The 15 Nitya and their symbolism
In Hindu metaphysics, the game of the event is supported by supreme divine energy Shakti That it is projected (expanding) in time and space; its sequential appearance is illustrated primarily by the 12 Kali-uri, but its position of supreme power that “feeds” and enlivens the entire universe with the sublime and beatific nectar (Soma) has 16 distinct facets (nitya(uri) which are very closely related to the stages of densification of the essential formative structures and energies of Creation.
The term
nitya
means “eternality” or “permanence” and designates the Supreme Divine Consciousness or the Absolute. Traditional tantric symbolism associates these
nitya-s with Movement Cyclicthe most of the Moon, A Sun, as well as other planets. In fact, the secret science of nityait is also referred to as kala-vidya (the secret science of the essential quants of supreme energy).
In reality,
the kalas
represent the “rays” of the energy of time, the emanations by which eternity manifests itself in Creation.
Creative energy sequences (nitya-s, or Kala-s) of the Divine Emanation are found at all levels of manifestation, both macrocosmic (in all dimensions of universal manifestation) and microcosmic (at the level of the human structure).
On a human level,
nitya
there are many levels, nuanced in a very wide range of issues, but we can say, without fail – and the whole tantric tradition, especially the tradition Kakla stresses this – that the most effective and important way to awaken in our being, in a completely beneficial, sublime and divining form these creative energies is tantric amorous fusion, in which love, transfiguration and sublimation on the upper centers have an essential role.
Nitya-represents the first emanation of the Great Creative Divine Power (Parashakti), which in the tradition Kakla is usually assimilated (in the context of nitya-s) with Tripura Sundari. Although these energies manifest themselves over time, they belong to the categories of divine entities particularly elevated, which have totally transcended time (are eternal) and by which the human being can transcend the becoming and illusion of finite existence.
The 15 nityas that accompany at all times on the Adya Lalita Tripura Sundari which is 16th nitya) are associated with the rising phase of the month, respectively each nitya is associated with one of the 15 days (14 days of the month increasing and the 15th day is that of the Full Moon.)
The 15 Nityas can also be regarded as modifications of Lalita representing the red goddess with the three gunas and the five elements, namely the ether, air, fire, water and earth. Each Nitya has its own vidya (which is a mantra), yantra and group of energies (Shaktis). Their names appear in the first chapter of Vamakeshvara Tantra.

Exploring the Diverse World of Yoga: A Guide to Different Types
Yoga, a practice that originated in ancient India, has evolved into a variety of styles and disciplines, each offering unique benefits. Whether you're seeking physical fitness, mental clarity, or spiritual growth, there's a type of yoga that can meet your needs. Here's a comprehensive guide to some of the most popular forms of yoga practiced today.
1. Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga is one of the most widely practiced forms of yoga in the Western world. It encompasses a broad category of physical postures (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama). Hatha is typically slower-paced and focuses on alignment and breathing.
Benefits: Improves flexibility, builds strength, enhances balance, reduces stress.
Best For: Beginners looking to learn the basics of yoga.
2. Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa, often referred to as "flow" yoga, involves a sequence of poses that flow smoothly into one another, synchronized with the breath. This dynamic and fluid form of yoga is known for its creative sequencing and variety.
Benefits: Enhances cardiovascular health, improves flexibility and strength, boosts mental focus.
Best For: Those who enjoy a more vigorous and fast-paced workout.
3. Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga Yoga is a rigorous style of yoga that follows a specific sequence of postures and is practiced in a continuous, flowing manner. It involves synchronizing breath with a progressive series of postures to produce intense internal heat and purify the body.
Benefits: Increases strength and stamina, enhances flexibility, promotes discipline and mental clarity.
Best For: Experienced practitioners seeking a challenging and structured practice.
4. Iyengar Yoga
Founded by B.K.S. Iyengar, this form of yoga emphasizes precise alignment and detailed instructions. Iyengar Yoga often uses props such as blocks, straps, and chairs to help students achieve perfect alignment and deeper stretches.
Benefits: Improves posture, enhances structural alignment, increases strength and flexibility.
Best For: Individuals recovering from injuries or those who prefer a meticulous approach to their practice.
5. Bikram Yoga
Bikram Yoga, also known as hot yoga, consists of a fixed sequence of 26 postures practiced in a room heated to around 105°F (40°C) with 40% humidity. This intense environment aims to replicate the heat of India and promotes detoxification through sweating.
Benefits: Enhances flexibility, promotes detoxification, aids in weight loss, improves cardiovascular fitness.
Best For: Those who enjoy heat and intense physical challenges.
6. Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga focuses on awakening the kundalini energy, which is believed to be coiled at the base of the spine. This style combines postures, breath control, chanting, and meditation to unlock this energy and achieve spiritual enlightenment.
Benefits: Enhances spiritual growth, boosts mental clarity, increases energy levels, reduces stress.
Best For: Individuals interested in the spiritual and meditative aspects of yoga.
7. Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style where poses are held for extended periods, typically three to five minutes or longer. It targets the deep connective tissues and fascia, promoting flexibility and joint health.
Benefits: Improves flexibility and circulation, reduces stress, balances the body's energy systems.
Best For: Those looking for a deeply relaxing and meditative practice.
8. Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga involves a few gentle poses, supported by props that are held for extended periods. This practice is designed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting deep relaxation and healing.
Benefits: Reduces stress, enhances relaxation, aids in recovery from illness or injury.
Best For: Individuals seeking a gentle and therapeutic approach to yoga.
9. Power Yoga
Power Yoga is a vigorous, fitness-based approach to Vinyasa yoga. It emphasizes strength and flexibility and is often used as a cardio workout.

A daily review with a twinkle of optimism and softness is exactly what I need right now. As occurs often, I had a beautiful day and yet my brows are still furrowed in disapproval of myself, which I disallow. In fact, as soon as I began typing, my facial muscles relaxed and so I deduce that I am exactly where I need to be.
Last night, I cooked a Mexican feast for two friends and I think that it went tremendously. I feel quite humbled to spend time with these two people because they’re so funny, kind, and intelligent so I was particularly pleased to see that they were impressed by the dinner I made for them. I got some ginger ale and filled the glasses with fresh mint and lime wedges; I made a two bean chilli, my classic red onion and mint salsa, some rice and tortillas and salad, guacamole, and avocado (of course). There was just enough to feed me today as well and my friends seemed satisfied. In fact, one friend praised the evening to another friend this afternoon... so yes, I’m blushing.
This morning’s breakfast was perfect in every domain but one: I don’t have any avocado left to make it again tomorrow. This morning I did a yoga flow with Allie Van Fossen which was powerful enough to satisfy my morning restlessness; I had my wake-up treat of a double espresso with some warmed soya milk; I showered and put on a sleek dark-academic outfit (complete with heeled boots, light face-powder, and some perfume which I perceive to be a ‘clean’ scent). I felt good, and my booty was looking pretty good when I left the shower, too.
From 9am until noon, I was in the library and I was impressed with my productivity. I found a space which had the perfect temperature and level of noise and completed the Functional Analysis homework and a problems sheet.
After that, I returned home and chatted with my housemate Bethan in the kitchen, She really does light up my days and she was making a satisfying breakfast while I assembled some leftover [fajitas] from last night. Good for her.
In the early afternoon, I got my exam notesheet done for Number Theory, despite the beautiful sunshine tempting me outside, I finished just in time to meet with my friend and his friend to go for a walk and grab a matcha coconut latte. I’d like to be a matcha-drinking individual but the first matcha I ever tasted was incredibly bitter and this one just tasted of sweet coconut with a complementary bitter undertone so I don’t know what to believe.
I talked with my friend a lot during our walk and I just hope that he and his friend were entertained by my conversation. I hope that they felt they were listened to and treated with kindness and encouragement. I loved the walk we had and I feel slightly selfish for having taken their afternoons but it made me very happy. This is the root of my self-criticism this evening, I believe.
Getting home, I made a simple yet tasty meal of leftover rice with basa and veggies. The peas and sweetcorn makes me think this dish is quite childish but there’s nothing childish about ensuring your 5 a day and preventing foodwaste.
This evening, I wrote up half of my functional analysis homework and hope to do the rest first thing tomorrow. I concluded this task with a phd salted caramel protein shake (which would have been better if I’d had blended a banana into it as well) and one of Yoga with Kassandra’s evening sequences. Now, I will treat myself to a biopic before bed :) I look forward to good weather tomorrow and to seeing my parents.

Upper Level Hallway
There is an at-times cartoonishly long hallway (long enough to make it exciting when playing “Raiders” in “Yoga Ball”, or racing down it using a pretend train in “Trains”.) It only seems long when travelling at high speeds.
In addition to the two bathroom rooms, there’s a closet, and a room with a chair in it used to avoid being run down by the Yoga Ball.
There are more doors than is realistic, this also happens in part of the chase sequence at Muffin’s house. If you’re running, it seems like endless doors!
(The way the doors repeat reminds me of old Hanna Barbara cartoons, maybe you could think of it as an homage / inside joke. Important thing is: It’s a cartoon so it’s ok…)
See also:
youtube
Importantly, there’s a door at the end of this corridor. It doesn’t go to the home office, since that’s on the lower floor (two floors down) but it does appear to be a shortcut to the two-doors room on the lower floor because it’s used as a gate to the pretend airplane at the end of “Taxi”. (Dad walks through it and he appears to come out walking into the two-door room from the veranda entrance with the “big fossil” above it.)
So it either is a warp zone or a Portal. 😉 (or that helix I was talking about.)

How To Activate Chakras in Human Body?
Are you looking to restore balance, boost energy, and unlock your spiritual potential? Understanding how to activate chakras in the human body can help you achieve this. Chakras are energy centers that run along your spine, and when activated, they promote harmony between your mind, body, and soul. Here’s a guide to getting started with chakra activation through meditation and other practices.
1. Root Chakra (Muladhara)
The Root Chakra is located at the base of the spine and is associated with feelings of security and grounding. You can try meditation focusing on the earth to activate the Root Chakra. Imagine a red light at the base of your spine, and as you breathe deeply, feel it expanding. Walking barefoot on the ground or practicing yoga can also help.
2. Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana)
The Sacral Chakra governs creativity, emotions, and pleasure. It’s located just below the belly button. To activate your Sacral Chakra, practice water-related activities like swimming or simply visualizing an orange light in your lower abdomen during meditation. Focus on allowing creative energies to flow freely.
3. Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura)
The Solar Plexus Chakra is the center of personal power and self-confidence, located in your stomach area. Activate the Solar Plexus Chakra through sun exposure, powerful breathing exercises, or meditation while visualizing a yellow light. This chakra is your source of inner strength and willpower.
Incorporating Meditation
Meditation is a powerful tool to activate all seven chakras. Daily practice energizes these centers and helps clear blockages that prevent energy from flowing smoothly through your body. You can focus on each chakra in sequence, visualizing the corresponding color and repeating affirmations like, "I am grounded," or "I am confident."
Why Activate Your Chakras?
When your chakras are aligned, you experience better emotional health, increased vitality, and spiritual growth. Each chakra corresponds to a different aspect of your life, and activating them helps bring balance and harmony. Whether it's the Root Chakra for stability, the Sacral Chakra for creativity, or the Solar Plexus Chakra for empowerment, the benefits are profound.
Ready to start your journey? Activate your chakras through consistent meditation and experience a new level of energy and alignment. Don't wait—begin today!

marielle chettiar, better known as agent faerie has been with cerberus corp as an eo since 2019 and is level ii. a fall whilst “flying” over a theme park has gifted them fairy physiology, though de-transformation when overexerting has also been noted. when they aren’t protecting the tri-state area, they are fond of modelling and are never seen without their charm bracelet. civilians think they are ardent & magnetic, but some of the other agents see them as impetuous & ostentatious. cerberus corp should consider the fact that their last mission status was successful though her partner became comatose after getting hit by stray fairy dust when giving out the next one.
001. GENERAL

002. EXTRA ORDINARY
near death experience… for as long as marielle can remember, she’s always been something of a natural performer. a precocious, outgoing girl who saw the world as her stage, just as the great bard once said. her mother recognised this emerging talent early on and set about utilising it as soon as she could. mari’s little face was to become a regular sight amongst advertisement campaigns and bit parts on network television shows. she worked steadily throughout her childhood, attending performing arts school and eventually, graduating from drama school at twenty two. despite her wealth of girlhood experience in the industry however, marielle didn’t have much luck with auditions post-college. already, there was an image she was having difficulty shedding but the stars eventually aligned when she was hired to work at a famous entertainment resort complex in orlando. mari was a character performer there for three years, playing iconic princesses and mermaids and fairies alike day in and day out and entertaining children endlessly as she did so. it wasn’t the best job by any means, fending off leering fathers became a pastime and her mother’s disdain for it all was more than evident but it paid the bills and she was getting to do what she loved…
so, she always persevered. one job she’d occasionally perform was that of the fairy during the evening firework display the resort would put on each day in their main park. it was absurd and unnerving and involved being launched across a zip line atop the park for all the patrons to see but it did come with a substantial bonus so, who was mari to turn it down? the day was like any other when marielle’s near death occurred. she’d climbed to the top of the castle with her supervisor, dressed in a green mini-dress and blonde wig, ready to make some “magic” before being sent across the zip line as usual. fireworks burst into colour behind her, the audience wholly mesmerised by the display until that adoration swiftly turned to abject terror as they watched in horror as the fairy fell from her harness mid flight.
the thing had fucking snapped! was all mari could really string together in terms of coherent thought as she plummeted to the ground, LED wings and all. that and the likelihood of her very imminent death. the bright, colourful world she’d come to know immediately fading to black upon impact with the ground. ambulances were called soon thereafter, just as clips of what had happened began circulating online. the entertainment company tried to subdue the coverage and bury the lede but sure enough, news of actor, marielle chettiar and the extensive injuries she’d suffered under their employ broke that very night and nothing was to be the same again.
power… she used to dress as a fairy for work so, she became a fairy! sorta. marielle possesses the unique ability to transform into and subsequently, access the traits of a fairy. through a sparkling transformation ( which used to be triggered by a vocal command but can now be performed non-verbally ), she shifts into her “supersuit” and grows a set of beautiful butterfly-esque wings which allow her to fly with great manoeuvrability and at enhanced speeds. this glamorous transformation also grants her the ability to produce fairy dust, which possesses hallucinogenic qualities when it’s inhaled or comes into contact with skin. through her work as an agent, she’s learnt she has an innate magical aptitude and often tests the effectiveness of her ability by honing her hand-to-hand and close combat skills too.
drawbacks / vulnerabilities… when hit or overwhelmed and overexerting, marielle’s found she’s prone to detransformation. which effectively powers her down completely and often puts her at great risk of suffering similar falls to the one that gave her the power in the first place. they’re not easy to recover from either, requiring a period of rest and rejuvenation before she’s able to fully transform into a fairy again.
cerberus corp… in the wake of a landmark workplace injury lawsuit against the entertainment company, marielle amassed a large and very dedicated following. the proceedings were all public and these fans saw what had happened to her as an injustice, backing her at every turn when it came to righting that immense wrong. including her new career ventures, which had now expanded to modelling — wherein she debuted her fairy form to the world and incidentally captivated the hearts of children all across the globe. hers was a story dubbed “the american fairytale”, a pr dream and before she’d had time to process it all, who should knock on her door but elena navarro herself. cerberus corporation were interested in recruiting her and with her aspirations higher than ever before, mari was quick to accept the offer.
she’s been with cerberus corp for four years now, since 2019 and whilst she’ll convey that it’s all been smooth sailing… it hasn’t really. outwardly, marielle is everything an agent should be. singularly dedicated to the cause, with her eye ultimately set on becoming a level i. but she and the corporation’s pr team clash more often than mari would like to admit and it all comes back to that child-friendly image of hers. the one she can’t shed. because despite being a woman grown with all the adult needs and interests that come with it, her past and fantastical ability mean she’s a huge draw for the younger demographic of eo fans and the corporation have stayed firm in their position of not wanting that to change. it leads marielle to act out on missions. she plays fast and loose, living up to her codename and doing as she pleases ( within the confines of what’s been asked of her ). she’s caught between a rock and a hard place. perpetually wanting to progress higher but not at the cost of who she is.
codename… given that her ability is so… self-explanatory, faerie was something that came to mari early on and it caught on quick. of course, people still spell and say it as “fairy” as well as calling her by a spluttering of fairy names from pop culture but it’s faerie and she will correct you if you get it wrong. do shorten it to “fae” if you like though. she doesn’t mind that.
003. HEADCANONS
tbd.
004. WANTED CONNECTIONS
the ken to her barbie. can i get a himbo? be it pr relationship or genuine friendship, their energies are perfectly matched and they’re seemingly attached at the hip. perhaps a fellow level ii/iii agent who’s trying to climb the ranks like she is? just all the fun, playful, party vibes please.
a partner. someone whose feet are firmly planted on the ground whom she can provide air support to. doesn’t have to be an entirely amicable dynamic but they make a damn good team in the field and continually find themselves paired up together because of it.
the not winx club. i had to ask! maybe they’re more gotham city sirens / marvel divas vibe but an eo girl squad…? please?
misc. friends , a mentor , ex’s , friends or enemies or frenemies with benefits , a rivalry , a level i she’s trying to get cozy with to raise her status , someone who’s trying to do the same to her , photographers she’s worked with , people who are annoyed by her , hidden depths duo i.e they get deep with each other , somebody that knows or recognises her from her acting days , tol and smol ( she might be the tol ).

The Damage You Do: ch 23, pt 10
Sadly, my weekend will be rainy. Hope yours are nicer! See you Sunday~
Previously
~
“I see…” wwx mumbled, following lwj’s moves with as much skill as he could muster. He wasn’t exactly bad at it, and he was sure that if he actually did some yoga a few times a week, he’d get pretty damn good in only a month or two. He’d always been athletic, even if he could be kinda clumsy. His mind wandered away, his body drifted with it, and then he would fall or twist something funny or pinch a muscle or—
“wy?” lwj called to him, something in his voice seeming to say it wasn’t the first time he had said his name.
wwx blinked over at him from Downward Dog, which… when had that happened!?
“Uh, yes?” he replied, smiling and trying to not look like the freak who had just zoned out and moved through a few yoga poses on autopilot.
“Shall we do another few sequences, and then add on?”
“Sure?”
lwj levelled a look at him, and he squeaked out a more confident, less questioning, “Sure!”
The other man’s movements slowly sped up as they moved, as the transitions between poses became more fluid for wwx—as his muscles warmed and his heels reached the floor, his palms flattened, his back arched a little farther and—
“Like what you see, Mr. Lan?” he purred from his back bend, arms stretching high behind him. He wasn’t particularly flexible—not anymore—but the movement had drawn his shirt up, exposing the stomach that his dom was now ogling.
“Mn…” lwj hummed, lips twitching when wwx giggled and pulled his hands back to his chest. “We will add on this time.”
wwx hummed in agreement, his body easily flowing through the movements with lwj, even if he wasn’t anywhere close to as impressive. He was just beginning to wonder what they were going to change, his hips pulled back into Downward Dog, when lwj’s movements changed. Rather than do that stupidly impressive legs swinging forward through his damn arms thing, he swung one leg backwards.
“Plant your weight on the opposite foot,” lwj told him, watching carefully as wwx did so, before very sternly telling him to try to not shift his hips as he swung his own leg back, towards the ceiling.
He… did okay, he thought. He had taken a few dance classes when he was a teenager—his sister had been nervous about attending drop-in classes in styles she was less familiar with, and he’d tagged along—and knew the importance of isolating each body part. His hips, however, didn’t actually want to be isolated—ironic, considering his job involved isolating the damn things.

The Transformative Power of Yoga: A Holistic Approach to Fitness
In a fast-paced world where high-intensity workouts and cutting-edge fitness trends dominate the scene, yoga stands out as a time-tested practice that not only enhances physical fitness but also promotes mental and emotional well-being. Beyond its reputation for flexibility and relaxation, yoga has increasingly gained recognition for its holistic approach to fitness.
In this article, we will explore the numerous benefits of yoga and why it has become an indispensable component of a well-rounded fitness routine.
Physical Strength and Flexibility:
At first glance, yoga poses may appear serene and gentle, but they demand a surprising amount of strength and flexibility. Many yoga asanas (poses) engage multiple muscle groups simultaneously, promoting overall strength development. The deliberate and controlled movements in yoga contribute to enhanced flexibility, reducing the risk of injuries and improving joint health. Regular practice of yoga postures such as downward dog, warrior poses, and tree pose can lead to increased muscle tone, improved balance, and better overall physical strength.
Cardiovascular Health:
While yoga is not typically associated with high-intensity cardiovascular workouts, certain styles and sequences can effectively elevate the heart rate and improve cardiovascular health. Vinyasa and Power Yoga, for example, incorporate dynamic movements that not only enhance flexibility and strength but also provide a cardiovascular workout. Engaging in these styles of yoga can contribute to better heart health, increased circulation, and improved endurance.
Stress Reduction and Mental Clarity:
One of the standout features of yoga is its emphasis on mindfulness and breath control. Through practices like pranayama (breath control) and meditation, individuals can cultivate a deep sense of relaxation and reduce stress levels. The mind-body connection fostered by yoga helps release tension, calm the nervous system, and alleviate symptoms of anxiety and depression. As a result, practitioners often experience enhanced mental clarity, focus, and an overall improved sense of well-being.
Improved Posture and Alignment:
In a sedentary world where many people spend long hours sitting at desks, maintaining good posture is crucial for preventing musculoskeletal issues. Yoga encourages awareness of body alignment and emphasizes proper posture through various poses and stretches. Regular practice helps individuals develop better posture habits, leading to a more aligned spine, reduced strain on muscles and joints, and improved overall body awareness.
Enhanced Respiratory Function:
Yoga places a strong emphasis on controlled breathing techniques, known as pranayama. These techniques focus on expanding lung capacity, improving respiratory efficiency, and promoting mindful breathing. Through regular practice, individuals can enhance their respiratory function, leading to improved oxygenation of the body, increased lung capacity, and better overall respiratory health.
Conclusion:
In the quest for holistic fitness, yoga stands as a beacon, offering a comprehensive approach that benefits the body, mind, and spirit. Its gentle yet powerful practices contribute to physical strength, flexibility, cardiovascular health, stress reduction, improved posture, and enhanced respiratory function. By incorporating yoga into your fitness routine, you embark on a journey that not only transforms your body but nurtures a deeper connection between your physical and mental well-being. As the ancient practice of yoga continues to weave its way into the fabric of modern fitness, its importance becomes increasingly evident for those seeking a balanced and sustainable approach to health and wellness.

The Multifaceted Benefits of Yoga
Yoga is more than just stretching and bending; it's a practice that encompasses physical postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and mindfulness. Here are some of the multifaceted benefits that yoga can offer:
Improved Flexibility: Yoga postures, or asanas, gently stretch and lengthen muscles, promoting flexibility and range of motion. Over time, this can lead to reduced stiffness and greater physical freedom.
Enhanced Strength: Many yoga poses engage various muscle groups, helping to build and tone your body. You'll be surprised at the strength you can develop through yoga.
Stress Reduction: The deep breathing and meditation aspects of yoga are effective tools for managing stress. They promote relaxation and a sense of calm, reducing the production of stress hormones.
Better Posture: Yoga encourages awareness of your body's alignment, leading to improved posture. This can alleviate back pain and other discomforts caused by poor posture.
Mental Clarity: Practicing mindfulness and meditation in yoga can enhance your mental focus and clarity. It can also reduce anxiety and improve your overall mental health.
Weight Management: Yoga can help in weight loss or weight maintenance by increasing awareness of your body's needs and fostering healthy eating habits.
Improved Sleep: The relaxation techniques in yoga can help you get a better night's sleep. By calming the mind and reducing stress, it's easier to fall asleep and stay asleep.
Boosted Immune System: Yoga stimulates the body's lymphatic system, supporting immune function and helping to prevent illness.
Enhanced Respiratory Health: Breathing techniques (pranayama) in yoga improve lung function and help you to breathe more efficiently. This can be particularly beneficial for individuals with respiratory conditions.
Increased Mind-Body Connection: Yoga encourages a deeper connection between your body and mind. It teaches you to listen to your body's signals and respond to its needs.
