never thought i’d ever be in the position to say this, but... i’m thinking about buying a house

#it's so exciting and scary #also delighted to learn that we can afford much more house than i thought we could??#personal #biggest things on my wishlist #a nice backyard #a screened in back porch so my cats can be outside without being outside you know #a bathroom with a nice deep tub for soaking #a gas stove !!!#i can make most of these changes after the fact but id rather not have to u feel me #oh also at least 2 bedrooms but preferably 3 #because 1 room for me and louis #1 room to use as a game room for our PC's a nerdy collector's items and what not #and a third room to use as a genuine guest room for when friends and fam come to visit #i'm manifesting the perfect house ok #oh and NO HOA!!!#fuck hoa's #no one gets tell me what to do with MY house that IIII paid for

Since everyone is on the topic of food, do you have a favorite food? Or something you tend to snack on a lot?

I like sautéed reindeer a lot, I think it's been my favorite dish for a good while now. With mashed potatoes and lingonberry jam. Creamy salmon soup too. I've eaten roasted moose just a couple of times but it was one of the best things I've tasted. Unfortunately it's expensive, I can't really justify splurging that much on delicacy meats. When I'm getting takeout I tend to default to sushi, Subway or Chinese.

Snacks, uhh... Lately I've been eating various yoghurts on a daily basis I guess? I don't eat tons of candy or salty snacks, if I'm buying a little treat for myself I'm going with a cinnamon roll, voisilmäpulla or some other pastry. I also like trying various seasonal and imported sodas.

#I really love umami and meaty dishes but I eat very little meat these days #especially red meat #but whenever I do I try to go quality over guantity and get something really nice #I get these intense food cravings every now and then #at one point I was putting honey mustard on everything and another time I was obsessed with dill #goopy fried eggs on rye bread #I had a really bad onion/garlic phase a couple of years ago #went temporarily insane and ate an entire raw onion like an apple once #answered #backyard-dog

I'm curious to know, what would you and your f/o's houses be/look like??

#i'll go first #for sero and I its a cozy lil bungalow with a very decent sized backyard #so we could have a lovely deck set to host friends and/or have summer dinners outside #with a very intricate garden with a few sitting areas so you can enjoy the flora (remember our rock garden??)#a lil zen garden for sero #and a shaded side with our hammocks so we can lay out and turn off for a lil bit #as well our home set up with a few guest rooms - as well the basement set up for me to enjoy #with my own lil TV area and a downstairs bedroom set aside for me office/craft room #with Bokuto we have a lovely brick townhouse #the backyard is just big enough to have a nice gazebo like sitting area and a small running space for our puppo #the basement is a workout area for him - he's elated when I join from time to time #and one of the upper bedrooms is solely for me!#(again office and craft room)#and yeah!#I wanna know all about yours pls #🔮.the peddler mumbles #🔮.the peddler's self-ships

still alive. hanging out with my pal helped it was chill and awesome how easy it was just to sit arnd in each others company doin our own things. on shift w the fun coworker so hopefully i can let his voice wash over me like waves this evening i just gotta make it through from now until i clock in & then from when i close up to when i get home n eat dinner. closing up will put me thru insane illness i fear but we ball nothin i aint dealt with before

#shitboxposting #amazed im still alive. in a good way being alive is so nice #it smells like spring outside ! thats so nice !!#i think my current ennui is not having a good picture of what i want my future to look like & more importantly #not feeling like i'll get there #im coming back to it though. this tiny precious dream i dont talk about because its too fragile and i want nothing to break it #i literally want a home. with a couch and a sliding glass door to the backyard and kinda near the beach if i could manage it #a sunroom or garden i can sit & draw in . that golden stove light on the bottom of the microwave . a stack of board games #a guest room & so many spare pillows and blankets so people can crash. decent tv. big dining room table. kitchen island #my beanbag can come with me. a dinky lil room for myself. plenty of lamps and low light sources #im working towards a degree so i can afford all that. im getting better at being friendly so i can have friends over more readily .#it may seem frustrating when romantic relationships dont work out but aside from those individual attempts im getting better personally@#being able to handle having one at all. that progress is harder to see but i cant ignore that #im feeling better now. gnna play hades 2
