The main world that the story follows is one of Cozbi’s simulations. He has made many simulations, but has gone as far as to insert his consciousness, or soul, into this one.

But like many others, he tweaked the code of this world. He made it so that his ability to manifest is heightened, allowing him to essentially alter his world at will. He uses this to make Dr. Lyn, Zadok, and Dru fall in love with him. He also fixes his health, and allow him to find success in his careers.

However, the simulation becomes glitched, leaving him trapped, and his manifestations to go overboard: his crushes become obsessed with him, the world becomes obsessed with him, and he becomes immortal.

I just think it’s funny how in May people were like “well what could Charles do that’s not a coronation at WAbbey” and yesterday was the perfect example of how to keep up with the times. People don’t want to watch a long ass religious service signifying that they have a new monarch. It doesn’t need to involve all the pomp and circumstance. More of an inauguration is what people want so it’s more a demonstration of how the monarch is there to serve and represent their people.
