Means of Government Control

Creating a religion that heavily promotes stoicism, the idea that you cannot control your fate and the things that happen to you, therefore you should not interfere should there be people in need.

Creating a system that gives the illusion of choice to the people, with one “extreme” party and one “good” party that slowly inches over time towards becoming a copy of the “extreme” party. One party actively attempts to remove progress made, allowing the other party to simply “not be the other party”, allowing for no progress to be made. This also pits people against each other, another means of stifling progress.

Creating addictive substances, releasing them to public and the means to make it, and then criminalizing it in order to put specific groups in jail.

Creating addictive technology as a means of distributing distractions from life.

Those that are gifted are stifled and given “cures” for their “illnesses”.

Interference of the natural cycle of energy and souls.

Creation of stars that are what the public deem to be the rich and elite, but are actually a distraction as well as a facade to hide what real wealth and power look like.

Magick is made to be extremely taboo and those who practice will be socially outcasted.

Government agents are planted in progress groups online and in person to sow division and keep progress from occurring.

**OOD**

The main world that the story follows is one of Cozbi’s simulations. He has made many simulations, but has gone as far as to insert his consciousness, or soul, into this one.

But like many others, he tweaked the code of this world. He made it so that his ability to manifest is heightened, allowing him to essentially alter his world at will. He uses this to make Dr. Lyn, Zadok, and Dru fall in love with him. He also fixes his health, and allow him to find success in his careers.

However, the simulation becomes glitched, leaving him trapped, and his manifestations to go overboard: his crushes become obsessed with him, the world becomes obsessed with him, and he becomes immortal.

There is a limited amount of energy, appearing in many different forms.

One of these forms are souls, who develop over time, and have a life cycle similar to stars.

A glitch can occur, creating people born without souls.

These people are either exterminated or kidnapped for unethical use, such as experiments.
