There needs to be a scientific study done on how Rockstar Games' Arthur Morgan is able to provoke the most earth shattering emotions I didn't even know I had in me

#you guys get me right #like you feel it deep in your chest #the joy the anguish the grief #it feels like words aren't enough #and I don't mean it as in “sad moment in video game makes you sad”#I mean it as in “a deep and well written moment that has been slowly building is fleshed out in a video game and I think about for weeks”#when I say I lose sleep over this game I really mean it #I spend hours just laying in bed thinking about everything that happens in arthur morgan's life #it eats at me #I'm not ashamed of how much I have cried over this game #it fucking gets to me #playing rdr2 is the best form of escapism until the story hits you like a stab in the chest but the blade just pushes in further and further #until you're left with a gaping wound #“wow michael I didn't know you were so emotional over pixels on a screen”#except those pixels were acted out and performed by real people and voiced by real people and designed to look like real people #the game's main target was historic realism emphasis on REALISM #to provoke emotions through amazing storytelling #it's okay to feel strongly about things!!#this game man #this game #rdr2 #red dead redemption 2 #mick squeaks #mick thinks #arthur morgan #red dead redemption 2 spoilers

I personally think it would be very amusing if Tesla gets revived alongside Knives in Stargaze and spends her entire time being rude to him and nitpicking his actions based off of some petty grievances. Like imagine he's trying to do one of his little murder speeches and she steps out of the shadows where she was standing (menacingly) going "Hey remember that time you got a whole cake for your Birthday? I never got a birthday cake. And you guys got a whole one to yourselves" or just going "Oh that's a cool thought, did you best friend Child Killer Conrad give it to you?"

Do you guys think that when Dark was dying, he knew it, and became so overwhelmed by the visceral fear of his inevitable incoming death that he started desperately pleading to Alan to somehow come save him?

A forsaken creation, dying and agonized, desperately reaching out to his creator in a last ditch attempt at salvation.

A child, begging for it's parent's help, because they're scared and they don't want to die.

frank w such bad jealously of the casual intimacy between g and mikey that it boils into a horrible paranoia abt them fucking to the point of actual mental breakdowns first thing in the morning over like them talking over cereal or something

#he sees the most mundane shit as obscene acts of love and devotion (they are actually. but still.) and gerard never does any of that with #with him so gs secretly a horrible person. obviously.#half the time he feels like a crazy asshole and hates himself 4 even considering it (but still anguishes over it) and the other he gets #drunk and screams at mikey and punches things. trashes the bus sometimes makes a huge scene and gets really accusatory w it #works himself up Bad and cries so hard he passes out in the middle of the floor. wakes up alone w everyone avoiding him as much as possible #they dont talk abt it and everyone awkwardly tolerates him / pretends to over a month or so. then he freaks out again and repeat #frerard #im drawing something w frank in it so im thinking abt him again. mostly being awful to himself/others <3

ok imagine nightmare sans. now imagine those minecraft villager trading halls where all the villagers are stuck in the little cell blocks to get ideal trades. now that but replace the villagers with the murder time trio and ideal trades with negativity. he's maxxing out the negativity output for every square foot i guess,,,,,,,

there's absolutely NO space for movement it's practically a little closet. only thing is like basic necessities like food and water distributed by a killer (because he wouldn't get attatched to any of them when there's so many,,,, perhaps a different cell warden for a killer only section to avoid a killer meeting another killer and then having to deal with the mindboggle they'd face and then UGH!!!) these little negativity farms cost so little effort to make!!! all nightmare has to do is keep as many (living) sanses (IN FACT NOT EVEN THE TRIO!! but also the trio since they're easy to break down) in as little space as possible and he's practically got like. + 100k negativity every hour with just 6 of these farms. how efficient!

WHAT IS GOING ON #and then it starts to sink in and oh god if this wasn't the worst possible time for him to be introduced to the multiverse. AND TERRIBLY TO #and then he gets angry. he just decided to start killing his underground and now he did ALL THAT FOR NOTHING??? HE CAN'T HELP HIS AU IN HER #and then depression. he doesn't know how long he'll be stuck here. dust denies food and water he only silently cries and zones out #yada yada bargaining and then acceptance by which then if he's completely numb and providing no emotions killer disposes of him #it's not only dehumanizing for the prisoners but also absolutely terrible for the warden killer too #all these faces eventually blend into one and not even the most anguished of cries about other versions of papyrus do anything #SOMEONE STOP THIS MADNESS BRUH DREAM!!!
