“A new project?” Eddie asks, nodding towards the boards that are half-assembled already. “What’s that gonna be, a bookshelf?” “Yeah.” Tommy grins, and as his next words come out, he feels his cheeks get warmer. “Evan’s been leaving some books all over the place, so I’m building him a bookshelf,” he shrugs, vaguely gesturing to the entire living room. There’s a small stack of books on the coffee table, a few on the dresser under the TV, and even one on the windowsill, where he put it for ‘just a second’ to do something else, and then forgot about it. That’s not mentioning the stacks on both of Tommy’s nightstands, Tommy’s actual bookshelf, that’s not nearly big enough for Evan’s collection, and even the few cook books that showed up in Tommy’s kitchen.

When Buck gets back outside, a fresh, cold beer in hand, he heads straight to his boyfriend, who’s still busy at the grill. He’s standing sideways to Buck now, so he gets the perfect view of his gorgeous profile. Tommy takes a long gulp of his beer, and Buck’s eyes trace the movement of his throat moving as he swallows the beer, his arm flexing, his skin shiny with sweat, from the hot summer day, and probably the hot grill, too. When Tommy suddenly turns around and flashes him a knowing grin, Buck gets a little lost in his smile, before getting distracted by droplets of perspiration pooling between his pecs, and, damn, Buck wants to lick him all over. God, he’s so insanely attracted to his man.  So Buck marches up to him, puts the bottle of beer on the little table next to the grill, where Tommy keeps a plate for the done meat, and promptly wraps his arms around Tommy from behind, palms immediately mapping out every inch of his big, muscular chest, as if he wasn’t familiar with every single inch up close.

Only to be met with Matthew, the most handsome and most adorable TA ever, greeting kids and parents for this class and making James completely flustered when he says "Oh, so you must be the awesome older brother Luce is always talking about, it's so great to finally meet you, Jamie!" to the point he completely forgets anything else in the world while he listens to Matthew talk about Lucie and what a hoot she is in class just because he doesn't want to stop listening to his voice and then James is very, very late for class that day.

I have bad modern urban fantasy AU brainrot for Nortalice. So imma share this but

When Alice brought Norton to her apartment she started to panic because she didnt have room for Norton to sleep. So threw a makeshift pallet down (so sheets, pillows, soft things, warm blankets, etc) while she tried to figure out where Norton could sleep permanently, if he needed it, only to find Norton comfortable and sound asleep on the pallet, buried under blankets and sheets and cuddled up to a pillow.

Oh my days YES!

He absolutely strikes me as someone who appreciates warm and cozy things and could sleep anywhere, especially with something cozy in hand ah 😭😭😭
