This moment in Udon was impactful to me when i read it the first time and it still hits. Rebels being beaten down for years (i want to point out the way Luffy said it, the eng sub said "...got your spirits shattered!" but ĺżăŽä¸ăžă§ăăăăăŤćăăăăăŁăŚ to me felt more like "from even the bottom of your hearts you've been broken (to pieces)"), and the way they had it in their heads that even if all hope is lost, at least they're still alive, their utter hopelessness- and then the anger Luffy, literal hope incarnate, had, telling them that being imprisoned shouldn't be your daily life, that this isn't being alive at all.
Such a good scene
#re-experiencing wano#ćăăăăăŁăŚ is kind of a harsh way to say it too and it goes without saying but mayumi tanaka delivereddd on all of her lines. so so good#im not a translator at all but i just wanna share ig#a big part of why i wanted to watch wano was to hear it in JP to compare it w english (cause i can't read jp well but-#-at least i can pick up nuances by hearing T_T small mercies)#but anyways yeah#luffy being direct and giving people reality checks *chefs kiss*#monkey d. luffy#one piece

Itâs cold.Â
The cold turned cruel the moment you woke, remembering why there were no warm bodies surrounding you.Â
That wasnât real. Just pretend.Â
Back to your boring life.
âGood morning, Miss Sylvad,â an unpleasantly cheerful servant greeted you. They'd barged into your quarters after a single, patronizing knock, proceeding to hang a few dresses on the coat rack, fluffing the skirts before eyeing your hair. âYour uncle has requested your presence at breakfast, so I have preparedââ
âI can dress myself.â
Their eyes widened for just a split second, so very good at their job.
Can't manage rich pieces of shit like me if you remind us that you're a real fucking person.Â
âOf course, Miss Sylvad, but if I mayââ
âYou can report that I refused your assistance. Iâm sure youâll have someone waiting in the hall to show me where to go?â
âYes, Miss Sylvad,â they nodded, brows creasing just enough for you to know they had a thought, but not enough to know what kind. You stared at the door when they left you alone, and almost screamed for them to return, just to have something else to focus on besides the empty bed. Heat climbed up your throat, but the thought of crying more tears after how many youâd drained last night made you want to stop breathing.Â
The thought of Uncle Cedrick seeing you cry was enough to pull you in, emptiness radiating from you like twisted heat.Â
That silver chain seemed to pull at your restless fingers, and you couldnât decide if it made you more or less likely to cry if you carried it with you.Â
You carried it with you.Â

~~~đđ¤Ąđ´đĄď¸~~~
âThe locket,â Crocodile breathed, his soothing hand halting its movement down Buggyâs legs.Â
âYou can hear her,â Mihawk praised. His voice was unbelieving, almost reverent.Â
âBuggy, youâre brilliant,â Shanks laughed, leaning in to kiss his clown.
âSHUT UP!!â
The clownâs three lovers jolted at his yell, watching his face crumple while he curled in on himself.Â
âI need to listen,â Buggy muttered as he shoved a finger in his remaining ear. âGotta make her stop crying. Gotta stopâŚâ
Looks were shared between his old enemies, their gentle hands unable to stop the flow of tears that stained that colorful face.Â
~~~
âBuggy, you need to sleep,â Shanks pleaded, pulling him back against his chest. The three men curled around him on that giant bed, yet no word or touch seemed to calm their clown. Shanks held his lover from behind, wishing that he could wrap around him completely, protect him from all this pain.
âHave to listen,â Buggy almost whined, exhaustion dripping from him.Â
Mihawk was afraid to reach out, as though his toxic touch could somehow sever that precious connection, somehow tear her from Buggy, yet again. He faced the clown as they laid on that glorious bed, this man that heâd ridiculed, tortured, abusedâŚÂ
I donât deserveâ
Crocodile disrupted Mihawkâs self pitying thoughts, reaching around his body to touch Buggyâs face, brushing that pretty, blue hair aside.Â
âWeâre here, Buggy. Weâll help you. Weâll get her back.â
âShe needs you to sleep now, baby,â Shanks whispered along Buggyâs ear.Â
âThank you for helping her,â Mihawk choked, that broken sound bringing the clown back to the room for a moment.Â
He found golden eyes struggling to meet his gaze, and silver eyes staring as Crocodile hugged the quivering swordsman from behind.Â
âI canât help her. I canât do anything,â Buggy rasped, his mouth dry as too many hands reached for him again.Â
âYouâre going to save her, Buggy,â Mihawk vowed, tracing fingers along his face, through tears and faded paint. âWeâre going to help you. You have my word.â
Y/Nâs sobs had slowed and quieted by now, fitful breathing letting him know that she was moving toward sleep.Â
All alone. SheâsâŚ
Mihawkâs dangerous fingers trailed over his lips, those deadly eyes wider and softer than heâd thought possible.Â
âThank you, Buggy.â
This wasnât the sort of kiss Buggy was used to, at least not from anyone besides Shanks and his star.Â
It was just a kiss.Â
Just a bare touch of lips that asked nothing of him. The swordsman kissed him, then cuddled against his chest, his scent and warmth finally slowing the clownâs breathing.Â
Buggy fell asleep to the sound of her beating heart, while laying in this bed that felt empty, even with the four bodies upon it.Â
Iâm listening, star. Iâm listeningâŚÂ
~~~đđ¤Ąđ´đĄď¸~~~
~~~~~~
~~~đ˛đ˛đ˛~~~ Â
Gods, he could listen to himself talk all fucking day.
It seemed that Uncle Cedrick had called you in just to spout nothingness, blabbing about his recent deals, and âcharityâ ventures that were nothing more than ego boosts and tax write offs.Â
Kill me now.Â
âWhat was that, niece?â
An exhausted laugh escaped your lips, and you had to fight yourself not to give in to your useless desires to insult, to scream, to hurt.Â
Now that he wasnât restricted by the Cross Guildâs security regulations, Uncle had his personal guards trailing him everywhere, even on his own ship.Â
Pathetic.Â
âI do hope that your time as a hostage to pirates wasnât traumatic enough to make you lose your sense of propriety.â
âIs that the party line, Uncle,â you sniffed, forcing another bite down. You wouldnât let yourself be any weaker than you were, no matter how ashy the expensive food tasted. âShould I prepare a statement? Practice my crocodile tears?â
âVery funny,â he frowned, setting down his silverware to give you his full, disparaging attention. âLuckily, the people aware of your recent hobbies have a vested interest in keeping that knowledge close to the chest. But yes, if anyone asks, you were kidnapped by the clown, and held for ransom. I, of course, found and rescued you before they couldâ Well, that leads to our other concernâŚâ
âAnd what would that be, uncle,â you scowled while you pictured all of the ways your daydreams could have killed him.Â
The smile that tugged at his sneering lips almost had you spilling what little breakfast youâd managed to eat.
âYou did say you were ready, Y/N,â he gloated, dabbing nothing from his face with his embroidered napkin. âItâs time for you to get married.â
~~~đ˛đ˛đ˛~~~ Â
~~~~~~
~~~đ¤Ąđ¤Ąđ¤Ą~~~
Buggy woke in a panic, already hearing Y/Nâs voice. Her annoyance at some stranger wanting to dress her made him want to flay that person alive. The clown ignored everyone, everything in his path, until he tore through the old suite heâd shared with her.Â
His star had barely brought a thing with her when she joined him. Lingerie and birth control, some expensive, but mismatched clothes, and of course, her notebooks, pens, and an old calculator.Â
Why didnât I see you were running from something, baby? Iâm soâÂ
âHow isââ
âSHUT UP!â
Three, dangerous men hovered by the door like strays begging for scraps. The clown would have laughed at that pathetic picture if it hadnât shown just how fucking helpless they were to save her right now.Â
âSheâs talking to Uncle AssHat. Close the fucking door,â he ordered, cracking open one of her empty notebooks to feel like he was doing any fucking thing to help her. Her pretty pen scratched away at the page. Something about party lines, kidnapping, andâŚÂ
âItâs time for you to get married.â
The fuck?!
âDonât worry, niece,â that fucking sleezeball continued, âitâll still be your choice. Your mother will be thrilled to help you prepare to meet your suitors. Itâs been too long since youâve taken this seriously.â
âNo. Nononono, star! This is stupid,â Buggy whispered, dropping her pen as his fingers tapped along his thighs.
âMy choice,â she said with a dark laugh, clearing her throat to clear it away. âWhen does the parade of boredom begin?â
Pride for her attitude was sunk by the realization that she hadnât argued, hadnât resisted with anything more than her snark.Â
âCome now, Y/N, not everyone can be as interesting as the mass murderers youâve been bedding down with lately.â
Buggy held his hand over his mouth, the angry beat of her heart sending sick fear straight through him. Sweat poured through the muted paint he hadnât removed the night before.Â
âYou have put us in quite the predicament, niece,â Cedrick paused, and Buggy couldnât hear past that frantic beat to know what else might be happening in the room. âWhen all you were doing was playing at being poor, I didnât see the harm in letting you wait. Now that youâve shown the outlandish, dangerous situations youâll put yourself in, I canât risk you destroying the familyâs reputation.â
Why arenât you saying anything, baby? Your heartâŚÂ
âWe'll have to wait at least a month, Iâd say. Canât allow people to question where any new little heirs might have come from. Although, if anything pops out with a fucking clown nose, weâll just have to send itââÂ
âFuck you.â
Buggy had stopped breathing, trying to wake himself the fuck up from this piece of shit dream.Â
âYou canât expect me to have any sympathy for those freaks. Not when you didnât even trust them yourself,â Sylvad laughed, smug and shitty. âI watched you lie to them, niece. Donât pretend they were anything real to you. Just a little adventure for an attention-seekingââ
âShut up,â Y/N seethed, though it was too quiet.Â
StarâŚÂ
âYou never trusted those criminals, not for a second,â AssHat kept gloating. Buggy was about to explode with the need to stab this man in the fucking throat. âDonât lie to yourself. You didnât tell them the truth, because you know exactly what they would do to you if they found out.â
Her heart was too much, it didnât sound right.Â
This couldnât be right.
âArbo Sylvadâs little heiress only inherits her daddyâs wealth when she gets married,â Sylvad mocked, each new word like rotten food forced down Buggyâs throat. âAnd her lucky spouse gets their own hefty chunk of the company as soon as the vows are sealed. Which one of your pirate lovers do you think would have won the fight? I bet the swordsman would haveââ
âYou won,â his star growled, the sound forced as though her teeth were clenched. âIâm here, so why donât you shut the fuck up already?â
âDonât be so tense,â that asshole chuckled, voice a bit louder as though heâd leaned toward her. âYouâll have over a month until the wedding to pick your favorite suitor. You should be grateful, Y/N. Itâs a lot more generous than I should be, given the damage you could have caused.â
âFine.â
Buggy had forgotten that he existed. His head was in his hands, his eyes wide and dry while he gaped at the floor. Pieces of his body were scattered, but he couldnât fucking feel a thing.Â
âIâm certain weâll find a suitor that youâll be content with,â her uncle needled, that saccharine voice making the clown gag. âBesides, something good came from this little tantrum of yours. Now that I know my pretty niece prefers men my age, Iâll be setting you up with some friends of mine. Theyâve been asking about you for years. Iâm sure that at least one of them will let you call them daââ
Her heart.
Her rage.
A crash of noise shook the clown to his core. Y/Nâs yells, broken glass, and âsoothingâ voices, did nothing to drown out that fuckerâs smug laughter.Â
All Buggy could do was try not to die.Â

Helpless.Â
Sir Crocodile.Â
Dracule Mihawk.
Red Haired Shanks.
Each of them was helpless, useless, pathetic.
They couldnât help Y/N, and now they couldnât help their clown, the only one of them that had held themselves together for her.
Crocodile huffed a laugh at the thought while he lit a cigar. Breakfast was a discarded concept as these three, powerful pirates moped in the lounge.Â
âWe have an in,â Shanks soothed the air, since no words could be soothing to the two men on the too empty couch.Â
âYes, astounding work retrieving a business card,â Mihawk snarked, his head leaning back against the couch while he clenched his eyes shut, fighting the urge for violence. âI wasnât aware that you had such impressive networking skills. I would haveââ
âDonât be a brat,â Crocodile purred, drawing the other menâs eyes to his. âWe can let out steam later. Right nowââ
âYouâre right. Iâm sorry.â
Shanks stared.Â
And stared.Â
âYou alright, Red Hair?â
Crocodile frowned at his enemy, letting it go. Letting it go for the two men he wanted to see happy again.Â
Letting it go for the sweet girl that just might need this manâs help.
Well, he tried to let it goâŚ
âWhatâs wrong with you?â
âSorry,â Shanks shook himself, absolutely fucking bewildered by everything heâd witnessed since he stepped foot on this island. âBuggyâs right, though. We canât go until we know sheâll want us to. Itâs up to Buggy.â
âCan we at least plan out all the pretty ways we can end that Mr. Sylvad,â Mihawk sighed as he turned, stretching his legs across the couch, and over Crocodileâs lap.Â
âIâm partial to gutting,â Crocodile gave the swordsman a tiny smile, laying that large hand onto those leather clad legs.Â
Shanks frowned at the green couch, and at the men flirting over the topics of torture and death.Â
âIâve got a headache,â he groaned, covering his eyes.
âThereâs more scotch on the bar,â Crocodile jerked his head, ignoring the rest of the trashed room. âIâll take a glass.â
The red haired pirate laughed, pouring peaty glasses all around.Â
âGood morning.â

~~~đ¤Ąđ¤Ąđ¤Ą~~~
Why are you so quiet, star?Â
Her heart got slower as that shitheadâs laughter faded into the distance. Too many, âright this way, Miss Sylvadâs,â made him feel spun around, until a door shut, and quiet took over.Â
âFucking stupid,â Y/N berated herself, quiet thuds making Buggy cringe, the sound as though sheâd hit the meat of her thighs before falling to her knees.
Baby, let me help youâŚ
Sick laughter bubbled up, just enough to freeze the blood in his veins, though she choked it down fast. Near silent whispers left her lips in a panicked slur, and Buggy curled in on himself, too weak for this torture.
âDonât show it. Donât let him see. Just daydreams now, just daydreams. Daydreams are good. JustâŚâ
Her body drifted further and further away with each moment on that assholeâs ship, yet Buggy felt like they were inches apart, crumpled on the floor while broken sounds left both of their throats.Â
âWhy didnât you trust me, star,â the clown cried, reaching for her, finding nothing. âWhy did you leave me?â
âBuggyâŚâ
His eyes flew open, forgetting that she wasnât here, that she couldnât hear him when she whispered his name. He listened while his pretty star sobbed, until her breathing stopped being human.Â
~~~
Buggy had to be in a fucking nightmare. Nothing made any fucking sense anymore.
He snatched the notebook and pen, racing to the lounge with a finger in his ear to keep track of her soft, wounded noises. He charged into the room, his upper body floating close enough to smell the foul stench of Crocodileâs scotch, like a noxious cloud over the too relaxed men.Â
Crocodile gazed at Mihawk, rubbing along his calves and feet where the swordsman had laid them in his lap, his extravagant boots tossed to the side of the couch.Â
Shanks was on the floor, leaning against the couch in front of the swordsman, sighing while dangerous fingers played in his hair.Â
âBuggy,â Mihawk breathed, looking genuinely pleased to see him.
âWhat the FUCK are you idiots doing?â
âWaiting for you, little clown,â Crocodile rasped, patting the back of the couch between him and the swordsman.Â
âDid you hear something, Buggy,â Shanks breathed, sitting forward to reach his hand out. Soft, brown eyes scanned the clown too deep.Â
Buggyâs need to scream at someone fizzled out, the looks on their faces reminding him that he wasnât the only one that wanted to save her.Â
âSheâs gonna get married.â

~~~â°đ˛đ˛đ˛â°~~~
âI love you, Y/N,â your first love purred, kissing his way up your neck until he smiled down at you.Â
He didnât wait for you to respond, just tasted your frozen lips, bringing his hands back down your body until you sighed.Â
âDonât teaseââ
âIâm not teasing,â he vowed, trapping you in his joyful gaze. âI love you! Iâve loved you for ages, you big nerd!â
âHey,â you laughed, skin going hot while you tried to cover your face. He wouldnât let you, lips pressing against every bit of burning skin he could reach while you squirmed.Â
âIâll go anywhere with you, Y/N. Your uncleâs stuffy mansion, your tiny, shitty dorm room, we can even run away and change our names. Just as long as itâs you and meâŚâ
âReally,â you asked, not meaning to sound so lost.Â
âReally,â he promised, stealing your heart. âDo you love me too?â
âI do,â you breathed, tearing your chest wide open for him. âI love you.â
~~~â°đ˛đ˛đ˛â°~~~

~~~đ˛đ˛đ˛~~~
Iâm fine.
It was easier to lie to yourself when you remembered your new personal guards outside the door.Â
More like prison guards. My other cage was prettier.
Biting down on your fist, you fought to silence anymore laughter that could mark you as wrong. You needed to get your shit together now. You couldnât fall apart like you had at breakfast. Couldnât let him push youâŚÂ
âIâll just turn it all off. Shut it all down.â
Sighing at the pathetic words you hadnât meant to say out loud, you fought to remember how you used to live.Â
Breathe, slow and steady. Remember that nothing matters, so it shouldnât bother you. Just focus on numbers. Counting, multiplying, dividing, making up random problems to solve in your head all day.Â
Iâve got this. Iâm fine.
~~~đ˛đ˛đ˛~~~ Â
~~~~~~
~~~đđ¤Ąđ´đĄď¸~~~
âWhat did you say,â Mihawk growled, the rumble of death in his voice.
Buggyâs body pulled together before this ragged group of pirates that had just looked as pathetic as humanly possible for such powerful men.Â
Until heâd said those words.Â
Now there was a thrum of violence that seemed to steal the oxygen from the air.
Doubt filled the clown, those vicious eyes freezing him, trapping him with decisions that all felt wrong.Â
The red haired pirate sat up enough to grab Buggyâs hand, guiding the man to sit on the ground with him, to stare up at those towering villains on the couch. Shanks wanted to move him when he saw the view, but his clown was shaking, so he just held on as much as he would let him.Â
âWhat did you hear,â Crocodile rasped, stretching out his fingers, fighting not to clench them, to tear them through the world to get to her.Â
âIâll kill you,â Buggy threatened, brushing off Shanksâ concerned grip. âIf you hurt her, I wonât give a fuck. Iâll blow myself up to take both of you with me.â
Mihawk stared into those crystal eyes, seeing that same look that had been there all this time. He had laughed at it, punished it, until he was finally grateful for it. Buggyâs bravery, and his love for Y/N never wavered, even when they had smeared his blood across the floor.Â
âIf I ever hurt her again, I will gladly let you kill me.â Â
Statues carved to gaze at each other, the swordsman and the clown might have remained there forever, if Crocodile hadnât leaned close.Â
âI donât care what you heard, Buggy,â he assured, remembering her laughing in his clown's arms. âIâll never be able to make up for what I did to you both, but Iâm gonna start by getting our girl back, safe. No matter what.â
Crocodile offered his hand, meeting Shanksâ gaze over Buggyâs shoulder.
âYou were right about me, Red Hair,â he confessed, his shoulders relaxing when Mihawkâs hand joined his. âIâm a monster, and I canât change what⌠Iâm never gonna hurt Y/N, or Buggy, or Mihawk again. I know itâs notââ
âThatâs a lot of words for âhelp me,â Shanks teased lightly, tilting around Buggy so he could join Mihawk in touching the larger manâs hand. He apologized quickly, soothing Crocodileâs weak huff. âTurns out Iâm not the best person either, but Iâm here. Iâll do anything I can to bring her back.â
âI swear it,â Mihawk breathed, imploring the clown to let them in. âI donât deserve her, but you do. Iâllââ
âHow much fucking scotch did you guys drink,â Buggy scolded, his nervous laughter lightening the mood, but not the tension. Those three hands still waited, three sets of eyes on his skin.Â
Three, old enemies that could betray him, could hurt her, could take her.Â
Three lovers that had been saying such wonderful things.Â
âI will blow us allââ
âI know you will, little clown," Crocodile praised, his face softening even further when that gloved hand finally touched his.Â
Donât turn it all off, baby. Weâre gonna get you out of there.
Buggy felt like a fucking idiot, but he couldnât stop this feeling.
Hope.
~~~đđ¤Ąđ´đĄď¸~~~
~~~â°đ˛đ˛đ˛â°~~~
It was getting a little late, but you werenât bothered at all. You waited, enjoying your cheap cocktail, and the cheesy grin that you couldnât keep off of your face.
I love him. He loves me.Â
Brand new words. Words that you hadnât expected to find. At least, you werenât supposed to, not unless the person who said them was on a certain list.
You didnât give a fuck about any of that while you swirled your colorful straw, letting yourself feel it all.
âHello, niece. Arenât you looking adorable this evening?â
âWhy are you here,â you spat while your eyes scanned the restaurant, hoping that your boyfriend would be late enough to miss meeting Uncle Cedrick.
âAre you looking for your date,â he chuckled, picking up your drink just to sniff and scowl at it. âIâm afraid he was in a bit of a hurry, and didnât find the time to write a goodbye note for you. Something about an internship with Galley-La⌠I did save his signature though.â
Denial paralyzed you, even as he laid the contract out on the table. Every word on the page was a knife through the heart, but you couldnât look away until youâd read it all, until you should have been bleeding, dying in the middle of that shitty restaurant.
âYou know, it didnât even take him five minutes before he decided to sign your love away for some pocket change, and a potential job,â Uncle Cedrick gloated, snatching up the contract before your humiliating tears could smudge the ink. âThat sort of trash doesnât belong anywhere near the Sylvad name.â
âI donât want that fucking name,â you choked out, eyeing the guards heâd brought with him.Â
He sat back, his arms spread wide, just like his disgusting smile. So at ease, so fucking pleased.Â
âAre you feeling well, niece? Relationship troubles canââ
âIâm fine.â
Uncle Cedrick smirked, leaning over the table to touch your chin. You held your breath to keep from flinching, to keep from smelling that stupid cologne.Â
âI knew youâd be fine. Youâre such a smart girl,â he praised, and the urge to throw up in his face was getting harder to fight. âItâs been too long. I have some suitors for you to meet, and I can guarantee that none of them would stand you up for such a meager amount of berry.â
âNo, youâd cut your friends a much better deal,â you seethed, shaking beneath his gentle touch.Â
âYouâre not a child anymore, Y/N,â he purred, and you had to close your eyes. Had to remind yourself why biting his fucking fingers off would be a bad idea. âYou should know that people like us donât get to marry for love, and I will do anything to protect this family. Even from my brotherâs irritating obsession with his favorite daughter.â
He radiated satisfaction, and you knew exactly what smile heâd have when you opened your eyes. You could finally breathe again when he pulled away, taking his fingers, and his scent with him.Â
âWeâll get you set up with a date this weekend,â he chatted, his friendly tone giving you a headache. âI found a gentleman that looks quite like your wannabe shipwright, so feel free to have a little extra fun if you need to. Just donât forget your pill, at least not until the wedding. We donât need any more complicationsâŚâÂ
Uncle Cedrick finally left, but your thoughts were too sharp, so you just stared, frowning at that cheap cocktail. Nausea roiled around your gut too much for you to open your mouth, let alone take a sip.Â
~~~â°đ˛đ˛đ˛â°~~~
~~~đđ¤Ąđ´đĄď¸~~~
Buggy threatened them all a few more times, still afraid to reveal his starâs secrets, but he knew he couldnât do a thing without all of their help.Â
âShe lied to us, but Iâll shove a Buggy Ball up yourââ
âI forgive her,â Crocodile sighed, almost laughing at his little clown. âI donât care how many lies she told, I love her, and weâre getting herââ
âShe didnât trust us,â Buggy started again, his voice breaking slightly at the thought that she hadnât trusted him. He pushed through, pushing out the next words as fast as he could. âShe gets all that fucking tree money when she gets married, and whoever she marries instantly gets their own piece of that stupid company.â
âWhat?â
âI know you heard me, Hawk Eyes,â Buggy groaned, his hands floating away from their little huddle to shake and flap through the air.Â
âThat canât be right. What idiot would write that in a will,â Crocodile scoffed, watching those floating hands. âIf that got out, sheâd have a fucking target on her back her whole life. They wouldnât even need a ransom, they could just kidnap her, and force her toâŚâÂ
Eyes met, but all looked away while shame flooded the room.
âNo wonder sheâd never tell,â Shanks breathed, remembering the face sheâd made when he pushed and prodded for her secret to come out.Â
âYou said sheâs getting married,â Mihawk shook himself. That urgent question had stayed unanswered while they comforted each other, while she was adrift out there with no one but enemies beside her. âWho the fuck do we need to kill?â
Buggy laughed, sick laughter, as though his star needed him to let it out since she couldnât.Â
âMy flashy girl's got a whole month to go on all sorts of shitty dates,â Buggy ranted, remembering what heâd be listening to for the next few weeks. âShe gets to pick her favorite, slimy, fucking ASSHOLE, and thenâŚâ
âWhat, Bugs? Weâll know when the wedding is,â Shanks urged, rubbing his hand down Buggyâs back. âYou just tell us when and where, and weâll go get her.â
Silence went on, except for the scotch scented breaths that surrounded Buggy while he ran through everything heâd heard. They watched him for a few minutes after he brought his hands back, writing every detail he could remember.
âItâs not enoughâŚâ
They didnât prod this time, but three hands touched Buggy again, until he sagged against Shanksâ chest.Â
âShe wouldnât leave me for this,â he tried to declare, but had to swallow the pressure in his throat to force it out. âShe doesnât wanna be there, you should hear herâŚâ
Y/N had gone quiet, though he could tell she wasnât sleeping. It sounded like she was just sitting in silence, not even the rustle of a book to fill the air.Â
Like sheâd shut herself down.
âSheâs smart, and sheâs strong. She wouldnât let him do this to her without a reason.â
âI trust you, Buggy,â Mihawk rasped, giving his clown the hint of a smile. âYouâll figure out the excuse we need to crash that wedding, and Iâm certain youâll put on quite the show.â
âI, yeah,â Buggy frowned as the swordsman's hands trailed down his chest, making him pause. Shanks gave a little huff of protest when Mihawk sank to the pile of rugs, pulling Buggy to the side.Â
âShe trusts you. She wants you, Buggy,â Mihawk purred, feeling lost in a way that felt right as he followed along with his bodyâs plans. âYou woke her up last night. You should have heard her little noises, should have smelled her after the finaleâŚâ
Shanks watched his lovers falling into each other, and there was a fearful urge to attach himself there, to cling, and to claim.Â
Yet something in the way their eyes were caught together made the red haired pirate take a breath, pulling himself up to sit on that green couch. The scarred man topped off their glasses of scotch, and they watched the show.Â
Crocodile hummed when they tapped their glasses, wondering if it was the scotch, the loss, or the fact that maybe things really were loosening up, that made this moment of sharing so relaxed, so easy.Â
âSmelled,â Buggy asked once he could remember how to talk, wetting his lips while he stared at Mihawkâs taunting mouth. Only it wasnât taunting.Â
âOur little rabbit wanted you so badly, I thought she might leap over the crowd just to touch you.â
Buggy sighed, remembering her perfect smile. Then he gasped as Mihawk reached for him, kissing up his throat while those dangerous fingers traveled over his body, pulling at his clothes.Â
âWhat areââ
âI wanted you too, Buggy,â Mihawk confessed, eyes fluttering as he let himself give in, let himself say the things he wanted to say. âIâm so sorry. I treated you⌠I didnât see you.â
âIâm kinda hard to miss,â Buggy deadpanned, feeling dizzy when the swordsman laughed.Â
Mihawk crawled over the clown, tossing his coat to the floor with barely a thought while he straddled him. Heâd pulled at Buggyâs clothes enough that both of their upper bodies were bare, and the clown gave him a puzzled look.Â
âWhyââ
âI didnât see how strong you are,â Mihawk purred, moving his body along Buggyâs until the clown made pretty faces for him, soft fabric and leather rubbing together. He heard what sounded like two, pleased hums behind him, but Mihawk was too focused to look back. âBuggy the Clown is smart, and wicked, and powerful. I called you a fool, but⌠I was the fool. I didnât seeââ
âShut up,â Buggy grumbled, wiggling away until Mihawk had to lay beside him, propped up on an elbow. The clownâs head was still quiet, but all of those wordsâŚÂ
âBuggy, IââÂ
âStop,â he snarled, cringing at the look in those golden eyes when Mihawk pulled his hand away.Â
âIâm sorry, of course,â Mihawk swallowed, not sure what to do with his hand now that it shouldnât be touching the man heâd hurt.
âBugs?â
That deep voice was ignored while Buggy sat up, brows furrowed when he got in the swordsmanâs face.Â
âYou love her too,â he announced, clapping a gloved hand along Mihawkâs arm. âIâm glad you love her, but you donât need to pretend you like me.â
âLittle clownâŚâÂ
That even deeper voice was ignored while Mihawk sat up, kissing the clown until they both made hungry noises, but Buggy pushed him away.Â
âToy, right? I can play. But we need to getââ
âYouâre not a toy,â Mihawk vowed, hoping this would be the last time heâd have to say those words. âI want you, Buggy. I want to be with you, truly.â
The men on the couch had expected less talk during the show, and the urge to assist, and to comfort their boys was ramping up. Shanks watched, wide eyed, unsure if jealousy or gratitude would be a better fit. He took a swig, deciding that he liked gratitude better.
âThereâs nothing I can say that will take away what Iâve done,â Mihawk breathed, feeling shameful grief at the fear that this man would never look at him without those monstrous memories behind his eyes.Â
âIâm not mad anymore,â Buggy soothed, not sure what was happening. âWeâre good, okay? Weââ
âNot mad anymore?â
Danger.Â
Something fucking deadly just filled the air. The men on the couch tensed, but neither tried to stop it.Â
âYou must have been sooo angry with meâŚâÂ
Shanks held in a laugh, smirking at Crocodile whose brows had lifted high, that frightening face looking shocked, but amused.Â
âWell, obviously, but itâsâŚâ Buggy trailed off again, Mihawkâs wicked grin looming closer.Â
âI bet you imagined all sorts of ways to make me pay, didnât you,â the swordsman wondered, biting his lip while his eyes poured over Buggyâs skin. His breath hitched when he noticed that lovely blush moving up the clownâs neck to his pretty face. âDid you imagine how youâd like to punish me?â
Buggy couldnât help it. He was trying not to get sucked into whatever game this was. He needed to follow his old rules. Donât get attached. Donât like them too much. Donât fall for the con.Â
But that perfect fucking face was unreal, the tiny movements around the eyes, the smirking corner of his lips, just fucking daring him to take a bite.Â
âI took an anger management class once,â Buggy coughed, shaking his head slowly as if to ward off this manic birdman. âSo Iâm totally fine!â
âFine, really? Even after all of those awful things I did. All of those rotten things I said?â
The little flicker in Buggyâs eyes made Mihawk want to beg. He still might, but first, he pushed.Â
âWhat did I call you,â Mihawk hummed, leaning back on a hand while he remembered what a monster he was, trying to make it better. âThatâs right. I just couldnât believe how Y/N had ended up with such a pathetic clown.â
The clown couldnât hide the slight jerk to his head, the hint of a snarl that anyone but Dracule Mihawk might have missed.Â
âI said so many terrible things. I wouldnât blame you for wanting to tear me to pieces,â the swordsman begged, and dared, and apologized. The room felt charged, static before a storm.Â
Buggy couldnât look away from that perfect face.
âMm, what did I say that first night? We made her promise something, didnât we? Made her repeat my vicious wordsâŚâ
The clown would have told him to stop if he could unclench his jaw.Â
âDo you remember, Buggy,â he whispered, his body loose, welcoming. âDo you remember how much you wanted to hurt me?â
A soft whine left the clownâs throat when Mihawk teased fingers over his chest, playing in that dark, blue hair.Â
âDonât disappoint us by lowering yourself for that clown? What a cruel thing to say,â Mihawk rasped, almost losing his teasing tone as he drowned in his own guilt. âAre you sure youâre not still angry, Buggy? Even after we made her sayââ
âShut the fuck up,â Buggy growled, more frightening than any yell the other men had heard from him. He let out a frustrated groan at how fucking happy the swordsman seemed to be while he choked him, both hands disconnected to shove the man onto the floor by the throat.Â
âYou fucking psycho,â the clown scoffed as he straddled him, snarling down at those fluttering eyes. âTreat me worse than trash, then you get off when you try to say youâre sorry? Youâre a fucking monster!â
âI am, please. I am a monster,â Mihawk fell apart, spluttering when Buggy released his neck, nothing hurting him enough to take it all away. âIâm so sorry, Buggy, pleaseâŚâ
Mihawks face crumpled, writhing beneath him with pathetic apologies spilling from his quivering lips.Â
Dracule fucking Mihawk was crying. Begging for forgiveness.Â
Heâs really committed to the bit.Â
Buggy laughed again, and the look of shame on Mihawkâs face at the sound finally made it sink in.Â
He fucking believes it. He believes he deserves itâŚ
âYouâd better not think one shitty little tantrumâs gonna be enough for me to forgive you,â Buggy taunted, squeezing the manâs cheeks until his lips pushed out, already wet with drool and tears.Â
Mihawk shook his head as much as that grip would allow, panicked whimpers like some chaotic song filling the air while he tried to meet Buggyâs eyes.Â
âYou gonna let meââ
âAnything,â Mihawk moaned, breaking free enough to breathe his consent against Buggyâs lips. âI deserve anything you want to give me, Buggy. Fucking hurt meââ
The clownâs eyes went wide, shocked by his own fist that had sent Mihawkâs head to the side. He glanced back, but couldnât decipher the looks the men on the couch gave him, and the look on Mihawkâs face made his mouth dry.Â
âLet it out, Buggy,â Mihawk purred, feeling high, feeling right. âShow me how fucking wrong I was about you, darling. Show meââ
âYou talk too much, idiot,â Buggy panted, hitting this beautiful, insane man again.Â
âI do,â he moaned, overwhelmed, and needing it all. âI said so manyââ
âSHUT THE FUCK UP!â
Buggy tore his gloves off, stuffing them into that mean mouth before stripping them both. He laughed, wicked and hungry, at the pathetic moans forced through that dirty fabric.
âHere.â
Crocodile pulled the lube from the side table, grinning at Buggyâs shocked face when he handed it off to Shanks. The red haired pirate winked at the clown before tossing him the bottle, then stuck his tongue out at the worldâs greatest swordsman.Â
Mihawk drooled into the gloves, tearing up when Buggy gifted him with vicious nails, scraped down his sides.Â
âDonât stop crying,â Buggy growled in the swordsmanâs face while he shoved lubed fingers inside of him, loving the chaos in those watery eyes. âIâm gonna fuck you just like this, so I can watch Dracule Mihawk cry on my cock. Canât believe I was ever scared of you⌠Youâre just a desperate whore, huh? Just wanna get fucking wrecked by a clown?â
Little noises, frantic nods, tears, and pretty tears, while Buggy forced himself into Mihawkâs tight ass, satisfaction in every rough, punishing thrust.Â
âAlright, crybaby, tell me how fucking sorry you are now,â Buggy taunted, ripping the gloves from Mihawkâs lips before fisting into that soft, black hair. The clown was taking him up on his offer, fucking the swordsman harder and faster than he knew he could, fucking every ounce of anger and helplessness that heâd ever felt into the blubbering man beneath him.
âF-fuck, Buggy,â he choked, melting at the powerful look in the clownâs eyes, the evil smile of control on those lips. Melting under that thick, merciless cock that was giving him exactly what he deserved, exactly what he fucking needed. âIâm s-sorry, Iââ
âAre you done apologizing?â
Mihawkâs eyes fought to refocus on that smirk, and he shook his head.Â
âNo, Buggy. Not even close.â
âGood.â
So many things at once.Â
Buggy pulled away just enough to give Mihawk a brutal, backhanded slap. The swordsman was rocked by the force, the power, the pleasure, and the moment was so blissfully intense that he came, forgetting everything but the man that took him there.
Buggy laughed at the lovely ropes of come spilling between them, covering the other manâs chest and stomach, but the desperate look on that face dragged him down too. Buggy groaned, filling Mihawk with so much heat that it spilled down the sides of his cock while he kept fucking until they both whined, too much. All too much.Â
He finally pulled out, but Mihawk tugged at him, forcing the clown to meet those golden eyes again.Â
âIâm sorry, Buggy. I hope you believe me,â he breathed, all that pleasure still not enough to take away his need to make things right.Â
âYou made a pretty convincing argument,â Buggy smiled, eyes sparking when Mihawk gave a surprised laugh.Â
âLook at our pretty, little boys,â Shanks purred, drawing their eyes.Â
âMaybe we can get along after all,â Crocodile threatened, his deep voice making every other man fight to resist a shiver.Â
âMaybe weââ
Buggyâs stomach was comically loud when it cut Shanks off, and it reminded all of these big, scary men that even they couldnât survive on scotch and sex indefinitely.Â
Even they had to come back down to earth, and remember that their girl was all alone, that they still didnât know how to get her back.
They were forced to remember that she had never trusted them in the first place.Â
âBuggy,â Crocodile soothed, tugging on the clownâs braid, still damp from the shower, while they all spaced out over brunch. âIs sheâŚâ
âSheâs quiet,â Buggy reported, wishing he could hear her thoughts instead of just her disconcerting heart. âOne of the servants said theyâre landing in the morning. Something about her momâs âpreparations.âÂ
âPreparations,â Shanks asked, watching his clown for every sign of strain while he listened to his star.Â
âOur girlâs about to go on a dating spree,â Buggy reminded, failing to keep his tone light.Â
âAre youââ
âIâll be fine,â Buggy lied, cutting the swordsman off. âYou remember what she said. Those assholes are BORING. Itâll probably be a big snooze fest.â
âJust tell us what you need, little clown,â Crocodile hummed.Â
His three lovers watched him while the clown closed his eyes, covering his ear to hear that lonely heartbeat.Â
âI just need her back,â Buggy whispered, tapping her rhythm onto his own chest. âI need my shining star.â

Eri Reader x Straw Hats Part 25- Wano Part 2
-It was rough for you, watching the prisoners being hurt, as Ace explained to you that Kaido was trying to break their spirits, which means defeat them by making them bend to his will.
-You saw Luffy working hard, almost like he was racing with Kid, whom you recognized but you couldnât recall from where exactly- like they were competing with each other.
-Ace knew that Luffy wouldnât break either, but seeing that collar on him was upsetting to you both, especially when you saw what happened to those if the collars exploded.
-When Luffy was forced into the sumo ring again, being forced to fight alongside an older looking man, Ace knew he needed to step in, knowing that a prison break was going to occur, knowing Luffyâs actions.
-Ace knew he couldnât risk bringing you with him so he took you to an area away from the prison, âStay here Y/N- Iâm going to get Luffy when he breaks out and weâll come get you.â
-You were nervous being on your own, but you agreed, giving him a firm nod and he smiled softly, praying that nothing bad would happen to you- as Luffy would never forgive him if something did.
-You laid low, hearing the loud shouts and you were concerned when you heard explosions, worried about your big brothers.
-However, when prisoners started pouring out, escaping and making a run for it, pandemonium occurred, with guards and prisoners clashing, causing mayhem and panic.
-You were scared, being forced out of your hiding place and you had to run, avoiding the fights to find a new hiding place. You saw a large barrel and you ran for it, ducking behind it, your hands over your head as you fought off tears, wanting your big brothers.
-After a while, everything calmed down, much to your relief, but you didnât see Luffy or Ace, making you worried that something happened or because you werenât where Ace left you, they couldnât find you.
-You didnât know how to get back to your original hiding place, so you were unsure of what to do next.
-Someone crying was what caught your attention next, someone crying so hard, like they had lost something important, making you worried and you looked around until you saw a large tent and you peeked inside, seeing a very tall and round man crying loudly, holding a photograph.
-You felt bad, seeing him crying so hard and you went over to him and tugged on his top lightly. He froze, ready to make some heads roll for someone touching him until he looked down and saw you looking up at him, holding a handkerchief, looking worried, âAre you okay? Why are you crying? Youâll give yourself the hiccups.â
-You just said things you remember your family telling you and his eyes went wide, instantly recognizing you, realizing that you were Y/N- but to see you worrying over him, not wanting him to cry and ready to comfort him, had his heart instantly melting.
-Queen knew the Straw Hats were in Wano, as Luffyâs and Aceâs actions in the prison were proof of that, which meant that you were there too, but for you to come right to him- he couldnât believe his luck!
-Queen picked you up carefully, holding you in his hands as he brought you closer to his face so he could see you better and he went to speak before you reached out, your little handkerchief dabbing at his tears and instantly he fell to his knees, holding you up like you were a savior as he cried on how pure you were.
-You were a little scared of being so high before you peeked down, âYouâre crying again!â your concern was adorable as he held you close, stepping out, âIâm returning- you lot handle this.â his underlings all shouted âyes sirâ to him, before they noticed the child in his hands, not realizing who it was.
-Queen looked down at you, after telling you his name as he started to walk, âSo why were you in a place like this Y/N?â you looked a little nervous that he knew your name, but he didnât seem like a bad person, âI lost my big brothers. There was a lot of yelling and fighting and I got scared and ran- now I canât find them.â
-Queen realized that you must have gotten separated from your brothers in the riot and prison break, which was lucky for him! You then looked up, âMr. Queen- who was the pretty lady you were crying over?â
-He told you about Komurasaki, who was a beautiful woman in the Flower Capital that he wanted to marry, but he just found out that she was killed by one of Orochiâs retainers.
-Your eyes went huge and sparkly, âYou were going to marry her? And have a big wedding?â your enthusiasm was refreshing and adorable, Queen wishes he could have introduced you to Komurasaki.
-You told him of Whole Cake Island, after he asked you how you knew about weddings, and you told him about the giant wedding cake you saw. Queen wasnât really fond of talking about Big Mom, but you looked so happy talking about at least the wedding cake, so he let it slide.
-When he arrived in Onigashima, he quickly sought out Kaido, who was with Jack, King, and the Tobi Roppo, having a drinking party together before the big party Queen told you they would be having.
-When Queen came in, he beamed, âI have someone to introduce to you all!â he then presented you, holding you out on his hands and eyes went wide all around, seeing Demon Child Y/N, the most heavily wanted person in the world!!
-You were surprised to see all of these different looking people, looking around as you felt a little bit shy, curling a bit on yourself as you managed a tiny wave, âHi~â
-Instantly many of them were shouting, completely stunned that Queen managed to find you!
-Kaido took you from Queen, lifting you up to look at him and you were in awe, as you had never met someone so tall before, âWill I get big like you when I grow up? My big brother said if I eat all my veggies Iâll get big too!â
-Several of them were quickly clutching their chests at your adorable words before Kaido laughed loudly, âDonât be silly- you could never be as big as me!â
-You looked down, looking disheartened, âOh.â And instantly many in the room were yelling at Kaido for hurting your feelings as he was quickly in tears, crying loudly, but Black Maria quickly took you from Kaido, so he wouldnât hurt you, âTHIS IS WHY IâM A BAD FATHER! THIS IS WHY YAMATO DOESNâT LOVE ME!!!â
-You were surprised to see such a large man crying loudly, not realizing that he was drunk.
-Black Maria was cooing softly at you, âYouâre so tiny and cute Y/N- you should just stay like this~ so we can admire your cuteness forever!â
-You pouted lightly as she lowered you down so the others could see you as well, âBut if I donât get bigger I wonât get my big girl sword!â as you held up your cross necklace, pulling it out of your kimono to show them.
-Drake, Whoâs Who, Sasaki, and Page One all collapsed to the floor, holding their chests on how adorable you were while Black Maria cooed softly, wanting to hug you- you were so cute!
-Black Maria was quickly telling you to call her Mama, which made you confused, âBut I already have a mama? Can I have more than one mama?â
-Black Maria knew who you were speaking of, Nico Robin, the only other Straw Hat they were planning on keeping alive, besides you- as they needed her skills for reading the Poneglyphs. Her smile was unsettling, like she had a dark secret, âDonât worry Y/N- you can call me mama in your own time~â
-Ulti was a little more of a bragger, holding you up after she told you to call her big sister, with Page One being your big brother, which you did, âBehold my adorable little sister!!â while Page One was clapping- happy that he had a little sister as well.
-Kaido then spoke, âY/N is going to be our guest of honor at the party tonight. King- take her to Yamato- he can watch over his little sister during the preparations.â You were confused, hearing about another big brother as King picked you up, ignoring the whining of Ulti who didnât want you to go before Queen called out that he would come and get you for the party.
-King was a little intimidating as he carried you, holding you up by his chest, letting you see his wings, âMr. King your wings are so pretty!â he nearly dropped you, at least to him, as his body wouldnât let him, shocked by your words, as he never heard anyone say anything like that before as he chuckled softly at you.
-When he brought you into a room, you saw someone wearing a mask, making him look rather scary, as he had shackles on his wrists, âYamato- this is Y/N- your new little sister. Watch over her until that loudmouth comes for her.â
-Yamato was stunned to learn that he had a little sister, after you were placed down, but seeing that you were scared, he removed his mask, revealing a beautiful person- a woman!
-You came over and Yamato picked you up, giving you a hug to comfort you, smiling broadly down at you, âNice to meet you Y/N! Iâm Yamato- Kaidoâs son!â
-You were confused, âBut why do you look like a lady?â he wasnât bothered, as you were a child, giving you a warm grin, âI may have the body of a woman, but Iâm a man!â you still didnât understand, but he seemed to believe that, so you nodded softly.
-Yamato told you of his fate, of why he was imprisoned, telling you the tale of the Shogun before Orochi and Kaido took over- Kozuki Oden- Momoâs father.
-Your eyes were huge, hearing how Oden lived and died, how he protected his men before being killed anyway, making tears well in your eyes. Yamato panicked lightly, seeing you crying as he tried to comfort you, not liking seeing you in tears.
-Yamato then looked down, âAfter thatâŚKaido changed. I think he regrets how Oden was killed- in such a cowardly way after the Legendary Hour. He admired Oden- I know it- even if he doesnât say it. I think losing Oden is what caused him to turn to drinking.â
-You felt bad for Kaido, it was like he lost his best friend, while Orochi was a coward- someone that you knew Luffy would punch with no hesitation. Yamato laughed when you told him that and he beamed brightly, âI promise- if I see your brother, Iâll tell him that you said that.â You dissolved into giggles, making him grin.
-When Queen came to get you for the party, Yamato put his mask back on before Queen entered and he picked you up, âIâve got a surprise for you Y/N~â you peeked over his shoulder, giving a small wave to Yamato who returned it- hoping to see him again.
-When Queen surprised you with a new kimono, one that was fancy and covered in apples, you were in awe, your eyes sparkling as Black Maria was beaming that you were so happy.
-Black Maria then spoke, âTake off that ratty one and Iâll help you into this one.â You looked down at the kimono Tama gave you, pausing as you felt sad, âThis isnât ratty. It was a present from a friend!â
-It was surprising to see you being so strong, not allowing her to insult the gift you received, it showed you had guts, something Black Maria admired as she apologized, but not really meaning it as one of the attendants wrapped up Tamaâs kimono, planning on getting rid of it after the party.
-They were furious, seeing the scars on your body as you were getting cleaned up, something you were shy on letting her and her attendants seeing, something she immediately went to report to the others, who were just as furious.
-Queen was the one to tell them, due to his information gathering, âThose wounds were caused by someone before she met the Straw Hats- as the result of scientific experiments for her rewind ability.â
-Drake was surprised, questing Queen, âRewind? Itâs not a healing ability?â Queen shook his head, âNo, her ability is more complex than a healing ability. Y/Nâs ability allows her to rewind time in a sense, returning things to a certain point in time. It could be seen as healing with injuries, but with her managing to bring back people from the dead- returning them to the exact moment prior to any events that led to their deaths.â
-They were all in awe, hearing about this, as Kaido, for a brief moment, thought about asking you to bring Oden back, before Queen continued, that using your ability on wounds is draining but not overly dangerous, while bringing those back from the dead cause you to have severe fevers and could put you at serious risk.
-They were all in agreeance to never let you use that ability, not wanting to lose you, while one in particular was concerned as to why a certain group was after you- this isnât what he had been told.
-When you were brought in, wearing your new outfit, with your hair done up, instantly you were the center of attention, Queen cooing on how adorable you looked as he held you up to his face, rubbing his cheek against yours gently, âYouâre so adorable Y/N! Everyone is going to love you at the party!!â
-You were surprise to hear that Big Mom was in Wano as well, something you were worried if she was there to try to take you back to Whole Cake Island, as she was very persistent on keeping you there- but luckily you didnât see her, at least just yet.
-You were with the Tobi Roppo during the celebration, listening to the loud music as Queen sang and danced, your eyes wide- you had never been to a party like this before! It was so amazing!
-Ulti and many of the others were annoyed by Queenâs loud antics, but they werenât going to dampen your glee as you were peeking out from the window overlooking the massive party.
-When he started calling out the names of different groups, they would all cheer loudly, getting louder and louder with each group.
-You were confused when the Tobi Roppo didnât cheer or open the window to celebrate with the others, which caused laughter in the party, while Page One was holding Ulti back who was yelling at Queen for insulting them.
-Queen then shouted, âAnd for a special treat Iâm here to introduce our special guest of honor- Y/N!!â you opened the window, hearing your name and everyone looked up, seeing you there and you nearly fell back as the cheers were almost deafening, cheering for you, making your eyes go wide as you lifted your hands in a cheer, making many collapse from cuteness, Queen included, which was rather comical to see.
-Only a short while later, word got out that there was a raid- Kinâemon and the samurai with several pirate crews, including the Straw Hats, and Minks had stormed the castle with the intent on taking Kaido out for good.
-Your eyes went huge, hearing that your family was coming but you froze when Queen gave the order to kill anyone who opposed them. You wanted to tell them not to, not wanting your family to be hurt again.
-Sasaki was the one to pick you up, holding you close, intent on keeping you safe by keeping you with him, to keep your family from finding you. You could only swallow, trying not to get scared, âLuffy⌠Ace⌠Mama- everyone- stay safe!â

Hi! Just found your blog and I'm having a blast reading through your Croc theories and analysis, they're great! I wanted to ask you what you make of Croc's last manga appearance (I think), where Buggy announces he wants to be Pirate King. Just before that Croc mentions they need power and influence to form their utopia. It bugs me. Operation Utopia was your typical bad guy plot, but now he's still going on about that? What's that about? What idea of utopia could Mihawk and Croc possibly share??
I mean the OG Operation Utopia was simply about creating a military nation powerful enough to oppose the World Government, Crocodile explained it during the Alabasta arc explicitly. And the reason he targetted Alabasta specifically was because he believed Pluton would be there which would make his military nation unstopable.
So it's not entirely shocking Crocodile still wants to create that military force, even if he's given up on the Ancient Weapon part.
What bothers me is:
Why did Crocodile wait two whole years until he made his first move at restarting his Utopia Plans?
Why does he want that military force to begin with?
Like the easy answer for 1) would be that Crocodile had to wait for his turn to become plot-relevant again and was simplying enjoying his vacation in the meantime. Like considdering the shit happening during Dressrosa, Whole Cake and Wano, having Crocodile start his BS early would've been a distraction storywise frankly and Oda had enough balls to juggle at once with those sagas. But also, it is odd Crocodile hasn't done ANYTHING ahead of time to start rebuilding a new military force, like. He had two whole years, what the fuck was he doing then? Why wait that long just to start??
And I can only assume... he was waiting? For something?
Let's think about what has changed in the world of OP between Dressrosa and now, like the big, key events that impact the whole world:
Luffy has not just returned to the pirating scene after two years but has caused a fuck ton of world-shaking chaos in the New World (becoming an Emperor being simply the latest big thing)
Reverie happened
The Revolutionaries attacked Marijoa for the first time
The Shichibukai System was demolished
And there's two things we can kind of take-away from these.
If Crocodad Real, Crocodile watching his son take the spotlight could've inspired the man to move; the WG would want to target his baby boy and thus becoming an intentional distraction could be his goal here. Alternatively, hearing that his ex Finally Did Something could've made Crocodile be like "fuck I'm not losing to Dragon" and inspired him to actually make a move himself.
OR. Perhaps the end of the Shichibukai System is what got Crocodile to actually make a move? Because there's two things; One, he was able to make a very powerful ally very fast when Mihawk became a target for the WG. It's possible Crocodile might've been waiting for an opportunity like that, to recruit someone reasonable, reliable and extremely capable to make his own future endevours easier. Two. Because Crocodile gave all his money to fucking Buggy, it's possible Croc could've been broke these past two years. But knowing Buggy's now lost his Shichibukai Rights, THAT may have been why Crocodile decided to go get his money back when he did. Because if/when Buggy decided to skedaddle and disappear into the wind, there'd be no way for him to get his money back anymore, right.
OR. It could be all of these things together. The planets aligned and Crocodile saw now was the time to make his move. Maybe. IDK.
And then we get to 2, Why Does He Want To Create That Military Nation To Begin With
And I have no idea
I mean there's the whole Romancing SaGa 2 thing, but while that would work as proof of Crocodile's motivations, it doesn't explain particularly why he wants to destroy the WG. Like not that you need a personal motivation considdering what the WG is like, but without the motivation it's hard to tell if it's for World Domination or something else.
Though if Crocodad Real then it'd sound very reasonable if he was very intentionally trying to fuck with the World Government to protect his son by
trying to put a target on his own back and act as a distraction
take down as many Marines as possible to dwindle down the enemy forces (making it harder for the WG to make moves on anyone)
lowkey assisting Dragon if he wanted to mayhaps attack Marijoa again if he's actually up to doing something now
just prepare for a war against the WG
Or any combo of the above.
Like. I dunno man Crocodad really would just explain so much
But it all remains to be seen
#Moon posting#Asks#Sir Crocodile#Crocodad#Cross Guild#OP Spoilers#OP Meta#Long post#I had been wanting an excuse to write about ''why did Croc wait so long to start Cross Guild'' so I took that opportunity now#God knows I'd never remember to do so otherwise lmao

Teaching to share NSFW
Forgive me but I had to...
Pairing: King x fem reader x Katakuri.
Words: 1,889.
Warnings: NSFW. Threesome, unprotected sex, spanking, choking, rough sex (what did you expect with these two?) and I think that's all. If you don't feel comfortable, please don't read it.
Lemon under the cut.
AN: Katakuri didn't go to Wano with Big Mom, but let's pretend that happens.
Here, reader's height is 4'50 meters (14' 9.2" ft).
She finally reached Wano. (Y / n) was going to meet Kaido and Big Mom, the two newly allied Yonko's. They had both wanted her on their side for a while, but she couldn't make up her mind, so this alliance just made things easier for her. It is better to have two Yonko on your side than to have the support of one and the other against you.
As soon as she arrived, two men were waiting for her. She recognized them immediately. King and Katakuri, commanders of Kaido and Big Mom respectively. They both escorted her to the great banquet that would take place that same night to celebrate their union with the alliance.
Before introducing herself to the two Yonko's, (y / n) __ was taken to change. Some women dressed her in a black silk kimono with patterned dragons.
When she left, she saw how the two men, who had been waiting for her outside all this time, looked her up and down.
(Y / n) pov
I clear my throat when I see the way their eyes roam my cleavage and the curves that the kimono reveals. As soon as they hear me, they both look anywhere but me and start walking with me following them.
When we finally arrive, they separate and go to sit with their respective crew at a different side of the large table. I take a seat in the middle of both sides.
Kaido and Big Mom welcome me and tell me how happy they are that I finally decided to join them.
The banquet progresses and I eat without paying attention to anything in particular. From time to time, my ear picks up something or other but I don't give it importance. Or so I was trying until I hear King and Queen arguing over all the conversations that take place in different parts of the table. Apparently Queen has thrown something.
âI'm not gonna blame you nowâKing tells him.âYou've always been brainless. You are just a burden.
âYou are trash.
âUseless.
âShut up, you perverted sadist.â Queen replies calmly.
The conversation is over and everyone returns to their own business. I look back to the other end of the table and meet Katakuri's gaze. As soon as he sees that I've caught him watching me, he turns his head to one of his brothers.
I focus on my food again and think of Queen's words. What motives will he have for calling King a sadist pervert? Or better yet, why was katakuri staring at me?
Suddenly I feel two glances on me. King and Katakuri. I look at them and they are not looking at me anymore, they are looking at each other angrily. You don't have to be smart enough to see that they don't get along very well.
As the hours pass, the table empties until only me, Kaido's three calamities, and Big Mom's three sweet commanders remain.
Everything was going well until King and Katakuri put their hands on the same sake bottle, leading to a fight.
âStop it onceâ I yell at them angrily causing them to stop punching each other.â Can't you behave like the grown men that you are supposed to be ?!â I ask them, shouting at these two idiots. King and Katakuri look into each other's eyes and seem to have thought of the same thing.
â(Y / n) __ is right, Katakuri. Should we teach her how well we behave?â He asks Katakuri without breaking eye contact with me.
I glance at Katakuri, who nods and slowly approaches me without ever breaking eye contact. I look up, but it doesn't last long. I scream when I feel that he grabs me by my waist and throws me over his shoulder to start walking, leading me to who knows where with King following him. He stops a few feet from a door and King passes him to open it, revealing a room. King's room.
As Katakuri walks into the room, King closes the door.
Katakuri throws me onto the bed and is soon on top of me. In that same instant, I understand what Queen said about King. He's a perverted sadist. I find myself entitled to say so as soon as I see him pull out some chains, which he uses to tie my wrists and ankles to the mattress. Once he has me tied down to his liking, he pulls out a small knife. Katakuri gets up and sits on the bed next to me, watching my facial expressions while King uses the knife to rip my clothes off.
Once naked, both men pounce on my body and run their hands up and down me. The two look into each other's eyes again. King seems to look at him defiantly. At this, Katakuri takes out his scarf. As he looks at me, a victorious smile adorns his face at having seen my big blush. How could I not blush to see his face so sexy and manly? Without taking his gaze from mine, he crouches at my chest to proceed to bring it to his mouth. As soon as his tongue makes contact with my skin, I moan as my head rolls back.
As that obscene sound leaves my lips, Katakuri looks at King challengingly.
King stares at him and raises his hands to his helmet. He takes it off and looks at me. Seeing that my blush has increased to see how handsome he is, he looks at Katakuri proudly, he bends over me and gives me a big and passionate kiss that makes my whole body tremble.
As soon as we part our lips, we look at each other for a few seconds and King starts tracing kisses from my jaw to my chest. When he arrives, he licks my entire breast from top to bottom and ends up biting my nipple a bit.
I try to compose myself so I can speak.
âAren't you wearing too many clothes?â I ask, tired of being the only one naked as I sit on the bed.
âYes. Is that a problem for you?â King asks me with a lopsided grin.
âNo â his smile grows â Unless you want to fuck me â as soon as I say that, his smile disappears. Behind me I hear Katakuri's laugh.
âI think I can help you with your problemâKatakuri tells me. As soon as I hear his voice, I turn to give him my full attention as I look at him with a smile.
âReally? Well, all help is welcome â and then I wink at him.
Katakuri smiles at me, gets up and takes off his vest to throw it somewhere in the room. He unbuckles his belt, takes it off, and under my watchful eye pulls down his pants. Like his vest, the rest of his clothing ends up somewhere unimportant. Now he only has those black boxers left that let me see a big tent.
When he finally tries to take them off, I lick my lips to see what he hides under that annoying cloth.
Before Katakuri gets to do anything, King grabs my arm and turns me to him, angered by my inattention. He gets up and takes off his clothes under my disinterested gaze. Soon, my attention shifts back to Katakuri, who sits next to me and starts kissing my neck.
While he kisses me he leaves a few bites. I for my part direct my hand towards his crotch, I put aside his underwear and grab his member, which I begin to masturbate. Katakuri growls against my neck and starts sucking leaving me with a hickey. crotch, I put aside his underwear and grab his member, which I begin to masturbate. Katakuri growls against my neck and starts sucking leaving me with a hickey.
King huffs and just undresses. As soon as he's ready, he gets on the bed, grabs me by the neck, and knocks me down without letting go. Katakuri takes advantage of this to remove his underwear.
âHappy?â King asks me in a low whisper.
Instead of answering him I look at his lips. He seems to understand the message and gives me another one of those kisses that leaves me asking for more. As soon as we parted due to lack of air, I turn my head and kiss Katakuri until we are out of breath again.
Suddenly King unties me from the chains but it did not last long being free as he puts handcuffs on my wrists, puts me on my knees and sits leaning on the back of the bed. He grabs me by the hip, places me on top of him, and begins to play with my femininity.
Katakuri doesn't stay still and kneels behind me while squeezing my breasts with his strong hands. In a few seconds I become a mess of moans for the pleasure I am feeling.
âSharing time?âAsks King hoarsely.
âTime to shareâ Katakuri states as his chest rises and falls.
King grabs his member and thrusts it inside me in one thrust. I let out a scream and Katakuri covers my mouth with one hand while inserting his member with the other in my ass. The cry that this time I let out of my lips is muffled by the hand that covers my mouth.
Little do both men wait to begin a swing of powerful thrusts.
I try to balance myself by passing my handcuffed hands behind King's head, who brings one of his hands to my throat and begins to choke me. Katakuri releases my mouth and grabs my hair in a handful as he brings his other hand to my hip so he can put me on more tightly.
They dress me mercilessly, using me as if I were a simple rag doll created to satisfy their most basic needs.
King stops choking me, leans me forward and takes one of my breasts to his mouth while he carelessly massages the other.
I feel like both of them, like me, are on the verge of orgasm and it doesn't take more than a few thrusts to reach it.
As soon as they come inside me, they growl in such a sensual way that it makes me come at that very moment releasing a great moan.
They come out of me and exchange places. Katakuri sits in front of me with his member in hand. He grabs me by the hair and guides me to him, shoving it into my mouth. King takes advantage of the fact that I am in four and penetrates me, starting again with his powerful thrusts.
I focus on all the sensations that run through my body when I feel how King's hand makes contact with one of my buttocks, giving me a strong spanking that makes me scream, silenced by the member in my mouth. The vibration makes Katakuri moan.
King doesn't stop and keeps hitting my buttocks until the slightest touch makes me shiver. I try to make him stop by grabbing his wrist but this only makes him penetrate me harder.
Katakuri grabs me by the hair to keep me still and thus penetrate my mouth with great force until he cums. I swallow his cum and soon after King and I cum.
I fall exhausted on the bed and they both lie down next to me, tired of everything that just happened.
I try to regulate my breathing when a pair of arms push me towards Katakuri. Seconds later, another pair of arms pulls me towards King and away from Katakuri. Instead of stopping, they repeat this a couple more times.
âFor the love of God! I thought that all this sharing had already been clear to both of you!

The Voyage So Far: Water Seven
east blue (1 | 2) || alabasta (1 | 2) || skypiea || water 7 || enies lobby || thriller bark || paramount war (1 | 2) || fishman island || punk hazard || dressrosa (1 | 2) || whole cake island || wano (1 | 2)
iâve mentioned several times before that the davy back fight is one of my least favorite arcs, mostly because i found it very dragging and tedious when i was reading it, but there are a couple things i really like in it, and, perhaps unsurprisingly, most of them have to do with zoro. i really like his moment here with chopper, and it also showcases his ability to act as more of an authority figure to the crew, which is something that makes a substantial return after enies lobby with the matter of usoppâs return.Â
zoro and sanjiâs match in the davy back fight is far and away my favorite part of the entire arc. itâs just really fun.
like i said, this arc isnât a favorite of mine, but i do definitely understand why itâs important to the saga and greater story in a couple different ways. one of them is that itâs just an easy, lighthearted detour that both gives the audience a chance to breathe and the strawhats a chance to showcase just how much they love each other and work well together- which turns into a fucking sledgehammer to the skull in the next arc when that unity is directly threatened. and the other reason this arc is important...
...is because of aokiji.
aokijiâs introductory scene is a brutal showcase of absolute power, and a very clear reminder that the strawhats are still very much little fish in a very, very big pond. all of the strawhats are impacted by this to some degree- itâs how badly they get curb-stomped here that leads luffy to come up with his gears as a way of closing the huge power gap heâs just learned about.
most important, though, are robin and usopp. for robin, this is a stark reminder of the fact that the government will never stop hunting her down; for usopp, whoâs less obvious, itâs the seeds of the full-blown inferiority crisis that will later explode with the news about merry. both of their arcs throughout water 7 and enies lobby, essentially the twin emotional backbones of the saga, start right here.
i really like that the other strawhats all fell asleep waiting for robin and luffy to wake up. it calls back to them doing the same when nami was sick before drum, and also itâs just so fucking sweet.Â
water seven is my favorite island, full stop. if i was going to live anywhere in one pieceâs world, iâd want to live on water seven. itâs just so creatively designed and visually great, with the canals and the tiered city and the massive fountain in the middle. the supporting cast are still one of my favorites, and the culture feels very real and authentic. i just love water seven a lot.
i just said it but it bears repeating- the water seven supporting cast is really good. iceburg, the galley-la shipwrights, franky and his family, kokoro and chimney are all really memorable, and most of them are really likable, too- and cp9, with all their eccentricities, fit in perfectly. water sevenâs cast is very interconnected, as well, and their relationships all feel very believable.
all of which, of course, only makes the later treachery hurt all the more.
the atmosphere of water seven is really, really well done. the bad starts slow, with the news that merry is unfixable, and then continues into an accelerating downwards spiral of hopelessness: usopp and luffyâs fight and usopp leaving the crew, robinâs seeming betrayal, the assassination attempt on iceburg, the city and galley-la turning on them as a result, and the agua laguna- it just gets worse and worse and worse.
and then, after theyâve been stomped down about as far as they can go and come out alive anyways, they pick themselves back up again and go to save their friend, because thatâs what the strawhat pirates do.
i just really like getting to see these four going feral on the franky family, itâs one of my favorite scenes in this whole arc. in general, i tend to love the moments where luffy specifically gets properly angry, and we get a lot of them in this arc.Â
even though the fight between luffy and usopp is genuinely very tense and fast-paced and would probably be exciting if it were any other two characters fighting, it never really feels anything other than melancholy. i think thatâs a testament to just how good oda is at setting the mood of the scene. itâs made very clear, especially through the reactions of the other characters- merry âcryingâ is fucking heartbreaking- that this is nothing less than a tragedy.Â
:(
i think itâs kind of interesting we arenât shown frankyâs face until about halfway into water seven. prior to this, weâre given pretty much only reasons to hate him, with his theft of the strawhatsâ money and the franky family beating usopp to shit. but just after this point is when we start getting our first humanizing and sympathetic moments for him, starting when he gets worried and a little frantic when he hears about the attempt on iceburgâs life.
i just really, really like the way some of these water seven action sequences are depicted. they feel very tense and desperate, which matches the general mood of this part of the arc perfectly.
this panel of usopp working on merry always reminds me of the shots of the klabautermann doing the same during skypiea. iâm not sure if itâs even intentional, honestly, but itâs an extra little bit of heartbreak either way.
one piece has a lot of amazing spreads, but this might be one of my favorites for sheer impact. cp9, watching as the city theyâve lived and worked in for years burns down in a fire they set, satisfied by a job well done. itâs almost all in black and white with very little grey, which creates some fantastic contrast, and their pitch-black silhouettes against the nighttime inferno are just striking.Â
this entire scene between usopp and franky, as usopp works on the merry and franky gives him advice and tries to make him see its hopeless and they kind of awkwardly, accidentally bond, is probably my favorite in the whole of water seven. it was also the scene that singlehandedly made me love franky as a character.
they have a really good, really enjoyable dynamic, and at the same time the conflict between them is real and understandable, and brought about because theyâre both trying to do the right thing.
tomâs workers are one of my favorite little groups of characters in the whole of one pieceâs story, and they deserve more appreciation. theyâre family!! a little family of broken pieces who worked together to build something really, really amazing. and they still care about each other in the present, even though they got shattered apart so badly and none of them ever really recovered.Â
this is a tremendously under-appreciated chopper moment. not only did he carry two full-grown men out of a fire, he even managed to get zoroâs sword and iceburgâs hamster. extremely cool of him.
this is also the exact moment the strawhatsâ collective luck begins to turn: chopper saves the day, and nami learns that robin did what she did to protect them, and sanji gets aboard the sea train, and from there itâs a no-brakes train from their very lowest low straight to the triumph at enies lobby.
i love all the shenanigans sanji gets up to with the sea train, i think the whole sequence is absolutely one of his shining moments. itâs always a delight to see sanji get up to Sneaky Bastard Bullshit, and the whole thing is just so fun, which is a dearly needed breath of fresh air after how relentless this arc has been until this point.
robinâs little smile when thinking of luffy and when she joined the strawhats... :( iâve noticed itâs a recurring trend for strawhats who try to leave the crew to flash back to when they joined as they do. usopp has it earlier this same arc just before leaving, and sanji does it in whole cake island in the sanji vs. luffy chapter.Â
i really like how much everyone comes together at the end of water seven leading into enies lobby. after how fractured and fraught things have been throughout the arc, both within and without the strawhat crew, itâs great to see them not only all united again for a common goal, but with a huge group of allies at their backs.Â
these three are SUCH a hilarious team, and i would love to see them work together again like this sometime. theyâre literally just clowning on the marines all the way up the train, itâs fantastic.Â
factually i understand sanjiâs aversion to fighting with his hands and his fighting style is very unique and cool and also meaningful to him because he learned from zeff, and also if i remember right itâs implied he learned how to swordfight from the vinsmokes which makes it very reasonable he would want absolutely nothing to do with that skillsetÂ
but speaking purely in terms of stupid idiot lizard brain i think sanji should fight with knives more
this is another of my absolute favorite spreads, and i think what makes it for me is the casual confidence- luffy tells zoro to cut the train, and zoro does, both of them with no doubts at all about zoroâs ability to do so. it really goes to show how far theyâve come from back in east blue when zoro couldnât even cut luffy out of a metal cage.
thereâs something very impactful about the fact that of all the strawhats, robin gets this speech from usopp. usopp, whoâs had the worst falling-out with luffy in the series to date, is the one who tells robin: you havenât left the crew yet, you canât leave the crew yet, luffy is coming to get you. believe in him.Â
frankyâs âexisting is not a crimeâ line is one of the most memorable and iconic lines from this entire saga, and for good reason. it sums up one of the main themes of not just this arc but also the series as a whole- the very same idea will come up again for ace during marineford, and in lawâs backstory as well. itâs never a crime to just exist, and people should not never be persecuted for their blood or heritage. one piece doesnât fuck around with its theming, it really doesnât.Â
to be continued next time, with enies lobby!

Chapter 4.
The plate fell into the floorâŚÂ Law showed no emotion at all, he looked at me as the words Iâve just said werenât ever said. We remained silent for a long minute. I stayed strong, stronger than ever. No more tears. Inside I was broken, I knew he was tooâŚ. From the outside I decided to show nothing but a straight face, I was determined. His words have hurt me, and there was no return. Law knew it.Â
âPlease, let me descend on the next island. A few days and this should be over. Donât tell the rest of the crew, Iâm gonna do it personally whenever we arrive at the next portâ. I stated, firmly. âIf thatâs what you want, fineâ. Said Law, and left the room, slamming the door.Â
The moment he was gone, I collapsed over the door. Snapped my fingers. âSilentoâ, I said, making a silent bubble around me. I screamed, cried, felt my heart break into a hundred pieces. I was a few days away of being alone, alone again. Alone for the first time since I met Law. I was about to leave my whole family, and the person Iâve ever loved the most.Â
What about everything we got planned? What about us making the world government fall? What about avenging our families?... what about us?...Â
I must have cried for a few more hours until I fell asleep. I was on the floor, with my back resting over the doorâŚ
The snow has wet my feet, but I donât feel cold anymore. I am hungry, but somehow I know Iâm not having any food, so I keep walking. My dress is ragged. My plushie, a photo of my parents and a little blue bow are my only companions, my only possessions. I keep walking and walking. Around me everything is blurry. A few people have asked me what it is with me. I donât answer. My voice is gone, or maybe Iâm just too weak to even pronounce a word.Â
My tears have dried, I donât have any more left. I am alone, I am waiting for my life to end.Â
The last thing I ate some days ago was an apple, a fruit, I donât know. I felt strange after eating it. I donât really know what it is, but I feel different.Â
I get to the shore. Somehow being next to the sea makes me feel better. The waves relax me. Suddenly I am so weak Iâm feeling as if I'm fainting⌠my vision got even more blurred⌠and the last thing I could see was a little boy coming my way, wearing a white hat and a blanket around him.
âOi, Oi!!â The little boy with white spots that covered almost his whole face skin and bright grey eyes is now shaking me by my shoulders. He has a little piece of bread on his also spotted hands. âTake it, Iâm a doctor, you should eat!â. I deny the offer with my head. He seems as hungry as me. âI hate bread, you should eat it. For real, I hate itâ, the little boy insists until I grab the piece of bread and eat it. It was magnificent⌠somehow I feel the need for the very first time in days to speak⌠âTha⌠thank you for the.. food. Wh⌠What is your name?â, I ask the young doctor. He looks at me considering if he can trust me. âLaw. Trafalgar D. Water Lawâ... Â
My head hit the floor and I woke up. My face was wet in sweat. The memories of the first time I met Law were replaying while I was sleeping. I gazed at my watch. 11:02 am. Next to me, there was still the plate he dropped yesterday. The smell of the food made my stomach hurt, I got nauseous, so I went to the bathroom right away. Â
My reflection showed a pale face, my eyes were irritated and puffier than ever from all of the crying. My head hurt. I tied my hair on a ponytail, I didnât even want to comb it. I felt once again queasy, so I knelt in front of the toilet and wait for my sickness to go away.Â
A few hours passed until I decided it was time to face my crew. Surprisingly no one has come to see me nor called me or knock on my door.Â
When I opened the door, Bepo, Shachi and Penguin fell over me. âWhat are you doing???â I screamed trying to gasp for air with three of my crew mates crushing me. âSorry Y/n, sorry!!â Bepo begged for my apology as the three of them tried to stand up. âY/n, we were concerned, you havenât left your room in almost two days, you haven't eaten a single time since you came back from the island and Captain remained sitting on your door the whole night. What 's going on??â Penguin interrogated me while helping me to stand up.Â
âGuys donât ask me any more questions; I am going to explain everything to you soon. Iâm all right donât worry. Bepo⌠do you know how many days will take us to arrive to the next island?â. Bepo looked at me intrigued, but being the good navigator he is, said âno more than two days, why?â. âDonât worry, I just wanted to knowâ, I said and walked with them to the kitchen.Â
Shachi handed me a plate with some food. I hesitated if I should eat or not, because I was still kinda sick, but I decided to eat anyway. I didnât want to bother the guys and besides, I had to eat something to stay healthy. Iâm going to be on my own soon, I should start worrying about getting food and all that stuff by myself. Eating silently with my sight directed to the food, suddenly I remembered what Penguin said. Law was at my door the whole night?, What the hell was he doing there?âŚÂ
A few jokes from the guys made me laugh, and my mood slightly got better until Bepo asked about the new necklace I had, âAy ay y/n, how pretty is that, where did you get it? Oh, it has a heart, so cute!â. I gave him a little side smirk, that showed more pain than true happiness and told him Law has given it to me as a gift. My friends started laughing in a certain way, that somehow made my cheeks turn red. I asked them to stop, that it was just a friendâs present, and walked back to my room.Â
I started gathering all my stuff, putting my clothes on an old bag that I havenât used in ages. I didnât include my boiler-suit, it has our Jolly Roger on it, and sadly I wasnât going to be part of the crew anymore. The blue box of memories also went into the bag. Of course, I was using my silent spell, I didnât want anybody on the submarine to hear me cry, especially Law.Â
On one of the corners of my mirror I got an old photo of my best friend and I the day we visited Sabaody Park, two years ago. We were smiling -pretty weird of Law-, happy. I got a little froggie on my hands, that he has won on one of the attractions for me. I took the photo and sat on my bed, remembering how Bepo got a sugar crush from eating so much cotton candy. In between some tears, I smiled⌠Nothing ever brings me so much joy than the love and the adventures Iâve been through with my family.Â
I began to contemplate what I should do with the necklace. It was already noon when I found the courage to return it to Law. I did want to keep it, yet, it marked the beginning of the end... the idea of having it was making my heart squeeze.Â
I knew the surgeon is usually in the control room over the afternoon, he finds the place relaxing for studying new surgical techniques, so I headed there.Â
Over the operation control pad there is a big porthole that shows the underwater world. The sound of the water around us with the beep of the sonar makes the room seem so calm. I remained still on the entrance; I was still using my silence spell. Law was asleep over the controls and some books.Â
I thought the best way was to take advantage of the fact he was sleeping, I will only have to take off the necklace and leave it right next to him and then, leave.Â
I walked to the chair he was sat on and tried to unhook the gold rose chain. âGod damn it, this has the best clasp Iâve ever seen, why is it âŚ.â. Suddenly Law grabbed my leg, he was still with his head over the controls, a sleepy face, puffy eyes and almost black dark circles, looking at me, saying something I could not hear. I snapped my fingers to undo my calm spell and asked him to repeat what he had said. âI was just asking if you needed help, I can give you a handâŚâ. I nodded and he stood up.Â
Face to face, he passed his hands around my neck to grab the clasp of the necklace. Struggling, he got even more close to my face trying to unhook it.Â
Having his face so close to mine, made me lead my eyes to his neck, those earrings hanging so sexy from his earlobe, the hair, the beard that garnished his jawline⌠I felt an instant need to kiss and softly bite his neck, I did not care about the drama, I was leaving this place forever, this was the last time.
I slowly started approaching my mouth to his neck. I placed a kiss so softly, first caressing his flesh with the point of my tongue and then with my lips. I waited for his reaction, he gasped and remained still. It didn't seem he wanted me to stop. So, I proceeded to leave a path of sweet kisses through his neck to his jawline, following it until arriving at the left commissure of his lips, placing one last kiss there until he turned his head slightly to me and looked me in the eyes. I didn't want to separate my sight from his, and he didn't want to either. We kept looking at each other until he grabbed my face with one of his hands and kissed my lips passionately. It felt almost as if he needed to kiss me as much as he needed air to breathe. For this moment I have forgotten how hurt I was, how much pain Iâve been through until some minutes ago.
His skilled hands reached from under the skirt I was using, my sex. He confirmed how aroused for him I was, feeling how wet my panties were. Law turned me around, pushing me softly to the control desk, leaving me with my head and stomach over it, unzipped his jeans, moved away my panties and penetrated me. He did it violently, needy, he was desperate for it. And I was certainly too.Â
The surgeon grabbed my hair, pulling my head backwards while pounding me hard. Every thrust made me squirm. We were exposed, anyone could enter the room at any moment, but we didnât seem to care. What is more, I was enjoying it. The risky sensation that someone could find us during the act, contributed to the arousal that this man was producing on me. His moaning, my groaning, our accelerated breath was heavenly. He was fucking me so hard, I almost lost full control of my limbs, thank God I was holding myself to the desk.Â
I was about to come when Law decided to turn me around. He pulled down his trousers and sat on the chair, tapped his lap and said, âCome hereâ. I sat over his lap with no hesitations, grabbed his dick and placed it inside me. Law put his hands on my ribs and accompanied the bouncing movement I did over him. Up and down, sometimes tracing some circles with my hips, sometimes moving them back and forth.
Beads of sweat falling from his neck, his groaning, him throwing his head back from pleasure, tempted me to put my hands around his throat. Me jumping on his dick and the pressure on his neck must have made him lose control, because a few minutes after he came, hard, inside me, filling me, pushing me to climax soon after.  Â
We remained like that a few more minutes, feeling each other, enjoying how our breathing was getting slower. None of us wanted to say nothingâŚ
But, reality hit me hard once the arousal was gone, and this time the only thing I could feel was guilt. Again, Iâve lost control of my impulses when it comes to Law, I couldnât help it, I loved him. But as far as I knew, he didnât. I hopped off his lap and ran to my room. As I was running I felt the necklace slowly fall from my neck. I didnât stop, I kept running. Law was behind me, grabbed the heart pendant and said âWait, please, letâs talkâ.Â
âLeave me aloneâŚâ, I said in between tears, and closed my door. Law placed both of his hands on the door, not violently but almost as if he was begging for me to listen, hurt, heartbroken. âPlease, I beg you, we have to talkâ... âWe have nothing to talk about, count what just happened as a farewell, I need to leave, I canât stay here anymore. Tomorrow Iâm leaving the submarine, forever Law, please emerge whenever we get to the islandâ, I said choking back tears. There werenât any more bits of my heart that could break. I hated myself for what has happened once again. I hated him⌠but I loved him. Law remained silent, but I could hear him sobbing from behind the door. A few minutes after, I heard the steps of his black boots fade away.Â
I finished packing everything, and before going to bed I saw a little envelope slipped under my door. I knew what it was even without opening it⌠Several years ago, Law and I learnt about the vivre cards and how to make them. I gave Law mine, and he tried to give me his, but I denied it. What was the point in having his vivre card if I am always going to be with him? and even if I get lost, he will be searching me with mine either way⌠I was so sure of never leaving his side, how Iâve planned to live my life always next to him. But plans do not always turn out as we wish.Â
I picked up the envelope and it was in fact his vivre card. I could strongly sense his soul, even if it was a tiny part of it. In the little white square of paper, it was written âLawâsâ, and it began pointing to the direction of his room.Â
I saved it on the blue box of memories and went to bed.Â
Morning came and I havenât slept a single minute during the whole night. I was trying to find words to tell my whole crew, to gather the courage to tell them goodbye, to walk away, to bear the fact of the submarine leaving the coast without me.Â
I heard some knocks on my door. âY/n-ya, we are about to arrive on the next islandâ, my -ex- best friend informed me. I grabbed my stuff, walked to the door, gave a last look at my room and left.Â
Walking through the corridor, I cherished the sound of my steps on the metallic floor for the last time, the boyâs room, fully untidy, the sound of the sonar mixed with the laugh of my nakamasâŚ
I arrived at the kitchen; my crew mates were having breakfast until they saw me with my bags. âOi.. oi.. Y/n where are you going?â, asked Clione. Â
âShe is leaving the crew, so Penguin now becomes the first commanderâ. I heard Law behind me communicate to their subordinates. Everybody started screaming, shouting, asking, demanding an explanation. I tried as hard as I could to push my emotions really deep so I could talk to them, and expressed a simple excuse, âIâm sorry guys, my journey with the Heart pirates is over, I love you all, Iâll be fine. Please donât get in too much trouble, ok?. Become the greatest pirates of all, take care of your captain, pleaseâ. And without even letting everyone else say anything, Law ordered them to prepare to submerge and dock on the port of the island.Â
The screech of the heavy metallic main door opening echoed on my head. Law said âif you leave through this door, you won't enter back. So, itâs your decisionâ. My nakamas shouted in disapproval for such rough words and begged me to stay. âThere is no need to tell me that, you donât have to hurt me anymore, you know? youâve done enoughâ. I whispered to him, with tears on my eyes, and walked away.Â
âY/n-ya!â, he shouted, and for a second I thought -wished- he was going to be sincere and donât let me go, but he continued, âyour coat, donât forget itâ. He handed me my white coat that is always hanging next to the door. This time he didnât place it over my shoulders, as he always does. This time, he wasnât taking care of me⌠I could hear the crying and weeping of my whole crew even after Law shut the metallic door behind me.Â
Once I made sure the submarine submerged, I let all of my emotions free. A stream of tears began to flow from my eyes, I fell onto my knees, I was alone on the shore of a new island, I had to start overâŚÂ
A month had passed since I arrived on the autumn island. The citizens were really nice, they immediately trusted me, and the island doctor welcomed me as her assistant, after all I was still a physician, not only a pirate.Â
I stayed in a cozy rental room that had everything I needed. Sometimes, at night when I missed my crew, and especially Law, I checked on his Vivre Card. Whenever I put it over my heart, I could feel the warmth of my beloved soul. But what was pretty weird is that every time I got it on my hand it would always point to the same place. I thought it was because they were maintaining the curse to some certain place, but I didnât really care, as long as the paper didnât show any damage I was happy to know he was alright.
Some afternoon, I was walking through the pretty streets of my new home, the sun was slowly setting, and the shining of the golden hour tinted the whole place with orangey tones. The main street had a market where the local producers offered their products. I bought a pretty flower bouquet from Mrs. Ann, as I did once a week, and some groceries.Â
I headed home, through a long path surrounded by trees with red foliage, the land was covered with dry leaves that crunched every time I stepped on them. The subtle smell of the burning logs that began to heat people's houses, came to me with the wind that blew my white coat.Â
I let my hair flow with the wind as well. For the very first time in days, I felt at peace. I wasnât happy, but I felt somehow better. But everything was about to change again. The peace would slip from me, like a fist of sand in my handsâŚÂ
I felt a shiver that alerted me of some danger, my observation haki showed me something coming up to me, so I turned around quickly. I saw two kids coming my way, crying for help, âDoctor, please, help us!!, our little sister, she canât breathe!!â. I dismissed what my haki tried to warn me and followed the kids as quickly as I could.Â
We ran downhill until a little cabin was visible. They pointed at the little house, stating their sister was there.Â
When I entered there was no suffering kid, but two big guys that looked, and indeed were, pirates. I wasnât armed, I wasnât strong enough, Law wasnât there to protect meâŚI tried to run, but one of the thugs grabbed me by my hair. He pulled from it, throwing me to the dirty floor. I hit the side of my body on the hard floor. âWhat do you want?â, I screamed in pain. They laughed at me and said, âDonât worry we wonât hurt you anymore, the slavery industry wants pretty girls like you without scars⌠but only if you cooperateâ. Slavery⌠industry?... I was about to be sold as a slave?...Â
Suddenly one of my captors saw something that caught his eye more than I wished. âOi, whatâs that tattoo on your back?â, he said and pulled up my shirt. I was praying for them to not know but one of them said âIsnât it the Heart pirates Jolly Roger?, are you a crew mate from that stupid surgeon of death that ruined Kaido-samaâs SMILE business?!â. âI am not, I'm not in that crew anymore, I have left it. I swear itâ, I said praying for them not going after Law.Â
âBitch, itâs your fault that Iâm still waiting for my SMILE!!!!â the other man said kicking my stomach, making me spat blood. âOi, call Hawkins, asked him what we should do with this bitch. It could be useful for Kaido-sama to get to Trafalgar Law and the damn Mugiwarasâ. Apparently my captors were part of the army of one of the Yonkous we were planning to defeat, Kaido.Â
I was held captive in that cabin for about a whole day, wishing to havenât ever left Lawâs side. I wanted to return to the Polar. I put my whole crew in danger, I wished they killed me right here. âListen bitch, you better start speaking right now, where is your captain?â, one of the hundreds of members of the beast pirates, demanded me to answer. âI donât know, I swear it, I left the crew⌠a few months agoâ. I lied about the time; I didnât want them to go searching them through the next islands. âLiar!!! tell me right now where your stupid captain is!!â, the other guy shouted at me.
I could hear from the portable den den mushi the other guy had, that they had searched my room but found no clues of where Law was. That got him so mad that reacted by kicking me this time on my face. I grabbed my chest; I didnât want them to know that I had Lawâs vivre card on my bra. Somehow that day I felt the need to carry it with me⌠I was grateful for such a coincidence, if they happened to find the paper, they would be able to get to him in no time. Â
I was losing my consciousness from the repeated hits, felt a warming sensation of peace on my chest and the last thing I heard before passing out was âROOMâ...Â

Six: The Celebration
Day 6: BBQ/Movie night for @opnamizineââs Tangerine Summer :D Barely grazed the prompts this time but in my defence, making up a video dial and coming up with some way for them to find one that made sense would be too complicated so you get an alternative xD
Heads up for minor LawLu again because I have no self-control.
[Read on AO3 | Read from day 1]
----------
âHere you go, Nami-san.â
The navigator smiled as she accepted the plate that was handed to her. âThank you, Sanji,â she said, admiring the smell of perfectly cooked meat.
Honestly, Sanji had them all so spoiled, like dining at a 5 star restaurant three times a day plus snacks. And yet, he always outdid himself. Apparently, even something as simple as a barbecue could be made into a work of art, even when making it for all the people who had survived their raid of Onigashimaâand not just their crew, Toraoâs crew, the samurai, and the minks. No, it was for everyone they had picked up along the way as well. Including the Kid pirates, the rebels, the prisoners and the yakuza, and even some of the Beast pirates that were now somehow Tamaâs pets, it was hundreds, thousands of people.
Even with help of many other cooks, Sanji still had more than enough work on his hands but⌠he looked like he was enjoying himself immensely and Nami was glad. When she remembered how sad, cold and unhappy he was when they had finally found him on Whole Cake Island, it was like he was a different person. Like he was alive. Â
âYou donât forget to eat, too,â Nami teased, chuckling when Sanji froze and blinked at her owlishly, eyes wide with shock.
âIâ Thank you, Nami-san,â he said after a moment, looking away, and Nami was pretty sure that was a blush on his face.
It was cute how he always got caught off guard when someone looked out for him for a change. If this was a few weeks ago, Nami could just hear the âAww, Nami-swan, youâre so beautiful when youâre kind!â and see his dramatic, love-struck flailing. He always did that when trying to deflect and brush off things that might affect him but at last, it looked like he was putting in an effort to get used to it; slowly learning to accept the care and love his friends were giving him.
Nami smiled, a genuine, happy smile, as she nodded and turned away. They would teach Sanji to be kind to himself yet. After all, the Straw Hats were nothing if not stubborn.
That was a problem for later, however.
Tonight, they were celebrating.
The trip back towards the stage was short but given how the Komurasaki was one of the performing geishas and dancers, it was no surprise that the area beneath was packed. And with a plate overflowing with food, it was almost a miracle that she managed to make her way through the crowd and back to her friends without any incident.
When she finally sat down on the ground in between Robin and Luffy, she let out a relieved sigh. âHere, Sanjiâs special barbecue,â she announced.
Immediately, everyone cheered quietly as to not interrupt the music and dancing too much before grabbing for the plate, in a hurry to steal some for themselves before Luffy could get to it.
But then⌠Luffy didnât.
Exchanging a worried glance with the rest of the crew, Nami went to ask what was wrong but before she could so much as open her mouth, Tama spoke up instead. âMm this is so tasty!â she said, the happiness in her voice almost tangible.
âI know, right?â Luffy grinned proudly. âSanjiâs cooking is amazing.â
âArenât you going to eat, big bro?â she asked then, her cheeks puffed up with all the food in her mouth.
Luffy shook his head, petting Tamaâs head where she sat in between his legs and looked back at him questioningly. With a soft smile, Luffy finally replied, âNope, Iâm stuffed. You can have my portion if you want.â
Tamaâs face split up in a blinding smile, nodding enthusiastically before she turned her focus back on the pile of meat in front of her. Luffy simply watched her, that soft expression still on her face and Nami⌠felt like the whole world turned upside down. Luffy letting someone else have all his food. Luffy. Unbelievable.
Blinking a few times, Nami noticed everyone else was staring at the scene with an open mouth, obviously just as shocked as she felt. It was only a long while later that slowly, she turned to her other side to exchange a look with Robin. The other woman was covering her mouth to hide a smileâor likely muffle her laughter, judging by the way her eyes danced with joyâand, guessing easily that they were thinking the same thing, Nami, too, had to laugh.
Shaking her head, she followed Robinâs example to look at Torao, who was sitting on Luffyâs other side. âI think your boyfriend just adopted your first child. Congratulations,â she told him sincerely, biting at her bottom lip to try and keep her expression at least remotely straight at the face Law made.
"I did not consent to this," Torao replied, frowning deeply as he glared at Luffy, then Tama, then Luffy again.
"I honestly don't think anyone ever consented to anything with Luffy," Usopp noted helpfully.
A large pout appeared on Luffy's face as he crossed his arms over his chest. "But you're fine with it!"
"Again, Straw Hat-ya. That's not the point." Law let go of a long-suffering sigh, looking so incredibly tired. Nami wondered how many years of his life this poor man had lost over the last two, maybe three months since they had run into him.
But well, that was just a part of the course with Luffyâor their crew as a whole, really. And even if everyone complained about it, no one could deny the post-victory celebrations were well worth all the stress and⌠adjusted plans.
Nami, for one, certainly couldn't.
Ignoring the bickering couple and laughing friends, Nami turned her attention to the entertainment. She had to admit, it was pretty obvious why Hiyori became the oiran; she was beautiful up there, even without full make up or her hair styled the elaborate way she used to wear before. It was as if she was born for the stage. And the happiness radiating off of her, the relief from Wano's hard-fought, finally achieved freedom, was only making her more mesmerizing. Just looking at her move gracefully as she played on her shamisen, full of energy and not fighting her wide smile, it made Nami so incredibly happy as well.
Ever since she had set sail with Luffy, Nami had witnessed several times the pure joy of a country being rid of their tyrants, thanks to Luffy. She had been one of the people he had saved this way. But seeing it, hearing it, being at the centre of it⌠it never got old.
And if the celebration came with amazing food and plenty of booze, friends and laughter, and gifts of golden dragon statues from the shogun's castle, who was she to turn away?

How Nami acts depending on who she is with at the time...
To be honest, I had this as a draft for quite some time but with the release of the new chapter I decided to post it now. So, In honor of Namiâs magnificent moment in chapter 995, this post is Nami centric.
Nami has been a really interesting character since the start. Unlike characters like Luffy, Zoro or Ussop who are almost âMonotoneâ, pretty much act the same the whole time, she changes the way she acts or thinks depending on who she is with at the current moment.
Another main point to mention is that when it comes to the Captian, all strawhats are the same in terms of having absolute faith in him. Whether they think that from the start or during the situation, the absolute trust must be there.
Ussop in Alabasta, Zoro in Thriller Bark, Sanji in Zou and now Nami in Wano Chapter 995. There are more and many others already posted these moments. I will do one for Chapter 1000 pretty soon.
But when it comes to the crew members between themselves, things change... some are closer than the other and so on...
So I decided to analyze Namiâs behavior with members that she was in danger with to see how she acts and what her thought process/ emotions could be... and this time two characters stand out that bring the best out of her.
1- The Captian Luffy
When she is with Luffy, she tries to be the âbrainsâ she knows Luffy is an idiot so she always tries to think of ways to give him an advantage for him to work with.
In skypiea, first he tells her to head back to the ship because she is in the way, and she does just that without thinking twice or looking back. But then in the Ark, she fails to find a solution to give Luffy an edge on Enel, and her whole thought process is how to escape. She couldâve held her clima tact and did something with it, but while Luffy was on board Oda decided to make Nami sit back and watch even against an extremely powerful opponent Enel (cuz if they were fodder then there is no need for her to fight to begin with).
In WCI, this time she was able to provide support to Luffy by making the biscuits wet and brittle, but she did not fight. She went into kingbaumâs mouth because it was a safe place.
In summary, Nami wants to provide support to Luffy by being smart and from afar, enough to stay out of the fight. Like the others, she knows Luffy is tough therefore she doesnt worry much about him (I am not saying at all, of course she does worry, but only in extreme conditions like any other member)
2- Zoro
With Zoro, she does her best not to be involved in any way. She does not hesitate to disappear.
In Whiskey Peak, she orders Zoro to do all the fighting for her while she does nothing.
In Alabasta, once the enemy appeared, even though there was a woman, she disappeared instantly. She left them for Zoro and ran away.
In Fishman Island, after hearing about Arlong and Jimbei from Hordy. She vanished leaving Ussop and Brook with Zoro to fight. Camie even asks if it was okay and Nami didnt mind at all.
In summary, Nami does not want any part to do with Zoroâs fights.
3- Ussop
Of course... our famous duo. With Ussop, they are always scared together. They expect things from each other at the same time. When in the clear, they succeed because they are comfortable and safe, but when in danger they fail because of fear.
In Little Garden, basically that moment explains everything. They want the other to be dependable.
In skypiea, we have the most famous duo fight, where they are both scared as hell and fail miserably against Enel.
In Punk Hazard, we have two moments where when they are alone they failed against Ceasar and Ussop was disappointed to see Nami who was in Sanjiâs body. Then we have when they were far away and safe, so they were calm and collected and their teamwork worked.
In summary, Nami with Ussop will be comfortable and effective if they were safe and far but weak and scared when in the frontline.
The sad thing is... like I said I had this post before ch.995 but I wish they proved me wrong nowđ
.
4- Chopper
With Chopper, she acts in two ways. She tries to be the mature one and tell Chopper what to do, and other times in a pinch she acts like she does with Ussop.
In Enies Lobby and Water 7, their moments are not like the others (in term of danger level) but we can see she is telling him what to do.
In Punk Hazard and Dressrosa, she was terrified and metally weak. She was in no shape to fight.
In WCI, she is back to being the mature one by explaining to Chopper what to do.
In summary, Nami will try and keep her composure when she can, but loses it when things become dangerous.
5- Brook
With Brook, we didnt see much of Nami and Brook together a lot but basically he is a mixture of Luffy and Zoro. But Brook himself acts like Nami and Chopper when they are scared.
In Zou, she asks Brook to take care of the enemy. At first, he got rid of them but when they came back she sat back and watch. And she does mention that his company is more troublesome than his worthđ.
In summary, Nami would sit back and watch but will help if he get immobilized just like she would do with Luffy, Chopper and Robin because of DF abilities.
6- Franky
With Franky, I couldnt find a moment where she acts a specific way when he is around. I am aware of the moment she calls him âBig Broâ in Wano but it is not the same like being in frontline long enough with him for her to think or act a certain way.
Now, there is a reason I left these two characters to the end. This is what I mean when characters are closer to some than others.
7- Robin
With Robin, again we dont see them in the frontline much. Since back in Skypiea, they keep splitting up and Nami and Robin never stay in the same team.
There was the Davy back fight team, but it was a game not like the others.
In Wano, we can see that they depend on each other to keep watch of each otherâs back.
In summary, this is expected since they are the only two women on the crew. Nami feels confident enough while depending on Robin for support and she would do the same.
9- Sanji
Unlike with Luffy, Nami never sat back and watched during major enemies. She always looked back and didnt want to leave. She knows Sanji uses his brain unlike Luffy so she never thought of using tricks and strategies. Whenever he was hurt or about to get hurt, she will pull out her clima tact without a second thought even if she was terrified seconds ago.
Unlike with Zoro, Nami never left Sanji behind on her own, he was always the one to tell her to go ahead. She forgets that she is on the frontline and doesnt run away. When he tells her to stay in a safe place she shows up anyway.
Unlike with Ussop, Nami never gets soo scared she becomes practically useless. She depends on Sanji but not entirely. She wants to but doesnt expect much from Ussop but she can count on Sanji everytime.
Unlike with Chopper, in dire situations she doesnt need to be the mature one since Sanji gets serious when he has to. She might ask for favors but it doesnt sound like an order like she does with Chopper, since she decided for him to be the temporary Captain of the small group when Luffy isnt around.
Unlike with Brook (Luffy, Chopper, Robin), she doesnt need to worry about him falling in the sea since he doesnt have DF powers. He doesnt cause her trouble during fights.
Similar to Robin, Nami always wants to stay side by side. She knows he will have her back and she wants to support him too. It never happened since HE never let it happen, since he doesnt want her to be in danger and get injured because of him.
We have seen time and time again that Nami considers herself weak and fragile. Yes, she does head to combat when she has to but she prefers not to. She wants to stay far, she wants the others to handle business.
But when it comes to anything to do with Sanji whether he is there or not... she somehow gets courage out of nowhere, she decides to head into the frontline on her own, she will claim that she is tough and strong. She forgets about far or close enemies
In summary, when Nami is with Sanji, she doesnt have to worry about anything except for ways to support him. She is at her strongest, bravest and most confident side.
What makes this interesting is when it comes to Robin, it is a given. As the only two women in the crew, that is to be expected, but why is Sanji the only one who is different in terms of bringing out the best of Nami? Why is he treated different than the other 2 monsters? Why is he treated different than all the other guys?
A quick note: I tried my best to include all Namiâs moments with the others (preferably alone) and re-read all of them but if I missed any then I am sorry about thatđ
. This here is why Nami is one of my favorite characters in One Piece, that is how I always saw Nami but if I made a mistake or overlooked something again I apologize but I doubt it will change what Namiâs character is about.
I dont know what will happen in the future (obviously) but until now, this has been the case. She might break one or maybe all the things I mentioned, but after 900+ of this right here, this has to mean something....

One Piece Anime Wano Arc Episodes 890
One Piece Anime: Wano Arc, Episodes 890 This honestly is less going to be a review and more of a commentary as I watch through the anime's rendition of the Wano arc. I've honestly never really watched too much of the One Pieceanime, mostly just looking up the highlights of the arcs I read in the manga. I did watch the filler episodes and most of the movies, as I've talked about at length recently. And everyone tells me that the anime has some rather terrible pacing, particularly around the time of Dressrossa, which is apparently pretty padded out. But then I heard the absolute opposite for Wano, where the anime has received a new art-style and one hell of a fancy makeover. And I thought... hey, I'm on a One Piece kick this year, clearly, so yeah, I think I'm going to give this a shot.
The Wano arc, I think, is one that works a lot better because it has the reverse problem of a lot of One Piece arcs -- there are a lot of moments in Act One of the manga's version of the story that the writer clearly purposefully threw in a couple of off-screened moments that the anime could expand into full action scenes. I already know that Sanji versus Page One is fully animated in the anime, and scenes like Big Mom vs. Kaido or Zoro vs. Basil Hawkins are extended a lot more than the couple of panels we had in the manga. And Wano's got a lot of supporting characters, some of which actually get swept under the rug when I first read through the manga chapters weekly. So yeah, having bright colours and voices and music is going to make this a much more fun experience!
Anyway, here goes my collection of random notes and commentary. Be aware that there will be MANGA SPOILERS, as I will point out a couple of things here and there about stuff I notice that's foreshadowing or whatever:
* Marco's blue-and-yellow phoenix form looks so, so much more vibrant and pops out compared to anything else in the series in colour, huh? I think out of any other character, Marco is extra-memorable in animated format. * That said, basically half this episode is just a recap of the Paramount War. I mean, I haven't seen the Paramount War in full animated format, so it's nice to hear Whitebeard and Ace and Marco speak some of their more famous lines there. But on the other hand, it's also it's kind of one of the more-criticized parts of the One Piece anime that any time they could pad out an episode with scenes from a previously-produced episode, they will. * We actually get to see the Grudge/Payback War in the anime! I think this is less of a showcase of events that actually happened and more of a symbolic one, but hey, we get to see Blackbeard doing some sky-quakes and black holes and Marco turning phoenix. It just shows the Whitebeard division commanders getting sucked into a giant Dragon-Ball-esque spirit bomb Black Hole. Actually pretty neat! * Jozu has both arms in that vision. Whether it's an error or a spoiler or if he has a prosthetic a la Akainu in Film: Z, we'll see eventually.
* This episode also has a bit of a recap of the revelations about Wano from the Zou arc, but it's a lot shorter and feels a lot more relevant to the upcoming arc. * Brook actually expresses some interest on Vivi, apparently having heard of her from the others. I've always liked this from the filler episodes, of the newer Straw Hats slowly learning about prior adventures. Brook being Brook, of course, a panty joke was tossed in. * The Japanese-art style water waves look so pretty when animated! * The random octopus that makes Japanese kabuki theater (?) sounds is another thing that works so much better in the anime. I've always thought it felt a bit forced and random in the manga version. * The high-tempo music when the Sunny sails into the koi waves is very, very fun! * Ah, yes, the very first chapter of Wano in the manga shows off a bunch of carps jumping up a waterfall. You know, considering the whole legend that a carp that jumps over the waterfall transforms into a dragon... i.e., a fish that is also a dragon...
* The first one that's properly and almost fully drawn in the new Wano art style! And it looks gorgeous. * Also a new theme song! I've never paid that much attention to theme songs in anime, but I definitely like "One Dream One Wish" more than "We're the Super Powers". Shame that, as with most anime, the opening sort of spoils, like, half of the things that happens in the arc. * Speaking of great background music... the tempo of that opening instrumental that Komurasaki plays on shamisen is pretty catchy, especially with that octopus going iyooo~ in the background. It also makes for very fun background music for Zoro's rampage at the end of the episode. * Anime Wano is so freaking colourful. The rooftops, the kimonos, the hair... I think I remembered reading that Oda made it a point to subvert the fact that everyone in feudal Japan had black hair by explicitly doing the opposite -- black hair is the exception rather than the norm in Wano. Fun! * The frog on Usopp's hat is a real frog! I always thought it was just a hat! It's adorable! The wiki tells me it's called Gama Pyonnosuke. It's an adorable friend! Forget Carrot or Kin'emon or Yamato, Gama Pyonnosuke for next Straw Hat! * The biggest expansion here is that we actually follow Zoro around as he wanders around the city until he gets arrested by the corrupt magistrate. And Zoro actually bumps into the man-slayer and corrupt magistrate, actually explaining why he recognizes the specific scent of blood during the whole seppuku court. * And then we get around a minute of Zoro fighting the magistrate guards with the seppuku knife and good ol' fisticuffs, something that I didn't think I needed, but is certainly very fun to watch! * This new animation studio loves the angled zoom-in into eyes, and I highly approve. I think we had that like at least three times when Zoro decides to get dangerous.
* I never quite realized that if Luffy hadn't been interrupted by the octopus and washed up next to the Thousand Sunny, the poor ship would be literally left to its own devices. You'd think after losing Merry, the Straw Hats would be more careful with their ships... * Zoro gets to slash the magistrates up even more! It's a single Tatsu Maki, but god damn what a pretty Tatsu Maki. The shot of his feet kicking and breaking the wooden floor, the black aura around his blades, the way that the dragon aura appears behind him, the demonic red eyes as Zoro slams down from the sky, and the shots of the surrounding terrain being cut up into cubes... pretty awesome! * Luffy dodging the bullet from the random Beast Pirate goon with Observation Haki and the gomu-gomu-long-range-bitchslap has always been cool in the manga, and this episode makes it even cooler. Those glowing eyes! This is going to be the whole commentary, isn't it? Just me commenting on the scenes I find to be really cool? * Luffy's Conqueror Haki against the giant baboon is another very cool one. From the expression to the delivery of the line to the sound effect... Luffy's expression is actually pretty cool and borderline scary as he beats up the second goon. No wonder Tama went straight into "This is the I surrender pose!" * Also added in the anime is a vignette of Franky, Robin and Usopp seeing the news of Zorojuro becoming a wanted criminal. Again, not entirely necessary to know the story, but actually scenes that I don't mind being shown to us. Particularly that scene of Usopp utterly bullshitting an officer. * Luffy pets Komachiyo with his rubber arms. Komachiyo is a good boy. This is the most important scene.
* Did the manga show Luffy hiding the Sunny and letting it anchor in a cave? I don't remember it. I know that before the flashback and the raid we see the Sunny there, but it's nice to actually show Luffy not being so callous with the Sunny. * They got a pretty good voice actress for Tama that really makes her pretty adorable! So many times these kid guest star characters end up being annoying if they don't get a good voice, but between the voice-acting and the expressions, she's pretty fun! * Also, I think this is going to be something I repeat a couple of times, but both Tama and Tenguyama are so much more visually interesting with their full colour palettes. * Oh, right, Drake was the one that ransacked Tama's village. Wonder if that'll actually come up later on in the story... * Okay, thanks to the anime, it's really going to drill to me that it's pronounced 'Diez Drake' and not 'Eks Drake'. * I'm pretty sure everyone noticed it, but Ace learned to weave hats in Wano! That's how he became buddies with Oars Junior! I didn't notice it until just now!
* (Episode is the Cidre Guild filler arc that ties in to Stampede.) * What is Tenguyama waiting for? It's probably Oden or his retainers, but I don't think he's part of the samurai that was recruited by Kin'emon's group. Maybe he just missed the big recruitment drive, but that's weird. I wonder what role he's going to play in the arc... * There is a random metal guitar riff when Luffy sees the Nidai Kitetsu. And a glow of Observation Haki on Luffy's eyes. That's a small detail, but very cool! He also uses Observation when Hawkins arrives later on. I love the little trail of glowing red that streams out of his pupils when he activates it. * Tenguyama's sword has a very cool leaf-based handguard! Never noticed that. * Speaking of cool Observation Haki effects, Zoro's apparently activates when he senses sake. Appropriate! * I know it's me repeating this over and over, and we'll get so many cooler scenes later on, but Zoro casually launching that Phoenix Cannon to blow up the two random raptor-riders when he saves Tsuru? Such a simple scene but still so cool. Also very cool is the very brief slo-mo as Zoro re-angles the pathway of his slice when cutting down the second random goon. * Unlike most of the other things, I've always noticed that Basil Hawkins has a very cool Koma-deer mount. It looks even cooler in motion!
* This is perhaps one of the more extended scenes, since it features... fight scenes! In the manga, I think this lasted... maybe half a chapter? Less? A couple of page spreads? It's not just the Hawkins fight, either, Luffy's 'swordfighting' with Nidai Kitetsu also gets extended. Luffy's a bit more successful in using the sword to block and parry here. * Luffy's voice actor really makes the 'de gozaru' sound really funny. * I 100% missed Tsuru the first time I read through this chapter since we only see part of her in a single panel before her full-body debut after the Hawkins fight, and it's a lot less likely that you'll make that mistake in the anime. * Some 'elite' goons show up here, including a guy that uses his ponytail as a whip against Zoro, and a dude that makes fissures with a hammer that fights Luffy. Probably feels a bit more filler-y compared to the rest of the action scenes, but that's honestly nitpicking. * Zoro launching a Phoenix Cannon that slashes Hawkins's face is very cool. * Hawkins' little straw dolls gets an extended scene of it crawling out of his arm. It's so creepy, I love it. * Hawkins' giant straw demon StandBankaigets an very cool summoning animation and it's so creepy. The skies darkens and everything. Most importantly, it makes noises! Again, I love it.
* Luffy and Zoro vs. Hawkins! It's extended beyond just the simple 'dodge, then one-shot-slash' that it was in the manga. I really like Hawkins and his creepy-ass Straw Stand, so I am a huge fan of this. We get a couple of nice juxtaposition shots of Hawkins and the straw monster. Also Zoro goes shirtless in the fight. That's an important detail! * I really, really love how Zoro is having a gritted-teeth expression as he fights the giant straw demon; the straw demon is going gakakakakakakaka like a lunatic... then we cut to Hawkins who has a deadpan, bored expression as he swings his sword in the distance. * The animators really like to let the straw monster use the nails entwined to the tips of its fingers. That's fun! Zoro backhand-blocking the nails from hitting Luffy and Tama? That's cool! * Zoro does Ichi-Gorilla-Ni-Gorilla at one point, and totally slices and 'kills' Hawkins a bunch of times. * Also, speaking of pretty, glowing-eyes motion shots, Zoro using Nigiri: Toro Samon? Yeah. The cut itself is cool, but the zoom-in on Zoro's eyes as he does so? I'm sorry, I have a weakness for that kind of shot, it appears. * To extend the fight so that it's not just a single exchange of blows, Komachiyo gets knocked to the ground so that Zoro and the straw demon can actually fight for a bit. * Also shots I have a weakness to? DBZ-style 'aftermath of a powerful move'. This one isn't too over-the-top, but the slash extending into the sky and the shockwave rippling out from where Zoro slices the strawman thing is cool. * We actually see the scene of Okiku being harassed by Urashima in chronological order, and Urashima scares off a customer. Also, the implied scene of Zoro scaring off Urashima is actually shown here.
* This episode kind of extends the scenes in Tsuru's shop a bit more. Not the most exciting thing, but it does really help to build up Tama, Tsuru and Kiku. * ...wait, Tsuru's shop just displays the Kozuki crest very, very evidently on its door awning. If simply speaking the Kozuki name alone is a punishable crime, how did they get away with that? * Zoro trying to get Luffy to adopt a Wano-ized name is extra-funny in the anime! * Speaking of extended fight scenes, Batman gets to shoot alotmore arrows at Luffy and Zoro. It's kind of over-the-top on Batman's part, if we're being honest, even if Zoro and Luffy very easily dispatches of them.
* The anime does give Batman the ability to control his arrows via sonic waves or something, but he lasted for a much, much longer time than he really should have. * Batman fucking blocks Luffy's Busoshoku-empowered punch! He most definitely doesn't do it in the manga, and sure, knocking Luffy down with sonic waves? I buy that. Blocking Luffy and causing a small explosion in the air? ...I'm pretty sure just some random Gifter isn't supposed to be able to do that. Unless they're thinking of the other Batman? * They make the initial shot of Holdem answering the phone with the lion face pretty intimidating! * Holdem's lion beating their shared balls is still one of the weirdest jokes in the manga. * Some really nice face shots in this one, from Tama to Holdem to the lion to Luffy's group.
* A pretty obvious extended filler is Urashima bullying other sumo wrestlers. Urashima is kind of a dipshit, so it's not a particularly enjoyable filler for me. * Zoro gets to sumo-wrestle with one of Urashima's goons! This one, on the other hand, is pretty fun. We also get a little added bit where Zoro smirks after remembering Kiku's earlier insistence that she's a samurai, so it's less of a 'he doesn't give a shit' and more 'he wants to see what Kiku's skill is' or something.
* Luffy vs. Urashima is prolonged a bit in here, obviously. Not as entertaining as fighting Hawkins or even Batman, but okay, sure. Lots of grunting and growling in this one. Urashima cheats a bit more, Luffy has to use Armament Haki at one point... really don't think Urashima's someone that you should bother using hardening on, Luffy. * The kabuki-style delivery of "I'm going to be the king of pirates" is very well done. * Poor Tama! Holdem's a jackass. * We actually get to see Urashima crashing into Holdem's house, in yet another obvious 'hey, anime team, this is something for you to animate' scene from the manga. * Law gets an extended scene with seeing the sick Bepo, including a Room/Scan showcase and Bepo looking cute and Law being unable to keep being angry at him.
* The fight against the pirates and samurai in Bakura Town gets extended a fair bit in this episode. Luffy throws Nidai Kitetsu's scabbard around again, repeating the thing he did before. * This episode noticeably has a bunch of brief flashbacks to previous episodes. Anime episodes do this all the time to easily eat up like, ten or fifteen seconds of runtime. But I felt this one was particularly noticeable since it's to the previous episode which we already had a recap segment of before the episode begun. * Ball-de-boo!
* We get an adorable crayon drawing memory when Luffy remembers Zunisha one-shotting Jack's fleet. * Luffy and Zoro's synchronized neck-crick is pretty fun. Also fun is their super-speed when they simultaneously rescue Tama and steal the food barge. The question is, where is this super-speed when they were bamboozled by Batman and Gazelleman? * Unlike the anime, Holdem is able to turn his sword into a flaming segmented sword. It's like Zabimaru from Bleach, but on fire! * We get an extra scene of a random goon holding Kiku hostage and Zoro locking eyes with her and saying "I'm not going to help you", knowing full well she's pretending to be a damsel in distress. * Speed also gets to do something here! She gets to shoot Armament Haki'd arrows at Zoro and Kiku! In the manga she doesn't do anything while this is happening. * REDDO HAAAAAWK! * God damn that's a very satisfying Red Hawk. Such a pretty-looking one! This was the scene that a friend showed me that got me excited to sit down and watch the Wano arc in anime format. From Holdem shooting a lion's fire (how does that work?) and engulfing Luffy, to Tama's yelling, to the zoom-in to Luffy's angry eyes, to the orb of flame dissipating, the zoom-in to Luffy's angry face, the impact, the music... it's just Luffy beating up Holdem, who means jack-all in the grand scheme of things, but what a badass Red Hawk.
And I think that's a neat place to stop off, with the initial Hawkins-Urashima-Holdem opening prologue to Wano done with. I'm not sure how often I'll update this little watch-along series, but I certainly am enjoying myself!

The Nightmare Song...
Warning(s): Character Death! Angst
A/N: I may or may not continue this since Y/n is âdeadâ but. Y/n is dating a Doctor so, maybe a happy ending may happen if people want it lmao?
By the time the Song was finished, you had already fallen face first to the ground in front of him. It played in slow motion on loop for him, driving him to a frenzy of rage, sadness and anger.
    This mission wasnât supposed to go so Sour. Yet something about today irritated you. It was like something was warning you about what Not to do today that kept you awake at night...You checked your clock, â6:15am huh....â You muttered out as you got out of bed tiredly.
The day went by stressful for everybody. Things just kept getting pilled on, and stuff kept being forgotten. But you kept your level head held high, as the chaos around you echoed in your ears. âY/n-ya....Youâve been quiet, whatâs wrong?â Law instantly noticed something was off about you this morning, which surprised you to say the least, as heâs usually the last person to realize youâre mood of the day due to being so busy. âI dunno....Thereâs no Sunshine today.â You state while looking at a window to see that you were right based on your assumptions. At first, he didnât believe you. âCaptain! Thereâs a wave of clouds on the way! We might want to board this Island to let the storm pass!â Bepo shouted as he ran towards the area. That got him to believe you.
He wonât admit it but, youâre like a second Navigator to him. You have this weird...Sense ability that allows you to sense whether the day was a Good day, or an Off day to do anything. it was a weird ability that took the crew and Law a while to get used too...But failed missions after failed missions due to you saying âTodayâs an Off day...I donât recommend going outside Captain..â Both law and crew started to believe your weird Sixth Sense...Even if it was starting to get creepy.
Once the ship had moved into Port, the crew started getting ready to take off, you spoke up, â.....Todayâs not a good day.â And some of the members paused, âWe donât have a choice y/n...We need to fix the damage on the ship and collect more supplies.â Ikkaku said within an irritated sigh. You just looked up deadpanned, the look startled the crew, âAlright...Donât say I didnât warn you then.â You said before heading back to gather your own supplies to stock up yourself.
   Several hours had passed since then, everybody in the Heartâs Crew was on edge whilst meeting with the Straw Hatâs for an Alliance meeting before they hit Wano. They already had previous meetings before but, this one was to make sure that they were still working together regardless to take down Kaido. You stayed beside your Captain as ordered, following him wherever he would go too, while listening to his rambling and venting about the stresses of being his Crewâs leader.
âOohh...Y/n-san is here too!?â Luffy exclaimed, excited to see your face, but was put off by you not smiling or excited to see his crew as a mutual feeling. âYes. She asked me to come along with our crew....As today wasnât a Good Day.â Law responded while stepping in front of you. Luffy looked up at him confused as to what he really meant. Heâd never seen your weird Sixth Sense. âYou know...Thereâs rumor going around that thereâs somebody with a Sixth Sense ability...That they can predict weather or not a day was a good day, or bad day for them....â Robin comments while looking right at you, âThatâs you isnât it? That ability has been lost for decades.â She finishes, which made the Straw Hatâs react odd towards you for the rest of the day.
Eventually though, you started to hum to yourself. A song that was considered a classic Lullaby that used to calm scared children, became terrifying to you. Even so, you couldnât stop humming it to yourself, no matter how On Edge it really made you feel. After the meeting with the other pirates, you started to sing it out loud while minding your own business as you walked behind Law, âYou know...Thatâs starting to become Creepy y/n-yaâ he admits while pausing to turn towards you. You stopped your singing. â...Sorry. My Sixth Sense is going off on the deep end today.â You replied and then went back to humming. Even though Law would believe your Sixth Sense, he didnât believe it 100% as he was a doctor.
While getting closer to the ship, you heard something close by, well, more like your Sixth Sense heard something close by. You turned so quick that Law couldnât see you, and before you knew it, a tiny needle had barely missed your face, scraping it and then landing on the ground behind you two. Law started to draw out his sword but, before he could get it out quickly, several more of those tiny needles came flying towards you two. Hitting you dead on.
âY/N-YA!?â law shouted, seeing you frozen in this fighting position, you kept still for a bit before moving again, âtch.....Poisonous....â You commented while trying to pull out the needles on your own. Hearing that word made Law get angry, âAlright, thatâs it. Either show yourselves or Iâm coming after you!â He yelled while pushing you aside. It took a few moments before the both of you could hear a small group of people stepping towards you. From the looks of it, they were part of the Big Mom Pirate crew. Which made him both angry and slightly nervous.
You fell to your knees due to the poison, panting heavily, you looked at the small group, âWeâve been trying to find you for a long time Law....Weâre here for some well deserved payback.â A lady said while pointing a gun at him getting ready to shoot. Law was too busy focused on you though to realize what was really happening.
Your body moved on itâs own again, albeit it slower than before but you managed to stand in front of him, hunched over from the poisoned needles. âI...Wonât....Let you......Hurt Him.â You stuttered, glaring at the small group. The lady scoffed at your remark, âSuit yourself Kid.â She said before firing a round of bullets, all hitting you dead on. You took them, now singing your creepy Sunshine song out loud.
    Youâre body started to fall face forward, it went in slow motion on loop for him. Seeing you fall as he was screaming at you to move away so he could fight had sent him to a frenzy rage. You had warned him that today wasnât a good day to go out, but he didnât listen, he went out anyways due to needing supplies and repairs done on the ship. If heâd only listened to you....
If he had just listened to you and your warnings...Maybe youâd be breathing!
    Law didnât know what was happening. Heâd lost control due to his frenzy, completely obliterating everybody in that group in a fit of rage. The fighting had gotten so loud that the townspeople came to watch, along with the crew having heard the fighting as well. Bepo had never seen Law lose so much control over his emotions like this. Getting closer to see why he was so angry, he noticed your body lying on the ground face first.
Today was not a good day.

Two Moons
(Story Post)
On wolf nights, Nathan still spent his time at APID but now Sydryn had arranged for him to have a family suite, one big enough for the twins to stay in and for Dax to sleep over. His worry about having Dax and the twins with the wolf slowly faded as Dax often recounted to him the majority of what happens when he turned, and it was mostly nothing. The wolf fed the twins regularly when they were hungry, curled up with them when they were tired. For the most part, they all shared the bed, and Dax even got to snuggle in behind his big fluffy boyfriend to get sleep for a decent amount of time. The twins were starting to get into the habit of turning at the same time as Nathan, but it wasnât a sure thing and Dax would have to take over when they were human, as the wolf, though gentle with them in any form, could not change diapers.
At two months old, Grace and Gabriel were hitting their development milestones on time. Both could hold their heads up while on their tummies. Both showed interest in toy and noises around them, though grabbing wasnât yet a thing except mostly by accident. As pup and cub however, they were growing differently. Grace was developing ahead of her brother in that regard. As a pup, she was already starting to figure out some crawling techniques, and could be found chewing her dadâs ear sometimes. Gabriel on the other hand, though bigger than her, wasnât at all mobile and constantly wanted to be feeding, always curled up at the teat. They were both eating and pooping machines, and slept a lot. The majority of the time, Nathan spent inside with the kids, while Dax would go out and get food and any supplies they needed. The pregnancy group still happened on Fridayâs and if Nathan couldnât bring himself out to their meeting room for whatever reason, the group would always swing by his room to check in and hang out. It had been a few weeks since Dari and Fay had their twins, so they were missing, but up until then theyâd been in group regularly. Yori was absent a couple of weeks before as his family had gone on vacation over the school break, but he was back again and eager to talk about his trip with anyone whoâd listen. Despite not going outside much, it felt like Nathanâs little family was very popular. Even APID E faculty dropped by after class times to see the babies. Because of the frequency of visitors, Nathan felt like he had seen everyone still rather regularly. Apparently not. One afternoon while he was feeding the twins, there was a strong knock on the door. Dax was taking a nap and was apparently exhausted because he didnât even budge. âComing.â Nathan sighed and set Grace down in her bassinet since she seemed to be done. He pulled a robe over himself and Gabriel and went to the door. Opening it, he found his dear friend Wano, violet in the face (blue blooded version of red in the face) and glaring him down. âWano, whatâs going on?â Nathan said. âAre you okay?â âTwo moons,â Wano said. âTwo and almost another moon and you never come to the cafeteria.â âOh. Um, Iâm really sorryâŚâ Nathan said. âI donât know if youâve noticed, but Iâve been a little occupied.â Wano nodded in acknowledgment. âBut you still need to eat. You shouldâve come eat.â âDaxâs been bringing in food mostly,â Nathan said. âBut, Iâm sorry Wano. I didnât realise our mealtimes meant that much to you. But you couldâve always stopped by.â âAm I not? Iâm stopping by now,â Wano stated. âYou appear healthy. Are you in good health?â âWell, thatâs debatable, but mostly, yeah,â Nathan said. âCould be worse.â âGood. And youâre not likely pregnant since humans typically take time off that to raise their young for a bit, yes?â âWell, most do, sure. Maybe not DariâŚâ âIs that another race?â âNo, itâs a friend. Never mind.â âMale?â âYeah, why?â Wano narrowed his eyes. âWhat height?â âOh, I dunno⌠Pretty short⌠Why?â Wano nodded approvingly. âOnly friend sized.â âSure?â âGood. So, being as your womb is vacantâŚâ Wano produced a fistful of flowers from behind his back and shoved them towards Nathan. âIâd like to propose a mating partnership.â Nathan blinked and stared at the alien man. ââŚYou want toâŚmarry me?â Wano nodded. âMostly, interspecies relationship is frowned upon in my culture, however humans are the originators. Your species is a precious part of the universe. To mate with you would strengthen my familial bloodline.â âUmâŚâ Nathan couldnât tell if it was sweet or insulting. âIâm in a relationship?â âWith him?â Wano pointed to Dax still lying in bed. âI could fight him for you. Iâd win. He leaves himself easily vulnerable.â âHeâs napping. Youâre not fighting anyone. Thatâs not how this works. I chose Dax,â Nathan said. âIâm happy with my choice. And it sounds like you want someone to start a family with, and frankly Iâm pretty sure I donât want to get pregnant again.â âWell, umâŚâ Wano faltered for a moment. âIt does not need to be a mating partnership⌠I hear your species fornicates for pleasure. Our partnership could be that.â âWano, Iâm not available for partnerships,â Nathan said. âThough your proposal has beenâŚflattering.â âOh.â Wano rubbed his neck. âAre you sure? Iâd be a great partner.â Nathan nodded. âIâm sure. Can you accept that?â Wano lifted his chin in acceptance. âShould I go?â âNo, no⌠Well, I mean, you should meet the kids,â Nathan suggested. âCome in.â âOhâŚâ Wano rubbed the back of his neck. âMaybe not. I need to sleep.â âAlright. Well, weâll catch up later, right?â Nathan said. âMaybe not.â Wano looked down and away. âOh.â Nathan frowned, realising maybe the rejection had been harder on Wano than he thought. âListen, I get that this isnât easy for you, but I still want to be friends if we can be. It just takes time.â âTime is not something I have,â Wano stated. âMy appeal hearing is tomorrow.â âToâŚTomorrow?â Nathan blanched. âWhy didnât you tell me before? I couldâve helped you prepare!â Wano shrugged uncomfortably and motioned towards the babe in Nathanâs arms. âRight⌠The birthâŚâ Nathan rubbed Gabrielâs head thinking for a moment. âIâm sure youâll do fine though. Do you have a counsel?â âMy case workerâŚâ Wano stated, though he didnât appear happy with that. âWell, thatâs good. The case workers here are pretty goodâŚâ Wano just stayed silent, looking at his feet. Nathan placed a hand on the alienâs shoulder. ââŚDid you want me to be there?â Wano shook his head. âYou shouldnât want to be. You are a parent now. That is likely more important to you.â âNo, well, yes⌠But I have Dax. He can watch the twins while Iâm there. I can be a character witness, if you want that. What is the reasoning behind your removal?â âCriminal record,â Wano said. âItâs stupid⌠As if punching someone is a crime.â âYes, itâs called assault,â Nathan said. âIt was all the way back from when I got here. A guy looked at me weird. I punched him in the face.â âYeah, and you donât see a problem with that?â Nathan asked. âI know nowâŚâ Wano crossed his arms. âThat kind of staring wouldnât fly on my planet.â âWell, do you want to go back there or do you want to stay on this planet?â âOf course I want to stay,â Wano huffed. âMy planet is hell.â âThen you need to win this appeal,â Nathan said. âAnd Iâm going to help you.â âNo, Iââ âI know. You donât want to ask for help. But asking for help doesnât make you weak,â Nathan said. âIn fact, I believe people only grow stronger when we work together. So, come inside.â Nathan took Wanoâs arm and brought him into the suite. The alien tensed up nervously, unsure how to react to Nathanâs forceful kindness. Nathan got him to sit down at a table and went to check his calendar. âI donât have much time since Iâm still in wolf cycle, so weâll try to cram⌠Dax!â The thunderbird stirred on the bed, rubbing a hand over his face. âHm?â âIâm sorry, but I need you awake,â Nathan said. âWe have company.â âCompany?â Dax got himself up into a seated position, leaning tiredly on his arms. He locked eyes with Wano. âOh. Youâre the broccoli guyâŚâ âBroccoli?â Wano scrunched his nose. âWhy would you associate me with green vegetation?â âRemember, when you met, we were debating about broccoli and cauliflower,â Nathan explained, getting his laptop with one hand while he continued to nurse Gabriel. The cub just couldnât be satisfied it seemed. âDax, I need to help Wano with his deportation appeal tomorrow so I need you to watch the kids.â âRight⌠I can do that,â Dax said, leaning over and checking on Grace in her bassinet. She was sound asleep for now. âAre you going to the thing?â âYes. Do you think you can watch them then, too?â Nathan asked. âI know you havenât been alone with them yetâŚâ Dax gave a thumbs up. âWe got this.â âThank you, Dax.â Dax smiled to him and got up to grab his yoga mat. âYou do that teacher thing you do so well and help this guy not get deported.â At the sight of the rolled mat, Wano got defensive. âWhat are you doing with that?â âI figured Iâd get some stretching in before Grace wakes up and Gabriel sucks the last drop out of Nathan,â Dax stated. âStretching?â Wano frowned. âWhat combat are youâŚumâŚanticipating?â âThe battle that is parenthood,â Dax stated. âBut actually, yoga is really good for your health. You donât need to be facing combat simply to want to stretch.â âWell, once we win this appeal, you can teach Wano all about it,â Nathan said. âWano, I donât know much about immigration law, but what are you most worried about in this appeal?â ââŚI guess, justâŚâ Wano licked his tongue. âI donât like being asked many questions with many eyes watching⌠It makes me mad.â âOkay, I can help with that,â Nathan said. âIâve had a lot of kids in my class who are nervous speakers and donât like getting up in front of the class. And itâs even worse when youâre not prepared for questions. But thereâs some strategies we can work with.â Wano nodded. âOkayâŚâ âAlright, letâs get started.â âThank youâŚâ

One Piece Chapter 920 Review
Gather around, fans. Itâs time for a story about the Wano Country; a country that was once beloved for all and currently beloved for scums. After the shocking revelation of Kinâemon and others, itâs most fitting to clear out some of the past historyâs mysteries. While it wonât answer all, in fact leaving some questions behind, this chapter evaluated the value of recovering the country to its former glory with the rising hype for a potential warfare.
If you are fond of the seriesâ rich world-building, then this chapter is for you. Throughout, itâs about the origin of Oden, Kinâemon and othersâ backstory before time-warping to the present, and connections with many present characters. Oden Castle was actually called Kuri Castle; already presenting Oden as a caring and lovable man. Putting his people first above all. Although he was beloved, he was considered as a wild card as he went through violent fights and essentially exiled from the Flower Capital.
The country wasnât completely paradise as there was once a lawless area, which is self-explanatory with criminals and such. The real shocker about it is that place was Kuri; in other words, it was once an awful place. Even Shogun back then didnât want to touch it. Thatâs where Oden reappeared and took on Ashura Douji. Iâm very aware of the reference to Japanese culture. No, there wonât be any reincarnationâŚfor now. Anyway, he was so evil and powerful, and yet Oden defeated him. Thatâs where the paradise feel was born.
I should mention that Oden was the son of Shogun Kouzuki Sukiyaki. While Shogun failed to act upon Kuriâs problems, Oden took on the challenge and won. For an exile, he sure was capable to be a Shogun. To top it all off, he forced the criminals to become workers and created a paradise for the citizens. Eventually, his father heard the story and bestowed him the title of Daimyo of Kuri at the age of 20. Thatâs pretty impressive. The one fond quote Kinâemon would always remember from him is âItâs too cramped here.â To me, that tells me Oden was indeed a nice fellow.
The story gets a short break with Zoro, who is of course lost. The funny thing about him is he believes his friends are the one that are lost. He believe it because he rode on that Komainu. Why Luffy and Zoroâs logic are going bonkers lately? Oh well, they do make me laugh. I donât know what will happen to him, but I get the feeling he will drag trouble along with him. What else is new?
Duke Inuarashi makes his return. I do like him, so I was happy to see him again. I do wonder on who will break the news about Pedroâs demise. Itâs going to suck when it happens. Outside of the prediction, itâs rather touching when he is at the beach, recollecting the good memories he has with his first meeting with Oden. Itâs already said that he and Nekomamushi have fond connection with the Samurai, so this was heartwarming to know where it began.
I really like the silent storytelling treatment while pointing out Oden and his establishments. He was so beloved by many, including Whitebeard and Gol D. Roger. The part that makes it heartwarming is how thereâs no speech bubbles coming from Kinâemon and others, but their reactions are delightful. You can see how great Oden was just by watching their expressions. It will make you laugh, it will have you in awed, and it will make you feel happy. Sadly, it will make you feel sad and frustrated.
Itâs a smooth move of Oda to skip the story for us fans and let only Strawhats hear about the turning event. It keeps us engaged with the story, leaving us wondering why Oden had to die the way it did. It appears to me that Orochi was probably a friend of Oden, only to backstab him in the end. I can only guess based on Namiâs reaction. Itâs a smart move in writing perspective to keep us interested in Orochi. After the early soothing atmosphere, itâs sad to see Kinâemon and others from the past to breakdown into tears. His saddening words about Odenâs final moment was emotional; words about 20 years ago, only it happened a few months ago for them felt heavy.
Kinâemon and othersâ last action before time-warp is tragic and questionable. I feel bad for them for running towards to the castle, only to find it already in fire, thanks to Kaido. Thatâs one tie-in to hate Kaido. Itâs rather sad that they had to âignoreâ Inuarashi and Nekomamushi when they were caught by Orochiâs subordinates. I donât blame them for their minds most likely were running wild with fear and sorrow.
Then we enter the questionable part of the story but in a good way. Lady Toki, the wife of Oden, was with Hiyori and Momo inside the burning castle. The story does confirm that she was the one with the ability to go to the future, but cannot go back to the past. The interesting part is she came from the distant past; at least according to the rumor. This has a good potential to expand the lore with some of her recollections that could associate with Gol D. Roger, D. Family, or even beyond. Donât forget how Law is part of D. and that didnât cross my mind at all, so you never know when we get a visual flashback.
It was at that point that Kinâemon made a final pledge with her that no matter how far into the future he and others will go, they will do whatever it takes to fulfill Odenâs wish. She gave them Momo to take care of and the time-warp took them 20 years later. What about Hiyori? Was she dead already? Can Toki foresee the future of when the time of Orochi and Kaidoâs reign end? Was choosing 20 years a random time-warp destination or was it âdestiny?â Shame that she couldnât warp time with them, but perhaps she was hurt or canât do it on herself anymore.
Itâs rather frightening to instantly warp to the future and witness the same country under new lifestyle. Itâs equivalent to a prisoner, who was imprisoned for 20 years, now able to roam back to the city, only life has advanced far ahead of him, and that can turn his head off. In here, they felt that they have no chance to fulfill Odenâs wish for everything seems paradise for the rotten and hell for the poor. Their mind changed when they met few people that had been waiting for their return.
Judging by that guyâs words, it appears that Toki may in fact can see the future or at least set the time destination. 20 years is pretty specific. That said does that mean itâs guaranteed that this present time is where the Wano Country will âreborn?â The only problem is at what cost. Hope was slowly rising back in their heart, but then they all split apart under unlucky circumstances.
Raizou was separated during the chase from the country. Thatâs when they were told to meet back at Zou. Then due to bad navigation and landed on Dressrosa, out of all places, Kanjuro was separated. Lastly, the rest landed on Punk Hazard and were taken by Caesar. The story of the rising sun began when Luffy meets Kinâemon. Thatâs one touching story. Itâs amazing how it feels like one big saga, starring with Punk Hazard Arc. Itâs like one massive build-up for this arc, including Whole Cake Island Arc, if we were to believe Big Mom and Kaido joined forces. What a journey.
Now we have the backstory out of the way, itâs time to increase the hype level for the next action phase. Kinâemon enters the war plan phase, which already has me pumping up. He names all the forces they currently have: Straw Hat Crew, The Musketeers and The Guardians of the Mink Tribe, Heart Pirates (Law), and the Rebels. The idea is to have 5000 strong to match up. Oh, that has âcalling for Luffyâs fleetâ written all over it. Damn, this is hype. Sure, starting a war is not an idea, but you damn sure know itâs going to happen. Okay, I am jumping ahead.
Anyway, the idea now is to wait for two weeks. Their intention is to gather information and take the Commanderâs head. Damn, thatâs hardcore, but necessary. In two weeks, they will commence the raid on Onigashima, where Kaido resides. Holy crap, what!? Translation: our main hype begins in two weeks; the seriesâ timeline, not ours (sadly). Oda knows when and we can only starve until he feeds it to us. After the backstory and the gathering names of troops, I couldnât be any more excited.
Overall, this was a compelling and interesting chapter from top to bottom. I really enjoyed the backstory, even with some skipped moments, but it only got me more curious and interested. Iâm glad Tokiâs Devil Fruit ability can only make her travel to the future, which spares from fans from the headache, let alone Oda himself. The hype level continue to escalate higher with the two-week plan that will be massive. Once again, One Piece is taking a break. The future is killing me.
Oh, and the chapterâs cover is hilarious.

Reunion...
A SanPu HC for @puddingwars
It's been a while since the Straw Hats left the Whole Cake Island off to Wano and Pudding finally escaped from Big Mama's hands. Pudding has been tailing the Straw Hats ever since she heard that they are in danger, especially when thean she loves is involved. She sailed to Wano as well, getting information about the Straw Hats day by day from the gossips of the townspeople and from the newspapers as well.
Pudding was hiding in an alley and in was undercover in her hooded cloak as she saw Sanji is being chased by some Samurai men as she tries to get his attention.
"Psst! Sanji....san, over here!"
"Huh?" A lady just called me? Sanji exhales hot puffs from his nose as he makes a turn and runs fast as he can, loosing the men that was chasing him.
"AH, MELLORIâEh..." Sanji's jaw dropped on his sight as the hooded figure reveals her identity.
"It's been a long time, Jerk!" says the teary-eyed-yet-looks-annoyed-Pudding. "P-Pudding-chan, what are you doing here? It's dangerous!" Sanji pushed her back in the corner of the alley.
"I-I've been watching over you, jerk head! I come over here as soon as I heard your careless crew!" She said.
Sanji paused and smiled, looks around and turns to Pudding, "You know, this atmosphere kind of remind me of something." He said and sat on one of the fruit boxes stacked on the side.
"Eh? What is?"
"It's like the day when we part, remember? We were both in an alley at that time and... And you said a particular request which I don't remember if I granted to you or not." He sighed and smiled.
Pudding gripped something inside her dress pocket, it was a small box containing the film strip of that memory.
"Oh, and I think you have, JiâSanji-san. You've finally reunited with your friends at that time when as I run away after I told you to stop smoking and put away your cigaretteâ"
"Wait, you put away my cigarette at that time?"
"H-Huh?" Oh shit, he found out.
"You said you put away my cigarette, I was confused at that time why my cigarette was put off on the floor and said you had this last request which I don't remember." He stood up and turns to her, "You... You altered my memories, don't you?"
"H-Huh? Why would I even do that?" She puts back her hood on and turned her back on Sanji and attempts on running away.
"Hey, Pudding! Answer me!" He stopped her by grabbing her hand, which is still attached on her dress pocket and her hand reveals a box. "Eh, what's this?" He asked, "I-it's nothing important!" Pudding pulls her hand away and puts the small box on her chest. "It's nothing, really. YOU REMEMBERED NOTHING ON THAT DAY!"
"Oy! Pudding-chan! At least, let me hear that request again, it is rude for a gentleman not to grant a lady's request." Sanji still holding her hand looks at her with determination. Pudding squirmed and grips on the box to Sanji.
"I-it's... Your memory on that day." She opens it and put the film inside his head.
It was the day when she made her final request, he remembers Pudding run towards him, pulls the cigarette away from his mouth and kissed him. He remembers the taste of nicotine and the sweetness of her lips combined during the kiss. He remembers her last parting words with tears in her eyes saying,
"Jiji...Thanks for everything! Goodbye..."
"P-Pudding-chan..."
"It was a lame request," she cried and wiped her tears. "I knew you don't love me after all I've done to you, your friends and your sister. I wanted you to remember me as your good-actor-fiancĂŠ. Besides, you wouldn't love me, I'm still an ugly three-eyed monstâ"
Pudding was stopped from her sentence as Sanji suddenly kisses her, and wraps his arms around her. Pudding can tell he hadn't smoked in a while as he kisses him back and pulls him closer to her. "That's not true, you look beautiful just the way you are, Pudding-chan." He caresses her face and tucks her bangs aside to see the view of her eye. "I'm even not kidding on our wedding day." Sanji smiled at her.
Pudding looks at him sincerely, she still can't believe a man, this man would tell these words to her again.
"I-I'm happy, Jiji," she giggles with tears in her eyes.

Zosan ( vinsmoke family),6. If you have time
hello anon
thanks for sending me an ask! it was an interesting idea. and apparently i accidentally gone haywire and wild with said prompt. i only planned to write a short drabble at around 1k words at first, but apparently i ended up making a complete 4.9k fic with the idea because i was so into it.
i hope you enjoyed!
âpretend familyâ
[ao3]
âExplain it to me again - whydo we need to pretend to be married?â Sanji protested. There was a ring on hisfinger, matching the one on Zoroâs hand at that moment. The said man lookedjust as opposed to the idea.
âSo Sanjiâs dad wonât take himfor another marriage.â Luffy answered, his face looked serious for once. All ofthem knew Judge wonât do anything regarding Sanji anymore at this point, afterwhat has happened and his last statement back in Whole Cake Island.
âYeah- I know⌠but why⌠him?!â
âExplain it to me again - whydo we need to pretend to be married?â Sanji protested. There was a ring on hisfinger, matching the one on Zoroâs hand at that moment. The said man lookedjust as opposed to the idea.
âSo Sanjiâs dad wonât take himfor another marriage.â Luffy answered, his face looked serious for once. All ofthem knew Judge wonât do anything regarding Sanji anymore at this point, afterwhat has happened and his last statement back in Whole Cake Island.
âYeah- I know⌠but why⌠him?!âSanji asked again, didnât bother to protest the fact that the others mentionedJudge as his father.
âI never agreed to this as well!âZoro shouted at Nami. âI was not even there!â
âBut you owe me money and⌠we hadto roll with it somewhat,â Nami replied, resulting with an âughâ from Zoro.
âNaaami-saanâŚ. I love you somuch, why do I have to be stuck with this Neanderthal for a husband?â
They had gotten Sanji back fromBig Mom a while back, and they had reunited with the others on Wano. Theirreunion was great. They had a party and everyone was happy. The truth thatSanji had a relation to the family of the Vinsmokes was a great shock to theentire crew. But for Sanji, none of that compared to the fact that in the midstof event, his nakamas had to blurt out that Sanji was engaged, nonetheless tothe certain bastard and so-called marimo.
The family of Vinsmoke hadapproached the Straw Hats before the crew set sail into their next destination.A dogeza coming from Vinsmoke Judgewas a surprising view.
During that time, Pudding wasabroad on Thousand Sunny for a while. Saying final good bye to the man whobaked together with her one last time.
And the memory was still clear asday in Sanjiâs head.
âI canât thank you enough,â theman that was once known as the might Garuda said, bowing down. âFor saving mylife and my children.â
The scene was watched by everyoneclear as a crystal. It couldnât be a fake. It was just as surprising.
However, in such situation, Sanjistayed silent. It was obvious the man was seeking for an apology from the manhe once called his son, and perhaps it was much too late to receive that.However, Sanji understood. He couldnât bring himself to be angry at themforever, but it never meant that he could take the apology on his face.
After looking down at the kingfor a bit, Sanji walked away. Didnât bother to deal with any of them and lethis friends to do the talking.
Reiju approached Luffypersonally, and said. âI would like to thank you for taking care of Sanji,â
Luffy, on his nature gave a replywith his signature laugh and smiled.
âHe is our Cook.â He explainedhappily.
The rest of the crew started toturn away, about to get ready for the separation from Vinsmokes and Pudding.Meanwhile, Pudding was trying to shrug off the eyes of Yonji and Niji, whileheading to Sanji before the cook able to avoid every interaction by fleeing toThousand Sunnyâs kitchen.
âWait!â Pudding called, âSanji-âŚ.sanâ
In an instant, everyone gone intowhite eyed again- none of them were used to that thing. As much as Sanji loveswomen, he couldnât help but feel a chill on his spine whenever he was called byPudding.
âI would like to ask⌠perhaps inthe future, maybe we canâŚâ Pudding began, and simply by hearing thosestatements broken hearts were flying out of Vinsmoke Yonjiâs chest.
Pudding quickly turned into arealization of what she was doing, and corrected herself. âNot in the way youare thinking, you bastard! I donât likeyou in that wayâŚ! Or, I mean⌠at all!â
Sanji could feel his sweatdropped comically for a second.
âItâs not a date request! Not atall! I mean- if maybe- in the future- we can- you know⌠bake together-â Puddingstarted to stutter. âNo! I mean! I hate you! I truly hate you! I donât want tosee your face again! I mean- I want to- meet you and⌠prove that I can makebetter cake than you!â
Sanji smiled, trying to stay trueto his gentleman nature. He wouldnât ever reject a request from a ladyimpolitely. âI understand, Pudding-chan. We can meet again, and itâs okay- wedonât have to be a married couple or-â
âMâŚMarried!â Before Sanji could finish his sentences, Pudding wasalready dying.
Without skipping a beat, Sanjicontinued. â-anything. We can just meet up sometime in the future. AndâŚâ
Sanji started to mess up with hisown words, mainly because part of him was worried that Pudding was so close tofainting after losing blood. He never wouldâve thought to ever see someone inhis daily situation.
ââŚAnd we donât have to bemarried, or get married, or anything⌠becauseâŚâ
As Puddingâs situation gotworsened, Sanji dropped his words completely, losing everything that wascomposed previously in his head. Rushing to help her standing up from herdizziness, only to get her situation worse. The rest were watching as he wasspeaking- including the Vinsmokes, making the situation far more awkward.
ââŚbecauseâŚâ
ââŚbecause Sanji already marriedin the beginning!â Nami quickly added in, and everyoneâs eyes were instantly onher. Puddingâs three eyes were wide. Everyone was shocked, including Sanji- especially Sanji. A faint of blushappeared on his face as he wondered, isNami-san going to declare as my wife?
âEh? I never knew that.â Nijicommented. âThat Sanji could ever score with anyone- I never wouldâve thoughtof that.â
âI didnât know he already hadsomebody before the wedding.â Judge said.
âPerhaps he was scared that hiswife could be endangered.â Ichiji snickered. Reiju just gave a soft hum, smiledand then looked at Sanji.
âN-Nami-san-â Sanji began tostutter.
âI didnât know that, Nami!âChopper innocently shouted, together with equally surprised Carrot on his side.
Judge nodded and then said, âIsee⌠I guess Iâve been interfering too much.â Guilt was formed inside him, notthat the man would admit it any further. âMay I meet whoever his spouse is?â
âWho is Sanji married to?â Carrotinnocently asked.
Sanji was not really into theidea of having the Germa any longer in his view, but he didnât knew what to sayat all. But he was almost too eager to wait who Nami claimed as his wife.
Nami was sweating hard, she wasnot as good in lying as Usopp. She didnât expect it to go as smoothly- shedidnât even think it would get to be that far. Everyoneâs eyes were then onher, and on reflex, she mouthed a name.
âZoro.â
And Sanjiâs world shattered.
The act was told and explained tothe rest of the crew, and Usopp had received a kick to his face because he waslaughing too hard.
Upon hearing Zoroâs name fromNamiâs mouth, shock was in everyoneâs faces. Laugh began to form from theVinsmoke brothers, only to get silenced by Reiju and Judgeâs order aftermath.
They could always have rejectedJudgeâs request to meet with Sanjiâs husband- it would be so much easier. Theking didnât demand to push the idea. However, the idea quite sparked interestfor the siblings. As much as they didnât want to force Sanji to introduce themto his husband (because Judgeâsorders), it was engraved clearly in their face.
Everyone was almost prepared tojust shrug it off. But the Vinsmokes were frozen on the spot, demanding a vocalanswer. Because Sanji wouldnât say âYesâ or âNoâ, and decided to just leave.
Brook and Jinbei were the oneswho mentioned to just let them meet with Zoro, once and for all. Just in caseSanjiâs father would pull anothermarriage event (They wouldnât. Sanji knew they wouldnât.). And so they talkedabout the consideration to the Garuda.
A brief little talk with Judge afterthat informed that he would like to invite all of the Straw Hat Pirates to hiskingdom- and treat them for food. In which sparked Luffyâs interest to the ideafurther.
And so they were stuck in thesituation they were in on that day. They had to meet up with the Vinsmokefamily in a specific area. Everyone has been dressing up for the occasion, notwanting to ruin the little talk- which Sanji wanted to get out as soon aspossible from.
Sanji sighed looking at the manthat stood beside him. âI donât want to be stuck in this situation with you forlong,â Decided to fix the tie on Zoroâs outfit, he commented.
âSame here.â Zoro replied,flatly. âA dinner at a dumbass kingdom pretending to be your husband would beso boring.â
Sanji didnât comment on thatstatement, he had to agree.
Letâs get this over with.
As soon as Thousand Sunnyapproached the gigantic ship-kingdom of Germa, everyone was gaping at the size.A kingdom carried by a lot of snails, floating across the sea. Sanji was theonly one with a bored look written all over his face- after all, he resentedcoming back to that place.
âSo coooool!â Luffy screamed ashe looked from over the edge of Sunny.
âIâve seen some of the snailsbeforeâŚâ Nami said. That was when they met with Yonji and Reiju, she recalled.âBut I never wouldâve thought to see they formed into a gigantic kingdomâŚâ
Zoroâs mouth was opened wide,busy staring at the size of the thing.
As soon as the way has beenopened, there were maids and servants welcoming them to the inside of thecastle.
âWelcome to Germa 66, Lord Sanjiand Straw Hat Pirates.â
Luffy was filled with joy, andjumped in into the castle. Excited to explore it on and around. Meanwhile noneof the rest of the crew made a move; they were too amazed by the look of thething.
Zoro had to look at Sanji forre-clarify the statement, and returned to look at the entire thing. His mindwas lost in what was happening.
Sanji was mostly looked lazy, buthe wanted to get it over as soon as possible, so he stepped forward and walkedinside, as if it was a normal-looking house. As he walked in, the servantsbowed. Only to add more surprise element to everyone in the Sunny.
âLetâs get in, Marimo.â
Finally closing this mouth, Zororeturned to reality. Quickly followed after the Cook with a simple âtchâ aseveryone started to walk inside as well.
The dining room was grand- thatwas the first thing in their heads. Not even Viviâs place was as grand as this,so they thought. And to think Sanji was supposed to be a Prince from this placeif only things were better for him blown their minds.
There were a lot of servants, andthere was a lot of food. Everyone enjoyed themselves to tiny bits, even thoughthey had to deal with the atmosphere in the room- because Sanji didnât want tosay a thing.
Naturally, Zoro and Sanji were seatednext to each other. And the two do their activities in silence.
To their surprise, there was notmuch to be talked about. And it was resulting in awkwardness. Judge didnât knowhow to properly start a talk, even though he was the one who decided to invitethe crew. Perhaps, he didnât thought to get Sanji agreed that far.
It was awkward for the pair,especially with the gazes from the siblings and everyone else in the room.There were a few comments and questions coming from the Vinsmoke brotherstowards them, which Sanji simply ignored. And Zoro- who didnât know what to doany better, stayed silent to as well.
The Vinsmoke brothers tried toflirt with Nami and Robin once they were bored. Robin just giggled softly asNami blatantly refused.
Zoro and Sanjiâs handaccidentally met when they tried to grab for some tissues. Instantly, theypulled their hands away and blushed.
The rest of the dinner went onjust like that. Sanji, being the one who finished first (and quite fast atthat) stood up and excused himself to the nearby veranda outside for a smoke.
The room went silent as everyonewatched him go by, but nobody stopped Sanji from walking away. A few secondspassed, and Judge finally collected enough courage to ask Zoro a few things.
âSo⌠UhâŚâ
There was a lot of awkwardness,and everyone could clearly see the slight homophobe in their tones- but theVinsmokes tried their best to conceal it. Trying their best to be polite andnot ruin his meeting with Sanjiâs husband-after what he had done.
Judge decided to talk to Zoro,and Zoro only. Because in this situation he was supposed to be Sanjiâs husband,and no one in the room had a nerve to interfere- continued to busyingthemselves with their own activities. Not even the Vinsmoke brothers dared togo against their fatherâs demand.
âSo⌠howâs Sanji?â
Zoro took a gulp from his drinkbefore answering. âHm⌠just normal.â As much as Zoro wanted to make an uglycomment about the Cook, he felt it was not the right situation for it.
âHow did you two meet?â
âWeâre nakama.â Another gulp. Both parties tried to keep their composure,and act as natural as possible. It was hardfor both of them.
âI see⌠thatâs⌠kind of a stupidquestion.â Judge said. It was.âAnyway⌠Iâm sorry, I never knew you were there and-â even if he did, he wouldâve thought of ways to get rid of him. âIâmnot someone who deserved to be called as his father. And it was too late to askfor anything to fix it.â
Zoro listened. He didnât knowwhat happened in Sanjiâs past, and he didnât really feel like asking about it.The king understood perfectly that he and Sanji should walk separate ways andnot think about the past- or be connected anymore at this point. But the guiltstayed, and it was killing him from the inside.
Even though he could never faceSanji, he should at least apologize to his family-even though they might not be into the idea, either.
Zoro understood the main idea,but⌠he couldnât help to feel so out of place in this talk. Because, in firstplace- he was never been Sanjiâs husband to begin with.
âI know I am not one to be sayingthese,â Judge said again. âEspecially after everything Iâve done to that boy. Idonât know how much he told you butâŚâ Basicallynothing, Zoro thought. And it was not something he wanted to push fromSanji either. He was never the type who pries into someoneâs problems, afterall. As Zoro take another drink, Judge continued. âThat boy- man- now deservesgood things in his life.â
Judge looked at Zoro in his openeye, with a look that for once- looked like a proper father- not that Sanji wasthere to witness it- not that he would even cared either.
âThank you to be with him.â
There was no answer coming fromZoro, not that Judge expected him to say anything. Zoro stood up, decided toleave the room for a break as well.
And perhaps, he could run to theCook and make him explaining- only if the man wanted to.
Zoro was not lost.
The castle was too big, thatâsall. And there were so many similar and repetitive parts, almost made Zorothink he was passing the same hallway more than three times (or was he? Eitherway, once again it was not his fault- and he is not lost!). Â Zoro continued walking, until he noticed oneof the walls looked a bit different than the other.
There was a crack- and it was nota big one. It looked old. It was a bit weird, considering the other parts ofthe kingdom was unscratched- always kept in good state. It was kind ofsurprising to see the wall was not fixed from the damage.
He could sense someone wascoming. And then, there was that familiar footsteps. Slow, calm, and contented.Zoro realized, even without looking who the owner of the footsteps was.
Sanji walked closer, only stoppedwhen he was stood beside Zoro. A lit cigarette placed in between of his lips.The man looked down to examine the same spot Zoro was looking.
He didnât say anything for a bit,continued to stare into the dented wall in silence. Zoro couldnât help but toexamine the serious, silent look in the cookâs face- it was almost looked tooforeign for him- but he couldnât bring himself to say a word to break thesilence.
Several seconds passed, andfinally Sanji broke the silence with a question.
âSo⌠what do you think aboutthem?â
The âPrinceâ of Germa Kingdom turnedaway, walked to the opposite direction as he asked, started to look at thesmall alley nearby it.
âJust normal,â Zoro said, turnedto examine Sanjiâs behavior. He couldnât say anything much about them, anyway.
âDid they talk to you?â Thistime, the cook was squatting down and taking a seat in the corner.
âThey did.â Zoro answered flatly,following Sanjiâs steps and promptly sat down beside him. âJust stupid things,â
Sanji was busying himself withlighting up a new cigarette. His mind was clearly not in place, and he was notlooking at Zoro at all. And Zoro realized it was not a proper time for amockery, or their usual insults. So he just looked at him.
It was rare silent moment thatbarely happens between the two, and they knew none of them needed words toexplain it to the other.
Sanji took a long drag from hiscigarette and then exhaled. The man looked pretty much stressed, as much as hewanted to hide it.
âHeard some stupid shits, huh?âSanji asked- not that was much of a question. Not even bothering to look atZoroâs face once again. âMockinâ you and up, and shits for being my âhusbandâ.âHe sighed. âSorry for that.â
Zoro was silent for a moment,trying to form words for that situation. He was so not used to this kind ofconversation with Sanji.
âNo,â he finally managed. âTheydidnât say any shit about you at all.â Noneof the brothers said much things. âPerhaps because that fact was alreadycommon sense to begin with.â He couldnât help but to add his own insult at theend of the sentence.
Zoroâs reply, however, surprisedSanji quite a bit. But perhaps, there was not much to be surprised about infirst place.
âWhat did they say?â Sanjicouldnât help but be curious, this time- finally perked up to look at Zoro.
âJust⌠something,â Zoro wasavoiding Sanjiâs gaze this time, looking at the wall. Heâd hate to admit thathe was curious over Sanjiâs past with them, but he didnât know how to ask himproperly about it- itâs not his thing to pry into the others, as much as hewanted his nakama to open up withhim.
Deciding that it was useless toask Zoro about it, Sanji returned to gaze upon the cracked wall on the otherside.
What did they do to you to make them apologizing so bad? Zoro wanted to ask so badly, buthe realized Sanji was not in the mood for it, so he decided to change to topicinto something else instead. Joining Sanji to look at the cracked wall, hecommented in a lighter tone.
âWhat the fuck is wrong with thatcrack on the wall?â Normally, itâs not a thing Zoro wouldâve commented upon.But he was trying to light up the moment by a little. âDo they not have buildersto fix that shit?â It looked so out ofplace.
Sanji sighed, and looked down.Not a response Zoro expected to see from the guy. The man was taking a deepbreath in, trying hard to recompose himself. Part of him thought if he fuckedup. But then again, the cook always been so hard to read.
âProbably as a memento.â Sanjiflatly answered, gazing down.
âMemen-what?â
âAs a reminder,â Sanji stated outagain- this time in a language that Zoro could possibly understand. ââŚthat âIâwas a failure to the Vinsmoke Family.â
Images of Ichiji, Niji, and Yonjibullied him appeared in the back of his mind. And then there was Reiju, andthere was Judge⌠none of them wanted him, ridiculed him- laughed at him.
ââŚAhâŚâ Tearing away his eyes fromSanji was quite a hard thing at that moment- especially that he didnât want tohurt the cookâs pride (that was alreadyfragile to begin with, in his snarky comment). He decided to look at thewall again, examining it.
Sanji didnât say anything for abit, and then he began again. âI used to be the weakest person I ever knew,â hestated. âI was never fond of how they treated how things were supposed to belike, and holding up how âmyâ life should be as expectations.â
He took a long drag for a pause,and exhaled.
âThey decided to dislike it,because thatâs not how âIâ was supposed to be.â He stated again. âAnd since Inever live up to it, they-â
Sanji didnât even bother tofinish the next sentence, but Zoro figured out the rest.
ââŚthey decided to sullen you forit.â It never meant to come out as words, but it did.
Sanji nodded. The two returned togaze at the cracked wall once again. And Sanji continued.
âThey used to beat me up.â Andthen, Zoro realized just how much this place brought back bad memories toSanji. âOn this place⌠on this spot⌠and that wallâŚâ They looked at the crackedwall, and this time Zoro understood.
ââŚAnd then, he also locked me upin the prisonâŚâ Sanji said again. âNot wanting to see my face, I had to weara mask for a living.â He chuckled quite a bit, not a tone of happiness could beheard from it. âI had to bear with it for months.â
And he wanted to give the man apat, a backrub, or a hug. Because the cook looked like he was about to cry. ButZoro knew- that Sanji was strong. And doing so without warning at this momentcould tear his stupid âmanlyâ pridehe holds.
âThen I escaped.â Sanji said,this time looking a bit brighter. âOut into the sea. It was rough, at first-but then⌠I met the old man.â Zoro didnât bother to interfere- Sanji was almostlike talking to himself, but Zoro knew- the man needed to be heard.
âWe built a restaurant together,and then everything was better.â Sanji stated with a soft smile, and then heclosed his eyes, and continued. ââŚAndthen I met you guys,â
And he smiled. A true smile. Asmile that was wide and happy- a smile that was so bright and cheerful it couldmelt his heart. The honest side of Sanji he barely ever seen before in hislife, a smile that he barely showed to anyone on the ship. He wanted to see himsmile like that, again- and more.
Sanji stood up after that,looking a bit cheered. Not much, but it was something at least.
âSorry, you had to listen to allof that.â This time, their eyes met- and it felt almost too comforting. Becauseit spoke harder than words, than anything he could ever think. âI could neverforgive them, even though I really wanted toâŚâ
Zoro wanted to say âItâs okayâ, and how he understood that.But what came out was just a nod, and stand up beside him.
âDonât think much about that fornow,â Those were what came out of his mouth instead. He closed his eyes, tryingto sound as casual as he could be to the cook.
Giving one single pat on Sanjiâsback, Zoro walked through the hallway. The others mustâve been done with dinnerat that point, he thought. And they have to return to their ship too.
âYouâre not alone.â Zoro said again as he walked his way, back intothe dining hall. Weâll be there.
Sanji nodded. Yes, he knew that.
âOi, Marimo.â Sanji called, noteven bothered to follow the other manâs steps. Zoro, however, didnât stop onhis track, and continued walking as he was listening.
Thanks/Donât mention it. Unspoken words wentthrough his head, and of course- he wouldâve never minded that. No matter howmuch Sanji talked about that, even if it takes forever- he would like him tohave as much happiness he could get in this family.
Sanji opened his mouth, callingout for Zoro again. This time, it sounded a little bit more casual. Just liketheir daily banter- or perhaps, too casual.
âYou are going the wrong way.â
Perhaps, things really returnedback to normal.
And so, the Straw Hats wereleaving. They never planned to stop by for long, in first place.
Upon Zoro and Sanjiâs return,they could see their nakamas werewaiting for them. The look on Sanjiâs face when he was returned made everyone alittle glad.
Luffy, Usopp, and Chopper seemedlike they were enjoying themselves. Nami, on the other hand could be seen witha few bags of gold that God-knows-how-she-got-it. The Vinsmoke brothers couldbe seen in front of her with lusting look on their face. There was also Brook,asking for panties from Reiju, only to get politely declined on his quest andfailed.
âOi, Sanji!â Luffy called withhis daily cheer. âYouâve got to check this out!â Usopp and Chopper called forhim too, and so Sanji smiled. He has hisfamily. Thus he walked towards the trio.
It was a refreshing thing to see,and Zoro couldnât help but to smile too. He was so busy looking at Sanji as hewalked towards the three and had his fun with them. And Zoro didnât evenrealizing it, until Vinsmoke Reiju walked beside him and began to speak.
âYou cared for him so much,â
âEh?â Zoro was caught off-guardwith that question, not preparing for a conversation. âWait, what? What? Wha-â
âHe really deserves you.â Notskipping a beat, Reiju spoke. She looked at Zoro, then at her not-so-brotherbrother. The statement reminded Zoro that they were in fact, still pretended tobe a married couple.
Blushing lightly and confused toact, he tried to respond casually.
âO-OhâŚ. Yeah⌠I guessâŚâ
Reiju chuckled, as if she couldread what was going through on his head at that moment. âHe is a good man.â Shethen said again.
âPlease, take good care of him.â
This time, it was a request. Byreflex, Zoroâs gaze was locked upon Sanji, and only Sanji. He smiled softly. Sanjiis his rival and a special nakama- the two always been sharing a special bondever since they met, and it only grow stronger as time goes by. And he knew,the man was strong- and he will always be.He would continue to fight for himself, and never give up- he was thatstubborn. And he would protect him, and the rest of their nakama. And Zorowould protect him, too.
âYes, I will.â
Zoro smiled, closing his eyes.Pledging to the Gods- if they were existed; but there was no need of it-because he was the only person needed to believe in his own vow- and he knew hewould keep it.
Seeing Zoroâs smile, and promise-Reiju smiled. At least she knew Sanji is in good hands- and he will findhappiness- always find happiness in this family.
And so, they bid farewell- not bysaying goodbye, but by walking away and leaving to their own paths. One thatthey thought would never be crossed again. And so, the Straw Hats movedtogether again- as a family they always been.
Sun was shining, all over theocean.
A lion was setting sail on thewonder called sea.
Ten people aboard chasing fortheir dreams.
On that sunny day, a paper hasarrived. Delivered by the seagulls all across the sea. The most recent news hasbeen updated.
âWHAT IS THIS?â Sanji pointedaccusingly to the paper he was holding, pointing it towards the swordsman. âStawHat Piratesâ swordsman, Roronoa Zoro, and the cook, Roronoa Sanji has beenmarried?â
Zoro blinked.
What?
âThis is all your fault!â Sanjiscreamed, throwing the rustled newspaper on the floor.
âDo you think I know theslightest idea about it?â Zoro argued back. âIt was the Witchâs idea!â
âDonât you ever call Nami-san ormocked her like that!â
A swift kick aimed to the otherâshead, the sound of a clash of a sword. All in a fine day in New World. Everythinghas returned back to normal- or as normal as it could be.
There was still the ongoing rumorabout Roronoa Zoro and Sanjiâs marriage, and it went quite as viral all overthe sea. It would take a while for the rumor to stop spreading, or becorrected. But thatâd be in another story.

One Piece 30 day challenge answers
1. When did you first watch One Piece? 2004 with the 4kids dub.
2. How did you find out about One Piece? Caught it on Fox Box with the 4kids dub.
3. What got me hooked on the show? I thought Zoro was cool so I kept watching. I'd say the dramatic stakes of the Kuro arc hooked me.
4. Favorite Straw Hat? Why? Usopp for being relatable and beautifully likeable. As for how I feel on the rest of them, a favorites to least favorite list would look something like this.
Usopp Zoro Brook Luffy Chopper Robin Sanji Franky Nami Jinbe
5. Favorite Marine? Why? Garp. He's a cool dude. Not much more to say aside from that he's fun.
6. Favorite Overall character? Why? Uh... Lets not pick Usopp again. I'd say Whitebeard is my favorite non-Straw Hat Pirate. Despite his presence, which emits power at every moment, the kindness in his heart is admirable. Treating his crew and their allies as though they were his own children, calling them sons and daughters, and proving himself by protecting them at all costs, annihilating anyone who hurts them, and dying for them is astonishing.
I won't lie. When Squard stabbed Whitebeard through the chest due to Akainu's manipulation, and Whitebeard's response was to toss his weapon aside, embrace Squard, and simply say "My foolish son. What have they done to you?" I cried a little. This was the moment that showed me Whitebeard was far more than a stock standard badass old guy.
As for a top 5 One Piece characters list, it would look something like this for me.
1. Usopp 2. Whitebeard 3. Charlotte Katakuri 4. Doctor Hiruluk 5. BIG NEWS MORGAN!!! (I'm not kidding)
7. Favorite Scene? What makes it special? Saying goodbye to Vivi silently with the X-tattoos. It felt like a series finale-level scene and a beautiful sendoff to two of the best characters in the series.
Top 5 scenes in One Piece for me...
1. Goodbye Vivi 2. Zoro's sacrifice for Luffy at the end of Thriller Bark. 3.Luffy defeats Crocodile 4. "Say you want to live" scene at Enies Lobby 5. "To the Sea!" at the end of Enies Lobby
8. Most disliked character? Why? At first I immediately said the World Nobles, but now that I thought about it, Flampe. She's just such a disgusting person. All of her love for her brother, Katakuri, turns to disgust when he reveals his face to her. How shallow. The World Nobles at least have the excuse of being raised to think the way they do. If anything, the Charlotte Family and Big Mom Pirates value each other and accept all people regardless of appearance. There's no excuse for this behavior!
Another top 5 list for most hated characters!
1. Flampe 2. World Nobles in general (If you want a specific example, Saint Charloss) 3. Hody Jones 4. Jack 5. Spandam (He isn't any higher because he was at least funny despite being a repugnant excuse for a human being).
9. Favorite arc? Enies Lobby.
Best to worst arcs now~!
Enies Lobby arc Marineford arc Alabasta arc Water 7 arc (Including the Sea Train parts between Water 7 and Enies Lobby because I'm too lazy to account for that as its own arc) Impel Down arc Sabaody Archipelago arc Arlong arc Whole Cake Island arc Thriller Bark arc Reverie arc Zou arc Fishman Island arc Wano arc (so far) Skypiea arc Return to Sabaody arc/Straw Hat Reunion arc Baratie arc Drum Island arc Jaya arc Loguetown arc Whiskey Peak Dressrosa arc Post-War arc/Post-Marineford arc Romance Dawn Punk Hazard arc Post-Enies Lobby arc/Return to Water 7 arc Little Garden Longring Longland arc/Davy Back Fight arc (in the manga) Amazon Lily arc Syrup Village + Gaimon Orange Town Davy Back Fight arc (in the anime due to filler and cutting out Aokiji for later)
10. Favorite Island? Fishman Island.
11. Favorite Female character? Nico Robin.
12. Favorite Male character? Lets not count Katakuri, Whitebeard, or Usopp again. Uhh... Chopper. Hard for me to watch him without a smile on my face.
13. Favorite Scene? This was already #7, you dumbasses! (talking to the people who made this challenge)
Ugh... lets count a different scene. My SECOND favorite scene is the "jumping into the ocean" at the end of Enies Lobby.
14. Saddest scene? Going Merry's funeral (followed by Pound's death and Robin's flashback).
Again, warrants a top 5.
1. Going Merry's funeral 2. Robin after the Ohara massacre 3. Rumbar Pirates sing Binks Sake while dying 4. Usopp leaves the crew 5. Hiruluk's detah
15. Funniest scene? Uhh... God Usopp was pretty legendary. I'll tentatively pick that.
Top 5 again
1. God Usopp 2. Impel Down prisoners worship Buggy and assume he's an overpowered badass because he used to be on Gold Roger's crew with Shanks 3. Sanji's wanted poster 4. Everyone mistaking Kaku for Usopp 5. Franky's bawling his eyes out when he hears Usopp talk about how he left the crew over a fight with Luffy.
16. What to do to hook someone to the show? So far just watching it with them has worked on the 3 or 4 friends I've tried it on.
17. Favorite Straw Hat fight?
Straw Hat Pirates vs Oars + Moria.
Top 5 Straw Hat Fights
1. Straw Hat Pirates vs Oars + Moria 2. Luffy vs Katakuri 3. Luffy vs Rob Lucci 4. Luffy vs Usopp 5. Zoro vs Mr.1
18. Favorite non-major character fight?
Uh... I'll just assume they mean non-Straw Hat Pirate fight. In that case... Ace vs Blackbeard.
19. Favorite Straw Hat Ally?
Tough one. I'll go with Bartolomeo for being a One Piece equivalent of myself.
Top 5 again again!
1. Bartolomeo 2. Silvers Rayleigh 3. Vivi + Karoo 4. Impel Down escapees 5. Galley-La company
20. Favorite Opening Song? Fight Together.
From best to worst again!
Fight Together Hope Share the World Wake Up Brand New World Kokoro no Chizu Hard Knock Days We Are *Remix* Bon Voyage Superpowers We Are Hands Up We Go Kaze wo Sagashite Jungle P Crazy Rainbow Star Hikari E One Day Believe We Can
21. Favorite Ending Song? Dear Friend, followed closely by Eternal Pose and whatever the ED in Alabasta arc with the Straw Hat Pirates + Vivi in the desert was called.
22. Favorite Devil Fruit? Uh... tough one. I'll go with Marco's as of yet unnamed Phoenix fruit.
23. Favorite Devil Fruit type? Paramecia is the most varied one, so that.
24. Favorite Jolly Roger? Usopp Pirate Flag.
25. Least Favorite Arc? Refer to the list above.
26. Favorite Straw Hat Sibling? What kind of question is this? Only three have siblings, and Sanji's siblings are horribly unlikable except Reiju.
I guess I'll have to go with Nojiko.
27. Favorite Straw Hat Parent? Doctor Hiruluk.
28. Favorite D? Um... probably Luffy.
Again, worst to best.
Monkey D. Luffy Portgas D. Ace Monkey D. Garp Marshall D. Teach Jaguar D. Saul Trafalgar D. Water Law Portgas D. Rouge Gol D. Roger
29. Favorite One Piece species? Kung-Fu Dugongs.
30. Favorite thing about One Piece? The themes of finding family from people you meet out in the world and becoming closer to them than you ever dreamed, and doing everything to protect those people.
Revamped from the first time now that I had more time to think about it. Mostly the same stuff though.
