Where There's a Will, There's a Wave (Dad Nanami)
(Part 1 of Season of Serendipity.) Read on AO3.
Tags: Dad Nanami, Kid Yuji, Dad Gojo, Kid Fushiguro, Beach Day, Nanami Needs a Vacation, So Beach Day It Is, Gojo is a Giant Man Child, But We Still Love Him
Word Count: 1,009 words
Summary: Nanami takes Yuji on a car ride and surprises him with a beach trip!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
"Otouchan, where are we going?" Yuji chirped in the backseat as Nanami continued their journey to the beach. "Is Uncle Gojo going to be there?"
Nanami would never understand what Yuji found so fascinating about Satoru Gojo (the man was an idiot) but he allowed himself a small smile at the boy's excitement. Yuji's pink, fluffy hair twisted this way and that as he wiggled in his car seat in a desperate attempt to look out the window.
"You'll see, Yuji-kun." Nanami repeated for the fifteenth time. "We're almost there. And yes, Gojo-san will be there. So will Fushi-kun."
"Yaayyy!!" Yuji squealed, squeezing his stuffed panda bear tight.
The horizon cut in two as they drove closer and the tree line disappeared. A stark line between blue sky and white sand relaxed Nanami's muscles instantly. Gojo may be a giant child himself, but I can't deny needing a chance to rest from work.
He pulled them into the parking lot and quickly unbuckled Yuji, setting him down after putting on his backpack. Then, he grabbed the cooler and a large umbrella before locking the car.
He chuckled when Yuji stood immobile, staring with awe at the beach stretching before both of them.
"The beach!" Yuji shrieked. "Will we get to swim?!"
"Yes, Yuji-kun. All in good time. First, we have to go find where Gojo-san and Fushi-kun have set up." He started walking while keeping an eye behind him. "Keep up with me."
The little boy was insatiable. He trotted circles around Nanami, babbling the whole way. And when Gojo came into view? Not even a Special Grade would have been able to keep Yuji from speeding headlong towards him.
"UNCLE GOJO!" Yuji squawked, kicking sand up and losing a sandal in the process.
Nanami shook his head with the huff of a chuckle as he found the spot Gojo set up and started setting their things beside it. Fushiguro toddled right up to him.
"Do you need help, Uncle Nananmi?"
Whereas Yuji kept heaps of energy stored up and running constantly, Fushiguro was of a milder temperament. Gojo and Nanami often joked that they adopted the wrong child.
But Nanami wouldn't trade Yuji for anyone or anything.
"I've got it, Fushi-kun. But your offer is appreciated." He praised, before turning to Yuji and Gojo, who already had his son on his shoulders.
"Gojo-san! Bring Yuji over here so I can give him some sunscreen."
"Aaahhh, but we're having so much fun, Nanami!" Gojo laughed as he tromped under the umbrella to him.
"Thank you. Hold still, Yuji-kun."
After the addition of sunscreen and the subtraction of his shirt, Nanami finally stepped out with Yuji towards the ocean. Poor little Yuji had to waddle with all of his floaties, but even that didn't stop his happy squeals.
"Otouchan, swim with me?" Yuji's big brown eyes sparkled up at him.
"You didn't think I'd let you go alone, did you?" Nanami chuckled, wading with him into the salty brine. "Careful. You can't open your eyes underwater here like you can in our pool."
"Why?"
"Because it'll burn your eyes."
"Why?"
"Because there's salt in the water, and it'll burn."
"Why?"
"Because there's a higher saline content in ocean water than there is in your tears."
"But why?"
"That's just how it is, Yuji-kun." Nanami turned Yuji as a large wave crashed into them. Yuji toppled forward and scrambled to get back on his feet, eyes wide. "Whenever the big waves come towards you, turn your back to it. It'll make it easier to stay on your feet."
"Heeeyyy, Nanamiiii!" Gojo whooped to his left, running into the water and body surfing.
He turned and saw Fushiguro standing at the water's edge, dipping his toe into the water and then shaking his foot. His little lip trembled.
"Come on, Fushi-kun. We'll wait for you!" Nanami called out, keeping Yuji at his side while they waited.
Fushiguro hesitated for a moment before hopping into the water. He squeezed his eyes shut and then peeked out, before he smiled, his five-year-old mind starting to realize he wouldn't get sucked in.
When he made it to Nanami and Yuji, he looked for Gojo.
"Where's–"
"WOOOO!" Gojo popped up behind Nanami and whipped up a wave of water that splashed against his back.
Both Yuji and Fushiguro giggled as Nanami slowly turned to the white-haired man child.
"Are you frustrated with me?" Gojo asked with a smirk.
"Never." And Nanami wrapped an arm around Gojo's neck before slamming him into the ocean.
. . . . .
By the time the four boys stepped back towards their beach spot, everyone was hungry and ready for a break. Especially the two little ones.
"I've got watermelon." Nanami offered, pulling out a large container of cut melon.
"I've got kikufuku!" Gojo licked his lips and helped set up two small portions.
"Why am I not surprised?" Nanami shook his head before grabbing Yuji's plate and offering it to him. "And don't forget to stay hydrated." He reminded his son, handing over a small water bottle.
For a time the sound of gentle, lapping waves harmonized with the sound of little mouths munching. Nanami ate a few slices of watermelon and leaned back on his elbows, closing his eyes and letting the wind tousle his hair.
"Nice day, isn't it?" Gojo asked as the kids kept eating.
"A better day than I'd been expecting." Nanami answered, digging his fingers into the sand.
He only opened his eyes when he felt a paper plate nudge his pinky.
"Otouchan, can we build a sand castle?" Yuji asked, eyes round and pleading.
"You finished that quickly, didn't you?" He smiled and took Yuji's plate, stuffing it into a trash bag. Then he tickled his toddler's sides with a huff of a laugh. "Go get your toys and we'll set up over there."
"Okay!"
"Aww, look at youuuu being a good daaaddd!" Gojo taunted, earning him a hair full of sand from his blonde-haired peer. "Hey! That'll be stuck in my hair for days!"
"Serves you right."

Found Family
Tumblr media
synopsis: Yuji was so seamlessly integrated into your lives, a ball of sunshine in your normally quiet life. How will he react to the news that you're expecting?
⚝content: Nanami x f! reader, Yuji being your adopted son basically, a tiny bit of angst, mostly fluff, found family.
⚝wc: 1.5k
Tumblr media
The Nanami household was usually quiet, and peaceful. Light jazz music filled the rooms, the soft notes from the record player gently floated through the air. Every detail in the house had been carefully considered, a home where Kento hoped they could build a life filled with love and serenity.
The serenity, however, was often interrupted by his pink-haired cohort.
“Seconds please (Y/N)!” Yuji beamed holding up a clean plate with a wide grin.
Kento, seated at the table with his usual composed expression, felt a warmth in his chest as we watched his dear wife and Yuji. He secretly cherished these moments, finding comfort in the young man’s lively presence. The way his laughter filled the room, the way his energy brought a spark of joy to the quiet corners—it all made Kento realize just how much he had come to love having Yuji around.
“Itadori, you’ll get sick if you eat so fast.” Kento scolds gently, earning a pout from the high schooler. You can only smile apologetically as your husband maintains his serious demeanor.
“Kento…” You chide. “Yuji’s a growing boy, he needs to eat~” You wink at Yuji as he digs into his second helping.
You were always so quick to defend the younger boy from your husband. And although it would earn a disapproving sigh, Kento couldn’t help but adore you more for it. The way you cared for Yuji as if he were you own. This was the life he had always hoped for—a beautiful home…you. It was an unspeakable joy that made every day worth living.
And the best part? The little family you had built was about to get a bit bigger.
You glance over at your husband, wondering if you should be the one to break the news to Yuji. He returns your gaze with a small smile before clearing his throat.
“Yuji,” Kento began, his voice steady. “We have… something to tell you.”
Yuji looked up from his plate, his mouth full but curiosity shining in his eyes. You reached for Kento’s hand under the table, giving it a gentle squeeze as you shared a tender smile. The moment felt perfect, filled with the quiet anticipation of the next chapter of your lives—one that would bring even more joy and love into your growing family.
You took a deep breath, stilling your nerves. Yuji would be the first one outside of yourselves to find out.
“Yuji… I’m… we’re–”
“Pregnant.” You finish, the proverbial weight being lifted off your shoulders. You take in a breath as you look at Yuji, waiting for him to process the information.
He swallows, gaze flicking between you and Kento. He uncharacteristically… quiet. You could see the wheels turning, his mouth slightly agape.
Kento’s brow furrowed slightly, unsure of how to interpret the silence. He had expected Yuji to be excited—overjoyed. Jumping up immediately and grabbing you into a tight hug, at which point Kento would scold him again, reiterating that he would need to “Be more gentle… (Y/N) is pregnant.” He exchanged a concerned glance with you, searching for some understanding.
Yuji cleared his throat, voice softer than usual. “That’s..” He takes a breath, flashing his signature smile, however it didn’t quite reach his eyes as it normally did. “Amazing. I’m…really happy for you guys!”
You reach out, offering a comforting smile. “We wanted you to be the first to know.”
The dinner continued, but the lively atmosphere had dimmed. The excitement that had filled the room was now replaced by a more subdued mood. Yuji picked at his food, his usual quips and jokes conspicuously absent. The lively energy that normally accompanied his presence was replaced by a contemplative silence.
Kento cleared his throat after a few moments, trying to shift the focus and bring some warmth back to the table. “Do you have any plans for the weekend? Maybe we could all do something together.”
The pink-haired teen looked up, blinking as he found himself again in his lost thoughts. “I think I’ll be busy with training.” He replies, not quite making eye contact with either of you.
You spoke up, intent on breaking through the walls. “You’ll be staying over tonight though?”
Kento had bought a house with four bedrooms, partially because he wanted to be prepared for any children you’d agree to give him. But also because he was tired of Yuji sleeping on the couch when he visited your old place. He was given a room, furnished with some of his essentials. Kento made it very clear that Yuji always had a place there.
But instead of the usual eagerness to sleepover—he hesitates.
“I’m not sure–”
“Yuji. It’s late. Just stay here.” His voice soft but firm, leaving no room for argument.
You leave the bathroom, rubbing the last bit of cream into your skin. The soft glow of the bedside lamp illuminated the room as you saw Kento sitting on the edge of the bed, lost in thought.
“Something on your mind honey?” You question taking a seat next to him, already knowing the answer.
Kento looked up, his honey-brown eyes reflected in the gentle light of the lamp. “Yuji didn’t seem… happy about the news tonight.”
You reached out to your husband, placing a hand on his knee “He was probably just caught off guard Ken. It’s a big change, give him some time.”
He sighed, fingers absentmindedly brushing against yours. “I thought he’d be excited. I thought—”
You leaned closer, resting your head on his broad shoulder. Kento wrapped an arm around you, pulling you to him. The warmth of his embrace filling you with a silent reassurance. He glances down at you.
“Dear… could you…” His voice trailed off, a subtle hint of hesitation in his words. You already knew what he was going to ask. After all, Kento’s bedside manner wasn’t exactly what made you fall for him. You just nod at him, before standing up and leaving the room.
Knock Knock.
You wait outside Yuji’s room before you hear him say “Come in.”
You pushed the door open slowly, taking in the space. It was so uniquely Yuji, posters of his favorite actresses (that Kento would most definitely disapprove of). Beside them, a few shelves were crammed with manga volumes and action figures, the game console he loved to play with game discs littering the floor by the TV. And right by his bed, a picture of the three of you on vacation last year. Taken right after you both pushed Kento into the pool. It was his room. Without a doubt.
He was sitting on the edge of the bed, his posture slumped, gaze fixed on the floor. You approached him, sitting down on the bed. He looked up, his eyes reflecting unease and weariness.
“Hey, Yuji.” Your voice as soft as a feather. “Can we talk?”
“(Y/N). It’s not that I’m not happy for you and Nanamin. It's just—” He takes a shaky breath. Your gaze softens, waiting patiently as he tries to find the words to express his feelings.
“It’s just,” his voice breaking slightly. “I… love it here. You and Nanamin are like my family. And now you’ll have a kid. A real kid. I’m just worried I won’t have a place here anymore...”
The vulnerability in his words was palpable, the pink-haired teen looked down again, his fingers nervously twisting the edge of his blanket. He took a deep breath, you take one too.
You gently squeezed his shoulder and stood up, motioning for him to stay put. You left the room briefly, walking down the hallway to where Kento had left the bedroom to wait. He looked up as you approached, his expression a mixture of concern and curiosity. You took his hand, leading him to the room.
As you entered, you guided Kento to stand beside Yuji. Yuji looked up at him with a mixture of apprehension. The older male took a deep breath, his usual composed demeanor much softer.
“Yuji. You will Always have a place here.”
Yuji’s head snapped up, surprise evident in his eyes.
“I know that and I—”
“No. You will always have a place here because you are family.”
The room seemed to exhale collectively, the tension lifting as Yuji’s eyes widened with a mix of disbelief and relief.
“(Y/N) is going to need all of our help, our baby will need all of our help. We need you Yuji. Our family wouldn't be complete without you.” Kento’s hand reaches out, resting on Yuji’s shoulder.
Yuji’s eyes glistened as the reality of Kento’s words sank in. The years of feeling like an outsider, of worrying about his place in the world. Finally finding his family. Without a word, he stands up drawing you both into a tight embrace.
“Thank you… (Y/N). Nanamin. I’ll be the best big brother ever, or uncle? I’m not sure but I’m here. Whatever you need.”
In that embrace, the uncertainty began to melt away, replaced by a deep sense of belonging and love. The family you were building together, with all its changes and challenges, felt more united than ever.

studying for dummies
Tumblr media
- fushiguro megumi x reader
you have an important exam coming up and are having a hard time to study. luckily, your boyfriend knows how to make you feel better
genre/warnings: college au, total fluff !!!
notes: i love writing college aus for megumi bc he never got the chance to in that cursed manga called jjk :') to the nonnie who asked for this, i knew i have to write it when i received your ask ehe <3
general masterlist
Tumblr media
"Why is this so hard..."
Megumi turned to you, sliding his headphones off with a questioning look when he heard you sigh once again, plopping your head down on the textbook. "What if I don't make it? What if I have to repeat a year? Ugh..."
Megumi continued to stare at you, with a flat expression. "So long as you study, you'll pass."
You threw him a sullen look, irked. "I know that! But studying itself is hard!"
The graduation exam was fast approaching and everyone in your grade was losing their head for a reason. Well, not your boyfriend though. While you were busy cramming your poor brain with ethics and physics in his apartment, Megumi was leisurely stuffing his ears with his headphones and catching up to the latest chapter of his favorite manga, without any care of the impending doom.
"You have to take breaks," he scolded then, truly meaning well. "You can't go on without food or rest. And don't overthink it, I'm sure you'll—"
"That's easy for you to say, Megumi—you're a natural genius," you interjected, crestfallen. The stress of failing several tryouts just got to you before you realized it. "Unlike you, I'm a dummy. I have to actually study."
Megumi remained quiet, watching as you turned back to your textbook, determined to give it another shot. Seeing your discouraged expression, something in his heart softened slightly.
And in that moment, he knew what he had to do to lift your spirits up.
He walked over to the little kitchen in his apartment to whip you some lunch, and throughout it all, you were still fixated on your studies, occasionally talking to yourself.
"Can Yuji even solve this problem...? I can take being called dumb but surely I can't be worse than him!"
Megumi found it amusing that you used his best friend as your benchmark for passing. Your way of expressing it brought out a low chuckle from him. How adorable.
Many were wondering what made him to date you—Fushiguro Megumi was always on the top of his class, stoic and indifferent, while you were just... you, a go-getter with cheerful personality that made up most of your academic shortcomings.
To Megumi, you were like a ball of sunshine that he didn't know he needed though. And now, wanted to protect.
While you were still lost in your thoughts and tangled up in physics concepts, he came back to you, gently patting your shoulder. "Hey, I made lunch. Want to join me?"
And needless to say, your eyes lit up with literal stars as you whipped your head towards him. "Yeah!"
Seeing you that excited made something inside Megumi soar. He had always been fond of your smiling face. Watching the fatigue melted a bit from you as you sat down in front of him, a subtle smile found its way onto his lips as well.
"Ooh, hotpot! Megumi, thank you!"
"Yeah, yeah..."
"Mmm! This is tasty!"
"Mm-hmm, have your fill."
You were giddy as you finished your lunch. It was evident that he had prepared the hotpot with your preferences in mind, choosing almost all of your favorite ingredients.
And you were feeling daring now that you knew that he was keeping you in his thoughts.
"Megumi, if I can score higher than 70% in that exam..." you started, smile gradually widening. "Can we celebrate it by going on an overnight trip to Kyushu afterwards? You know... just a little something to look forward to..."
Your boyfriend immediately fixed you with his unwavering gaze, even with his cheeks still filled with rice. But he didn't dwell on it long as he nodded lightly. "Sure."
"Really?!" you beamed, totally bursting with excitement. "Eeep! Megumi! You’re the best!"
How could he ever say no to you when your eyes were literally shimmering with glitters? Megumi never had it in him to. And hey, a trip for two to commemorate your graduation sounded so nice too, it was actually making him eager.
And so, with your tummy full and energy recharged, you enthusiastically redid your mock-up exam. And when you got 90% this time, Megumi actually initiated the first move and pulled you into his lap, giving you a light smooch on the cheek.
“Whoa...” you were so ready to tease him, poking his pink-tinted cheeks. “Do I get a kiss for every mock-up exam well done now?”
He huffed—flushing, turning away with slight frown. “To give you something to look forward to, remember?”

Tumblr media Tumblr media
You weren't a hateful person. Not at all.
In fact, you were practically a ball of sunshine—inside and out.
You loved everything.
It was the simple things in life that made your heart flutter: the moon on a clear night, the smell of fresh rain, lazy afternoons spent with your friends from college, and, of course, your family.
Especially the love between your mom and stepdad, Toji.
He came into you and your mom's life at a time when things were pretty dark—your dad had been having an affair with his secretary, and your mom was left heartbroken. But then, when you were fifteen, Toji walked into the picture, and everything changed for the better.
Out of all the things you cherished, though, there was one thing—one person—you absolutely hated.
Your stepbrother, Fushiguro Megumi.
You hated how mean he was to you.
How he always managed to push your buttons.
How he treated you like a child, even though you were only a year younger than him.
And what you hated the most?
How pushy he got when things didn't go his way.
"Megumi, I said stop!" you whined, pushing at his annoyingly close chest.
Your mind could only race, trying to piece together exactly how you ended up in this predicament.
The night had started simply enough. It was a Friday—date night for your mom and Toji, which meant the house was practically dead.
Normally, you would've just stayed at your dorm, but tonight was different. Your dormmates had been all over you about some party happening on campus, trying to drag you along, but you weren't in the mood.
You'd barely been able to dodge their constant nagging, so instead of getting sucked into something you didn’t want to do, you decided to come home.
A weekend in your room sounded a lot better than getting roped into a night of drinking and chaos.
But instead of holing up and rotting away in your room, Megumi had caught you on your way upstairs. He'd asked—well, more like insisted—if you wanted to watch a movie with him.
It had been a little out of the ordinary, but you shrugged and went along with it, thinking it'd be a decent way to pass the time. And for a while, it had been fine. You both settled on the couch, watching the newest Scream movie.
Until now.
"Megumi, what's your problem? It's just Yuji..." you finally managed, voice small as you sat up properly on the couch, trying to put some distance between the two of you.
"My problem?" he repeated, scoffing like you'd just said something ridiculous. "My problem is you acting like you don't know what’s going on. That picture—he sent it to you for a reason. But you're sitting here like it’s no big deal."
Your brow furrowed, hurt blooming in your chest at what he was insinuating. You hated it when Megumi got like this—sharp-tongued, confrontational, like everything you did somehow annoyed him.
All over a damn picture...
It wasn't even a big deal, honestly. You and Yuji were just chatting as always when among the messages he sent a picture of himself fresh out of soccer practice.
You could vividly recall the boyish grin plastered across his face, eyes bright with his usual warmth.
But it wasn't just the smile that caught your attention.
His shirt, the one you knew had probably been soaked with sweat from practice, was pulled halfway up, wiping at his forehead. It casually exposed the lean muscles of his abdomen, glistening faintly from practice.
He hadn't done it on purpose—he probably didn't even think twice about sending it knowing him—but the way his body looked in the picture was enough to make your face burn upon seeing it.
But apparently, what wasn't a big deal to you, was to Megumi...
"Is he your boyfriend or something?" he demanded, glaring down at you. "Yuji, I mean. Is that why you're all flustered? Because he sent you some half-naked picture and now you’re freaking out like some lovesick idiot?"
"What are we, twelve?" you scoffed, crossing your arms and turning your body away from him, your tone sharp. "For your information, it's none of your business what Yuji is to me. We're in college, Megumi. I don't owe you any explanations."
You could feel the heat rise to your face again, but this time it wasn’t just from the embarrassment. It was the fact that he felt like he had any right to badger you about this.
He wasn't your parent, your guardian—hell, he wasn't even a friend half the time with the way he acted.
"Why do you even care?" you muttered under your breath, more to yourself than to him. "You're always like this. Sticking your nose where it doesn't belong."
You didn't see the way his jaw clenched or how his gaze sharpened at your words. You were too focused on staring at the wall, trying to calm the whirlwind of emotions swirling in your chest.
You stood up abruptly, ready to head back to your room, away from his snappy attitude.
But just as you turned, a large hand wrapped around your wrist, halting your steps.
You froze, looking over your shoulder to see Megumi. He was staring up at you through his dark hair, head tilted slightly, a burning look in his eyes that made your heart race in a way you didn't like. His grip was firm but not painful—just enough to keep you there.
"Megumi, let go," you huffed, your lips pouting as your eyebrows furrowed in frustration. You gave a light tug on your arm, but his hand didn't budge.
He didn't say anything, just kept staring at you, his expression unreadable. That silence—his stubborn, infuriating silence—only made your frustration build.
Why did he have to be like this?
"I said let go!" you repeated, yanking on your arm harder this time, but his grip tightened. You felt a hot flash of anger rise in your chest.
"If you don't—" you started, your voice trembling with frustration, "I'm gonna tell Mom and Toji when they get home."
His eyes flickered for a second, and just as the words left your mouth, he scoffed, standing up in one smooth motion, his form towering over yours.
You could feel the heat of him, the intensity of his presence making you instinctively take a small step back.
"What?" he sneered, his voice low and mocking. "You're gonna tell them that you're whoring around?"
You gasped, your eyes going wide in shock, heart slamming in your chest. "What the hell, Megumi?" you started, but the words barely made it past your lips before he cut you off, stepping even closer, his voice quick and biting.
Megumi stepped even closer, his body towering over yours as he stared down at you through his dark lashes, his voice dropping into something almost mocking.
"Or are you gonna run to Toji?" he taunted, his lips curling into a smirk that sent a shiver down your spine. "I bet you'd like that, huh? Telling him how mean I'm being to you... like some helpless little girl."
Your breath hitched, your back pressing against the wall as he closed the space between you, his presence overwhelming. You felt cornered, heat rising to your cheeks in a way you couldn’t control. His words, the way he looked at you—it all left you speechless.
You hated that he had this effect on you, hated the way he made your pulse race, not just from anger but something deeper, something you couldn't quite place.
Megumi leaned in slightly, his eyes never leaving yours. "Or maybe you like it when I'm mean to you. Is that it? You're always whining, but you never tell them, do you? Why's that?"
You cleared your throat, trying to steady yourself, your eyes darting off to the side to avoid the intensity of his gaze. "B-because," you stammered, voice barely above a whisper, your cheeks still burning hot.
You swallowed hard, finally meeting his eyes, though the way he was looking down at you made your heart pound even harder. "Because… you're my big brother..."
You expected him to laugh, to scoff at you like he always did, but instead, his expression didn't change. If anything, something darker flickered in his eyes as he leaned even closer, his breath hot against your skin.
"Is that what you tell yourself?" he asked quietly, his voice low and almost dangerous. "That it's just because I'm your big brother?" He tilted his head slightly, still staring down at you, his eyes narrowing just a bit. "You sure that's it?"
You could feel the heat rushing to your face again, heart pounding painfully in your chest as you struggled to find words, any words, to push him away.
Your mind raced, and though you wanted to focus on the anger bubbling up, a different thought crept in, unwanted but undeniable.
Megumi was attractive.
Like, really, really attractive.
You hated to admit it, but standing there, inches from him, it was impossible to ignore. He towered over you, standing at least six feet tall, his broad shoulders filling out the plain black t-shirt he wore.
You could see the faint outline of his muscles beneath the fabric, the way his chest rose and fell with every breath, the strong line of his jaw clenched in irritation. His dark hair fell over his forehead in that effortless way it always did, messy but somehow perfect, framing his sharp, intense features.
And those eyes—Gods, those eyes.
Even though they were currently glaring down at you with frustration, you couldn't deny the pull they had. Dark, stormy, and filled with an intensity that made it hard to hold his gaze for long. They were the kind of eyes that could make anyone feel small, vulnerable, and you hated how they always managed to affect you.
Your breath hitched as you let yourself take him in for just a moment too long, your body betraying you with a sharp jolt of attraction. But no—no.
You weren't going to go there.
This was Megumi, your stepbrother, and as good as he looked, he was being a complete asshole right now.
You shook your head quickly, trying to rid yourself of the thought. Stop it. Stop thinking like that.
Clearing your throat, you took a deep breath and straightened up, attempting to put on your most serious face, even though your heart was still hammering in your chest.
"Look, 'Gumi," you began, your voice sounding steadier than you felt, using the nickname you had given him years ago. It rolled off your tongue easily, a little too familiar for the situation at hand, but you needed something to ground yourself. "I'm not sure what’s wrong. And I'm sorry if I did anything to make you upset, but you have got to stop this..."
You trailed off, knowing full well what the 'this' was. And deep down, Megumi knew too. It wasn't just about Yuji, or any other guy, really. It was him. It was how he acted—how he always got so weirdly possessive, so jealous, whenever another guy so much as talked to you.
You didn't even have to be interested in them; the mere mention of someone else was enough to set him off.
You'd seen it countless times. The sharp glares, the biting comments, the way his jaw would tighten at the mention of a boy's name.
It was always the same, this constant undercurrent of envy and jealousy that never made sense, and it wasn't just a protective brother thing.
No, it was something else.
Something darker.
Something you weren't ready to acknowledge.
Megumi's jaw clenched, and for a second, you thought he was going to say something or maybe even do something.
You braced yourself, heart racing with both frustration and something you didn't want to name.
But instead, he let go of your wrist, taking a step back.
"Fine…" he muttered, his voice low and almost too calm. "You're right, and I'm sorry."
You blinked, momentarily thrown off. Megumi? Apologizing?
He never apologized to you, not like this. Usually, he'd just brush you off, act like whatever happened didn't matter or somehow turn it back on you. But now, here he was, actually acknowledging his behavior.
It felt strange, and you weren't quite sure how to respond.
"Uh, well, um, thank you…" you mumbled, still processing.
It didn't feel real, this sudden shift. But before you could dwell on it for too long, you turned to leave again, ready to retreat to the safety of your room where you could put distance between yourself and this confusing whirlwind of emotions.
But just as you began to walk away, you felt it again—his hand, firm around your wrist.
He wasn't letting you go.
"Where's my apology?" he asked, his tone unsettlingly calm.
"Huh?" you responded, confused by the sudden demand. Your brain barely had time to catch up with the words before Megumi yanked you forward, pulling you off balance.
You stumbled, instinctively putting your hands up to steady yourself, but you ended up falling into his chest instead.
You gasped, your hands pressing against the solid warmth of him, trying to create some space, but Megumi's arm wrapped around your waist, holding you close.
The heat from his body seeped into yours, making it impossible to ignore how solid and overwhelming he felt against you.
"Megumi—" you started, breathless, but the rest of your sentence was cut off as he brought his lips close to your ear, his voice soft and commanding.
"Shush…" he murmured, the sound sending a shiver down your spine. "Let's just finish the movie."
With that, he pulled you back down onto the couch next to him, his arm still wrapped around your waist, keeping you tethered to his side. You were practically sitting on his lap, his arm still holding you close, and your mind was spinning, trying to wrap itself around what was happening.
The movie played in the background, but you couldn't focus on anything except the heavy tension in the room and the warmth of his body pressing against yours.
As you tried to shift away, to put some space between you, Megumi's voice pierced through the room, low and deliberate. "You know," he began, his hand dropping lower, his fingers brushing the inner corner of your thigh. "I just realized something… we never got to bond." He emphasized the word by gripping your thigh, his touch firm and intentional.
Your breath hitched at the contact, and your mind blanked for a second, overwhelmed by how sudden and intense his presence felt. "I-I mean, we still can," you stuttered, trying to defuse the situation, trying to keep this from going wherever it was heading.
But the way Megumi's face pulled into a wicked smirk, the sharp gleam in his eyes, made your stomach drop. He leaned in closer, licking his lips as he watched your reaction, his grip tightening slightly on your leg.
The air around you felt thick, it was as if everything had narrowed down to just this—his gaze, his hands on you, the heat of his body so close to yours.
Before you could even think of moving again, Megumi's hand suddenly gripped your jaw, his fingers firm against your skin as he turned your face toward him. His touch was possessive, controlling, and it sent a wave of something through you—part fear, part something darker that you didn't want to name.
"C'mon, look at me," he said, his voice a low murmur as he scooted even closer, towering over you now. He tilted your head back slightly, forcing you to meet his eyes, and even if you wanted to pull away, you couldn't.
His grip was too strong, too sure.
Megumi watched your reaction closely, his smirk growing as he tilted his head, amusement flickering in his eyes. "What's wrong? You don't wanna play with your big brother?" The way he said it, his voice dripping with a mock sweetness, sent shivers down your spine, and your heart pounded painfully in your chest.
"G-Gumi, the movie…" you stammered, trying to deflect, to push him away with your words, but it was no use.
You knew nothing good was going to come from this.
He just chuckled softly, his fingers gripping your jaw a little tighter as he leaned even closer, his breath hot against your skin. "Forget the movie," he muttered, his voice taking on that dangerous edge again.
Before you could react, Megumi grabbed both of your wrists, pinning them to your side with one hand.
You were startled by how effortlessly he did it—his arms didn’t even bulge, as if it was nothing for him to hold you down like this. Your heart raced even faster, panic starting to creep in as you realized how strong he really was.
You tried to squirm, to pull away, but Megumi didn't budge. His grip on you was firm, almost casual, like he was barely putting in any effort to keep you trapped against him.
Megumi tutted at you, a soft noise that somehow felt condescending, as he leaned in closer, his lips brushing against the shell of your ear. "The movie's still there, silly," he hummed, the warmth of his breath sending a shiver down your spine.
You could feel him nosing along the contours of your neck, his presence overwhelming every one of your senses.
"Let's just play a game until the commercials are over, yeah?" he murmured, his voice low and teasing, as if this were all some harmless joke to him.
"A-a game?" you stuttered, your mind struggling to keep up with what was happening. Your body felt frozen in place, your instincts screaming at you to move, to get away, but the grip he had on your wrists, the way he held you down so effortlessly, made it impossible.
"Yeah…" he whispered, his lips brushing the sensitive skin of your neck. "Let's play… who can last the longest."
The words didn't even fully register before you felt the sudden force of him pushing you back against the sofa.
An involuntary "oomph" escaped your lips as your back hit the cushions, and your vision blurred for a second as you stared up at the ceiling, heart pounding in your ears.
Before you could gather your thoughts, Megumi was hovering above you, his body blocking out everything else. His dark eyes raked over your face, taking in every flicker of emotion you couldn't hide, every sign of the fear and confusion coursing through you.
He didn't move, not yet, but the weight of his gaze pinned you in place as effectively as his body did.
There was something in his expression—an intensity that made your chest tighten, made it hard to breathe, and you couldn't help but feel like you were already losing whatever game this was.
Megumi let out a deep chuckle, the sound reverberating in your chest, his breath hot against your ear. "Don't worry," he murmured, his tongue flicking out to lick the curve of your ear, making you shiver. "I'll go easy on you… for now."
"Megumi—" you started, your cry cut off as his hand cupped your jaw, and he slammed his lips onto yours, his movements forceful and possessive.
Heat shot through your body, shivers running down your spine as his tongue invaded your mouth like a man starving. It was overwhelming, the way he kissed you—demanding, fierce, leaving no room for resistance.
You whimpered against his mouth, the noise muffled by the way his lips devoured yours. His hands wandered along your body, gripping, grabbing, squeezing any part of you he could find.
The pressure of his touch was firm, almost bruising, and with every place his hands explored, your body responded with an involuntary jolt of heat.
Your breath hitched as he hooked his hands under your legs, pulling them up and around his waist, his hips jolting forward into yours. The movement sent a rush of sensation through you.
You managed to tear your lips from his, gasping for air as your chest heaved. "M-Megumi…" you whined, your voice trembling, your head falling back as you tried to make sense of what was happening, what he was doing to you.
He didn't stop. Instead, he groaned low in his throat, his lips finding your neck. He licked and bit along the sensitive skin there, the rough scrape of his teeth making you shiver even as you tried to push the sensation away.
Your mind was at war with itself—one part of you frothing, screaming, fight him, get him away, the panic clawing at your chest. But the other side—the darker part, the one that you didn’t want to admit was there—was keening, practically begging for more of his attention, for more of this twisted game.
And Megumi, as if sensing the battle raging inside of you, just smiled against your skin, biting down a little harder, leaving a mark you knew wouldn't fade anytime soon.
Megumi pulled back slightly, making a deliberate show of licking his lips as he panted above you, his eyes dark and focused. "C'mon, lil sis," he murmured, rocking his hips into yours in a slow, rough rhythm that made your breath catch in your throat. "The game can't start until you're ready."
Your body betrayed you as you watched him put a hand between your bodies, his fingers easily slipping into the confines of your sleeping shorts. "Ohhh, looks like you really wanna play, huh?" he taunted, his voice laced with smugness as his fingers rubbed up and down your wet slit.
A wave of shame washed over you, your thighs twitching with the instinct to close, to shut them and stop what was happening, but his frame kept them wide open.
You couldn't escape the heat pooling low in your stomach, no matter how hard you tried to fight it. A choked whine left your mouth, your back arching involuntarily when he slipped a finger inside.
Megumi let out a groan, low and rumbling, as if he was savoring the sensation. "Damn…" he muttered under his breath, cursing softly as he felt your walls constrict around his finger. His thumb brushed over your clit, making your whole body jerk, and when he added a second finger, the fight in you began to crumble.
His fingers were relentless, rubbing and probing with a skill that left you breathless. Your legs, which had tried to resist, opened wider for him, your body moving of its own accord.
Megumi hummed in approval, a light chuckle escaping his lips as he muttered, "Good girl." The words sent a rush of conflicting emotions through you—humiliation, desire, confusion—but you couldn't stop the way your body responded to him.
And before you knew it, you found yourself overcome with an orgasm. Babbled whimpers fell from your lips as the coil within you snapped, your body shaking with the force of it.
By the time you came down from the high, Megumi had already pulled back, sitting on his haunches as he dropped your legs. You curled your legs up to your body, watching as he began to untie his drawstring sweats, his eyes still locked on you with that same wicked smirk.
You looked away just as you caught a glimpse of the dark trail of hair peeking out from his waistband, heart pounding in your chest.
At this point, you had accepted what was about to happen, and your mind raced as you braced yourself.
Megumi crawled back over you, his hands tugging at your shorts, and you barely registered the feeling as he discarded them over his shoulder. One of your legs was pulled back around his waist, the heat of his skin pressing against yours.
His body hovered over yours, and you felt him nudge your entrance with the tip of his dick, sliding it up and down along your slit.
A shiver ran through you as you struggled to keep your thoughts clear, but it was impossible under the weight of him, both physically and mentally.
"Fuck," he groaned to himself, eyes locked on where your bodies were beginning to connect.
Your breathing grew shallow, your heart racing uncontrollably, knowing that whatever came next, there was no turning back.
Megumi filled you in one swift movement, stealing your breath away. You cried out, the sound a mix of pleasure and pain echoing through the room. His groan was long and guttural, reverberating in the space between you.
Megumi's rhythm was steady, each thrust sending a jolt of shock of pleasure through your body.
It felt surreal—part of you couldn't believe you were letting this happen, but the undeniable pleasure clouded every coherent thought.
You wrapped your legs around his waist, pulling him deeper, the intensity of it all overwhelming your senses.
"That's right," Megumi grunted, his breath hot against your ear. "Take all of me."
You couldn't form words, your mind spinning, too overwhelmed by the sensations coursing through you.
Instead, all you could do was moan and whimper, your body moving with his, the sound of skin meeting skin filling the room. His hand snaked up to your throat, gripping lightly as he maintained a relentless pace.
"You like that, don't you? You like the way big brother fucks you?" he growled, his voice harsh and demanding, his thrusts becoming even more intense.
Your mind reeled, unable to speak, only nodding frantically in response as the pleasure built inside you. You could feel the pressure mounting, an orgasm threatening to wash over you as your body tensed beneath him.
Megumi seemed to notice, his hands hiking your legs up higher, deepening the angle, each movement more brutal and precise than the last.
You lay there, body writhing beneath his as he fucked you like a ragdoll, and a dark part of you couldn't help but thrill in the way he took control. His voice filled your ear with praise, breathless murmurs of "you're doing so good for me," and other words that barely registered through the haze, as if he were drunk off the feeling of you clamped around him.
Soon, his tempo shifted, becoming erratic, his grip on your hips tightening as his low moans became uncontrollable.
The intensity built until you felt warmth spreading inside you, the realization hitting you that he was coming, his release flooding your senses.
The throbbing between you two blurred together, until yours faded, and you could still feel him twitching, even as everything else calmed.
Eventually, he slowed, both of you panting, the room thick with the aftermath. You winced when he finally pulled out, a shiver running through you as you felt the hot liquid seeping out.
Megumi stood to grab cleaning supplies, gently wiping you off, his touch softer now, though still lingering in the tension of what had just occurred.
And as you lay there, watching him, all you could think was, What the fuck just happened?

“choso!” you threw your arm around choso. the 5’11 male would groan tiredly. you and him were pretty close friends…even closer now that the two of you lived together. you were his ball of sunshine when he just wanted to curl up in a pit of darkness. his tired eyes made their way up to yours and he’d smile a little.
you and him were…something. your relationship wasn’t made official or anything you but it definitely felt like it was. the two of you shared hugs that lasted longer than it should’ve. you were always doing something thoughtful for him like buying him new clothes or even food…to which choso couldn’t help but throw on his awkward crooked smile.
though, choso was a pretty serious guy, you couldn’t help but laugh when he was being dead serious with you. the way he said certain things made you giggle even though there wasn’t anything to laugh at in particular.
he couldn’t lie and say it didn’t make him smile.
“hey…” choso cleared his throat. “what’re you doing up?”
“um..choso, it’s four in the afternoon.” you correct him in your soft and bubbly voice, your face never changing from your excited smile. if you smiled any longer, you were sure that your cheeks would start to hurt.
“huh?” choso glanced up at the clock on the wall in the kitchen that was pretty visible from the living room. his pupils retracted and his eyes widened, shocked about the time. he sighed and slumped back against the cushions of the couch.
“why didn’t you tell me? i was supposed to hang out with itadori today…” he sighed again, now rubbing his eyes. “i’m probably the worst brother ever.”
“you aren’t the worst, cho,” you smile at the curse, trying to reassure him. “you can still hang out with him. he knows how tired you can be.”
“yes, but i promised him i wouldn’t fall asleep and forget about him.” choso continued his moping, covering himself with his robe out of embarrassment…then it was quiet.
he went to sleep again.
you wondered why and how choso could just fall asleep so easily in the middle of conversations like that. his logic was also a bit confusing. he was so worried about yuji’s feelings but now he’s asleep as if he hadn’t been freaking out over it.
later that day, you were in your room playing roblox horror game on your playstation with yuji on the phone while choso was in the shower. you were waiting for him to get out so you can shower. you had to make sure you got that out of the way before you went to bed.
as you played your game, you remembered how dark the room was. you enjoyed being immersed in these games. turning up your volume as loud as possible. closing your door. turning off all the lights and even closing your curtains. you lived for the thrill of being scared.
you heard a click and a screech as your door opened, making you let out a loud gasp, saving yourself from tearing your vocal cords from screaming so much.
choso was standing in your doorway, shirtless and his hair down. completely different from the twintails he usually wore…or his hair tied back, leaving his bangs to hang around in his face.
“you can go in now…” his low adverb voice spoke. “and why’re you screaming so much? is it that game?”
“oh, yeah, sorry.” you chuckled, finally calming your nerves. you were about to say something else until you heard yuji talking again. “oh…yeah, he’s right here. he was talking about you earlier.”
choso raised his eyebrows. you noticed he was doing that thing with his face…that nervous but excited smile. that was the most you seen him smile all day besides earlier today. he would quickly take your phone and put it up to his ear.
“uh…what do i say?” he asked. you just shrug, gesturing him to just say whatever was on his mind. he’d take your advice and walk out of your room, excitedly talking to yuji, starting with an apology.
you just smile at choso’s excitement and patiently wait until he returned with your phone.
that night, you had suddenly woken up after you fell asleep. your tv was off and your blankets were sliding off the bed. you seemed to be sleeping peacefully until you felt someone tapping you. you’d jolt awake and look up to see choso.
“your phone died,” he said, gently placing it beside you. he must’ve had your phone for a while or he just didn’t know when to come and wake you up. you were half asleep and you just nod, not really hearing much of what he said even though he didn’t say much.
“thanks, cho,” you say sleepily before lying down again. soon enough, you felt one side of your bed weigh down. choso was lying down next to you now.
“can i sleep in here with you?” he suddenly asked. “i don’t really wanna sleep by myself.”
that was a first. choso never asked to sleep in the same bed as you. you were too tired to question the curse’s actions and you agree to let him stay with you.
your eyes drift closed again, making yourself comfortable on the bed. soon enough, you felt a pair of arms snake around you.
“i gotta tell you something…um..don’t hate me.” choso began. “i mean, i doubt that you will but just in case.”
choso obviously seemed like a nervous wreck talking to you so closely to your ear. as you fight to keep your eyes open and listen to what choso had to say, you avert your eyes to look at him.
“why would i hate you?” you ask. choso’s cheeks visibly flushed a red color and he’d sigh, struggling to find the correct words to you so the conversation can go on smoothly.
“i…” you hear him pause. “i didn’t mean to fall in love with you like i did. you’re just so beautiful…and sweet. i don’t really know what i’d do without you here with me.”
you lay there processing what he had just said to you. a love confession? you couldn’t even fathom the words coming from your roommate’s lips.
“you don’t have to say yes if you don’t want to, i understand. i just wanted to ask you if you wanted to be my—” choso stopped again as if he were trying to remember something. a word. “do you wanna be my girlfriend?”
a tired smile stretched across your lips, “did you learn that from yuji or did you learn it yourself?”
“when i was talking to yuji on your phone…i asked him what it meant to have a crush on someone…and what it meant to be in a relationship. i mentioned to him that i felt like i’d die around you—that’s a good thing, i promise.” choso explained. “he tells me that it’s fine and that i should tell you how i feel.”
“well…yes, choso. i’ll be your girlfriend.” you say, your drowsiness still evident in your tone. choso released his grip from your body and sat up quickly.
“seriously?” he raised his eyebrows. he seemed unsure if he should’ve been excited. “um..this is good, right? yuji isn’t messing with me, right?”
you just laughed at him. something about his reactions were the cutest thing you could experience. it was like watching a cat play with a new toy.
“yes, seriously.”
“i have to tell yuji,” choso grabbed your phone and attempted to turn it on but it wasn’t working. it was still dead and you didn’t even bother to wake up and put it on the charger.
“tomorrow, cho. tell him tomorrow.”

“yuji,” choso whispered into the phone. you were still asleep in your room while choso had sat in the living room, trying to charge your phone. it took him a second to understand the concept of how long it can take to charge but he was patient until your phone reached a sufficient number so he could use it to make a call.
“i did it. i told her.”
“oh, you did? that’s awesome!” if your phone was any louder, you’d be able to hear yuji cheering over the phone for his big brother since the audio was on speaker. “well, now all you gotta do is be a cool boyfriend and a cool big brother.”
“i think i can do that,” choso smiled.

༉‧₊˚. flufftober 2023!!
WEEK 2: Grumpy!Megumi x Sunshine!Reader
CONTENT: fem!reader, light swearing, established relationship
WORD COUNT: 1.1k
CHARACTERS: Fushiguro Megumi x fem!reader
NOTES: this one was definitely a shorter one! soz :(
Tumblr media
Throughout your relationship with Megumi, you two had both learned to enjoy each other’s company in many different ways. Whether it be a memory to enjoy with others, laughing and having a fun time; or maybe a moment of silence between the two of you, just basking in each other’s presence; and of course, the more intimate moments the two of you shared, getting close and comfy together.
As autumn began to settle, the days became cooler, leaves of gold and red hues scattered across the ground. Today was one of the last warmer days of the season. You and Megumi walked side-by-side through your local park, leaves crunching under your boots as a small breeze blew across your face. Your pinky was hooked with Megumi’s, swinging your arms back and forth like a child. You wore one of Megumi’s sweatshirts, cradling a small blanket in your arms. Megumi held a picnic basket in his free hand, filled with all of the food you had packed for your picnic date.
When you found an open spot on the grass, you spread the blanket out and unpacked the food that you and Megumi had prepared before walking to the park: two bentos, some sandwiches, some onigiri, and some cut fruit. As you sat down on the blanket, you opened your bento, breathing in the crisp autumn air. Megumi sat down beside you, grabbing his own bento. After a few bites, you leaned your head against his shoulder, sighing contentedly.
“Yooo! Fushiguro! L/N!”
You turned around to see Itadori, Kugisaki, and Gojo approaching you. You gave them a small wave as Megumi sighed out of annoyance.
“We finally found you two love birds~!” Gojo-sensei sang, wrapping his arms around you two.
“Why are you here?” Megumi asked, clearly irritated.
“We wanted to hang out with you guys, of course!” Yuji exclaimed as he passed Nobara a sandwich, trying to find something in the basket for him to eat.
Megumi rolled his eyes, watching them rummage through the food. You rubbed the back of his hand with your thumb, looking at him with a small smile on your face.
“Sorry,” he mumbled quietly.
“For what?”
“Our date’s ruined,” he stated as if it was obvious.
“What? I don’t think our date’s ruined,” you commented. “We can have some more time to ourselves later!”
You gave him a big smile, to which his eyes softened, turning back to his friends. You leaned your head back on his shoulder as you watched your friends and your teacher now fighting over who should get which onigiri.
“No, I want the tuna mayo one!” Yuji whined, holding the rice ball to his chest protectively.
“Come one, Itadori! Be a gentleman and give it here!” Nobara yelled, trying to grab the rice ball.
“But your sensei always works so hard to teach you all! I think I should get the tuna mayo!” Gojo whined, sounding even more childish than the students half his age.
Tumblr media
As Megumi sat down in the chair across from you, you opened your book, ready for a quiet library date with him.
The two of you had made library dates a weekly occurrence, hoping to find some peace in the chaos that made up your lives as sorcerers.
As you read on, you kicked your feet a little, sipping on a cup of hot chocolate that Megumi had bought for you on your way to the library. The liquid’s warmth spread throughout your body, extending to your fingers and your nose, almost making you feel drowsy.
The silence between you and your boyfriend was comforting, so pleasant after a week filled with training and fighting cursed spirits.
After a couple hours however, your hot chocolate wasn’t nearly as hot anymore, the silence between Megumi and you felt deafening, and you couldn’t read through a paragraph without having to read it 5 times over. Your eyelids felt heavy as you lightly kicked Megumi’s foot, signalling for his attention.
His eyes shot up to meet your gaze, finding you in your tired state.
“‘Wanna go home ‘gumi…” you yawned, rubbing your eyes.
Without saying a word, Megumi closed his book as well as yours, stowing them away in his backpack.
As you stood up, you stretched your legs and arms out. You felt sore all around your body for sitting down in a strained position for so long.
Grabbing your bag and his, Megumi hooked his pinky with yours before heading home.
Tumblr media
Tonight was finally Friday night, a night when you and Megumi rarely had anything to do but to spend time with each other in your dorms.
“There you go!” you beamed as you smoothed a face mask over Megumi’s skin. He was wearing a fluffy headband to match yours as well as a pair of bunny slippers you had bought for him.
Despite doing this with you every week, Megumi made a weird face at the uncomfortable feeling of the mask on his face.
You giggled, as you snuggled up next to him, turning on a K-Drama to watch together.
“This guy is so stupid, he needs to confess to her already!” you groaned at the end of the episode. “Anyway, it’s time to take of our face masks!”
As you peeled away your face mask, you rubbed the extra serum into your face, doing the same for Megumi. “You’re such a pretty boy,” you mumbled with a smile.
Megumi blushed at your words, looking away. You laughed at his shyness, pressing play on the next episode.
Snuggling back into his side, you continued to complain about how you were getting impatient with the love interest. “It’s been like, 12 episodes now!”
Megumi listened while he brushed his fingers through your hair, giving your head light scratches. You didn’t even notice until half an episode later that he had fallen asleep.
You exhaled through your nose, a small smile creeping up on your face. You took his headband off and pulled the covers over the two of you. After closing the lid of your laptop, you tossed it to the side and gave your boyfriend a quick peck on the cheek.
“G’night Megs…” you mumbled into his neck before the sound of his steady breathe and the warmth of his skin lulled you to sleep.
Tumblr media
BONUS:
“Yuji! Come look at this!” you heard Nobara whisper as you started to wake up.
“Whatwhatwhat!”
A camera shuttered as you started to open your eyes. “...What time is it?” you mumbled sleepily, raising your head.
“Oh shit! Shit!” Yuji whisper-yelled before hurriedly shutting the door.
“...hm?” Megumi groaned, shifting beneath you. “Y/N?”
“It’s nothing Megs, go back to sleep.”

hello jjk fans, I have finally found time to draw proper fanart for this fandom, and it's fem choso 💜🤍 I hope you love her as much as I do. I'm planning on drawing her little ball of sunshine sister yuji to accompany her so she won't be lonely. 💖
also, I should mention that this will be the start of jjk sunday. This won't be entirely like dimple friday because I won't be posting as consistently as every week. it'll be more along the lines of whenever I have jjk fanart available to post, which I'm hoping will be soon--if my burnout doesn't strangle me by the throat again--seeing as that I really really want to draw fem yuji. they are sisters after all... they must not be separated! >w<

Love Bites
Tumblr media
Baker Fem Reader x Toji Fushiguro (mafia au)
word ct: 15.1k, 11 Chapters
tags: Fluff, grumpy x sunshine, found family, a little angsty but nothing too bad, marriage proposal, established relationship, (last chapter only: kitchen sex, creampie, oral- fem receiving, other sexxy funtime stuff)
Chapter Six: Warm Water
Tumblr media
“I spent Thanksgiving with somebody who wasn’t Rina this time around. I’m sure you guessed it, so yes, it was with Toji and his family,” you smile. “They have such different personalities but I can tell they really care for each other. I almost started crying in the middle of it.”
You recount the last couple of weeks to Ezra while wiping him down with a warm towel. You know that the nurses do the same but you want to do something for him as well. You gently lay him back into the bed and dip the towel into the bowl of water beside you. “I guess you can say that we’re dating now. Well not that I guess, Toji said that. Actually, he asked to be together and I agreed. He wouldn’t force anything on me,” you explain to him. “Maybe it’s because I haven’t been in a relationship in so long but everything is so exciting. He still visits the shop when he can, but now I spend the weekends with him and his son.”
Your eyes widen as you realize what you admitted to your brother. “Before you get upset, Megumi’s a real sweet kid. And there’s no ex wife or girlfriend that I’m dealing with. I think the mom may have passed away, but I will wait for them to tell me when they’re ready. I think you’d like Megumi. He loves animals. I told him that you were a vet and he had so many questions that only you could answer,” you smile apologetically. “He has a little journal of different animals and their traits, then he gives those animals to different people in his life. Toji is a wolf. Yuji is a tiger. That’s Megumi’s best friend who he loves very much, even if he won’t admit it. Nobara is a fox. That’s his other best friend. Gojo’s a peacock, Nanami is a great white shark, Sukuna’s a bear, and Choso’s a jellyfish. You’ll know who I’m talking about when you wake up.”
You push a thick curl out of Ezra’s face. “I should give you a haircut,” you mutter. You clutch your hand in a fist next to his head. “It’s not that I’ve never felt this way about anyone before. You know that I’m a hopeless romantic. I fell in love too many times to count,” you chuckle to yourself. You pull your hand back into your lap and sigh. “But with him I feel… I feel safe. I realize that before I was always waiting for the ball to drop, for another horrific incident to blindside me, but I haven’t felt that impending doom hanging over my head in a while.” You release a shuddering breath and blink up at the fluorescent lights to avoid crying.
“I’m starting to clean up their house. I found mom’s cookbooks, if you can even call them that. You know she had that doctor handwriting that’s impossible to read. I also know that she never really measured anything, so all those recipes are her estimating,” you laugh softly. “I’m thinking about making those cardamon lumps she used to make for us during the holidays for Toji. I also have no idea what to get him for Christmas. Oh, speaking of getting things, I got you another book!” You dig in your bag to retrieve the new book.
You give a small smile. “It’s called Before the Coffee Gets Cold. It’s a book about time traveling, surprisingly. I won’t spoil it too much, but I would love to travel back to talk to mom and dad again, even if it won’t change anything. They even have an old cafe that they always went to that could work like the book.”
Before you could say another word a monitor above Ezra’s head started to beep rapidly. You look at it with concern, unsure of what the machine was reading. Within seconds the other monitors screech as well. You watch in horror while red flashes on all of the screens. Ezra’s expression hasn’t changed, but you rush out of the room, screaming for a nurse or anybody to come help. A few orderlies hear your distress, alerting nearby nurses that run to your location. They all swarm to Ezra’s side, checking his vitals and yelling codes at each other. You watch helplessly behind them. Another orderly tries to pull you away from the scene but you stood stock still.
“Ma’am, you need to leave the room now.”
“Will he be okay? What’s going on?”
“He’s getting the best treatment possible, but please, you can’t stay here.”
“What’s wrong with him? What are they saying?”
“Ma’am please,” the orderly gives you a pained look.
Tears swim in your eyes when you look back onto the bed. A swirl of green, blue and white mix together when the tears get heavy enough. You allow yourself to be pulled away from the room as ordered, leaving the nurses and now doctor to treat your brother. You are led to the waiting room by yourself. The orderly offers to get water but you wave her away. You pace back and forth in the small space, your mind running wild with all the worst possibilities. In haste you trip over your own feet, stumbling into a chair at the last second to avoid hurting yourself, but everything hurts. Your heart clenches, your stomach is churning, your breaths are shallow. With shaky hands you grab your phone, pressing the first contact on your call log. With two rings the line picks up, and you're greeted with Toji’s deep voice.
“Hey baby, how are you?”
You can’t speak. The grief is too much, an invisible hand that constricts your throat so that only a choked sob falls from your lips. You want to explain what’s happening but fail again. Toji starts to panic on the other line, trying to get information out from you but the only thing he can hear is you weeping.
“Send me your location. Can you hear me? Just let me know where you are, I’ll come to you.”
“I’m at the hospital,” you whisper. “I don’t want to be alone.”
“Is it your brother? You won’t be alone.”
Toji’s answer was another wave of tears from you. He hates to hear you cry so hard, and he hates that he’s so far away from you. He looks at Nanami, who already saw his demeanor change and waves him away.
“I got it from here,” the blond man says. Toji gives him an appreciative nod, leaving him with the bloody men they cornered. Nanami already paid him no mind, getting down to business without him.
Toji looks down at the mess on the floor and realizes he has blood on his shoes. He couldn’t scare you any more with that. He doesn’t want to scare you at all. Your last words echo in his head before he hung up, about how you didn’t want to be alone. He leaves Nanami without saying another word.
Back at the hospital you wait in the empty waiting room. Despite you declining it the first time, a styrofoam cup of water sits beside you brought by the orderly. You flick it every so often, watching the ripples bounce, cross, and settle on the sides. You’ve calmed down from your call to Toji. Now there’s a cold, mucky feeling sitting heavy on your chest. You empty the contents within the cup in one gulp, trying to wash it down, but the room temperature water felt like slime going down your throat.

Word Count: 1,025 words
Summary: Yuji goes to Pre-K for the first time; Nanami worries he'll have trouble adjusting, but Yuji is a little ball of positive energy. Needless to say, he makes friends.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
While Yuji was an extroverted child by nature, Nanami still thought he might need time to adjust to preschool. So when Yuji easily waved goodbye as Nanami dropped him off for his first day at Pre-K, it soothed some of the paternal worry.
“Otouchan, how long is school?” Yuji wrapped his arms around Nanami’s neck and squeezed. “Is it very long?”
“You’ll be here for a few hours, Yuji-kun. But I’ll be back. You’ll be having so much fun you won’t even miss me.” He promised, kissing the young boy’s forehead. “If you need anything, just ask the teacher for help, okay? Remember how we practiced and…?”
“Raise my hand!” Yuji smiled.
“That’s my boy.” Nanami ruffled his hair and stood up. “Have a good day, Yuji-kun. And have some fun.”
“Okay!”
. . . . .
Yuji Itadori made having fun his mission. From the moment he stepped foot into the classroom, he curiously trotted around the room asking question…after question…after question.
“What about that? Why do you have that?” He asked Ms. Chotto, pointing at the hundredth object his little eyes had landed on.
“Yuji, honey,” Ms. Chotto laughed. “You’re such a curious little thing, aren’t you? Those are my plants and I keep them on the top shelf so none of my students accidentally eat them. They can hurt your tummy.”
“Then why do you have them?”
“I’m keeping them here for a little bit until I can find a space for them at home.” She explained, turning away to separate two girls from fighting over a doll. “Go find someone else to play with, Yuji, okay? I have to help some of the other children right now.”
Yuji pouted but did as he was told. Pre-K proved to be one of the most fascinating places he’d ever been! He’d already spoken to just about everyone in the classroom, when the door opened to reveal another little girl.
What surprised Yuji wasn’t how tightly she clung to her father, but her hair. Pink! Just like his!
As soon as Ms. Chotto got the pink-haired girl detached from her father, Yuji stood patiently to the side. He watched her hide in Ms. Chotto’s legs until she peeked out at him.
“Hi! I’m Yuji!” He beamed.
Her wide, brown eyes looked up at Ms. Chotto and then back at him.
“I’m Besu.” She whispered. In fact, Yuji barely heard her.
“You sure are quiet.” He said bluntly. When she seemed embarrassed by that, Yuji pointed towards a pile of blocks on the rug up front. “You wanna go play blocks?”
Ms. Chotto muttered something into Besu’s ear. Besu whined back at her, but Ms. Chotto delicately coaxed her in Yuji’s direction. Yuji led the way over to the blocks and Besu sat by him silently.
“I like to build castles. What do you wanna build?” Yuji asked as he got to work. A triangular orange block looked perfect to fit on top of his green stack.
Besu shrugged her shoulders as she grabbed a few square pieces to fit together. Yuji gave her time to give it a specific shape, but when he still couldn’t tell what it was by the third row, he spoke up.
“What is that?”
Once again, Besu shrugged. Yuji huffed, feeling disappointed. He’d expected her to be just like him since she’d looked so similar. But she barely even talked! Sensing this, Besu cleared her throat.
“I just like putting them together. But now I’m making a watermelon.” She explained, picking off a few blue pieces and replacing them when red and green.
“My dad put watermelon in my lunchbox! Wanna see?” Yuji stood before she answered.
“I don’t think we’re sposed to do that.” She glanced at Ms. Chotto and then Yuji’s lunchbox. “You could get in trouble.”
“Nuh-uh. It’s my lunchbox!” Yuji said matter-of-factly.
But when he went to grab it, Ms. Chotto put a hand on his shoulder.
“Yuji-san, it’s not time for lunch yet.”
“Can’t I show Besu my lunch?” Yuji frowned.
“Why don’t you show her when it’s lunchtime? That way you can both show each other what you have.” Ms. Chotto offered.
“Okay!” Yuji agreed, before toddling over to Besu. “Hey, Besu! Let’s wait until lunch and then I can see what you packed, too!”
“Father made me stew.”
“Oh, boy! Will you share?”
“...well, okay.”
. . . . .
While Nanami waited outside the classroom as kids shuffled inside, a man with wild pink hair waited with him. He couldn’t help but stare. Just like Yuji’s, and that’s not common. I wonder if he’s of any relation.
“You waiting on your brat, too?” Sukuna quirked a brow and stuffed his hands in his pockets.
“I’m waiting for my son, yes.” Nanami answered. “It was his first day.”
“Mine too. You have any trouble dropping him off?”
“I thought I might, but he didn’t seem upset. He’s more outgoing, though, so I wasn’t too surprised.”
“I had to pry my daughter from me.” Sukuna scoffed, shaking his head with a smile.
“Ah, she must be a daddy’s girl, then. Does she have you wrapped around her finger yet?” Nanami normally wasn’t one for small talk, but the conversation helped him remain patient as he watched through the window while the teacher struggled to wrangle a boy into his bookbag.
“Absolutely not!” Sukuna huffed, but he turned his head away. “That is…I don’t give her everything she wants.”
Nanami couldn’t help but chuckle.
“Don’t worry. I’m the same with my son. He’s my first.”
“My daughter is my first, too.”
And then the floodgates unleashed. More parents began filing down the sidewalk towards the portable classroom, but Yuji and Besu were the first at the door. Both of them raced and planted themselves directly into their father’s arms.
“Otouchan! You won’t believe it! That girl looks like me!” Yuji turned to Besu to see her the most animated she’d been all day, jabbering on to her father with bright brown eyes. “She’s real quiet though…like Fushi-kun.”
“I see. Did you have fun, then?”
“Yeah! I made a best friend!”
And Nanami smiled when Yuji turned to Besu, waving goodbye as Sukuna carried her away.

i love him sm
yuji itadori x grumpy!reader headcanons
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
he's a literal ball of sunshine, everyone knows that much—and when it comes to you he becomes a brighter ball of sunshine that keeps himself in your gray skies of thunderclouds of grumpiness.
yuji may be a bit dense at times, but he has this sort of built-in sense within himself that allows him to know just when you'll get all annoyed with him and knows exactly when to back off or to get you food or to give you a bit of love and affection just how you like it from him.
though you may be difficult sometimes, yuji makes it a point to treat you like royalty–even if you can get a bit angry and mean at times, he knows all you need is a lot of love and reassurance to get into a happier mood.
if he's being honest, he is scared of you sometimes when you're being all grumpy, like, he can't help but look all pale and ghastly whenever he hears you grumble or get all snappy about something; but if you're smaller than him, he kinda finds it a bit cute and endearing how riled up such a little lover like you can be.
he always says sorry to other people for you if you accidentally offend them when you're in a grumpy mood, he honestly doesn't mind.
and a lot of people that have seen you two together think you're both like a romcom couple on TV; the oblivious, dense, sweet guy with a hot-headed, no-nonsense, angry little lover of his that he adores with his whole heart.
yuji is always prepared for your mood swings or your grumpy bouts, he always has money saved up or snacks you love stored away in his pockets in case you get all angry again and are in need for something to cool you down.
yuji always gets you flowers, mainly lavenders or sunflowers, or whichever flower you like to calm you down. he ignores whenever you tell him that they're 'a waste of money because they're too expensive' because money isn't worth anything to him when he can make you happier with what he does for you–all that matters to him is that you're happy and content, and it won't ever matter how much it costs him, as long as you have a smile on your face afterwards.
it makes yuji happy and in love beyond belief whenever you lean in close to him and mutter under your breath, "i love you, yuji"–it sends sparks flying in his heart as he repeats to you the whole day long how much he loves you, too, his angry little lover ❤️

It’s in the middle of scanning the last bottle of green tea that Itadori properly looks up. Eye contact with him is a physical, unexpected shock, a crunch of imaginary static snapping through Megumi and leaving his hands twitching at his sides.

The tea sloshes backwards in the bottle he’s holding. Megumi focuses on this until his vision steadies.
"No," he says. "I don’t think so."
In the aftermath, Itadori loses his memories instead of his life. Megumi grieves nonetheless.

MEGUMI F.
The light that shimmers through isn’t exactly physically visible, that what one would say if they heard what the boy actually meant.
The warmth radiating from you as your curled up body is intertwined with his is what brings megumi solace from the troubles in the world. It’s a time passing with you that he wishes could last one of an eternity, but for now he can just admire the light that radiates from you.
“Did you know…my shikimaga get all excited with you cause of how our emotions correlate.”
His words are rather soft from the day he’s faced, you can tell by his slow ever stopping traces on your cheek as you intake his words. Megumi always does this, nights spent with his drowsy self on the brink of slumber yet wanting to cherish every moment with you telling you whatever runs through his head. A fact for each night per say.
“You know this just gives me more the reason to tease you for your affection megs.”
His muffled huff vibrates onto the top of your head, repositioning to cuddle you with a tight embrace leaving little room for an escape as if you would dare leave him
Megumi knows how you lace his words into a coy of tease, although he wants you to know just how much he truly adores you. That even his strong emotions weave through his own technique.
It’s not as if you hadn’t thought of it before, but with how they jump on and you always want to lick you, it’s as if they were more affectionate with you then megumi was!
Though he’s a silent lover, allowing access to his affections when he’s in a moment of passion, so much so that he feels like a burning fire rising from all the rush.
When it all crashes out, he feels his heart take control not bearing the any emptiness between you two, leading you to the moment of when he randomly tackled you onto the bed as your figure rolled over allowing him to lay onto you. It was quite the cute sight seeing megumis expression soften at your touch.
“I like this.”
Love would be the more accurate word, but megumi isn’t exactly wanting more teasing from you.
“Just like? But your ears are all red!”
Yet you always find a way.
YUJI I.
The glisten of rain entrances the sight of your eyes, holding you captive as the boy next to you pokes you for any reaction. Although your hand is holding his he still feels a lack of your love. He’s being dramatic. Just a little.
So when his touches don’t seem to affect you, he can’t help but tackle you into a hug making you squeak out. His laughter spilling from his lips at your yelp admiring the sock turned into fondness as he turns to face you.
You know yuji is big for affection, it’s something you live for as no matter the circumstances you can always expect a touchy yuji near you. Burst of affection from him is always a surprise, but the best because of how he radiates love and joy at once. Even though he always does, it’s different with you.
The noises of giggles being made as yuji peppers your face with kisses is one of his favorites sounds, overjoyed with the sensation he gives you of his love. His grip is tight yet not enough to scar, hands holding onto you with protection and a promise of his heart being yours.
“Ughhh I just can’t help!”
His words lace with the smile on his face, the emotions yuji has is one of a bursting heart that you are the cause of. Yuji always is a ball of sunshine and his joy only grows when you’re with present. When others are around they can only roll their eyes but smile seeing how the boy glows around you.
He sways you around as he holds you close, your heart beating so loud that you bet itadori himself can feel it. The rain gloom seems nonexistent as yuji is expressing the warm shine of his eyes from this moment.
“Look yuji, it stopped raining!”
The window holds the little droplets of rain present, although skies are clear with a clear shine enveloping the sky. Yuji can only smile before dragging you out.
“Cmon! We can finally go out!”
YUTA O.
The boy can’t help it, his eyes filling with water as he smiles fondly at you. Yuta’s love for you so strong that he becomes emotional a lot. He’s never ashamed though, never. Not when you treat him so good, that he can only gift you the best of everything.
The soul of his embarking the perfection of a full moon, holding the light from the sun that he can call you. With the grace of your person, yuta can only have eyes for you (rika does not appreciate this) the moment his gaze is on you, Yutas not sure if he will ever let his heart breathe when you are near, even as time passes the boy will hold a red hue to his face.
Your hands hold his face as he leans in, letting your warmth smooth his worries away even when just 5 minutes ago the boy was fretting over your injuries. Obviously one that hurt, yet nothing that you hadn’t dealt with before.
If only your loving boyfriend could understand, but you do love when he dotes on you as if it’s the cure you need.
“I love you.” The words spill from him mouth breathless as though he’s been taken aback, although sometimes he does feel that way when his view is blessed by the hue in your eyes that will forever entrance him.
The bodies of you two lay tangled together, held by a soft warmth that serves as a blanket dismissing any feeling of emptiness. You can’t help but feel your face lean towards yuta, feeling a hand of his go towards your hand rubbing against it.
“You’re the sweetest yuta.”
His eyes widen, lovesick eyes that continue to shine as he hears your praise for him. His soft smile growing before he plants a kiss to the top of your nose. His body moving before meeting the area of your wound, placing a kiss to the now healed skin.
“And you’re my everything.”
TOGE I.
His nudges grow more frequent as your gaze stays locked onto the screen ahead of you, you can tell inumaki is growing rather annoyed but your lock of attention, but to be fair the boy always has a tendency to knack at you.
With one final nudge, it’s the perfect effect for the jumpscare appearing in the game, leaving you to jump and curse out as your character remains dead while his is still standing.
“Tuna”
Your glance of annoyance makes him grin though the shield of his hood, body leaning onto you as he knows you can’t always say annoyed at him. Although he makes it quite obvious that he’s making fun of your loss.
“Imagine being so bad at this game”
Your phone is almost always without its silence when he’s near, making communication easier if needed through text. You nudge him hard making him yelp (silently) as he holds the controller tighter
“You made me die on purpose though! I know you did!”
“Salmon salmon”
A quick rebuttal to your claims that he says are false, yet the truth obvious as he keeps a distance making you huff. Until you move closer, body laying on his side as if a way for him to become suffocated. But he doesn’t mind, in fact this is what he wanted.
Hes quick to slap a hand on your shoulder making you help as you look at him with a perplexed face, easily telling him “what was that for!”
He smiles, eyes closing as his head is now ontop of yours as he adjust his position, better for the game and for your comfort.
Your smile can’t be seen by him but it only widens at the contact between you two, as if this wasnt the first time you two were this.
But as his eyes remain on the game, inumaki feels his hands grow clammy and heart beat never stopping as he can feel your warmth from your body on his. The boy growing redder by the minute, ears growing a hue of red too.
“Why do you make me feel so gushy”
The text makes you to turn his head to face yours, game lost in thought as all the boy can think of is you.
“Because I love you dumby”
The sound of his character dying makes his head whip around—wait did you plan for this?

Your last post got me thinking and now I wanna request this: how do Megumi, Yuji, Gojo, and Nanami react to their partner being kidnapped? Could get angsty
OH MY! Good thinking, anon 👀
• ───────────────── •
Content: Megumi x gn!Reader, Yuji x gn!Reader, Gojo x gn!Reader, and Nanami x gn!Reader (all separate)
Warnings: Kidnapping mentions, violence, Megumi and Yuji putting trackers on your phone
Notes: I'm currently experimenting with my layout. I want my stuff to look more organized :3 Also, Megumi and Yuji are 18+ here
• ───────────────── •
Tumblr media
❥ Megumi Fushiguro
Y'all...
He is FREAKING OUT
Not like bouncing all over the walls, but he is anxious and fidgety
Hounds Gojo to help find you
Feels like he cannot rest until you're found
He can't think about what your kidnapper has done to you, or else he starts getting angry
When that happens, he'll break anything in his hands and wont realize until someone points it out
Has nightmares about you screaming out for him and dying, so he starts avoiding sleep
Basically goes through a bought of depression and insomnia
Doesn't confide in Yuji or Gojo or Nobara or Nanami or anyone. He can't afford to when he can use that time looking for you
When he does find you, he is going to MURDER whoever took you
Brutally maims the person, kills any curse nearby, basically does the whole mission himself
Once he gets you back, he's not going to let you go
He's going to be crying once you two are alone and you're all patched up, whimpering about how much he loves you and how much he missed you
In the months and even year that follows, perhaps even indefinitely, he's going to stay by your side throughout everything. Eventually he lightens up and gives you some space, but it'll never be like how it was before
I don't think he'd use tracking apps, or at least for the first few months after you recover he'll put one on both of your phones, but then tells you you can delete it if you want
If you delete it, he'll delete his. But if you don't delete it, then he wont delete his either and never bring up deleting it again
• ───────────────── •
Tumblr media
❥ Yuji Itadori
Distraught. Severely distraught.
He blames himself for not being there to help you when you needed him most
He blames himself for not being strong or smart enough to figure out where you are and get you back
Cries a lot while you're gone
He won't verbally confide in anyone, but he will cry on the others' shoulders if they offer it
Like Megumi, he has a lot of nightmares about you screaming out for him or being tortured to death, but he also has nightmares of you degrading him and calling him useless
Falls into a deep depression, and is no longer that little ball of sunshine everyone knew
When he finally figures out where you are, he runs there with Gojo immediately
Gojo takes care of majority of the enemies because you're one of his precious students
Yuji is the one to take down the big boss who took you in the first place, and he does so ruthlessly
Even Sukuna is a little amazed at Yuji's violence
When he gets you back, he's going to be crying and holding you like you've just died in his arms
Doesn't even leave when Shoko is bandaging you up, which kind of annoys her
He's going to be crying and clinging to you for a while
Only once Shoko leaves does he give you so, so, so many kisses and tells you how awful it was being without you, and that he's sorry he wasn't able to get to you sooner, or stop the kidnapping altogether for that matter
He's gonna want to know where you are at all times once you recover
Only with your consent will he put tracking apps on both of your phones, and it'll notify each other when you leave certain places. He got the idea from Megumi, and was supported by Sukuna
He wanted you to also know where he is, since he felt it was unfair that only he would know where you are
Eventually he stops crying and frowning, and slowly goes back to the happy Yuji everybody knows, just with added security and safety on to you
He also never ever told you how much he really blamed himself for your kidnapping
• ───────────────── •
Tumblr media
❥ Gojo Satoru
Oh damn uh
His demeanor quickly collapses
He tries to keep it together for the kids, but even they can tell he's a little fucked up from it
Does everything in his power to try to find you, and figure out how this even happened
He doesn't isolate himself like Megumi though, he works with the others to find you faster
Gojo is, in reality, very smart as we all know. So it wont take long for him to find you
Even though he fears the worst has happened to you, he doesn't show it and storms the place with murderous intent
Cannot keep his cool as everyone storms the building
Normally Gojo is in a fight till the end, but he isn't even entirely focused on everything around him. Instead; Nanami, Yuji, Megumi and Nobara mainly take care of everything around him
Gojo uses purple on whoever kidnapped you - no questions asked. He wants that person erased from existence.
When he gets you back, he'll hold you as tight as he ever has before, before muttering "I love you" then taking you home
Gojo for the most part says nothing, in fear of breaking down into tears if he does
Even Nanami has to encourage him to say something to you
Eventually he does once Shoko is done with you, asking if you're alright, what you endured, and then apologizing for not being there to stop it
Unlike his students, he wouldn't put trackers on your phone. Instead he'll keep you around almost 24/7
He's glued to your side no matter what. He cannot afford to lose you again.
• ───────────────── •
Tumblr media
❥ Nanami Kento
Probably the most sensible and calm one out of the bunch
Now, not in the sense that you've been taken, no
Of course he's anxious, but he's just not frantic about it
Holds up hope that you're alright and stalling for your life until he can come in and help you
Probably works alone on it, or prefers too
Obviously when Gojo and the others heard of your kidnapping, they pitched in to help
Nanami isn't one to outwardly complain to anybody but you, but on this matter he could excuse working in teams. He comes to prefer it, actually, when Megumi brings up a good point
Megumi gave Nanami his signature glare. "Teams of people helping find (Y/n)-sensei will go a lot faster and benefit us more than if you were to continue working alone."
Nanami looked down at the boy in thought. The messy-haired boy had a point. And so, he reluctantly nodded, accepting their help.
I feel like Nanami would find you a lot quicker than the others, just because of his efficiency
He would also probably head there alone, not expecting the others to be right behind him.
"You didn't think we'd leave the rescue mission up to you, did you?!" Yuji exclaimed with a grin, breaking a guy's nose.
When Nanami finds you, he holds you close and cradles you as if you're dead
He says nothing, like Gojo
Holds your hand while Shoko patches you up, then leaves for a brief moment to thank everyone and update them on your condition
Returns and remains by your side
I feel like he's the only one that wouldn't constantly be by your side or put any kind of tracker on your phone
Once you fully recovered, he's fine
Of course he's going to be anxious if you don't text him back or call him back within the normal time window you usually do, but that's about it
Your first night home is when Nanami unloads everything, breaks down and holds you, telling you how much he loves you

Protective (Fushiguro Megumi x Reader) Part 2
Warnings: Implied spoilers, canon-typical injury.
Pronouns used: They/Them
Whatever you had expected the exchange event to be, it had been exactly something else.
The plan had been for Fushiguro to deal with Todo. You hadn’t been happy about it, considering what that  monster had done to your friend last time, but you knew you wouldn’t fair much better without that strange protective rage to fuel your curse.
That plan went clean out of the window the moment Yuji was literally rolled back into your lives. Literally.
You certainly weren’t complaining, that was for sure. You’d been just as shocked as the rest of your classmates at first seeing him, too shocked to do much of anything except stand there and stare.
Once that shock had worn off, you’d flashed through the space between you and hugged the ball of sunshine.
It was downhill from there.
Your technique meant you could dance circles around Kyoto’s school, and though you’d delighted in tormenting those traditionalist idiots, you were no match for that special grade.
If not for Todo and Yuji, you had no doubt that you’d be dead with your head cracked open.
You ended up in a short coma and missed the rest of the exchange event. Not that you’d missed much, seeing as you didn’t know the first thing about baseball.
When you woke up, your classmates had been eating onigiri, using you as a table between them. You couldn’t find it in you to be upset at them for it either, not when you were just so happy to see them all together, and alive.
Nobara teased you for being a sap for days, no matter how fast you’d covered your glassy eyes.
You were cleared from the hospital the same day and ended up in Tokyo, shopping with your classmates.
Of course, by “shopping”, Kugisaki was using the three of you as pack mules for everything she and Yuji took a fancy too. Gojo made the mistake of giving her his credit card, you dread to think of the bill he’ll have rolling into his inbox at the end of the day.
‘Gosh, Yuji’s just as bad as she is.’ Megumi mutters to you, the pair of you dragging your feet under the newly acquired weight. ‘I don’t even know what half this stuff is.’
‘That makes two of us.’ You roll your shoulders, muscles starting to ache, it wasn’t even lunch time yet. ‘I lost track of what’s where a long time ago. Seems she’s taken it upon herself to shop for all of us.’
‘Why would she do that?’
‘Make herself feel better for spending triple digits of someone else’s money? I feel kinda bad.’
Megumi rolls his eyes, stepping ahead of you to push through a more crowded section of the street. ‘Don’t. He’s got more than we could ever spend.’
‘Suppose being the strongest counts for something.’
Fushiguro’s broad, tall figure opens a path for you through the crowd, you can’t keep your eyes from enjoying the sight. The cut of his uniform suits him, sleek and comfortable, painting his form in dark material that shows off that narrow waist and broad shoulders. Pretty comes to mind each time you look at him, you just can’t help but think it.
“You’re hot when you’re protective.”
His words haven’t stopped rattling between your ears since the exchange event. Your eyes naturally follow him whenever he’s around, the reaction is beyond your control. Whenever he’s in the room, he becomes the centre of your attention, when he speaks, your ears tune into him above all else.
You’re no wallflower, you know what you’re feeling and it’s not exactly platonic, or helpful.
Jujutsu sorcery isn’t something of a romantic career. One of you had already died (and consequently come back to life who-knows how).  Losing Yuji had already changed something in your unshakeable personality that did not need shaking. Things had been easier when you were exorcising minor curses for your family.
They called it training, these days you called it free labor. There had been no one to worry about leaving behind or losing.
Yuji died as little more than a classmate to you, you’d barely known him long enough to call him a friend, and it had still shaken you to the core. If you acted on this little crush on Megumi, what would you do if you lost him?
Worse, what if he lost you? You couldn’t do that to him.
‘You in there?’
You jolted in place at the hand on your shoulder, blinking yourself back to the present to see the object of your confliction frowning at you, brows pinched into a little knot in the middle of his forehead.
‘Yeah, sorry, did you say something?’
‘I think we lost those idiots.’ Fushiguro pays your odd behaviour no mind for the moment, it’s not uncommon for you to day-dream. ‘Wanna sit down? I for one sure don’t feel like chasin’ after ‘em just so Kugisaki can saddle us with more crap.’
He gestures to a bench, and rather than answer, you hurry over to it.
The two of you set all the bags at one end of the bench, they take up so much space that you end up shoulder to shoulder. You force yourself to be as indifferent as he apparently is, pulling your phone out into your hand to scroll through something mindless while Fushiguro rings Itadori.
‘Yeah, where are you? How the Hell did you get over there? No, you’re halfway across town I’m not carrying all this over there. We’re not pack mules. Just meet us at the restaurant then.’
You smile awkwardly as he hangs up. ‘How far did the Duracell-Duo get?’
Fushiguro smiles sheepish. ‘They’re in the next ward.’
‘Goddamn, never underestimate a lesbian and her emotional support himbo.’
Fushiguro snorts a laugh, hiding behind his hand. ‘Kugisaki’s not... is she?’
‘Oh come on Dude! Maki?!’
‘Really?’
‘What do you mean really?! YES!’
Fushiguro smirks while you laugh. ‘Not my fault I don’t have your observation skills.’
‘Sure you don’t.’
‘Um...’
‘What?’
‘What’s a himbo?’
‘Oh my god.’
It’s the kind of conversation where time fades away, you can’t help the smile on your face, not even when your cheeks start to sting with how wide your grinning. Talking to Megumi is so easy. He was so quiet when you first met, he still isn’t one for many words, but when he speaks, his words carry meaning, and on the rare occasion that curses and Jujutsu aren’t involved in the conversation, he is capable of quite light-hearted banter.
The two of you are in your own little world when a shadow looms over your head, drawing your eyes to a scruffy looking man in an oversized hoodie with both hands in his pockets.
‘Hand over them bags.’
You blame your upbringing for your immediate response. You didn’t spend a lot of time in big cities, visiting briefly for jobs, so you didn’t think before giving the man a funny look.
‘No?’
There’s a flash of unpolished metal, a serrated, rusty kitchen knife is thrust in your face, coming dangerously close to your eye.
‘I wasn’t- oof!’
Before you’d realised that he’d moved, Megumi threw himself off the bench, tackling the mugger at the waist and sending them both flying onto the pavement.
In seconds, he’s got the assailant’s knife pinned to the pavement, fist cracking against the man’s nose.
Passers-by are quick to jump in and help, the police patrol that regularly check the highstreets are quick to arrest the man and take the report on the spot releasing the two of you from a trip to the station as you’re both minors.
Once the crowd has dispersed, you and Megumi are quick to start gathering your bags, eager to get the hell out of the open.
Before you can lift your share, you feel something warm gently brush your cheek, Megumi’s long fingers, softly caressing your skin.
‘...Fushiguro?’
‘He didn’t hurt you, did he?’ He frowns, finding the answer to his own question. ‘There’s a cut on your cheek.’
You blinked, unwilling to move for fear that he’d pull his hand away. ‘Is there? I don’t feel it.’
‘It’s small. You should be careful, this is a big city, people are dangerous when they’re desperate.’
It was all you could do to nod, subtly moving your cheek nearer to his warm skin. You couldn’t help it, every muscle in your body wanted to be near him, the memory of him diving in to protect you still fresh in your mind.
You could swing a fist just as well as he could, you both knew that. It wasn’t a matter of whether or not you needed protecting, he jumped in because that’s just who he is.
Megumi clears his throat, bringing you back to the present. ‘We should get going.’
‘Right... Fushiguro?’
‘Hmm?’ He hums, focused on weaving the dozens of handles between his fingers in a way that won’t immediately cut off the circulation. He feels your warm breath caress his cheek a second before your silken lips press to his skin.
‘You’re hot when you’re protective.’
By the time he processes his words being repeated back to him, you’ve gathered your half of the bags, grinning at him like some kind of fox, sashaying down the street with a teasing sway to your hips.
‘Wait up, you missed.’
The end.
Maybe.
