New Friend, New Skills

I couldn’t miss the opportunity to draw @noatpad’s Kirby fan character, Zoru! Doesn’t he fit like a glove along the rest of the animal friends?

I’ve been wanting to draw this lil guy for a while now, honestly. Especially with the abilities’ designs, in this case, some of my favorites. Thank you once again!

This was very fun to work on and we got to try a lot of things we don't normally do. We hardly ever do backgrounds, so it was nice to give an actual, real background a shot again after so long. we think overall this turned out very well

It's Zoru!

Ever since he met up with Kirby on the Rainbow Islands, Zoru's stuck around and become part of the animal buddies. He's known for being quite the trickster, even to his friends; but he's quite well-meaning to help them when they need it or when he played a prank too far.

That personality of his matches with his style of blasting through enemies with speed and tricks! His methods may be odd, but once mastered, he's a force to be reckoned with! Comes in both modern and classic flavors!

If you close enough, you might notice more subtle differences than you think between his modern and classic counterparts. They're small, but they pile up to be juuust different enough to notice.
