Confessing to your crush is easier said than done, and given that Ryuji has been pining after Haru nearly since the moment he laid eyes on her, he’s long since resigned himself to keeping his feelings for her at a distance.

As for inspiration for writing this fic, it came out with chatting with one of my best friends, about where the Shadow Ops were during P5. And when more proof pointed to it being 2016, it got me thinking... what about Ken? What would he think about the PTs? Can I give him Persona-user friends his age??

I would also like to give a shoutout to my lovely beta @angelrinisadork however. She really got me thinking about certain aspects of the story, like with Akechi and becoming more of a serious threat to the PTs as well as really fleshing out Ren's parents, due to her fic @p5re-reignitingreality. I really recommend you check out her fic. There are only a couple of chapters out, but she has a ton of great ideas for the story! I'm really excited to see it unfold.

Another oneshot I really enjoyed was the core of my rebel heart, a post P5T fic.

If you enjoy PT!Hifumi, you should also check out turtleeden's fic The Queen and the Shogun, which tackles the idea of Hifumi being one of Kaneshiro's victims as well as further fleshing out the build up to Makoto's awakening. She also gave me the inspiration to up my battle scene game!

As for Full Deck, it was to put a place for like... deleted scenes and other stuff I couldn't quite show in the main story! I have a couple of oneshots for that in the works, such as White Day for Shuann and a P3-era oneshot in Minato's POV.

But YES fall in love with YusuHaru mwahaha
