Oh Yours Truly by Abby Jimenez is on something. Okay. I’m only 100 pages or so in, and…god dang. Also this is the first romcom book that I’ve read this summer where I relate to guy the most. Protect Jacob Maddox at all costs. Sir, I get you. I fully understand all of your anxieties, and I’m convinced Abby understands what she’s writing. It’s like she knows. Also, the way she addresses Bri taking care of her brother and the depression he’s going through for his health crisis—spot on. But she mixes it all in with this very sweet, wholesome dynamic slow burn romance????

I am absolutely certain this book will have me in all kinds of tears by the end.
