Btw just for the record whenever I mention the unnecessary feelings bit keep in mind that I didn't bat an eye when I first saw it, but in restrospect it's hilarious and now I just really like to make fun of him for it. Unconfortable Miles hides and/or says things in the most convoluted way possible adding in further embarassment upon himself. And I like to make fun of him for it <3

I thought back to that old post where I compared Von Karma's shoulders to the other lawyers so I selected some random wide boys from the trilogy and compared the shoulders, obviously the winner goes to gumshoe!

AA1-3: The detective is a bumbling, well meaning guy who will let you investigate the crime scene through either kindness or fumbling incompetence.

AA4: The detective is a highly competent scientist who feels she's being wasted on her current work, and will let you onto the crime scene because she kinda hates her job and you are willing to listen to her infodumps.

AA5: The detective is a nigh idiotic fae creature you can trick into letting you onto the crime scene by engaging him in circular logic discussions and low level paradoxes.
