Once more, the sound of doom echoes. A jingle and a jangle of the bells of sorrow, following sounds of what was apparently loud squishes and squeaks.

You knew what it was - WHO it was. You shiver and take a deep breath. Everyone else seems to discover what the sound meant.

You stand in front of your friends. You have Rock Craft after all, you can shield them all at least. In front of you is a pile of Sadness gibs, and a lonesome figure breathing heavily.

They turn to you, a lone eye empty and dark.

"…OH?" they start dangerously, with that very real manic grin. "Already back, Isa? You must really love my script! You're playing your role so well!"

You protest, in the same way you have been for hours now. You plead for them to calm down, to stop their madness - that they aren't hated, not yet.

That they're going to die on this path.

They force out a giggle, dark tears in their eye.

"No…you know what I'm thinking, Isa?" they begin, whipping out their dagger. "You're still such a coward. Always pleading for change. But never trying to make it happen unless it's all for YOURSELF. So if you feel that strongly about this…"

They laugh. Loudly at that. Dark tears surround their right hand.

This means only one thing.

"…You're the Fighter here, Isa…

I also just generally want to be doin them, it's proving a good distraction from yesterday, which I do need💝

Chances are end of tomorrow they're done, at a push late tonight ! and at latest friday afternoon.
