Valerie spent two years in Atlanta settling her father's affairs. He'd managed to retire to the Georgia capital after a backbreaking lifetime of working the Arasaka dockyards, but the pension wasn't quite enough to cover his astounding gambling debts. They'd never seen eye to eye, none of their siblings had, but it ate her up all the same that she was the only one to see the old man buried.
Violetta, as expected, hid behind her duties at Arasaka. "I have a lot going on here," she said, as if dealing with funerals and hospital bills and realtors wasn't the worst and biggest unpaid gig she'd ever dealt with. It had always burned Valerie to see her older sister run into the arms of the company that killed their father. The monthly 'allowance' Violetta sent their father in the years before his death was a bigger slap in the face. A few hundred eddies to absolve herself of not being there, that's all it was.
Vincenzo, on the other hand, was impossible to even inform. He'd hitchhiked out of their lives at 15, with only a handful of intermittent postcards throughout the years to remind them he was alive. He might not have any idea their father had died, and for all Valerie knew he preferred not having a way to find out. "Jeez, sorry sis," he'd probably say, on some grainy call from god-knows-where. People always said her brother was as flaky as he was friendly, but Valerie had a different word for it: cowardice.
Now she was back in the city that promised both fortune and misery. Atlanta had drained her, left her moody and unfocused. She knew better than to take Kirk at his word; his reputation was slimier than his gelled hair, but she needed a job to keep her moving forward. Night City rewarded sharks, those who never stopped looking for blood in the water, and Valerie knew the smell of blood.

How you feels about safe vore? Or it’s only fatal for you? If yes, then why?
That's actually really funny considering 90% of content I make for myself is generally non-fatal or imagined that way for canon (• ▽ •;) I do generally leave it open ended though or some fatal implications for others though since my close friends are into it
My main enjoyments in non-fatal is usually the interactions. The closeness of pred and prey and how it can be loving or warm, the antics between pred and prey and causing mischief to one another, and lastly, my inability to kill characters because it makes me feel weird.
Overall, though, I'm only into fatal if it's kinda "justice" in a sense. If there's really annoying antagonist or someone who's a constant dick, I don't mind them becoming an extra inch or two on a pred. The other situation I like is if it adds tension to a plot. It's actually a huge plot device for my character Oren (if I had the nerve to write it out. Will leave more info below the cut)
Main Plot For Oren: Oren's joined the guard as a regular protector of the crown, but with his unusually large appetite, he's gained the attention from the spoiled prince. Within a year, he's moved from foot guard to personal bodyguard. It becomes clear why as the prince test the guard's hunger out. First starting with small feast and escalating to prisoners from the cells down under, Oren becomes a way to snuff out lawbreakers and appease the doting prince.
Problems arise after a year or so of this position. Oren fallen into a routine of gorging with a pushy prince, but one fated afternoon, the prince has to leave, and a servant takes his place. At first Oren is indifferent to the new guy attending his hard-working gut until he feels the soft touch of their hands and their softness. He melts under the new help and starts to find him more desirable. This will eventually lead to relationship they can’t quite show around the crown because it could lead to Oren’s lover becoming the sloshy stomach the Prince can’t wait to hold...
