s'enchaîneront comme en 1827 où l'ingénieur français Marc Seguin mettra au point la première chaudière tubulaire permettant de quasiment décupler la puissance et la vitesse des machines. Ça ne sera qu'après la Seconde Guerre mondiale que la traction à vapeur déclinera pour achever son déclin dans la plupart des pays à la fin des années 1970. Remplacé par les locomotives Diesels ou par les locomotives Électriques, elles ne seront construite que très rarement à des buts d'essai d'innovation et en tentant d'y mettre de nouvelles technologies sans succès comme en France où la dernière locomotive à vapeur sera construite en 1953.

La Locomotive 2857 de classe B17 de la LNER (London and North Eastern Railway) à Gorton Tank. Cette locomotive est construite en 73 exemplaires de 1928 à 1937 tandis que son design est pensé par l'ingénieur ferroviaire Nigel Gresley. Elle sera en service de sa construction en 1928 jusqu'en 1960 au plus tard. Cette locomotives remplacera la GER (Great Eastern Railway) de classe B12. Ses dernières, n'étant plus assez puissante pour tracter des wagons de passager express sur la ligne reliant Londre à Cambride et sur la ligne reliant Ipswich à Norwich, il sera donc nécessaire d'obtenir une locomotive plus puissante. Cette locomotive viendra après de nombreux échecs de fabrication essayer par la Doncaster Works, n'arrivant pas à satisfère les prérequis de Nigel Gresley. 10 locomotives seront construites par la North British Locomotive Company de novembre à décembre 1928. Cinq autre commandes de cinquante-deux locomotives sera pris par la Darlington Works après décembre 1928 qui sera livré entre 1930 et 1936. Une dernière commande sera délivré à Robert Stephenson and Company en Février 1936 pour une livraison de Janvier à Juillet 1937, montant ainsi le nombre de B17 construite à soixante-treize locomotives au total.

Some pictures of my new project i have been building for a really fun playstyle idea inspired by Urbs and the rags to riches challenge.

The idea would go something like this: Your sim would move within a city and each area would have it's own like goal you need to acheve to go to the next "level". And within each level you can only use certain community lots. No jobs allowed and you can't buy anything from the catalogue (maybe these would depend on the level you are in). The end goal would be to finish the goal of the final level.

Maybe using this to make sims from different levels act little different. Or maybe I should really look into if you can make socail class townies...

J'aime bien le fait que Jaune demande conseil à Oscar, car il pourrait comprendre ce qu'il traverse. Oscar lui a proposé de de lire le journal de Lewis si j'ai bien compris. Et on voit le côté positif de sa vie en tant que Rusted Knight que j'ai pas mal apprécié car dans le volume 9, on voyait surtout le côté négatif de sa vie en tant que Rusted Knight lui avait apporté. Donc savoir qu'il y avait aussi de bons moments, ça met du baume au coeur. Par contre le crwby voulait nous achever avec la scène du feu de camp avec sa team, Lewis et Alyx.

I like the fact that Jaune asks Oscar for advice, as he might understand what he's going through. Oscar suggested that he read Lewis's diary, as I understand it. And we see the positive side of his life as a Rusted Knight, which I quite liked, because in volume 9, we mostly saw the negative side of his life as a Rusted Knight. So knowing that there were good times too, cheered me up. On the other hand, crwby wanted to finish us off emotionally with the campfire scene with his team, Lewis and Alyx.
