One more little game completed - A Tiny Sticker Tale! This is a cute little game with a really fun premise: you can pick up objects from the environment as stickers, put them in your portable sticker book, and then stick them onto the world somewhere else to solve puzzles.

It's a quite small little game and worth checking out imo. It does a really good job of exploring the space of the sticker mechanic to its fullest I think - the puzzles are fun and I had a good time running around the island and solving all of them.

After Lonesome Village, I also played A Tiny Sticker Tale by the same developers. It felt shorter but I thought it was even cuter.

Basically, you collect objects and characters as stickers to fill your album and reuse them in the “real” world to solve puzzles. This mechanic reminded me of the way echoes work in The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom... except A Tiny Sticker Tale technically did it first!

Anyway, as always, here’s my home. It’s not great because I just decided to include (almost) everything I got and placed it where I could, but I still like it.

I gave some of it to my raccoon frenemy too :)

However, a few pieces of furniture just vanished and I have no idea where they are...

And there was a secret message written in the alphabet from Lonesome Village! Here’s what it says:

A Tiny Sticker Tale - Demo

So I had wishlisted this on the Nintendo Eshop after seeing it on a Cozy K video. Yesterday I saw it had a demo on steam so I was like "oh hey. Why not?" and downloaded it right then and there.

I completed the demo and according to steam I played for 24 mins. I was expecting a cute little mindless puzzler and it was cute but the puzzles did actually engage my braincells. It wasn't overly complicated but it was both the beginning of the story and just a demo so it might get a bit more challenging in future. I thought the graphics and controls were good, the story was interesting and it ran well on PC. Overall I had fun with it, though I do think it'd be more enjoyable on a handheld. Since I don't own a steam deck(nor the money for one), I'll probably get it on my switch next time that it goes on sale.
