Akele meiñ hai raat hamsafar merii, is vaqt zindagii hai rahguzar* merii.

(rahguzar* = path) . Vaqt ke saath duniyaa meiñ kho gaye haiñ, jaise dil ko bhii naa hai khabar merii. . Sab chorte gaye akelaa mujhe yuuñ, jaise kisii ko naa ho qadar merii. . Yuuñ dukhii hone se ab kyaa hogaa 'aks', yahii hai zindagii kii dagar merii.
