roosterforme's Bradley Bradshaw one-shots masterlist (Rooster x Reader)
roosterforme masterlist
Rooster x Reader one-shot fics:
A Nice, Big Rooster Rooster is surprised to run into you on North Island. He's not, however, surprised to find that he still wants you as much as always.
I Still Want You Bradley had been an idiot when it came to you. He still wanted you, but did you still want him?
I Like Your Voice You and Bradley recognize each other by your voices.
Benefits Bradley spends a long weekend in Mexico, enjoying the beach and your body.
I'll Take You There Bradley's best friend is moving to San Diego, and she asks him for a little help.
Why Do They Call You Rooster? When another girl asks Rooster how he got his call sign, you make sure she knows how big he is and who he's with.
Go Slow When you tell Bradley why you're nervous, he makes sure to go slow.
Couches, Floors and Beds You had reached your boiling point with your roommate, Bradley Bradshaw.
Frustrated Rooster is kind enough to help Hangman's ex-girlfriend when she's feeling frustrated.
Stay on Your Knees When Bradley messes up again, he’s more than willing to beg.
Hot For Teacher You knew it was against policy. You wouldn’t bend the rules for anyone else. But when it came to Rooster Bradshaw, you threw all caution to the wind.
Red Flags, Green Flags Hangman complains about his date’s red flags, but Bradley thinks this girl sounds amazing.
Can I Have My Shirt Back? You didn't usually invite guys home with you after a night out, but this one was always going to be an exception.
You Deserve an Overachiever Bradley is forced to come to terms with the fact that he wants to replace your boyfriend with himself and give you proper orgasms.
Want You Bad When Bradley realizes his girlfriend isn’t as innocent as he thought, at first he’s surprised, then he’s on board.
All I Want For Christmas Is You Bradley returns from deployment just before Christmas and immediately falls for the new bartender at the Hard Deck.
Good Boy Bradley is more than happy to give up his dominant ways whenever you demand it from him.
Take Two When Bradley got you pregnant, he blew his chance at a relationship with you. He loves his daughter, but he never stopped loving you too.
Champagne Lips You and Bradley both try to claim the last bottle of champagne on New Year's Eve.
I Would Never Hurt You Bradley saw the bruises and knew what was going on, but he also knew you didn't need him the way he needed you.
Hello, I Love You When Phoenix signs Bradley up for speed dating on Valentine's Day, he is skeptical. But after he meets the woman of his dreams, he's not afraid to admit his best friend was right.
Do You Wish It Was Me? When Bradley returns from deployment and finds you engaged to Harvard, he knows he needs to get you back.
The Purrfect Storm Bradley inadvertently becomes a pet owner after he hits a stray with his Bronco. When he meets a lovely vet tech who is willing to help, both Bradley and the cat fall for her instantly.
Make It Messy, Baby Anytime Bradley has a rough day, his perfect wife is there to make it all better. Sometimes that means getting a little messy.
Daddy Would Say Yes After you manage to embarrass yourself in front of Rooster, he still makes it clear he wants you to ask him out.
Cockpit Love When you jokingly told Bradley that you would be jealous of him spending so much time with his Super Hornet, he decided it was time to let you stake your claim on him in the cockpit.
Something to Talk About Bradley knew the rumors were circulating. He knew his friends were talking. But he had known you for such a long time, and you were just friends. Because if something was going to happen between the two of you, it would have happened by now. Right?
When Tomorrow Comes Four months is a long time to go without Bradley. When you tease him a little bit the night before his deployment starts, he reminds you that he's always worth the wait.
You Want Me Anyway Bradley wasn't your boyfriend. He didn't owe you anything. But after months of hooking up, you expected more from him than what you were getting. It was time for you to move on. But Bradley has other ideas.
Earning His Rank Bradley knew you wanted to make his promotion night special for him as he got his new pin. He could tell by the teasing way you asked "What are you going to do to me when we get home, Lieutenant Commander?" He had something in mind.
Midnight Confessions It's getting harder and harder for Bradley to hide his feelings for you, especially when you offer to drive him home on his birthday. Before he knows it, he's drunk in your passenger seat, confessing everything he's kept to himself. He may not remember all of it in the morning, but you certainly do.
How Could I Forget? When Bradley met you in a dive bar in Virginia, he just knew he wasn't going to be able to stop thinking about you. Even a year later, he still remembers your laugh and the way you kissed him.
So Fresh, So Clean At first, Bradley is mortified when the guys force him to stop at a carwash featuring bikini clad women from a college softball team. But when he meets you there, he starts to think he should thank his friends instead.
Feelings Involved After months of dancing around your feelings, you're about to leave San Diego and Bradley behind. But on your last night in California, you realize you're not the only one with your heart on the line.
Sufficiently Surprised Bradley loves dirty quickies with his wife. Between his work schedule and yours, that's often all there's time for. But when he rushes home from work on his birthday, ready and raring to go, he's in for a bit of a surprise.
Don't You Want Me, Baby It was like a fairytale, the way you stole Bradley's heart with your gorgeous face, retro denim jacket, and karaoke skills. But when you disappear into the night, leaving only one small trinket behind, he's left wondering if he didn't just dream you up.
Do You Wanna Touch Me? You had been working at the bar for six months. And you'd been crushing on Rooster since the first night he handed you his credit card, called you Babydoll, and asked you to start a tab for him. And it only got worse from there, until one night you asked him about more than just his drink order.
On My Terms Bradley didn't seem to notice how broken you were inside. When he looked at you, there was never any hesitation in his eyes. He was the first man in a long time that you wanted to trust with every part of you. If only your body and mind would start working together. If only you could get the words out.
Wrong Number Bradley was planning on a quiet night at home with a beer and a basketball game on TV. When he receives a text from a wrong number, he's left looking at a beautiful photo of you. Now he just needs to persuade you to ditch the guy you meant to text and focus on him instead.
Don't Waste Another Minute When you finally recognize that you have been hanging onto your relationship for all the wrong reasons, you end things. You knew there would be someone better for you, and it was a welcome realization to see that he had been right there in front of you the whole time.
Stateside Bradley made a mistake last summer when he left for his deployment without ever asking you out, and then he thought about you a lot when he was gone. He was stateside again for less than a day when the other guys coerced him to help with a fundraiser at the Hard Deck. A friendly wager with the squad might not be the only thing he wins by the end of the night.
Deployment Sucks but I Swallow Bradley was used to having your undivided attention when he was about to leave for a long deployment, because you'd been spoiling him that way for years. When you spent the day with your friends and got home late instead, he wanted to be annoyed, but everything you do is just too sweet.
Whole Lotta Love You and Bradley were just friends, and perhaps that was why you trusted him so much. It wasn't his fault that you were secretly harboring a crush a mile wide. When your noisy neighbor becomes too much and you decide you need to move, Bradley helps you brainstorm a solution. But when you set your plans into action, you're surprised to find that he seems almost jealous.
Vintage You love teasing your husband about his deep and unwavering devotion to his Bronco, but he's insistent that it would come in second place to you every time, and he intends to prove it. While you're away on deployment, he concocts a plan to get you behind the wheel of your very own vintage beauty.
Wild Rooster Chase Bradley thinks about you more than he should, and his feelings for you run deeper than they ought to. You've never given him an indication that you want to take the teasing touches and playful flirtation to the next level, so he never pressed his luck. When you surprise him by sending a text message that could change everything, he's ready to chase you all over San Diego for some answers.
California Autumn Bradley was drawn to you the minute you moved onto his street. You seemed to bump into one another everywhere, and each time he saw your smile or heard your laugh, he knew he had to ask you out. He wasn't expecting the answer you gave him, just as you weren't expecting to wish he could be the man for you.

okay but imagine, if you will, marichat development like this:
- it’s nearly sunset, and after defeating an akuma and chat making a remark about ladybug being the best partner ever, ladybug finally tells chat that she told a friend in her civilian form she was ladybug
- chat loses it and says, “i don’t know if can ever trust you again, i can’t even look at you the same now,” then takes off without letting ladybug say anything else
- ladybug goes home and detransforms in her room and just breaks down, collapsing on her bed and sobbing
- the kwamis all rush to comfort her and offer chirps of advice and reassurance but tikki waves them off because she can see that marinette is overwhelmed and can’t handle them all at once
- after consoling her, tikki nudges marinette to get some air on her balcony (yes her balcony. y’all know where this is going)
- marinette does and regains her composure a bit, but then thinks she saw chat noir and breaks down again
- it was, of course, chat noir in the distance who was taking the long way home (after drowning his sorrows in a cup of whole milk). he says nothing as he’s launching through paris’s now dark skies, but his facial expressions make it clear that he is both infuriated and heartbroken
- but then, he hears someone crying
- “crying is never good. where there’s crying, there’s an akuma, and an akuma means seeing ladybug again and i just can’t,” he mutters to himself
- he looks for the source of the sadness and sees marinette, his good friend, sitting on her balcony and crying. he feels his heart sink instantly because he’s never seen her cry
- he cautiously drops onto her balcony and says “marinette? are you okay? i was just passing by on my way back from....from patrolling the city, and i heard you crying, is everything okay?”
- marinette can’t manage to speak because it’s him, the guy who just told her he’d never trust her again and basically hated her, and here he was, checking in on her because he’s so amazing like that (not that he knows she’s ladybug but)
- and marinette starts sobbing again, which makes chat noir’s heart sink even further
- he rushes next to her, eager to console her to ward off any akuma hawkmoth might be sending, but also because it made him physically ache to see her like this; a girl who was usually comforting others was the one who now needed comforting and chat wasn’t about to leave her anytime soon
- “hey, hey, hey. it’s okay, do you want to talk about it? i’m sure if we talk it through then you’ll see that everything will be alright,” chat says, gently brushing tears off of her face
- marinette stares helplessly up at him, then sighs with a shudder and explains how she told this...friend, something that upset hi--them, and that she doesn’t think they’ll ever trust her or want to talk to her or even look at her again
- chat noir, ever the empath, says, “i know how that feels. i mean, not how you’re feeling, but your friend. i know how they must be feeling right now.” he looks dramatically off into the distance.
- marinette starts crying again, much to chat’s dismay. he thinks he said something wrong, so he rushes to correct it in the only way he knows how.
- “don’t worry princess, i don’t think anyone could stay mad at you for long, you’re a purrfect friend.”
- chat noir learns that cat puns make marinette laugh and groan, so he tells her several more in a row until her tears of sadness turn to tears of joy, and instead of worrying about her troubles, she’s now teasing him about his awful puns. who knew she had a soft spot for cat puns?
- “thanks kitty,” marinette says, her voice warm and affectionate as she looks at chat noir with equal amounts of warmth and affection
- chat noir blushes and tries to cover it up by joking about “that’s what heroes do”
- marinette nods, then suddenly throws her arms around him and squeezes him in a hug
- chat noir, blushing like crazy, brings a hand up to the back of her head and sinks into the hug, previously unaware of how much he desperately needed one
- the two sit like that for a moment, then pull away, both flustered but also grateful for each other’s company
- chat noir is the one to excuse himself, but before he leaves, he places a hand on her shoulder and tenderly says, “if you ever find yourself sad again, come up here to get some air. and you never know, maybe paris’s most handsome superhero will pay you a visit.” he throws her a wink and launches himself off into the night again
- marinette watches him go with a smile, then turns to tikki who has flown up beside her again, and says, “you were right tikki, a breath of air was just what i needed.”
#i woke up at 4 am and couldn't sleep so my mind naturally went to this#but yeah uh i'm a sucker for marichat#and i feel like if chat learns about ladybug telling a friend her identity but not him he's gonna maybe shift his affections a bit#not entirely because he's smitten with her#but he might just find himself interested in a girl who reminds him an awful lot of his lady#adrienette posts stuff#ml#miraculous#miraculous ladybug#ml spoilers#marinette dupain cheng#chat noir#marichat#ml s4#ml headcanon#miraculous headcanon#ladybug#miraculous tales of ladybug and chat noir#tales of ladybug and cat noir

Reverse Crush
Reverse crushhhh!! One of my faveeee tropes haha! I hope that you guys like it too <3. Lemme know what you think!!
AO3
Marinette sighed dreamily, flopping face down onto her bed as a huge smile beamed across her face. Her kwami flitted nearby, laughing quietly as she watched the young girl. Marinette dropped her chin on her hands, murmuring, “Did you see him today, Tikki? Wasn’t he just amazing? I just love him so much.”
She dissolved into a fit of giggles, hiding her blushing face into her hands as she squealed. Her legs kicked behind her excitedly, already replaying the akuma attack in her mind as she thought over their interaction. How could he be so perfect?
Tikki shook her head at her fondly before saying, “Yes, Marinette, I did see Chat Noir today. I’m very proud of you, too. You managed to speak normally to him, too. That’s a great sign of improvement.”
She lifted her head back up, glaring at her kwami whose eyes were glimmering back at her teasingly. Marinette was too giddy to argue, however, and she simply flipped over onto her back, staring up at her ceiling with a dopey smile on her face. She only snapped out of her daydreams when TIkki hovered above her face, waving a hand at her.
“You’re daydreaming again, Marinette,” she said, crossing her arms across her chest.
“I know!” She squealed, slapping her palms to her cheeks as another happy giggle left her. Flushing darkly, she looked over at the wall of pictures she had of Ladybug and Chat. Marinette then smiled softly at her favorite picture. It was one Alya had taken for her personal Instagram account. She and Chat had been out on patrol when it started raining, forcing them both underneath the same umbrella. His eyes were focused on her in the picture and she wondered what he could possibly be thinking about. Was it possible for him to like her back? Could he have feelings for his clumsy, little bug?
Sighing forlornly, Marinette trailed her fingers delicately over his cheek, wishing she could do that in real life. Turning to face the ceiling once again, she blinked in confusion when she heard a light thump on her balcony. Quickly, she shot her gaze over to Tikki and the kwami immediately took the hint, hiding inside the miracle box she had carefully hidden. Pushing herself up and off the bed, she carefully opened her trapdoor, her hand clenched into a tight fist just in case.
Instead of seeing an akuma or a burglar attempting to rob her, however, she instead saw the slouched form of her partner. He was leaning against her balcony, his ears drooped over his head as he stared out at the setting sun. Marinette’s heart stumbled in her chest as she pulled herself up, tilting her head at him in confusion. “Chat Noir? W-what, um, what are you doing here?”
Immediately, he perked up, whirling around to face her with a tight, forced smile. She instantly felt herself soften, her nervousness disappearing to be replaced with worry. Why did her kitty look so sad?
“Purrincess, fancy seeing you here,” Chat responded with a false, chipper voice.
Marinette frowned, scolding the butterflies she felt in her chest after he called her princess. Now wasn’t really the time for her to focus on the fact that he just flirted with her. She was going to help him. Just like how he helped her with so many akuma attacks. Taking a cautious step toward him, she swallowed a lump in her throat before gesturing at her balcony. Giggling nervously, she replied, “I, um, live here.”
“Right. Of course you do,” Chat grimaced, rubbing the back of his neck sheepishly. “Sorry for bothering you. I can leave now.”
He extended his baton and Marinette immediately rushed forward, waving her hands in an attempt to stop him. Calling out to him, she yelled, “Wait, wait, wait! Y-you’re not bothering me at all! I-I just... is everything alright? You seemed sad.”
“That obvious, huh?” He gave her a small smirk, shrugging his shoulders.
She flushed faintly before nodding her head. Taking another slow step toward him, she sighed in relief when he reduced his baton. Perhaps Tikki was right. Maybe she was making progress. This was the most sense she had ever made around her partner. Plus, Chat was staring at her with a look she couldn’t quite identify. Her heart fluttered in her chest again before she shoved it away when he started speaking again.
“Come with me,” Chat spoke softly, extending a hand out to her as he jerked his head out toward the city. “I know a place that’ll be purrfect for the two of us.”
He winked at her and Marinette immediately knew that all hope was lost. She was surprised that she didn’t melt into a puddle right then and there. Instead, her words rushed together at a mile a minute, making no sense as she chuckled awkwardly. “M-me, g-go with you? B-but you’re a civilian and I’m a superhero. I-I mean you’re a superhero and I’m a civilian. Besides, I have fomework. Homework! I have homework!”
He blinked at her in astonishment for a bit before he threw his head back in a loud laugh. Marinette turned a dark red, ducking her head down as she tucked a stray strand of hair behind her ear. Was it possible to die of embarrassment?
“Well, that was pawsitively adorable.” Chat said after laughing. She immediately snapped her head back up to look at him in shock. The butterflies roared back to life as he gave her another wink, beckoning her forward with his still-extended hand. “Come on, homework can wait, can’t it?”
Biting her lip shyly, she slowly took his hand, squeaking with surprise as he lifted her up into his arms. Peeking up at him from beneath her lashes, he murmured to her quietly, “Close your eyes, okay? It can get a little windy.”
Feeling her heart thump in her chest, Marinette nodded, wrapping her arms around him as she closed her eyes. She leaned into his embrace, shivers tingling up and down her body as she realized her crush was holding her. This was the luckiest she had ever been.
When he put her down after a few moments, she gasped in surprise. They were currently on top of the Eiffel Tower, Paris’ lights twinkling around them. Whirling around, she faced Chat who was smiling shyly. Gesturing around them, he asked, “Do you like it?”
“Like it?! Chat, I love it!” Marinette said emphatically, “This is beautiful!”
He beamed proudly and, for the first time, she felt like his bad mood had disappeared. Feeling pleased with herself for giving him a genuine smile, she hoped that his bad mood would stay away. Marinette then slowly sat down to look out over her city, a small smile on her lips as she listened to the sound of traffic below. She was surprised when she felt Chat sit down next to her, his hand brushing against hers lightly.
Flushing a deep red, she shifted slightly, hesitant to bring up any bad memories. Sucking in a deep breath of courage, Marinette asked, “So, did something happen today, or...?”
Chat sighed quietly, placing his head on his hand as he murmured, “I was more tired than anything, I guess. My work can get exhausting. Plus...,” he paused once briefly to glance at her before continuing, “I don’t think the girl I like likes me back.”
She immediately felt herself stiffen. Surely he couldn’t be talking about her? She was always so obvious. Tapping her two index fingers together, Marinette murmured, “T-the girl you like?”
A wide smile spread across his face as he gazed at her. “Yeah. She’s a fellow classmate of mine. Very smart and very purrety, too. The thing is, when I flirt with her, she seems to take everything as a joke. I don’t think she realizes I actually like her.”
“Sounds like an idiot,” Marinette muttered under her breath grumpily. So it wasn’t her then. It was some pretty, amazing girl in Chat’s class. That girl was so lucky and she had no idea.
He laughed loudly, nudging her shoulder with his as his eyes glimmered over at her knowingly. “No, she’s really not. Purrhaps a little oblivious but not an idiot.”
Sighing quietly, Marinette glanced away from him, feeling slightly hopeless. If only she could slap some sense into the girl Chat likes. Looking down at Paris sadly, she said, “If it makes you feel any better, I don’t think the guy I like likes me back either.”
“What?! You like a guy?!” Chat immediately turned his head to look at her, a strange expression crossing his face before he backtracked. “I-I mean, w-what makes you think that?”
Chuckling bitterly at herself, she shook her head. “I can be pretty stupid around my crush. I say the wrong thing or I stutter on my words. I’m incredibly clumsy too. I’m sure he must think I’m silly. He probably knows I like him and is trying to save my feelings by not telling me.”
“Hey,” Chat placed his hands on her shoulders, bringing her gaze back to him as he spoke to her seriously, “Marinette, you’re an absolutely amazing girl! Any guy would be lucky to have you like him. And, besides, your clumsiness is adorable. I’m jealous of him already.”
She bit her lip to contain her beaming smile. Chat was jealous of... well, himself! Plus, he called her amazing! He may be in love with someone else but it was her he was bringing to the top of the Eiffel Tower and her he fought akumas with every day. The girl he was in love with sounded oblivious too so maybe she did still have a chance.
Feeling her face heat up, Marinette asked, “Really?”
“Really,” Chat smiled back at her, his hands still on her shoulders as he squeezed them gently.
Feeling giddy, she then murmured shyly, “I feel the exact same about that girl you like. She’s lucky to have you, even if she doesn’t know it yet.”
He blinked at her a few times before a soft, adoring smile spread across his face. “She really is.”
Marinette then turned away from him, a strong urge to press forward and kiss him filling her. Instead of doing that, though, she leaned her head against his shoulder, sighing quietly as she looked out at the city of Paris. This was enough. Even if Chat wasn’t in love with her, she could live with being his best friend. Having him in her life was just perfect for her.

Edited by Goddess Almighty, Queen Of My Heart, @joheunsaram, this is all for you, muffin 😘🥰
Here’s my masterlist
Enjoy 💜✨
Aftercare: For Seokjin, aftercare is mostly a way for him to calm down and for Angel to take care of him emotionally. Angel is usually okay after a scene as long as Seokjin isn’t feeling guilty or dirty or distant. So it’s mostly her performing aftercare on him, while he prefers staying on the receiving end, getting his body scrubbed and his hair washed, or being fed while being held. He really likes being hugged while talking. He’s also into cockwarming after sex, since he feels like he’s being protected and that he’s reconnecting with his vanilla side.
Body part: TITS. Jin loves the entirety of Angel, but he has a thing for her chest. And her face. She’s so beautiful, and so clean-faced. He loves being the only one who sees her pretty face crumble in pleasure when she cums for him. Now, Angel loves Seokjin’s hands and lips. He loves watching his lips kiss and suck at any part of her body.
Cum: Seokjin loves to cum inside Angel’s mouth. When he’s feeling especially naughty, he wants to cum on her face, then get inside her and see her ecstatic expression covered in his semen as he coaxes an orgasm out of her. Angel likes cumming on his cock, mostly because of how whiny he gets when she squeezes him with her cunt; plus, once she discovers she can cum without him touching her clit, just ramming inside her, she decides that’s her new favourite way to orgasm.
Dirty secret: Seokjin wants to tie Angel up to a Saint Andrew’s Cross and use a riding crop to spank her clit and nipples. Of course he has plans to make that happen, he just needs to figure out a couple more details. Like whether he should buy a cross and then turn it into… a coffee-table? Angel wants Seokjin to use her body as a food tray, ignoring her entirely while he eats, only to turn her around and fuck her against the table once he’s done. She wants to be treated like a slave just once. Just to try.
Experience: Jin has had a couple of partners before Angel, but he never went that far. He’s always been a freak, but way too restrained to try things out. Only with Angel he realised he could get what he wanted without feeling like he was disrespecting his partner. Angel has had maybe two partners. Maybe just one — the guy who cheated on her with a girl they had a threesome with. He was a freak through and through, and it only felt natural for Angel to join him, but she’s always been a bit of a freak — and she has always known that.
Favourite position: MIS-SIO-NA-RY. For both of them. A soft go-to for romantic sex and a hard and fast jackhammering. Though there is some debate on cowgirl — especially once Seokjin starts shoving Angel on his cock.
Goofy: these two can be major goofs when having sex. It’s pretty common for them to start laughing when something is extremely out of character, but they have a special look they exchange to make sure that laughing is okay at that moment. Such an agreement came after the mood was ruined by inappropriate cackling, so they found a way to look for the other’s permission. Once one of them starts laughing, the other one follows suit. After releasing tension by chuckling, the sex turns very playful, the best expression of Angel and Seokjin’s genuine friendship and companionship.
Hair: Seokjin keeps things neat, but he doesn’t put too much effort on that. He prefers staying as natural as possible, with some trimming when the situation gets out of hand. Angel trims her hair short, she has a specific electric razor to make sure it doesn’t get long but also so she can shave comfortably and safely.
Intimacy: Seokjin aims at intimacy mostly during aftercare, when he needs to feel Angel extra close and loving. Also, on romantic nights. Sometimes he just needs to go vanilla-galore all over her, and spoil her and just… treat her like a goddess. During soft lovemaking, these two just say ‘I love you’ a lot. Most of their intimacy is unspoken and really physical rather than verbal.
Jack off: Well, there are cases where it’s strictly necessary. Though Angel does it a bit more than Jin, he still is a pro at it. He actually prefers when she’s around to do it for him, or can “assist”. He just wants to cum on her tits or her mouth. Or her face. Angel just uses toys when Seokjin is away. Or sometimes when he’s around but is feeling lazy and is not in the mood and she needs to get laid: she simply picks up her small, efficient vibrator and gets stuff done. Though sometimes Seokjin changes his mind…
Kink: Ooh… Seokjin is learning how to actually dominate. However, he already knows a couple things, like punishments, discipline, degradation and impact play. He sorts of assumes he’s into restraints too, but he’s still trying to figure that out. Angel truly enjoys power dynamics, and she absolutely adores subbing for Seokjin, especially since her ex never had the kind of authority that Jin can muster and impose on her so easily. She likes being pinned and degraded by Seokjin. She finds it extremely exciting when he grabs her and uses her a little, when he doesn’t give her a chance to fight back. She likes feeling overwhelmed by him, like she’s finally unraveling him from that polished outside that he curates so expertly. She loves being the only one that gets to feel the beastly part of him on her own body. Truth is, she’s even more proud of being the one who lets him liberate himself and finally embrace his true passion and pleasure.
Location: Their home because Seokjin is shy. But as long as there’s a flat surface and a lock on the door, he’s game. Actually — the flat surface is not truly necessary. Just wait and see. Anyway, Seokjin is super glad that Angel is almost always ready when he wants to get dirty. Most of the time he’s the one dictating when and where, and Angel is entirely okay with that. Saturday night in their apartment is code for “do not disturb, we’re smashing. Maybe across the kitchen floor so absolutely do not enter”. If they’re out in public, there’s a very low chance of Angel teasing him. If she does, she’s very subtle, and in a rather private public place. Think of a hand on his thigh while he’s driving with her somewhere. Blowing him in the bathroom of a rooftop restaurant.
Motivation: The easiest way for Seokjin to get horny is seeing Angel showing off her boobs. If she's going around the house in a t-shirt and a pair of shorts (no bra), consider her busy for the next two hours minimum. She's most definitely trying to get fucked. Sometimes she might even forgo the shirt too. Seokjin can't stand her being stressed, because of her being moody and hard to deal with, he'd much rather get some dopamine and oxytocin running through her by fucking her against the kitchen table. Especially if she's being exceedingly argumentative. However, if she's truly stressed and tired, then expect him to take the lead and try to relax her as… as deep as he can. Angel's greatest weakness is watching Jin doing the housekeeping. Cooking is excellent for sex on the counter. The laundry is freaking amazing for sex on the washing machine — even better if the machine is running. But the absolute best is when he's using the mop for the floors and she can drop her clothes and scold him for not cleaning properly. It always drives him mad and subsequently leads to Angel getting fucked exactly the way she wants.
No: Third parties in the room. Angel absolutely doesn't want to share. It's mostly due to her past experiences rather than Seokjin himself. That's her only strong no. Seokjin supports her fully and he has no interest in adding anyone to their mix. Angel is more than enough to deal with. Jin has a couple hard No’s, mostly linked with Angel teasing him in public, but also her flirting with other people. She’s rather cheeky and he gets a bit mad when she gets too comfortable with his friends. On more sexual terms, he’s still exploring; however, he already knows he’s not okay with anything considered strictly hardcore.
Oral: sloppy, hungry, fast. That's the way Seokjin wants it done. Yes he's fucking hung, but he doesn't care how much Angel takes in her mouth (throat, actually), he rewards the enthusiasm. He appreciates plenty of sucking, and encourages Angel in pumping his balls in her mouth. Angel goes insane with oral sex. I mean, have you seen his mouth? Meow, purrfect. He can make a kitty purr for sure. Angel's most definitely.
Pace: The fastest, the furiousest. This man is a fucking train. He won't stop. Till he's broken Angel through and through. Though some slow rolling of hips is used to tease and arouse and torture, and eventually to please on calmer, sweeter nights. Nevertheless, they both prefer to go as hard as possible. If they don't break they're not done yet.
Quickie: strictly limited to emergencies, but they love them. They can't have casual quickies because they usually turn on multiple rounds and torture, so they must be on a schedule, like ten minutes left before one or both of them has an appointment or has to leave. Usually that happens with Angel bent over or pinned to the wall while Seokjin goes wild all over her.
Risk: Depends. Usually no. If Angel's been naughty enough, well, Seokjin can consider. It's mostly about restaurant bathrooms, car back seats, and some very mild inappropriate touching on lifts, think of Angel standing before him, discreetly rubbing her ass against his crotch. Oh, and one backstage storage room. Once. Never gonna happen ever again.
Stamina: if I had to rate it, I'd say 8/10 solid. The point is burning out, not burning steady. The goal is running out of energy, so they don't hold back, they do their thing for however long that takes. But Seokjin can most definitely handle multiple rounds. His record is probably four, but he doesn't like going there often. Foreplay and one or two rounds is more than enough for him
Toy: a big yes for Angel. For Seokjin too once he gets used to the idea of them. Angel likes vibrators, the more unusual the better. It needs to do something that a dick can’t do, so no dildos. A big yes for breast-toys (her boobies are hella sensitive). She’s also a fan of restraints (mostly hand ones but not exclusively) and impact toys. A big toy freak. Seokjin embraces her love for cockrings (especially vibrating ones).
Unfair: Seokjin? Yes. Very. Angel won’t get to cum unless he has tortured her for at least twenty minutes. Sometimes he sets a timer and edges her until it rings. Sometimes he keeps her tied up while he cums over her body — her chest especially. He likes reminding her consistently that he is superior to her as long as the scene is going. But once it’s over, he is quick to remind her she’s his partner, his equal, and anything that happened during the scene was just an act.
Volume: Angel is super quiet. She can exercise incredible volume control — and she is particularly encouraged to do so by the fact that Seokjin can be extremely shy about his moans and grunts, keeping them on the low. Especially when going vanilla, she really needs to pay attention to spot his little whines. At some point in their relationship, she admits she wouldn’t mind him controlling himself a bit less, vocally speaking, and from there on Seokjin gets gradually less shy, finally being the loud, messy man he is in his everyday life.
Wild card: Seokjin practices impact play on pillows when Angel is not at home. Mostly to make sure his game gets really safe and good before he uses any new toy on her. Once he learns how to use a riding crop, Angel can’t stop asking for it for weeks.
X-Ray: Girth? Considerable. Length? Excessive. The combo makes it impossible to take him without a stretch. He’s a grower. Angel’s power is all in her boobs. Her ass is on the flat side, but Seokjin wouldn’t have it any other way.
Yearning: Seokjin is the usual two-rounds-on-Saturday-night kind of dude when he first gets intimate with Angel, but mostly because he thinks that’s the way it’s supposed to be. He wants it a lot more. Once they start exploring, he feels free to ask for foreplay or sex pretty much whenever he wants to. Angel is up for daily masturbation/oral sex. They either end up going kinky on Saturday night, or doing the nasty mid-week and go for some fond, soft vanilla once Saturday night rolls in. Still, they’re not the kind to go two or three nights in a row: too exhausting.
Zzz: Angel gets sleepy during aftercare, but she tries to stay up as long as possible if Seokjin doesn’t feel okay. Sometimes he notices she’s sleepy and reassures her she can fall asleep, since the greatest comfort for him is knowing that no matter how cruel he was to her during playtime, she loves him and feels safe to sleep in his arms. Oh, and he’s clingy. He spoons.

⚠️BSD thoughts -spoilers!! -⚠️ don't read if u had not read all the chapters published (ch.76/89)
I just need to speak about my feelings cause of the whole amount of stuff I have read so plz be patient and support me plz and thanks cause I'm having a mental breakdown
Ok first of all.... I wanna go on with order.
When I was at this point I was like " O M G please love yourself Sigma cause U NEED love like A LOT, they were just using u and u don't deserve this" I was a lot like this. Plus, when I had read that he has been created by that DAMN page (I mean THANKS GOD it exists otherwise Sigma wouldn't exist but GNE) I was like "YES OMG Y E SSSSSSSSSS I KNEW ITTTTTTTTT"
Cause when I've read that Sigma suffered from amnesia I was like....ah...uh...nope, there's more bout this cutiepie and in fact Y E S. He's so precious sjsbjebs
In this page I was like..no...I mean...yes I've cried even if I knew he would have not died cause, it wasn't the scene of a real death (if u pass years reading books you understand better during a situation if a character really die or will reappear later...at least I do) but still my kokoro was so brokoro and ...I just wanna he to be happy and safe. Really this man deserve the whole world. Dbhsbdsh 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕 also, I'm scared if the page will be destroyed or something, he would suffer or disappear or...idk I'm scared of this ;^; hope nothing will happen to him.
🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹
Another topic...
This. Man. IS. A. BITCH. like u know, he is a really well written character, for real. He is just amazing cause all the traits of his behavior are always able to surprise you, cause meanwhile you read u are not able to stop cause u wouldn't know what he would do next or how fast and I was like W O W.
But still...he is a bitch. Like a really...idk how to express myself properly but I wanna stab him thousands times and more and I wanna chuuya to throw him away or something like this. I wanna a really bad future for him however. Sorry if u like him but he hurted my Ryu and a lot of people and I just wanna him to die. Yes this is exactly how I felt when I saw...
THIS.
....guys u don't know how badly I like Akutagawa( yeah I know his name is Ryunosuke and Gin is his sis but I always call him by his surname sorry), so when I saw this I was literally desperate. You know when you throw away the phone and wanna stay in silence and cry like if you are at someone's funeral after reading something like this? Exactly. This was me.
Also when Aku said to Atsushi that there was no a lot of time left for him due to his lungs problem...I had literally said "nope cutie nope...u will find a cure and be just fine cause I have decided this and YOU WONT suffer anymore" ....yeah this is before I saw this scene of him laying down cause of that moron with mustaches.
I don't think he was really dead...cause here also...idk there something left behind( and if he is I'm gonna fly to Japan or wherever the mangaka is and speak one or two words with him).
But when I saw Bram Stoker I was like...Oh sh** wtf owo" also a vampire issues now perfect...
But I can't help but like him. Lololol idk there's something funny bout him on a sword lololol (I'm weird sorry)
🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹
The last topic is...
Yeah this scene. Higuchi is always in the wrong place at the wrong time. Poor this cutiepie ;^; I really like her cause I really see me through her; I probably had been acted the same way after not seeing senpai for a lot...
This scene is really beautiful and romantic <3 I don't think Aku will ever show feelings for her but hope so. Hope at least he will treat her a lil better poor sweetie.
In this scene I was like " OMG AKU BUT U R ALIVEEEEE" then I remembered that vampire scene and " but...whoa whoa whoa what the hell HIGUCHI STOPPPPPPPP"
Also HEREEEEEEEEEE, She was about to CONFESS HER FEELINGSSSSSSSSSS and my stomach here was like BDBSHDBSJDBSJDBSHSB due the emotions and omgggg, I really hoped some miracle like, him being normal and listen to her but...I know something bad was about to happen (poor higuchi ;^;)
Higuchi face here is literally like " What. The. Hell."
But Akutagawa is so hot even in this situation just whyyyy
So, to finish. We had now a vampire pandemic stuff in circolation starting from mafia. And the page issue to prove agency's innocence. We miss just...idk Dazai getting trapped and we r done guyz. ...omg hope this won't happen since I said it ⊙▂⊙
💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
I know u needed this. Look at this with the song "Ride it" on and it will be just purrfect. Trust me dears. ε=(。♡ˇд ˇ♡。)

“I’m too nervous to talk to the Prince. I wouldn’t know what to say.” Marinette fretted, turning her head to catch a glimpse of him in his white outfit. Herself and Chat Noir were still waltzing around the ballroom, making a continuous loop of the dance floor. Every time they came close to the Prince, her stomach clenched and she steered them well away, where she could just watch from afar and sure, maybe she wouldn’t get to talk to him, but just looking was fine, right? At least she’d be able to remember this night and –
“I’m sure you’d do just fine,” her partner replied. Marinette looked up at him and saw that he was smirking, so she flicked the bell attached to his bowtie.
“That’s easy for you to say, kitty. You have no trouble with conversations – I bet you make him laugh all the time.”
“Don’t sell yourself short, Princess. I find you purrfect.”
“Chat.” Marinette shot him a look. “Look at him! My friends have told me he’s funny, but he’s also so…so elegant and refined!”
From behind her, there came a familiar voice. “Trust me, Multimouse, Prince Adrien is anything but refined.”
Marinette pivoted to grin at Kagami’s dry quip; they must have drifted close to where she was posted. She tugged Chat off the dancefloor to avoid being stepped on as they talked.
“Excuse me, Kagami, but the Prince is the epitome of refinement.” Chat said with an exaggerated bow. “He practically invented it.”
“Which is why Nino spent all afternoon having to chase him with cologne?”
“That cologne makes him sneeze and you know it – ”
“Keep talking, fleabag.”
There was a second of silence in which Chat glared at Kagami’s impassive expression. Then Marinette snorted, and blushed furiously as Kagami and Chat looked at her in amazement. Then Chat began to laugh, and Kagami’s lips twitched.
“It’d do him good to have someone like you around, Multimouse,” said Kagami with a shake of her head. “You can help me to remind him of his duties – which involve wearing cologne,” she added in a stage whisper, as Marinette giggled.
“Oh, cruel world that forces its Princes to wear such vile concoctions,” Chat pouted and struck a ridiculous melodramatic pose, which only made Marinette laugh harder. Before she could find a comeback however, she noticed that Kagami snap back to attention.
“Your highness,” she said with a bow.
Slowly, Marinette turned.
And gasped.
Before her was the Prince. He stood tall, dressed in a white suit with a flowing cape that touched the ground – there were feathers embroidered into the lapels, she noticed distractedly, as her eyes moved upwards. A pair of green eyes bored into hers from behind his mask as he surveyed Kagami’s bow, and the people around them who had dropped into curtsies and –
“Oh!” Marinette dropped into a clumsy curtsey, and lowered her gaze. His shoes! They were white too – a pain to keep clean outside, but SO distinguished in this case and –
“You may rise.” His voice. It was melodic, not that three words were really an indication, but oh well. As she stood up, Marinette peeked sideways and realised that Chat hadn’t bowed, merely nodded his head at the Prince. Well, he’d said they were friends, but if even Kagami had bowed then –
“Can I help you, your highness?” asked Kagami, distracting her from her thoughts.
“Princess Lila wishes to dance with me. I wish to avoid dancing with her.”
“You could dance with me,” suggested Chat Noir with a smirk. To Marinette’s surprise, the Prince gave him a withering look.
“Don’t start. I’m exhausted.” His eyes roamed the cluster of people around them, before coming to rest on…her? Checking behind her, Marinette realised he was holding out a hand. “You’re a pretty thing, you’ll do.”
Pretty???
“Excuse me?” Chat Noir took a step forward. “You can’t just speak to the guests that way –”
“There should be a ‘your highness’ in there somewhere, cat,” said the Prince in a bored tone.
“Oh, I’ll give you ‘your highness’ –”
“Gentlemen!” Kagami strode in between the pair. “No need to make a scene. Your highness, I’m sure any one of these wonderful guests would be more than happy to join you on the dancefloor.”
For a moment, no one moved. Marinette looked from the Prince to Chat Noir, whose posture was stiff and unyielding. What was he doing? Surely, he could see that the Prince needed a partner?
“I want to dance with this one.” The Prince said firmly.
Marinette gasped. She tore her eyes away from him and caught the tail-end of the glare Kagami shot at Chat. He hadn’t moved. The glare he was directing at the Prince was enough to make the hairs on the back of her neck prickle.
I thought they were friends?
“It’s okay,” she said, putting a hand on Chat’s arm. His eyes snapped to her. “I wanted to dance with the Prince, remember?”
“Yes, but –”
“Smart girl.” The Prince placed a hand on her waist, and Marinette dropped hers from Chat’s arm. Seeming to snap out of his trance, Chat swept into a deep bow.
“Well, it was a delight to dance with you, milady. I hope you find all that you’re looking for.”
And he walked away.
~~
Out in the centre of the dance floor, Marinette had no time to worry about Chat Noir. All her attention was focused on not standing on the Prince’s toes, or saying something ridiculous. Not that she usually said ridiculous things, unless she was around unfairly attractive people which, to be fair, the Prince was, because he was a MODEL but –
“Your name?”
“I – sorry?” Marinette forced her attention to the Prince’s face and saw him wince as she instantly stood on his toes. “Oh my goodness, I’m so sorry –”
“It’s fine.” He attempted a smile. “I asked your name?”
“Oh, I see. I’m ah – I’m Multimouse. Well, just for tonight, I mean, I’m not normally called Multimouse. What kind of person would have that name? Like multiple mice, what would have to happen at your birth for you to get a weird name like that?” Towards the end of the sentence, she tailed off into a squeak.
Why. Am. I. Like. This.
To his credit, the Prince didn’t run for the hills. He looked as though he wanted to, but he didn’t. Small mercies.
“It’s…nice to meet you, Multimouse.”
Something inside her shrivelled up at the lack of tone in his voice. Marinette chanced a glance up at his face, only to be met by disinterested eyes. Eyes that looked past her to scan the crowds of the dancefloor.
“Hiding from someone?” she asked. Chat Noir had been hiding from someone too, her traitorous brain reminded her. No. She pushed Chat Noir aside. This was her chance to talk with Prince Adrien.
“I’m hiding from Princess Lila. Weren’t you listening?” he snapped. A lump formed in Marinette’s throat – here she was, in front of her hero, and it was going every bit as badly as she had feared.
“Oh yes, silly me. I completely forgot.” Marinette gave a half-laugh. The Prince didn’t seem to notice. If anything, he seemed to prefer her silence.
They waltzed around the room, and Marinette looked around wildly for a friendly face. Alya, Nino, Kagami, even Chat Noir – but none of them were there. She craned her neck to check the highest balconies, but there was only a lone figure up there dressed in blue.
All of her friends had left.
“I –” Marinette took a step away from the Prince, letting her hand drop from his shoulder. “I’m sorry. Please, find someone else to dance with you. I need – I need a moment.”
Before he could reply, she darted through the crowd and out of the ballroom.

Hi hi, I’m back with another commission for @multibug through the @mlbforblm drive. The drive still has 16 more days left and you can commission me or other artists/writers/content creators! All your money is going towards a good cause!
I hope you enjoy this very interesting fic!
Summary: Ladybug catches Alya and Chat sneaking around one night. What on earth are her kitty and best friend up to?
Chat Noir glanced around the empty street nervously. A nearby light flickered, struggling to stay lit. He hoped that it would stay lit, otherwise the street would be bathed in darkness. His night vision would help him see, but it definitely wouldn’t help the person he was meeting.
Why did they have to meet in the middle of the night? Why not a bit before dawn? At least then the sun could start lighting things up.
The sudden screech of bike brakes caused Chat to jump up almost a foot in the air. Quickly looking around, Chat let out a sigh of relief once he saw who it was.
“Are you scared, Chat Noir?” Alya said, walking into view.
“N-n,” Chat cleared his throat. “No, I’m not scared. I’m just worried someone might catch us. ‘Cause you know we’re supposed to keep this on the down-low.”
Alya rolled her eyes, taking a step closer to Chat, leaving hardly any space between them. He could feel Alya’s breath and how it was coming out in quick little bursts, which probably meant she biked out here pretty quickly. Made sense since she technically is supposed to be home asleep at this hour.
“We’re not doing anything bad. Besides no one comes on this side of town anyway, so we won’t be caught,” Alya whispered.
Times like these, he hated his super senses. Alya smelled like cinnamon, and it was driving him crazy. Maybe if he thought about something else he could push the overpowering scent of cinnamon away.
Chat gulped. “Yeah, you’re right.”
“Of course, I’m right!” Alya pushed a yellowish envelope into Chat’s arms. “I need you to get these things for me, okay?” Chat nodded. “Good, I’ll see you Saturday at 23.”
Giving him a quick peck on the cheek, Alya turned back towards her bike.
Chat watched as Alya disappeared into the darkness before leaping onto a nearby building. He couldn’t wait until Saturday.
XXX
Ladybug stood shocked from her position on a roof not far from where Alya and Chat had been standing. She had just been doing a midnight patrol in the area, when she happened to spot Chat. Luckily, or maybe unluckily, she hadn’t gotten the chance to swing down to him before Alya appeared. Which begged the question what exactly were Chat and Alya doing, meeting up this late at night?
Were Chat and Alya secretly dating?
No, that’s impossible! There had to be some other explanation for what Ladybug had just witnessed. Right?
It’s not like two people can’t kiss if they aren’t dating. Yeah. Yeah.
Besides Alya was dating Nino and Chat was dating that girl…who could totally be Alya.
Oh no. This couldn’t end well. Because if what she thought was happening is actually happening then that means her best friend-NO!!!
Nope. No. Nuh-uh. Not gonna consider that.
For all she knew, this was just a meeting to set up for an interview or something that Chat was doing for Alya. Yeah, that had to be it.
She totally wasn’t going to try and figure out where they were meeting Saturday…
Well, it wouldn’t hurt anyone right? It would give Ladybug peace of mind, and that’s what really mattered.
XXX
Despite their desire to sneak around, Chat and Alya were pretty easy to find.
So her tracker may have helped her, but it’s Chat’s own fault for not turning it off. He could have easily decided to wear a disguise like that stupid banana suit. Actually that might’ve drawn a lot more attention to them...
Okay so it didn’t really matter how she found them, but it did matter where she found them.
Le Palais du Fromage.
A fancy restaurant that Marinette had dreamed of going to ever since they opened 5 years ago. Getting a reservation there was practically impossible unless you were someone important.
She had always imagined herself there tasting all their different cheese platters and getting stuff on just entrees, yet leaving just enough room for dessert. Especially the one that included camembert. Gosh, she loved camembert.
Shaking away the thoughts of camembert, Ladybug watched as Chat and Alya walked up to the door. It was odd to her because the restaurant closed every day at 22:00 sharp. It was also pretty clear to her just looking at the restaurant. All of the outside chairs had been placed leaning against the table. The inside lights had been turned off save for a few in the back. Probably just the kitchen light or something.
Alya was wearing a fancy red dress that seemed to hug her perfectly in all the right ways, while Chat had somehow put on a suit over his costume. She had to admit they looked very snazzy.
When they reached the door, Chat knocked three times, and the door opened. The pair rushed inside, and the door slammed shut behind them.
Ladybug’s jaw dropped.
How on earth did they get a reservation when the restaurant is closed??? What were they even doing that warranted them going to a fancy restaurant late at night?
Purrhaps to have a secret midnight date.
Nope. Not happening on her watch. She was going to get to the bottom of this one way or another.
Getting up, Ladybug swung down to the front of the restaurant and knocked on the door.
Initially, no one came to the door, though she could hear the silent whispers of people arguing. Likely arguing about whether to answer the door or not.
Knocking again, the whispers stopped, and this time someone answered the door. The young man that answered the door had blonde hair that had been gelled back so it didn’t get in his face. He had on a dark red vest paired with a black dress shirt and pants.
His sea-blue eyes grew to the size of saucers once he realized it was Ladybug at the door.
“L-ladybug! Wh-uh what brings you by at this hour?” The doorman glanced at something behind him. What? Ladybug couldn’t tell from her position.
“I was just patrolling nearby and noticed the lights were on. Wanted to make sure everything was okay because I know you guys normally close at-I MEAN! You’re normally closed at this time.” Ladybug let out a little laugh, slightly embarrassed she almost painted herself as a restaurant stalker.
“Everything is good here! Heh, a few of us are just, uh…” The man in front of her looked back again, panicked. “We’re, uh, just doing some inventory! Yeah, inventory! That’s what we’re doing late at night. Totally not suspicious at all. Heh.”
If Ladybug didn’t know any better, she’d say they were running some kind of underground mafia business here or maybe even a secret butterfly cave. But she knew he was likely just hiding the fact that Chat Noir was there for some reason.
“If you don’t mind, I would love to check and make sure everything is okay?” Ladybug blinked innocently.
“Umm...yeah. Let me just check with the manager for a quick second.”
Ladybug heard a soft groan from behind the doorman, but she ignored it in favor of smiling.
“Thank you so much! It shouldn’t take long, I just want to make sure the citizens of Paris are all safe!”
Safe from my wrath that is.
XXX
“And here is our private dining room. You can hold about 100 people here. Perfect for birthday parties and the like,” the manager, Mr. Colby Jacques, informed Chat and Alya.
Chat had to admit that the dining room looked amazing. There was an ornate chandelier hanging from the ceiling, which reflected the light through thousands of little diamonds. The walls were covered in stunning paintings of famous chefs from around the world. On one end there was a window with a perfect view of the Eiffel Tower.
“Wow,” Alya breathed, looking around.
“This is perfect!” Chat exclaimed, slowly spinning around and taking in the beauty of the room.
Ladybug would love this.
Mr. Jacques smiled at the two teens’ reactions. “Yes, this dining room is very popular among our guests. If you will follow me-”
“Sir!” One of the waiters, who had stayed behind to help, ran up to the trio.
“What is it, Jean Pierre? We have very important guests.” Mr. Jacques looked very irritated at his employee’s interruption. Chat guessed that if he and Alya weren’t standing right next to him, the poor man would’ve been fired on the spot.
“U-uh, umm,” the waiter fumbled, nerves clearly overtaking him.
“Out with it boy!”
The sudden outburst from the store owner surprised Chat and Alya, causing them both to jump a little.
Mr. Jacques noticed them jump and immediately straightened and fixed his tie. “My apologies, I did not mean to shout. It’s just we don’t want the kitchen staff to be waiting all night. What is it, Jean Pierre?”
Years of high society training told Chat that the kitchen staff being held back was the least of Mr. Jacques’ worries. He was obviously more concerned about the Chat and Alya’s business here at the restaurant, and he was just trying to save face.
Maybe this wasn’t the purrfect place after all.
One glance at Alya and he knew she was thinking along the same lines as him.
“Uh, Ladybug is at the door, and um, she wants to come in and, um, make sure everything is okay.” Jean Pierre got out softly.
Oh. Oh, this was bad. Ladybug being here could ruin the whole surprise.
Alya shared his worried look, but it seemed that Mr. Jacques did not. In fact, it appeared that he forgot the whole reason why the pair needed to come after hours.
“Did you tell her we were closed?”
Jean Pierre nodded frantically. “Yes, yes. Philipe told her, but she’s insisting to come in and check the place out.”
One of Mr. Jacques’ eyes twitched in frustration. “I will go deal with this. Please show our guests to the kitchen, and don’t mess this up.”
The last part was whispered to Jean Pierre, but with his super-hearing, Chat was able to hear it clearly. Yeah, they weren’t going to pick this place for the surprise.
But if Mr. Jacques couldn’t keep Ladybug away then there would be no surprise anymore. He could only hope that the pretentious manager could hold back Paris’ (and quite possibly the world’s) greatest superhero.
Yeah, there probably wasn’t going to be a surprise anymore.

Ladybug tapped her foot impatiently. It had already been about 10 minutes since the doorman said he was going to get his boss, but no one had come out yet.
They were likely stalling to find someplace to hide Chat and Alya. Maybe she should knock again.
As Ladybug went to knock on the door, it opened, revealing an older balding man. Unfortunately, she was unable to stop her hand from hitting him in the face.
“Oh my goodness! I’m so sorry!” Ladybug brought her hands to her mouth, hoping that she didn’t accidentally break the man’s nose with her super-strength.
The man groaned, holding his nose for a second, but then removed his hand. A strained smile graced his features as he pushed past the likely growing pain in his nose.
Even though she had just hit him in the face, she just got an unpleasant vibe from him. Maybe it was just her feeling weird that he’s helping Chat and Alya sneak around, but this dude did not pass the vibe check.
“I-it’s alright, Ladybug. UnhhhWhat brings you by at this hour?” The manager’s nasally voice, perhaps caused by her accidental punch, further added to his rancid vibes.
“I’m just here checking in on you guys. I was just worried that such a fancy restaurant like yours staying open this late was strange. I know most restaurants like yours pride themselves on closing quickly, so I was just a little concerned and wanted to check and make sure everyone is okay.” Ladybug smiled sweetly, moving a little closer to the door.
“I thank you for your concern Ladybug, but everyone here is just fine. We’re just doing some unexpected cleaning in the kitchen. One of our busboys accidentally spilled a few buckets of dirty plates. Truly a big mess that has kept us behind. We’re all uninjured, just cleaning up the mess,” the manager explained. Ladybug couldn’t help but notice as his nose grew darker and more purple-ish.
“I thought you all were doing inventory? At least, that’s what your doorman said.”
The manager froze as he realized his mistake. “Ah...yes we are also doing some inventory. That’s why there are a few of us here. But trust me everything is under control. I hope you have a good night, and thank you again for your concern.”
The manager, who she realized she never got the name of, tried to quickly close the door, but Ladybug moved her foot right between the door and the frame. It hurt just a bit, but she was grateful her suit protected her from most of the pain.
“With all due respect sir, I frankly don’t believe you. You can either let me in peacefully, or I will call in some back-up to help let me in.” Ladybug glared at the manager, and she could see him slowly realizing that he couldn’t win this battle.
Sighing, the manager opened the door back up for Ladybug. “Right this way.”
Ladybug grinned as she walked proudly through the doors.
“Oh, you might want to get some ice for that nose. I guess I still don’t know my strength.”
XXX
After maybe 10, the manager, who she learned was Mr. Colby Jacques, had only shown her the three main dining rooms with no signs of any workers that should have been there. The only worker she had seen was the one who ran to get Colby an ice pack.
“Uh, Colby, where are the other workers? I thought you said there were a few of you who stayed behind?” Ladybug asked, looking around. She was mostly looking for potential hiding spots for Chat and Alya, but so far she had not seen any possible spots.
“Oh, they’re all in the kit- I mean they must have gone home if they’re not around here. After all, no point in staying at work if you’re already done. So that means there’s no need for you to check on them!”
Colby immediately tried to turn Ladybug back in the direction of the front of the restaurant, but Ladybug had already picked up on his slip-up. They’re probably hiding in the kitchen.
“Oh, but you wouldn’t mind me checking out the kitchen, would you? Just to be sure no one else is here.”
Beads of sweat appeared on Colby’s face despite the fact there was an ice pack on his nose. “I-I guess that should be fine.”
“Purrfect!”
Ladybug allowed Colby to guide her to the kitchen doors where it was very obvious there were people in the kitchen.
“Oh, wow, I guess there are some people still here.” Mr. Jacques, sweating, had yet to let up, and she was pretty sure if he took off his blazer that there would be sweat stains on his shirt.
“Good thing we decided to check here then.”
Colby grimaced, or maybe he smiled she couldn’t really tell, as he pushed open the door to the kitchen.
The first thing Ladybug noticed upon entering the room was Chat and Alya, sharing what looked like and oreo cheesecake. They each had their own fork, and their arms were linked as they both ate their pieces of cheesecake. A group of kitchen staff stood around them watching them for their reactions.
“Aha! I caught you two!” Ladybug exclaimed, pointing at the two. Both of them turned and stared eyes-wide at Ladybug, clearly not expecting her outburst.
“L-ladybug! What are you doing here? At this clearly closed restaurant?” Chat asked nervously.
“I should be asking you the same thing, Chat. What are you doing here? After hours? Dressed fancy? With Alya Cesaire?” Ladybug crossed her arms and raised her eyebrow.
Alya and her kitty shared nervous looks as if they were trying to figure out what to tell her.
“Alya and I are madly in love!” Chat declared, pulling Alya closer.
“I can’t believe it!” even if the thought had passed through Ladybug’s mind multiple times during the past few days. “Alya, I am ashamed. I thought as the Ladyblogger you would be a good example of what citizens should be like. Dating both my kitty and another man. Dishonor on you. Dishonor on your cow. Dishonor-”
“We’re not dating!” Alya interrupted, pulling herself away from a starry-eyed Chat. “We’re not dating! And I could certainly never cheat on Nino. He knows I’m here. With Chat.”
Ladybug frowned. “Oh, but then what are you doing here if you’re not on a date?”
Alya gave Chat a look. “Do you want to tell her? Or should I?”
“No, I will.” Chat sighed, pulling himself out of whatever daze he had been in. “We’re here because we were planning a surprise birthday party for you. Surprise!”
“But I never told you when my birthday is.” Ladybug furrowed her brow.
“True, but you did tell me that you’re a Leo, so I figured sometime during Leo season would work,” Chat explained, shrugging his shoulders.
“Okay, if that’s the case then why were you guys just eating the cheesecake like that?” There were just so many questions and things that didn’t add up. She needed to know before her brain exploded.
“Because someone saw it in a movie and wanted to try,” Alya said while tilting her head towards Chat.
“I thought it’d be cute!” Chat defended.
“Okay okay. Why isn’t Nino helping out?”
“He is but we were only allowed two people to come to the restaurant.”
“That-that makes perfect sense. I guess I’m just curious then, but what was in the envelope you gave Chat the other night?”
Chat and Alya blinked, surprised.
Chat brought his hand up to scratch behind his head. “Wow, I didn’t know you knew about that, but uh it was just a list of party things to get. Ya know for the party.”
“Oh. I-I guess that’s all I was confused about. I guess all of this was just one big misunderstanding?” Ladybug softly laughed.
“Yeah, though we probably didn’t help matters,” Chat moved over to Ladybug and wrapped his arm around her.
“Yeah,” Alya agreed. “It’s kinda funny cause I really couldn’t see us together at all.”
“Oh totally, we’d be too chaotic to actually get any dating done. It wouldn’t work out.”
“Yeah…” All three agreed simultaneously.

Kitty
Request; Yes or No
(Y/N) glared holes into the article. They spoke about Batman saving the day again when (Y/N) had also helped. (Y/N) had always been stuck in Bruce's shadow. With school, sports, and even the company they had started together. Sometimes girls and guys only spoke to him to get closer to Bruce. (Y/N) was tired of it. He huffed, standing up and changing into his hero suit. He left the mansion, taking a spot on a building that looked over part of Gotham.
"What's a babe like you doing out here on a night like this?" He heard a sultry voice ask. (Y/N) turned his head, looking at Catwoman. He sighed. He wasn't in the mood to be taunted by his brothers' ex.
"What? Couldn't find a bank to rob?" (Y/N) asked. Selina took a seat beside him.
"Purrhaps I was just looking for a furend." She said, a seductive smile toying at her lips.
"Don't you have Ivy and Harls?"
"Yeah, but I wanted a more... Masculine companion." Selina placed a hand on his bicep. (Y/N) shook his head, looking away from her.
"Go toy with Bruce then." He grumbled.
"Ah, that's it. Something happened with Bruce." Selina crossed one leg over the other, tapping her claws against the ledge.
"I'm not in the mood, Selina." (Y/N) grunted.
"Well that's unfurtunate." She stood up, pulling him along.
"Come on, babe. We're both in the need of some comfort." Selina purred, winking. She led him from rooftop to rooftop til they got to an apartment complex.
"Promise not to rat me out to the police next time I get in a bit of trouble?" She opened a window, entering the apartment. Selina tossed her mask to the side, letting her short hair fall. (Y/N) hesitantly took off his own mask, glancing around.
"Here, babe." She handed him a glass of wine. (Y/N) took it, taking a seat on the couch. Selina plopped down next to him, sipping on her wine.
"Tell me babe, what got your paws in a twist today?" She asked. (Y/N) rolled his eyes at her words causing her to chuckle.
"Nothing.. I was just reminded that my brother is better than me in every single way." (Y/N) answered, chugging back the wine. Selina cocked a brow, watching him pour himself some more.
"How come?"
"Everyone only sees him. I'm just the brother.." (Y/N) glanced at her. Selina watched him, feeling a bit bad.
"Why not go solo? Do your own thing." Selina tilted her head.
"I live with him."
"You can always keep me company." She winked. (Y/N) leaned back, thinking about it.
"The public-"
"Would think that you're a playboy going out with your brothers' purrfect ex." Selina finished for him, sipping her wine. (Y/N) deadpanned.
"Right. I'm sure." He sighed.
"It's worth a shot." (Y/N) looked at her. Selina's cat-like eyes lit up.
(H/N) and Catwoman. It's what everyone spoke about. The new duo in town. Another thing people spoke about was Selina Kyle and (Y/N) Wayne. Many thought that Selina and Bruce were meant to be but their minds quickly changed when Selina and (Y/N) were spotted together. News spread like wildfire and soon enough, in almost every interview, Bruce Wayne was asked about it. (Y/N) was amused and happy. Finally, people saw him as (Y/N) Wayne, not Bruce Wayne's brother. His nephews were happy for him too. Jason was probably his number one fan considering (Y/N) was all up for killing the Joker.
"I look ravishing." Selina purred to herself as she spun around in front of the mirror. (Y/N) fumbled with his tie, groaning and giving up. Selina giggled, her heels clicking as she approached him and fixed it for him.
"There you go, babe." She smiled. It wasn't a flirty or coy smile, it was genuine. Over the months that they lived together, they both saw different sides to each other. Selina was much more than a seductive bad girl gone good and (Y/N) was more than a rich guy with family issues.
"Thanks for inviting me, (Y/N)." She said. Bruce almost never invited her to any big events. Some parties here and there but that was about it.
"Of course, Selina." He offered a smile. She locked arms with him and they left the apartment. Alfred greeted them, opening the limo door.
"Miss Kyle, Mr. Wayne." He greeted.
"Hello again, Alfred." Selina sent a dashing grin as she got into the limo. (Y/N) sat beside her, noticing her nervousness.
"Nervous?"
"Me? Selina Kyle, feline nervous?" She paused, sighing.
"Pawssibly." She mumbled. (Y/N) gently took her hand.
"You look amazing. Everyone's gonna be in awe when they see you." (Y/N) assured. Selina nodded, blushing lightly. They heard the sound of cameras going off and people yelling. Alfred opened the door and (Y/N) stepped out first, helping Selina out of the limo afterwards.
"(Y/N), are you and Selina dating?!"
"Mr. Wayne! Over here! Are you not on speaking terms with Bruce anymore?!"
"Selina! Are you two planning on getting married?!" Selina almost snorted. She giggled softly, looking at (Y/N). They continued walking, stopping from time to time so people could get pictures. (Y/N) greeted Dick, hugging him.
"Glad you two could make it!" He smiled. Selina stepped away so they could chat.
"Selina, do you have time for some questions?" A woman asked. Selina nodded, stepping forward.
"What's your relationship with (Y/N) Wayne? Are you two together or just friends?" Selina glanced over at (Y/N), smiling.
"I'd like to say we're more than just friends." She replied. The woman nodded.
"I assume you two met through Bruce Wayne. Is Bruce aware of your relationship with his brother?" Selina shook her head.
"I'm not sure but I don't think he knows." The woman hummed, nodding.
"Are you considering getting married with (Y/N)?" Selina giggled.
"Only time will tell." She said. The woman chuckled.
"Thank you for your time, Miss Kyle." Selina nodded, going back to (Y/N). She gently grabbed his tie, pulling him towards her and kissing him. People cheered and others frantically took pictures. Selina pulled back, winking. (Y/N) cocked a brow but didn't question it. The event went on smoothly with celebrities congratulating them and (Y/N)'s nephews teasing him. They eventually sat down at a table with the Wayne family. Bruce had a pretty redhead latched onto his arm but Selina made no mind to the model.
"(Y/N), Selina." He greeted, glancing at their hands.
"Bruce, long time no see." Selina leaned against (Y/N).
"How have you two been?" Bruce asked.
"We've been great." (Y/N) watched him like a hawk.
"I've been meaning to ask.. Why did you move out? Selina could've moved in with us." (Y/N) shook his head.
"Living in your shadow was starting to get boring. I needed live with someone who wasn't gonna brush me off and put me below them." (Y/N) replied cooly, glancing at Damian when he snickered quietly. Selina proudly and smugly watched Bruce's face drop.
"I.. I didn't know you felt like that."
"How could you? You barely listened to me." The redhead frowned.
"Give Brucey a break-"
"This is family business." Selina hissed, cutting her off. (Y/N) paid the redhead no attention.
"I'm stepping away from the company. Give my position to Dick. He deserves it." (Y/N) said. Dick looked up from his champagne, surprised.
"Wait, seriously?" He asked. (Y/N) nodded. Dick's eyes lit up and he became much brighter than before.
"Oh Lord.." Damian mumbled. Tim quietly sipped on his coffee as the redhead excused herself to the bathroom.
"Watch out, Bruce. We might kick you off that high horse of yours." Selina warned with a grin. (Y/N) chuckled, shifting his attention onto the stage. Maybe he should marry her.
Count how many cat puns I sprinkled in.

50 Things Men Should Know (Or, How Adrien Agreste Becomes a Man): Stop a Running Toilet/Give a Speech
Rating: T
Pairing: Adrienette
Read from beginning
Read current chapter on Ao3
Stop a Running Toilet
Adrien actually felt the universe shift when he saw Marinette standing before him. Of course she was Ladybug. He’d always slightly suspected, but every time his suspicions became clearer, she’d done something to throw him off. Knowing it was really her—nothing could have prepared him for the feeling that wrenched at his heart in that moment.
He loved her.
He knew he loved Ladybug, but now that he knew—he loved Marinette just as much. He always had, he realized, and he just wanted to hold her in his arms and kiss her until everything was okay.
But the look on her face stopped him. She wasn’t smiling, instead she was staring at him with something akin to horror.
His heart dropped, feeling like it fell out of his body and plummeted down to the dirty streets below them. He was suddenly reminded it was his fault, his father that had caused everything, and he was just as much to blame. He should have known!
Lady—Marinette wasn’t going to forgive him. And she shouldn’t.
“Adrien,” she murmured softly. Her voice was soft, and he steeled himself for her next words. Did she hate him? Was he going to lose his friend along with his partner?
Was she going to demand Plagg back?
He wasn’t expecting her to rush towards him and wrap her arms around him. “Oh, Adrien, I’m so sorry,” she murmured, her body warm as she embraced him.
“I’m the one who should be sorry,” he muttered. “I should have known. I should have found out sooner, I should’ve—I just ran away, like an idiot, I’m so sorry my Lady…”
“You have nothing to apologize for,” she said fiercely. “Nothing. I understand why you left now, and—I don’t blame you.”
“So you forgive me?” he asked, dusting off his heart as he dared to pick it up again.
She chuckled. “Of course I do, you silly cat. We’re friends, aren’t we?”
He hugged her tighter, just relishing in the feeling of being held, being wanted, before he pulled away. “You know, I kind of thought this reveal would go differently.”
“How so?” she asked.
“You’d see how devastatingly handsome I am, and fall for me on the spot,” he replied with a rakish grin that felt odd to do without the mask. “Of course, that was the idea before—before my father, and before I knew that you…” He waved his hand in a vague motion as his words trailed off. “But I’m really glad we’re friends, Marinette.”
She had an odd look on her face, just for a moment, before it was replaced by the soft smile that he loved to see on her. “Yeah. We’re friends.”
He wasn’t going to stop loving her, but he could dial it back to friendship if that’s what made her more comfortable. At least he was going to keep his Lady in his life.
“Anyways, now I’m definitely helping you finish that list of yours,” she said, smiling. “I can tell it’s really helping you.”
“Thanks,” he said. “There’s actually—one of the things is giving a speech, and I figured—I thought, if this went well, I could do something to let people know I’m back. I-if that’s okay with you!”
“That’s a good idea,” she said. “I’ll swing by Alya’s after this and see about doing some sort of Ladyblog announcement.”
“I’m not sure what I’m going to say, though,” he admitted with a small smile.
“Then—let’s talk about it.” She sat down on the rooftop, patting the space beside her. “Just you and me, Kitty.”
**
Much later, Adrien finally returned home. He went through his typical bedtime routine and crawled under the covers, ready for a night of sleep after the emotional toll of the day suddenly hit him.
But then he heard a sound from the bathroom. His toilet was flushing—and flushing, and flushing and flushing and—
With a groan, he got up and headed into the bathroom. This had happened before, but he just called one of the night staff to fix it. Now, he didn’t have that luxury.
A part of his mind was excited—this is what he wanted! Handling things on his own! Being an adult! But a larger part of his mind just wanted to sleep.
He lifted the lid off the back of the toilet and stared down into the thankfully clean looking water. It was shimmering as it ran, but one thing was very clear: Adrien had no freaking clue what he was doing. So, he grabbed his phone and did a quick search.
Comparing his toilet to the one in the video, he quickly realized the chain under the water was caught on something—it was an easy fix to reach in and uncatch it, letting the toilet finally quiet down. Then, it was just a matter of vigorously washing the toilet water off his hands.
By the time Adrien got back to bed, it was 2 AM. It seemed like a lifetime ago that he’d talked to Ladybug—to Marinette. And before he could think about her too much, he was asleep.
Give a Speech
Alya was still awake when Ladybug came by, and she was more than happy to arrange for Chat to give a speech to the Ladyblog followers.
“So, why did he stay gone so long?”
Ladybug shook her head. “I’m sorry, but that’s a personal reason, and it’ll be up to him if he wants to tell you. What’s important is he’s back now.”
“You must be relieved.”
Ladybug smiled. “You have no idea.”
**
Marinette: alya agreed. Normal patrol time tonight okay?
Adrien: purrfect 😼
Marinette set down her phone and relaxed in bed, not quite willing to get up yet. “Hey, Tikki?”
“Yes?” the small kwami asked, floating over to her.
“You knew Chat was Adrien, didn’t you?”
Tikki nodded. “Even if I wanted to tell you, the magic prevented me from doing so. I think it’s good you chose to do the reveal on your own.”
“Chat…he always said he loved Ladybug. Loved me,” she murmured. “Do you think now that he knows who I am, he might be able to love me again?”
Tikki was silent for a long moment, and then said, “I can’t tell you the future, Marinette. You should just do what feels right for you.”
“I can’t lose him as a friend,” she said resolutely. “He’s been through too much, and I’m going to be there for him in any way I can. He said he’s glad to have me as a friend, and I’m going to be the best friend I can for him.”
“But what about you?”
She sighed. “I’ve been in love with him for six years without making any progress. What’s the rest of my life, really?”
“Marinette.”
“Don’t be so down, Tikki, I’m going to try and move on. I just—the way I love him keeps changing, and hopefully, someday, it’ll be at the point where I won’t be hurt by it anymore. Till then, I can be happy being his friend.” She stretched and got out of bed. “All right, time to get up, and see if Papa needs any help in the bakery today.”
**
The day went by agonizingly slow, but it was at least broken up by texts from Adrien. He wanted to go over every detail of what he was going to say to Alya, and Marinette was absolutely happy to help him. She couldn’t help the way her heart leapt each time her phone chimed, or the way she smiled at her phone as it set in that Adrien wanted her help.
Reminding herself that Adrien was Chat, was her best friend, did nothing to stop the flutters in her stomach.
Finally, she transformed and met Chat at a building across the street from Alya’s place, and the two superheroes headed there together, meeting the reporter on her roof.
She was almost vibrating with excitement, and cried, “Chat Noir! It’s good to see you back!”
“It’s good to be back,” he replied.
“So, let’s get right to it,” she said, pulling out her phone to record him. “Why did you leave?”
He flashed a smile at the camera. “Cat’s secret,” he said with a charming wink. “But I do want to let the people of Paris know that I’m back, and Ladybug and I will keep the streets safe for everyone again!”
“Are you going to leave again?” she asked.
“Not planning on it,” he replied with a shrug. “Next time I’m out of Paris will be when my Lady accepts my proposal and we go on our amazing honeymoon.”
He leaned close to Ladybug with a suggestive eyebrow waggle, and she just rolled her eyes before lightly pushing him away with a finger to the tip of her nose. It was just an act, she reminded herself. They couldn’t let everyone know their dynamic had changed. They’d discussed this.
He didn’t actually want to marry her.
“So, what do you want to say to the people of Paris?” Alya asked. “There’s gotta be a reason you came to find me instead of just randomly hanging out. Ladybug wouldn’t tell me anything when you were gone.”
Ladybug shot her a look, and she gave a sheepish shrug.
Chat took a breath, rolling his shoulders back to ready himself. “I want to address the people of Paris. It’s not fair to leave everyone in the dark for so long.”
Alya nodded silently, making sure the camera was focused on him. Ladybug stood by his side, her fingers brushing his, but also stayed quiet to let him speak.
“I’m sorry,” he said, all humor gone from his voice. “I did have personal reasons for disappearing, which I cannot share, but I’m sorry about how I left. You, people of Paris, deserved to have some closure after being terrorized for so many years.”
He took a deep breath before continuing. “Hawkmoth is defeated, and at this time, we are not aware of any other threats facing our city. But we won’t be going away—Ladybug and I will stay protectors of Paris and keep you safe. If anything, or anyone, tries to threaten this city again, we will stop them.”
He squeezed Ladybug’s hand, glancing at her, his eyes wide. She squeezed back and smiled at him before addressing Alya.
“Are we good?”
Alya nodded, shutting off the phone. “Yeah. I’ll edit and post it tonight.”
“Thank you,” she replied. “Thanks for…everything. It’s good to know we can count on you.”
“Off the record,” Alya said abruptly, making a show of putting the phone in her pocket, “Chat, are you okay? I just—I know we’re not the closest, but I’ve been on your team and we’re kinda friends…”
“We’re definitely friends,” he replied. “And—I will be okay. There’s a lot going on, which I can’t talk about, but thank you for caring. It means a lot.”
“Anytime,” she said. “If you ever want to come over and just hang out? No cameras. I’ll be here.”
Chat abruptly stepped forward and hugged her. “Thank you,” he murmured as she returned the friendly embrace. “Thank you so much.”
**
Chat and Ladybug sat on top of the Eiffel Tower together, watching the city lights below them
“Do you think it went well?” he asked.
She nodded. “People will just be glad you’re back. I know I am.”
“Technically, I never left.”
She turned to smile at him, ignoring how her heart pounded at the soft, uncertain look on his face. “Yeah, that’s true. But still—I missed you.”
He looked at her, his smile sweet. “I missed you too.”

Cuddles
Day 29 is donee!! And that leaves only one more day of Adrienette April D: D:. Ima miss themmm! I hope you guys like this chapter tho <3. It’s another post-reveal, pre-relationship bc it’s my fave hehhe
AO3
Marinette lifted an eyebrow curiously at the boy who had just flopped into her lap. Slowly, a smile formed on her lips as she stared down at Adrien who looked up at her rather pitifully. She put down her sketchbook, running her hands through his hair and watching as his eyes fluttered closed.
How can he be so cute? He’s too adorable for his own good. It makes getting over him absolutely impossible, Marinette sighed in her mind. Cuddling him closer, she murmured, “Long day, kitty?”
Adrien simply nodded with a long exhale. “Yep. I had an awful, long photoshoot today and then I had to go to fencing practice and do my tutoring after that.”
He huffed, his blonde hair swaying slightly as he pouted rather sulkily. Unable to stop herself from giggling lightly, she ruffled his blonde curls. “Well, at least you were able to come over.”
He immediately brightened, looking up at her with a brilliant grin that caused her heart to stutter in her chest. His emerald eyes then glimmered at her mischievously as his grin turned into a smirk. “You’re absolutely right! And all I had to do was tell my father that we had a group project I needed to study for.”
Marinette threw her head back in a laugh, scratching right where his ears would be if he was transformed. Her eyes had closed due to her giggles so she missed the rather silly, lovestruck smile Adrien sent her. Eventually, when she calmed down, she looked down at him, biting her lip to stop her wide smile from getting too big. “You know, sometimes I wonder how it took me so long to figure out your identity. It’s so obvious that you’re Chat Noir.”
Adrien chuckled before purring at her, “That’s because I was purrfect at hiding my identity from you, m’lady. You, not so much.”
“What do you mean?” she frowned, feeling slightly offended. There were many times that she went to great lengths to keep her identity safe. How could he say that she wasn’t good at hiding it?
“Well,” he started with a shrug. “I had strong suspicions that it was you from the very beginning. In fact, if it wasn’t for the Multimouse incident I would have probably figured it out a long time ago.”
“Ah, yes, Multimouse,” Marinette said, rolling her eyes. “Where I managed to come up with a way to produce two of me and you just acted like you didn’t know what type of school it was.”
Adrien laughed before wiggling his eyebrows at her. “But it worked, didn’t it?”
Rolling her eyes again with a fond smile, she flicked him lightly on the forehead. “You’re such a dork.”
“But I’m your dork,” he said, giving her a goofy grin.
Marinette’s heart raced with that declaration. Did he have any idea what he did to her? Sometimes, she wished she could fluster him even half as much as he flustered her.
Adrien then pouted, nudging into her hand which had paused from its previous track in his hair. Giggling quietly, she resumed her ministrations, enjoying the way that he cuddled even closer to her. If only she could brush a soft kiss against his lips. It would make this moment that much more perfect.
They sat in silence for a few minutes before a small furrow appeared between his brows. Glancing to the side, he murmured, “I remember how disappointed I was after I saw Multimouse, though.”
Marinette blinked at him in surprise. “What do you mean? Why were you disappointed?”
“Because it really did mean that Ladybug wasn’t you.” Adrien shrugged, his lips pursing.
Shock flooded through her as she tensed up. He noticed immediately, gazing up at her with a look of concern. He called her name hesitantly which snapped her out of her daze. Marinette looked down at him seriously, asking her question rather pointedly, “You were disappointed when you thought that Ladybug wasn’t me?”
“Yeah,” Adrien blinked like he didn’t quite understand why she was so shocked.
“Why?” She shook her head in confusion as she searched his gaze, wondering if she could somehow find the answer in his eyes.
“Well,” Adrien’s cheeks flushed as he gestured to her. “Because you’re you and I couldn’t imagine Ladybug being anyone else.”
Marinette gulped before stuttering, “E-even back then?”
“Of course,” he said simply, “You’re amazing, Marinette. I’ve known that for a while now.”
She let out a startled squeak and before she was able to stop herself, her lips pressed against his lightly. Immediately, she scrambled back though, jostling him from her lap as she fell onto the floor. Grimacing, she began stuttering out apologies, “Oh my god, I am so so sorry, Adrien. I-I don’t know why I did that. I know you’re over me and that was entirely my fault. Please, please forgive me.”
Adrien’s eyes which had closed during the quick kiss, immediately popped open once she said that. He frowned down at her before slowly sliding from her chaise to join her on the floor. Cautiously, he asked. “You think I’ve gotten over you?”
Marinette’s mouth fell open at that. Clearing her throat, she asked, “W-well, haven’t you?”
Slowly, he shook his head and her mouth dropped open even wider at that. He couldn’t be serious? Could he? She was about to ask him another question, when he beat her to it. “Didn’t you get over me?”
Her whole face flamed as she shook her head rapidly. Her heart thundered in her ears as she gnawed on her lower lip. Marinette peered over at him nervously as Adrien drew even closer to her, cupping her cheek lightly. She leaned into his palm as her eyes fluttered closed.
Quietly, he murmured, “You don’t ever need to apologize for kissing me, Marinette. In fact, I was wondering if we could do it again?”
She squeaked, barely able to nod before their lips connected again. Her nose bumped lightly against his as she immediately wrapped her arms around him. She tilted her head, deepening the kiss as she nibbled at his bottom lip. Adrien sighed into her lips as tingles raced up and down her spine.
Eventually, she pulled back for air, gasping for breath as she looked over at him. His cheeks were flushed and his eyes were still closed as he smiled brightly. Butterflies roared to life in her chest as Marinette laughed. “We really are idiots, aren’t we?”
Adrien’s eyes opened as he beamed directly at her. “Most of the time, yes we are.”
Throwing herself back into his arms, she hugged him tightly. Leaning in, she left another light peck on his lips as she murmured, “I hope you know I’m never letting you go again.”
“Please don’t,” Adrien whispered before connecting their lips in a much longer kiss.

Welcome to a mane event! Some might be wondering if I have any drinks to put hair on your chest. Today we are going to focus instead on ones that put hair around your neck. The color of this cocktail gives away its transformative nature. Tawny gold, coupled with a strong level of alcohol to juice, ensures the imbiber will find themselves feline fine. Without further ado, I present.
The Lion
Ingredients
-The juice of 1-2 oranges as desired
-1 shot rum, Captain Morgan’s Orange Creamsicle is amazing
- ½ shot Midori, the real stuff
- ¼ shot Grand Marnier
-Splash of Grenadine to even out the color
To gather these ingredients is to purrfect an exercise in specificity. Use your fine senses to track down a ripe, succulent orange. The juicier the better. One can never go wrong with Valencia. These things should have a good heft to them. If you can lift an orange in your paws like it is a balloon, pass. Do not worry about the fact you have paws out of the blue. Anyone who follows these recipes should have no problem rolling with the punches. I suggest stocking up on some quality oranges. You will want multiples, or perhaps desire to start your own pride. No judgement!
Secondly, we must discuss rum. You are looking for this specifically. Captain Morgan’s Orange Creamsicle rum. Trust your feline instincts, you need that cream. This stuff creates the most pleasing, nuclear orange cocktail the hue of Mufasa’s chest hair. If you want to make The Lion king, then do yourself a favor and get to hunting. This stuff sold out quickly here. Some lionesses must have been busy. Regardless, if one cannot find this delicious treat, simply pick your favorite white rum. The color will not be as nice, but I understand that times are tough.
Next on the list is Midori. Buy name brand. You can find it, and its worth every penny. The things one can do with this nuclear green liquor would astound. The perfect zip of melon will bring out the orange in anyone’s mane. This is a must have for any bar. It is the difference between being a house cat and a big cat. One’s flavor is mewling, the other bold and majestic! Be a big lion, buy the good stuff.
Now Grand Marnier is a bit expensive. However, you do not use a lot per drink, and often they sell tiny bottles. I suggest going big and buying one to last. This liquor is the key to making good Margaritas into exceptional ones. Often just a splash in any home mix will create something complex. Fun fact. Retractable claws make removing the wax seal extra easy! Who says transformation is always punishing.
Grenadine. Go buy some. It is at Walmart.
Now that everything has been gathered, we can break out our shaker and free the beast! Toss in a few cubes of ice, and measure twice. This drink needs to be shaken like crazy. If you do not feel the frostbite in your poor paw beans, then it is not shaken enough. What comes out of the bottle will astound you with the color. This is a more than sum of its parts drink. Now, take a sip!
Atta lion! Well, if you were not turning into one before, you certainly are now. There is no more delicious a trigger. The sweet orange and cream taste will linger on your tongue, washing away the alcoholic bite. You are going to have a hard time keeping your muzzle from going back for more. Just double the recipe if necessary! Give in to those primal urges, but drink responsibly. Hung over predators are dangerous.
Make sure you drink enough that the itching is not a problem. Fur growth is one thing but sprouting a mane quite another. Just brush it with your claws if things get a bit hairy. You do not want to try combing your mane out drunk, not the first time at least. Once you sober up in the morning, I am sure you will make a barber very happy! Trust me, you will enjoy the new style.
Fair warning. Consumption of The Lion can lead to dangerous desires for meat, hair care products, and the company of other lions. I suggest you do not resist and simply share the drink with friends. I am aware that the pandemic is going rampant. Therefore, it is your responsibility to ensure your pride comes from a safe social bubble. Wear a mask over your face when you go out on the prowl. Remember the circle of life. Respect the dangers and respect your fellows!
By this time, your tail should be growing in. I suggest investing in a nice apron for making these cocktails. You can stay safe for work and tear through less clothing! Fair warning, the splash of grenadine can lead to some wacky secondary shades of color in your tail fur. If it is the color of a strawberry, you may have used too much. However, again remember all felines are beautiful, except fascists.
It is probably about time for a cat nap if you have had as much of these as I have! Again: I am not responsible for how long you remain a lion after consuming this beverage. Nor do I accept any liability if you wind up living in a zoo, shredding your clothes, or accidentally becoming addicted to cat nip.
Oh yes! My garnish. I had considered trying to make something that looked like the sun from the opening of the Lion King. I used a simple peel of orange zest and nestled a bourbon-soaked cherry in the center. It looked great for a hot minute, but then it got a bit silly. I will toss my recipe for bourbon cherries later. (The secret is you use a lot of bourbon.)
As always give me a roar if you make the drink!

There are stray cats in every city. This includes Alicante, Magnus finds when he comes across a little kitten. Are he and Alec ready for this expansion of their family?
My second fill for @shadowhunterbingo! This is for the prompt Chairman Meow.
G | words: 1891 | ao3
Magnus walked through the streets of Alicante. He and Alec had moved to the nephilim capital only a week ago, and Magnus had to admit to himself that he felt out of place. He’d wanted to get out of the loft, not liking the sense of hiding there. Walking Alec to work had seemed like a good idea, but now he was alone to make his way home.
No one would dare harm him, and Magnus knew he was strong enough to stop any such an attack. But the feeling of being unwelcome hung over the city that had been locked in hatred for Magnus and his people for so long.
Magnus knew that being present, being seen, would begin to make changes in this. But damn did he miss New York. On these cobblestone streets, his fashion and makeup alone set him apart. Even those who did not look at him harshly or in judgment still stared, because Magnus was not what was expected.
Passing an alleyway, Magnus heard rustling. Concerned it might be someone trying to sneak up on him, Magnus brought his magic to his hands. Approaching the opening of the alley, Magnus saw a little shadow move, running into a pile of boxes (he should mention the need for recycling in Idris to Alec).
“I’m not going to hurt you,” Magnus called. Looking behind himself to see the street he was on was empty, he slipped further into the alley.
Whatever was there continued to try and move further into the boxes until it ran into the back of one. Magnus used his magic to right the box, the little creature tumbling to the bottom. He hurried forward, looking into the box to see a tiny grey and white tabby cat. It was still a kitten, and mewed up at him, scrambling on the side of the box to try and get out.
“Careful little one,” Magnus cooed, reaching his hand in. He let the kitten sniff it, before reaching up to scratch its head. The kitten put back its ears at first but started to purr when Magnus gently patted it. “What are we going to do with you?”
The kitten mewed again, but stopped trying to get out of the box. Magnus reached his other hand in to pick up. It stopped purring and started squirming as Magnus examined it.
“No collar and you look very skinny and dirty,” Magnus reported to the kitten. “I don’t think your anyone’s pet. Where is your mother?”
The kitten tried to claw him. He moved to cradle it, examining its stomach and paws.
“Tiny little toe beans,” Magnus cooed again, touching one of the front paws. The kitten spread its toes, claws still out. “Doesn’t look like you have any injuries. And I think you’re a little boy, aren’t you?”
The kitten meowed very loud at that.
“Yes, I know gender is a social construction.” Magnus rubbed the kitten’s head again, calming the kitten almost immediately. “Okay little boy, you’re coming home with me until I can think of a better plan.”
Standing, Magnus left the alleyway after looking around. There were no nephilim to be suspicious as to why the new High Warlock was lurking in alleyways. Stepping out, he headed quickly to the loft. The kitten remained content as long as Magnus was petting him.
Once back in the loft, Magnus made a beeline for the kitchen. Waving his hand to make kitten formula appear, he set about finding all his kitten care supplies. He’d helped strays for long enough that he had everything else on hand, from a little bottle to feed the kitten to some gentle flea shampoo.
The kitten squirmed in his grip, as Magnus put a little bit of water in the sink. It would barely cover the kitten’s legs and was warm and bubbly with the shampoo. Setting the little one in there was easy enough. And it turned out the kitten was one of those cats that enjoyed the water, so it took only a matter of minutes to get him cleaned up.
“You need a name don’t you?” Magnus asked the kitten as he dried him off.
The kitten gave a very commanding meow at that.
“How about... Chairman Meow?” Magnus chuckled to himself. “Like that?”
The kitten wandered over to sniff the formula.
“Look at that, you’re less grey and more white than I thought,” Magnus praised. “But you’re right, you must be hungry.”
Once Chairman had been fed, the kitten decided it was time to sleep. Magnus left him curled up on the couch and set about making a space for him. Magnus would guess he wasn’t box trained, and there were plenty of things inside the loft that could be dangerous to an exploring kitten. Making a playpen with a litter box, some toys, a bowl of water, and a bed, Magnus picked up the kitten and set him on his new bed.
“I have to get some work done, but I will be right there,” he told the kitten, pointing at the couch. Magnus would be able to keep an eye on Chairman from where he sat. Chairman just yawned, stretched a little, and curled back up.
Magnus settled, opening up his scheduler and pulling up his email on his phone. Before he knew it, between responding to emails and answering phone calls, the sun was heading to the later side of noon and Chairman was meowing loudly.
“It’s lunchtime, you’re right!” Magnus said, putting everything aside and standing. He stretched with a groan, and moved to look at the kitten. “You figured out the box! Very good.”
Chairman swatted at a toy, chasing after it when it slid across the floor. Magnus was pretty sure he was a little under 8 weeks old, so he would ideally still be with his mother. But, Magnus could see if he was interested in some solid food as well as the bottle. Crouching to push a toy to Chairman, he laughed as the kitten pounced on his hand instead. Chairman seemed to find his shiny rings very interesting.
“Now don’t bite them, that wouldn’t be good for your teeth,” Magnus advised. He conjured a fresh bottle and picked Chairman up to feed him. Chairman stuck his claws into Magnus’ hand to keep the bottle close. Magnus winced, but little scratches really were a risk that came with the job of having a kitten.
Magnus’ heart sank as he realized he was acting as if Chairman was here to stay. He had no idea what Alec would think of having a pet, especially one that could be as needy as a kitten was. Alec always liked and got along with the stray cats Magnus had befriended in Brooklyn, and the cats had always liked him. But right now, both Alec and Magnus were getting used to new jobs and a new city.
If Magnus was on his own... he would keep Chairman without a second thought. But the thing with a partnership was making decisions together, and Magnus was so happy to be married to Alec. That didn’t mean Alec would agree to a kitten, however.
While making himself lunch and a cup of coffee, Chairman managed to balance on Magnus’ shoulder. “If I find any cat hair, I know who to blame,” Magnus told him, and the kitten rubbed his cheek to Magnus’, purring.
Animals really were amazing. They tended to be able to tell who meant them harm and who could help them. Magnus seemed to have gained this little’s trust easily. And even if Magnus couldn’t keep him, he knew he could find Chairman a good home.
He put Chairman back in his little play area while he ate, but Magnus grabbed a pillow and sat with the kitten when he was done. He could complete his calls just as well from there, leaning against a bookshelf and playing with Chairman.
That was how Alec found him hours later. Chairman had fallen asleep on Magnus’ lap, and Magnus was petting him while talking on the phone. Alec raised an eyebrow but didn’t say anything while Magnus finished up his call. He just put down his bag, and set about making them drinks, as if it was completely normal to find his husband with a kitten.
“Alright, bye Dot,” Magnus said and ended the call.
Lifting Chairman gently, Magnus stood, setting the kitten back down on the pillow Magnus had been sitting on. Chairman snuggled into the warmth with the smallest sigh.
Magnus crossed the room to Alec, pulling his husband close by his waist. Alec leaned down to kiss him, and Magnus smiled. The kiss started out brief, almost lazy, but it grew quickly in warmth. Magnus settled against Alec, letting himself get swept away in the sensation of the kiss and the love he felt for this man.
Alec pulled back, seeming reluctant to do so as he pressed kisses to Magnus’ cheeks, the tip of his nose, his forehead. “As much as I would like to take this further,” Alec said, smiling down at Magnus, hands spread over Magnus’ lower back. “I feel we need to address the kitten in the room.”
Magnus nodded, leaning up on his toes to catch Alec’s mouth one more time. Pulling away, he took Alec’s hand and led him over to Chairman. “I found him when I was walking back to the loft. He seemed to be without a home or a mother, so I thought it best I take him with me.”
Alec knelt and reached out to pet the kitten. His big hand nearly dwarfed Chairman. Chairman just gave a little chirp in his sleep but doesn’t wake up. Magnus didn’t know which was cuter, the kitten or Alec’s soft smile while he petted Chairman.
“He needs some bottle feeding still,” Magnus said, crouching beside Alec. “I was thinking we should keep him until he is able to only eat solid foods and we know he’s box trained.”
“You want to give him away?” Alec asked, turned to Magnus with a frown.
“You want to keep him?” Magnus said, feeling his breath catch a little.
“Of course, if you do,” Alec stopped petting Chairman to turn and face Magnus completely. “I know there are a lot of things about New York you miss, including the cats. Plus it should work out fine, you work from home most days and I can feed him when I’m up early...”
Magnus could feel the smile growing on his face. “You think we’re ready for a pet?”
“Yes. And I think he will help make Alicante feel more like home,” Alec said, smiling back at Magnus. “But only if you agree.”
Magnus couldn’t contain his grin and decided to throw himself at Alec. Alec caught him easily, and they both laughed. “I might have already named him,” Magnus said, muffled a bit by Alec’s shoulder.
“What’s his name?”
“Chairman Meow,” Magnus said, pulling back to look Alec in the face.
Alec smiled a little wider, shaking his head. “Sound perfect.”
“Surely you mean purr-fect,” Magnus said, tapping his index finger to Alec’s nose.
“Magnus Lightwood-Bane,” Alec rolled his eyes dramatically with a pained groan.
“Alexander Gideon Lightwood-Bane,” Magnus said and winked.
“No bad puns in front of the baby.”

This drabble with Chloe and Chat Noir is dedicated to @goldensmilingbird to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY month! I hope your September has been amazing!
___
“I could’ve made that a whole lot easier, you know.” Chloe shut down the Queen Bee spotlight, turned her back on Chat Noir, and started towards the access door as if she was going to leave him standing on the roof by himself. “I don’t know why you’re bothering to come here after the battle.”
“Come on, Chloe. Don’t be like that. Ladybug and I are just trying to keep you safe.” Chat Noir followed her and reached out for her arm, but she stepped further away with a huff and spun on her heels.
“Wouldn’t I be safer if I had my Miraculous at all times?” She glared at him. “It isn’t fair that you get to keep Plagg and I only get to see Pollen for a split second before I’m thrown into the middle of a disaster and she’s taken away all over again. And how come that silly fox and turtle get to help you so much but I can’t?”
He hung his head. “I’m sorry. It’s not my call to make.”
“Whatever. I don’t even care anyway.” She crossed her arms. “It just sucks in general, that’s all.”
“You really like Pollen, huh?”
“Of course, I do. She’s as amazing as I am.” Chloe flipped her hair. “Why?”
He shrugged. “I really like Plagg too. He’s important to me. I guess I didn’t realize you felt that way about your kwami.”
She didn’t respond but went to the patio couch near the railing and sat down. Chat Noir followed her lead and took the other end of the couch. They both looked out over the city as the sun began to dip below the horizon.
“Are you lonely, Chloe?” His voice was soft but there was emotion behind his words. The question wasn’t a casual one and they both knew it.
She stiffened but the fight leaked out of her as quickly as it had come. “Yes,” she admitted. “It was nice having Pollen around all the time, even if it wasn’t for very long.” She finally looked back at him and saw something she recognized in his expression. “That’s how you feel about Plagg, isn’t it? You’re lonely too.”
“Him coming around changed my whole life.”
“I know what you mean.” She returned her attention to the sunset. “It is just so much easier to talk to her. People are...”
“Hard,” Chat Noir offered.
“Stupid,” she corrected.
He chuckled and shook his head.
“I don’t know how to act around them, I guess.” She studied her nails. “So sometimes it’s just easier to not need them around and obviously it’s their fault if they don’t want to spend time with me.”
“I don’t think I can give any advice about making friends. It’s harder than it seems.”
“Mmm.”
“And I can’t promise anything about being able to bring Pollen to you more, but maybe you and I can spend time together sometimes,” he said hopefully.
Chloe quirked an eyebrow in his direction and Chat Noir felt his cheeks heat beneath his mask.
He held up both hands. “I mean, we can both feel lonely together and maybe somehow it’ll help?” He pasted on a sheepish smile and she laughed.
“Whatever. I guess you’re not as annoying when you aren’t around Ladybug.”
“Thanks?” He shook his head. “I was about to say I enjoy your company but now I’m not sure I want to.”
“You already said it so no taking it back now.” Chloe fluttered her eyelashes at him. “Do you want to stay for dinner? I can get Jean-Claude to bring us something up.”
Chat Noir stretched his legs out and let his boots fall on the coffee table with a thud. “That sounds purrfect.”
“Ugh, this is going to be the worst,” Chloe groaned even as she scooted a little closer to rest her head on his shoulder.
Buy me a cherry coke?

Chapter Six
Adrien dove onto his bed, the springs squeaking beneath his weight. He felt five degrees warmer, like his joy was some tangible thing, its warmth spreading through his veins, right to his fingertips.
He whirled onto his back and gazed at the high ceiling, all too aware of the grin that filled his face. He'd bet all nine of his lives it'd been there for most of patrol, given the way his cheeks ached.
And boy, did he welcome the sensation.
It meant he wasn't dreaming.
Hadn't been dreaming.
Not when she'd cracked those purrfect puns.
Not when she'd said all those wonderful things.
Not when she'd accepted him, all of him.
If somehow he was dreaming, then clichés be damned, he never wanted to wake up.
Adrien drummed his fingers against the silk sheets of his bed. As terrible as it sounded, he almost hoped for an akuma, for a way to unleash all this energy, for a chance to see her again.
For a chance to be seen again.
Not as Adrien Agreste, the well-mannered model.
Not as Chat Noir, the boisterous superhero.
Just as him.
Loud chomps echoed off the marble tiles of his bathroom, where Plagg, of course, had taken up residence in a basket of dirty laundry.
"You're such a pig, Plagg," he called, rolling his eyes. "Are we not even gonna talk about what happened tonight?" Because, geez, he needed to get this out of his system.
Plagg's tiny head popped out from a sea of clothes. "You wanna talk about tonight? You mean"—mirth coated his every word—"how you're keeping your options open, Mr Heartbreaker?"
Adrien lurched upright on his bed. "I – What?" His hands twisted around his sheets. "No way, Plagg." His voice sounded drier than two-week-old toast. "I'm… I have a date with Kagami tomorrow. I've ordered roses, booked a nice rooftop – way harder than you'd think, by the way. It's all planned out!"
Plagg drifted over, half a wheel of Camembert clasped between his paws. "Oh please," he groaned, plonking his tiny butt on the mattress. "You just spent ten minutes smiling at the ceiling."
Adrien tensed, guilt writhing in his chest. "I – I wasn't—"
"This ain't my first rodeo, kid." He downed the rest of his cheese, and garbled, "I know a lovestruck kitty when I see one."
Adrien twisted his arms across his chest, a line forming between his brows. He was well aware that, just as there'd been other Ladybugs, there'd been other Chat Noirs. He didn't know much more than that, his main source of information being the Ladyblog. Plagg had never been the sentimental sort, after all.
Still, Plagg's words clung to his mind. Was he referring to a previous time he'd pined over Ladybug? Or perhaps a former black cat?
Adrien looked at his kwami, who'd since retrieved another wheel of Camembert from his minifridge. "Plagg, is this normal?"
Plagg looked up from his spot on the bed. "Huh?" He bit a big chunk of cheese off the wheel. "Whataya talking about?"
Adrien chewed the inside of his cheek. "Is it normal for Ladybug and Cat Miraculous Holders to… have… love dramas, I guess?"
Plagg shrugged. "Ehh. It happens." He stretched across the bed, not unlike an actual cat, and dragged out a yawn. "It's not that surprising, really. Yin and yang. Opposites attract. That kinda stuff."
Adrien's eyes sunk to his sheets, and he absently smoothed any creases in sight.
Yin and yang…
When it came to relationships, Adrien had no basis for comparison. Still, he was familiar with the concept. If he wasn't, his Chinese tutor – a middle-aged man with a rather impressive moustache – would probably berate him to no end. The man often threw tidbits of Chinese history and culture into their one-on-one lessons.
Adrien gripped his chin, eyes drifting to the ceiling.
Come to think of it, Master Fu had mentioned the concept too, when he'd visited that Syren akuma.
"Tell me, Adrien"—a smile slid across the Guardian's thin lips—"are you familiar with yin and yang?"
Adrien gazed at the container in his palms, filled with a rainbow of assorted cheeses. "I, uhh… Of course, Master." He looked up from the box, meeting Master Fu's gaze. "But… why do you ask?"
Master Fu reached for Adrien's hand, and grazed a wrinkled thumb across the surface of his ring. "One cannot exist without the other." His tone, like his face, turned solemn. "Always remember that."
One cannot exist without the other…
Was that to say he and Ladybug were like yin and yang?
Push and pull?
Two halves of a whole?
He supposed that wasn't exactly inaccurate.
Ladybug creates, she takes the lead, and she's almost always careful.
Chat Noir destroys, he follows, and at times, he's reckless.
And of course, the comparisons flowed deeper still.
Adrien threw his legs over the side of the bed, elbows propped on his knees. "Opposites attract," he breathed to himself.
Plagg peered up from the cheese in his lap. "What was that?" he managed through a generous mouthful.
Adrien shook his head. "Never mind." His shoulders slumped.
Ladybug didn't share his feelings. If opposites really did attract, shouldn't that be the case?
He frowned, taunted by words his kwami had uttered just minutes ago. As much as he hated to admit it, Plagg was right. He was still gushing over Ladybug—but what was the point?
Yes, she was undoubtedly amazing.
Yes, she was one of his dearest friends.
Yes, she'd said all those lovely things to him.
But none of that changed the way she felt about him, nor how she felt about that unnamed boy.
And it didn't change the fact he had a date with Kagami tomorrow.
Adrien pursed his lips. With thoughts like these running rampant in his mind, was it really so wise to be pursuing Kagami?
He hoisted himself off the bed, a strained sigh escaping his lips. "Plagg?"
"What's up, kid?" the kwami called, still lazing on the bed.
Adrien's hands curled into fists as he marched toward his open window. "I just – I need to think, that's all."
Plagg groaned, sagging into the mattress. "Don't tell me we're going out again?"
"You and I both know I think a lot better out there than I do in here." He held up his hand, his ring gleaming in the overhead lights. "Plagg, claws out!" In a flash of pale green, leather slid up Adrien's body—and instantly, he felt lighter, freer, himself.
His tail billowed behind him as he leaped into the window frame, and scanned the shimmering cityscape. A waxing moon hung above, its milky glow dimmed by the shadows of wandering clouds. And past the high, brick wall ahead, steel lampposts illuminated a quiet street, no spectators in sight.
With no destination in mind, Chat Noir vaulted off his window and into the Parisian night.
---
The drone of late-night traffic coated the cool, evening air, as Marinette spritzed her potted plants and hummed a merry tune. She'd been grinning like a goof since downing cake with her kitty. And boy, had it been nice – wonderful, in fact – to just chill out, crack puns, and discuss mundane things.
His favourite meal was sausages with mashed potatoes, something his mother had often cooked before personal chefs came into the picture.
His favourite video game, to her surprise, wasn't Ultimate Mecha Strike III, but Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. And he'd claimed Rainbow Roads was his favourite track, to which she'd of course questioned his sanity.
As for his favourite subject, that spot went to Physics. He'd even considered making a career out of it (when she'd asked about his modelling, he'd merely said that wasn't where his passions lay).
He'd described his favourite colour as bluebell, specifically. And in the moments that followed, as Chat Noir had gazed into her eyes, her heart had transformed into a dancing candlewick, melting beneath the warmth of that… utterly breath-taking smile.
With a wistful sigh, Marinette crossed her arms atop her balcony railing, spray bottle still clutched between her fingers. Fortunately, he'd left her to ask most of the questions. Her identity was still a secret and tonight, he'd seemed more or less okay with that.
She knew that wouldn't last. Her kitty was stubborn, something she was painfully aware of, and it was only a matter of time until talk of her identity resurfaced. After all, Chat had made a fair point. What if something happened to her?
At that, memories of a fragmented moon flashed through her mind. What if she revealed her identity and something happened to him?
And what of Kagami? Adrien was clearly pursuing a relationship with her. Would unveiling herself as Ladybug come between that? Kagami was her friend, and as much as Marinette cared for Adrien, derailing what he had with Kagami wasn't really what she wanted.
No, she just wanted harmony.
And for Adrien to be happy.
Even if it wasn't with her.
Marinette heaved a sigh, slumping a little against the railing. Right now, she felt like the walking definition of "indecisive". With so many unknowns, how could she possibly make the right choice? What if she failed again and—
"Hello," came a hesitant murmur.
With a squeak, Marinette leaped back at record speed, juggling the spray bottle as though entangled in a game of hot potato. Once she had a steady grip on its handle, she lurched the plastic head toward the owner of that voice, finger on the trigger.
Green cat-eyes stared back at her, a flinch twisting the face of their owner.
She lowered her weapon, tension leaving her shoulders. "Chat Noir?"
He was perched on all fours atop a copper chimney cap. "Sorry, Marinette." He dropped to the balcony railing, just an arm's length away. "I didn't—"
"—mean to frighten me?" She offered a smile, one he returned in kind. "If I didn't know any better, I'd think you were doing this on purpose."
He chuckled. "This cat's not one for preying on mice. Promise." The slightest smirk he wore had her anticipating one of his infamous jests. "Speaking of which, that was quite the high-pitched squeak you did there." His smirk widened. "Purrhaps I should call you Marimouse from now on?"
She rolled her eyes. "It was one freak-out." Granted, her kitty had borne witness to a great many of her freak-outs… but he didn't know she knew that.
He snickered. "Well, I was also inspired by how you're Multimouse."
"Was Multimouse."
A faint chuckle was the only answer Chat gave her. With perfect poise, he seated himself atop the balcony railing, one leg drawn to his chest, the other dangling over the edge. He seemed to be getting comfortable. Did he plan to stay a while?
Marinette's mind drifted months into the past, and her smile grew. To think, it had been Adrien who'd dropped by her balcony that night. Adrien who'd gone out of his way to cheer her up. Adrien who'd confided in her about his love troubles.
That fact was ironic and sweet in equal measure.
Or maybe one part ironic, two parts sweet?
One part ironic, three parts sweet?
Or—
No, if she didn't stop now, she probably never would.
Marinette pressed her lips together, if only to bite back a laugh.
"So," Chat started, "it's a little late to be watering plants, isn't it?"
She didn't miss the slight, playful lilt in his voice. In fact, it had her lips quirking up at the corners. She set the bottle down on a weather-worn table and gripped her hips. "It's a little late to be scaring the pants off of unsuspecting girls, isn't it?"
He gave her a once-over, then flashed a smirk. "Speaking of which, nice pyjamas."
Marinette tensed, stealing a glance at her sleepwear. Of course, she'd reached for the dark blue ones with silhouettes of yellow cats. She jutted her nose into the air. "Just so you know, I got these before you came along."
"So, you like cats, huh?" His smirk stretched with his next words, "Cat say I blame you." He winked.
She groaned despite the grin that had slapped itself on her face. "What're you even doing here, Chat Noir?" With folded arms, she leaned against the railing and looked up at him. "Don't you have, like, more important things to do?"
Chat shrugged. "Nah. Not really." He stared skyward, any amusement now gone from his face. "I had some stuff on my mind and…" His eyes sunk to his leather-clad lap, a sigh sliding through his lips. "Let's just say, this cat hates being locked up with his thoughts."
Thoughts?
What thoughts?
Had Ladybug not reassured him as much as she'd believed?
Such questions lingered near the fringes of her mind, but prying answers out of him wasn't her place. Or rather, it wasn't Marinette's place.
"So," she drawled instead, "is this becoming, like… a regular thing? Late night visits to my balcony?"
Chat straightened where he sat. "Sorry." He reached for his staff, tucked above his tail. "I – I can—"
"No!" Marinette gripped his wrist before he could draw his staff, and he blinked down at her. "I didn't mean it like that. Really."
His eyes left hers, trailing the length of her arm to fall on her hand, still around his wrist.
Suddenly, she was all too aware of the wild hammering in her chest. Clearing her throat, she pulled that hand to her side, heat prickling her ears. "You're always welcome here, Chat Noir."
Chat smiled, resettling in his makeshift seat atop the railing. "Thanks, Marinette." He gazed at her, a familiar softness in his smile; one that slowly made its way to his eyes. "You're pretty great, y'know that?"
Marinette stared into those eyes—green, green, green—as vibrant as early spring. "So you are," she breathed, then shot ramrod straight. "I – I mean, so are you. I mean, it's – uh – the least I can do for – um – one of Paris' superheroes." She giggled, as strained as it was, and he gave a little chuckle in turn.
As a soothing silence washed over them, Marinette was reminded of the quiet, comforting lulls that often took place on their patrols, and her lips quirked up of their own accord. She glanced at her partner to find his sight set on some unseen thing. Whatever he was watching, the distance in his eyes showed he wasn't truly seeing it. Did being here, on her balcony, somehow help him to think?
She supposed that made sense. Being up here certainly helped whenever she had something on her mind.
"So," Marinette drawled, "did you, uhh… wanna talk about what's bothering you?"
He continued to stare into the distance. "It's… kinda complicated."
"Oh. Um – Fair enough." She managed a smile. "It's your private business and that's totally fine."
"No, it's not like that." He looked at her, his fingers laced around the steel fencing on which he sat. "It's just… kinda hard to explain, is all."
"Well, I've got time if you wanna give it a try." His eyes dropped, and hers followed the path they took. Only then did she realise her hand was atop his own, as though her inner-Ladybug had taken over, hoping to comfort her partner. She pulled it to her chest, red flushing her cheeks. "That is, uhh – maybe everything will make a little more sense – you know – if you put it into words?" She cleared her throat. "I mean, doing that helps me sometimes."
Chat bit his lower lip, something she shouldn’t have found so darn adorable during their current conversation. "I just… I guess, uhh…" He looked away, shrinking into his shoulders. "After what happened with Weredad, I… don't wanna make you uncomfortable with my"—he mumbled his next words—"love problems."
Marinette stilled. "Wait," she blurted out, "you're upset about love stuff?"
But wasn't he pursuing Kagami?
Oh no. Had her advice failed?
Wouldn't be the first time…
Or the second…
Or the—
"Sorry." He stooped his head low, his blond bangs skimming his mask. "Love stuff's probably all I ever seem to talk about, huh?"
"No, it's fine," she insisted, with a frantic wave of her hands. "Really. I mean, love is, umm… complicated like that."
"Yeah, tell me about it."
Marinette caught herself reaching for his hand again; the moment she realised, she reached for one of her pigtails instead. "And, umm – forget about Weredad. I'm totally past that. Promise." She re-propped her arms atop the railing, if only to stop herself from reaching for him again. "If you wanna talk, I'm all ears!"
Chat pursed his lips, his eyes travelling across the darkened sky, where stars glittered like soft flicks from a paintbrush. "Well, you see"—he spared a glance her way—"I'm kinda seeing this girl. She's smart, brave, really pretty. Strong-minded too." The makings of a smirk tugged at his lips. "Actually, she's a lot like Ladybug." He huffed with amusement. "Is that bad?" A rhetorical question, it seemed, as he gave her no time to even dwell on it. "We're not official yet, but she thinks we are and… well…" That tiny smirk vanished. Instead, his shoulders sagged in time with his tail.
Marinette's brows gathered. After more than a year of akuma-fighting alongside her kitty, reading his body language was usually kitten's play. Now was no exception. "It almost seems like… you don't want to be official?"
His cat-ears drooped. "I don't know. I mean, I thought I did, but… you know how I feel about Ladybug."
A gasp lodged itself in her throat.
Oh no. This was about this evening, wasn't it?
It had to be.
But God, he'd just been so terribly down on himself and she'd needed to put a stop to it. Confusing him hadn't been her intention. Quite the opposite!
Chat's sigh thrust her from those thoughts. "I know she's in love with someone else. She has every right to be. It's just… hard, y'know?" This time, when he huffed, she got the sense it was from self-frustration more than anything else. "I keep thinking I'm getting over her”—he threw a hand through his mussed locks—"but then I see her at patrol and suddenly, it's like I'm falling for her all over again."
Marinette stared at her partner, a sharp pang in her heart.
She hated how true those same words rang for her; hated how she couldn't just tell him; hated how fiercely she wanted to.
But damn it, she couldn't. Not like this, for personal gain.
Yes, she returned his feelings – understatement of the century – and sure, revealing her identity and announcing her ginormous crush could fix Adrien's entire dilemma—but unveiling herself over something like this? That wasn't a guardian thing to do at all.
No, she'd just be cracking open a heaping silo of worms, and making more mistakes was something she just could not risk!
Once again, Chat continued, completely unaware of the frantic turn her thoughts had taken. "The second I saw Ladybug tonight, everything else just… melted away. It always does." His words were tender, brimming with affection, yet there was this heart-jerking ache about them. "She said such wonderful things to me, about me. I thought I was gonna explode."
Marinette pursed her lips—partly to hide the way they quivered, partly to stifle a strangled cry of – of what, exactly?
Joy?
Guilt?
Frustration?
Or perhaps desperation?
Was this what he'd meant about exploding?
"She—" Chat's voice cracked. "She even told me I was enough. No. More than enough." A ghost of a smile eased across his lips. "I don't think anyone's told me that since…" He chuckled, though it was harrowingly hollow. "Well, it's, uhh... been a long time."
Marinette was sure his grip on the railing had tightened. And was it a trick of the light or was he tearing up? He looked her way and the moment their eyes met, she had her answer. Just when she'd thought he couldn't tug her heartstrings any harder, the shaky smile he revealed proved her horribly wrong.
God, she hated this! All the lies and the secrets. The tiptoeing and half-truths.
It just wasn't fair. None of it.
Not on him.
Not on her.
They were a team.
How could they be their best with something so suffocating in the way?
Tears glossed her vision and suddenly, Chat Noir was no more than a flurry of shapes and colours. She looked away, avoiding his gaze, and smeared tears from her eyes with the back of a trembling hand.
“Oh no…”
Marinette heard faint steps upon wood. He must’ve swept from the railing to his feet.
“Did – Did I do that?" His hands eased onto her bare shoulders, their warmth radiating through her skin despite the leather gloves. "Marinette, I'm so sorry!"
How?
Just… Just how?
How was he so kind and selfless and utterly beautiful?
How could he suffer so silently, yet still find the strength to give others so much of himself?
Had she been transformed, she might've tackled her kitty in a fervid embrace. Her fingers twitched, yearning to pull him close, to comfort him as much as he did her, to give something of herself for once.
Instead, her jaw clamped in place as she fought back a guttural sob, and threw him the most convincing smile she could muster. "No, no," Marinette insisted, rubbing her reddening eyes. "It's not you. I'm just – Uh. The wind's a bit cold, that's all." She pointed up, as though the wind was some tangible thing. "It just – um – made my eyes sting. You know how those pesky breezes can be on your peepers!"
Chat rushed his hands up and down her bare arms. "I'm so sorry, Marinette." He scanned her balcony, as though hoping for a blanket to appear from thin air. "This suit sort of acts like a wind-protector, so I—"
"It's okay, Chat," said Marinette, a smile painting her lips. "I'll just consider this an excuse to have hot chocolate before bed."
He stilled at those words, and that soft smile was back—so Adrien, so Chat Noir, so him. "Well, when you put it like that." His smile spread. "Anyway, I should probably be going." His hands slid from her shoulders, one withdrawing his staff. "That hot chocolate of yours won't brew itself." He winked, and on light feet, took two steps toward the far end of her balcony.
"Chat Noir!"
Marinette grabbed his hand, and he stilled instantly, those green eyes watching her from over one shoulder. She pursed her lips, staring at her bare feet. "Umm… About this love stuff…" Warmth spread up her fingers, and she realised she hadn't released his hand. Her eyes reunited with his, pink grazing her cheeks, and she pulled her hand to her chest. "This – uh – might come as a surprise"—her insides writhed at the agonising truth of her next words—"but believe me, I know just how you feel."
Shock dusted his eyes. "You… You do?"
Marinette nodded, the movement slow and rather stiff. "So there are these two really smart, really kind, really cute guys – both amazing in their own special ways – and, well"—warmth crept across her face—"I really care about both of them, but I guess… deciding between them is like pulling teeth – worse than that, even." Her lips quaked. "It's just hard," she whispered, her brows furrowing. "Really hard."
Chat faced her completely, another smile gracing his full lips. "They're really lucky, you know"—her heart picked up the pace, throbbing madly in her eardrums—"to have a girl as amazing as you caring so much about them."
Had…
Had Adrien just said…
Marinette pinched her wrist, and the fleeting pain that brought with it had her choking back a squeal. "I – Uh —" Her mouth opened and closed as though she'd been born a goldfish. "Tha – Thank you," she eventually stammered, before sucking in a slow breath.
If she didn't keep her cool, she might do something stupid.
Like shatter his eardrums with a squeal.
Or call him Adrien.
Maybe kiss him.
No no no no.
That train of thought needed to stop pronto!
What… were they talking about again?
Remembrance flashed in her eyes. "But, uhh – about those girls." Her fingers drummed against her clothed thighs, the silk material smooth against her skin. "Those girls being – um – Ladybug and – uh – unnamed, mystery girl." She cleared her throat. "I'm sure they both care a lot about you, but at the end of the day, you've gotta do what's right for you." Her smile came easily, something she was immensely grateful for. "So, Chat, I say go for the girl that makes you happy."
He closed the gap between them, and Marinette hoped he wouldn't notice the goosebumps that blanketed her skin. If he did, she was totally blaming the wind again.
Of course, his hands found their way back to her shoulders. "Thank you, Marinette." He gazed into her eyes, and she wondered how a stare could possibly be so soft and intense at once. "You've helped me far more than you'll probably ever know."
Oh, the irony. It only powered the smile that lined her lips. "It was the least I could do," she said, echoing words he'd spoken all those months ago. By the look in his eyes, Chat seemed to understand.
He took two soundless steps back, extending his staff. "All right. I should probably scat before you get hypopurrmia."
Marinette snorted. "I think that second pun might've been pawshing it." She held her thumb and index finger parallel to each other and added, "Just a litter bit."
Chat stuck out his tongue. Like, actually stuck out his tongue. And Marinette wasn't sure if she'd ever seen him do that—in or out of the mask. "Thanks, Marimouse"—he showed a smirk and a two-fingered salute—"for being such a pawsome furend."
Why did she get the feeling he'd made those last two puns just to tease her?
He leaped onto the balcony railing, beaming when he glanced back at her. "Have a great evening, okay?" With a chuckle, he rubbed the nape of his neck. "And enjoy that hot chocolate!"
"Enjoy your evening too," she said with a wave. "And don't be a stranger, okay?"
With a nod and another of his classic, heart-warming smiles, Chat Noir leaped off the railing. The whir of his stick slowly faded, and Marinette watched as that unmistakable silhouette jumped from building to building, the light of nearby lampposts bouncing off his leather suit.
Only once he'd disappeared into the night did Tikki emerge, floating up to her face to nuzzle her cheek. With one finger, Marinette rubbed her kwami's tiny head. "Thanks, Tikki." She stared after her kitty and heaved a lengthy sigh. "What am I gonna do?"

Secrets Revealed
By: Alice Pink (Btw I was 14 when I wrote this, so not my best work)
Story Summary:
Chat Noir’s goal has always been to find out Ladybug’s true identity. Can one hint about Ladybug lead to the truth? Secrets will be revealed about the past as mysteries unfold. How will Marinette and Adrien react to everything?
Chapter 4: Save the Date
What would Marinette say to this the mystery person? With every thought running through her head. Marinette had laid on her bed all morning thinking about it. Today's the day Marinette would meet with the person who knows her identity. Yesterday she was shocked to find out that someone had discovered she was Ladybug. Now all she could do was wonder who it was. Marinette didn't have a clue who it could be. She'd just have to meet them to find out.
Marinette had wasted most of the day thinking about everything. She still didn't know what to say or do. It all depended on who found out.
Marinette sat up from her desk and checked her phone for the time. She saw that it was 3 o'clock and grabbed her purse.
"I guess I have to go to the park now, Tikki. Time to find out who knows my secret."
"Are you nervous?" Tikki asked, flying into Marinette's purse and poking her head out.
"Just a little. But now I know that I need to be a bit more careful as Ladybug. I can't let anyone else find out who I am."
Marinette closed her purse (She made sure that her purse was shut. She wasn't making that mistake again.) and started to walk to the park. She found a bench under a tree and sat down to wait. Marinette looked around. Watching everyone and everything. She watched to see if anyone would come towards her or look at her.
. . .
Adrien watched from atop a building near the park. He stood there, thinking of what to say.
What could he say? Everything was mind blowing to him and he couldn't believe it. He would have never thought that Marinette was Ladybug. Now all he had to do was tell her. And that would be harder than he thought. Adrien might have been more confident as Chat Noir, but now he knew who was hiding under that mask. He realized that he loved Marinette. What's even worse is that he couldn't think of anything to say. He was anxious thinking about it.
Adrien, already transformed into Chat Noir, leaped from the building and on top of a tree. He dropped down from the tree and landed right in front of the bench that Marinette was sitting on. His heart was now racing and he had a thousand thoughts going through his head.
'Be cool! Be cool! I can do this. Would it be wrong to ask her out? Maybe. No! Yes? Maybe I should just tell her to go on a date with me. Maybe that would be easier.'
. . .
"Ah!" Marinette shouted after being spooked by Chat Noir. "W-What are you doing here Chat Noir? Is there an akuma attack?"
"No, no, my lady. Everything's fine." Chat Noir assured. "I'm here to see you."
"Me? Wh-Why me?" Marinette said, standing up from the bench.
"Because you're my Ladybug." Chat said, kissing Marinette's hand. "Lets go somewhere more private to talk." Marinette didn't have any words. She had a shocked look that wouldn't leave her face. Before she could say anything, Chat Noir scooped her up and carried her to the top of a building. The same building he had just been watching from.
Chat put Marinette down on top of the building where no one could see them. He stepped back from Marinette, waiting for a response. Marinette stood up and looked at Chat full of questions.
"What?! How did you find out? And where did you find my bracelet?" Marinette demanded, crossing her arms.
'Adrien knew how he had found the bracelet. He saw it on the ground when Alya came and jerked Marinette away. But he couldn't tell her that yet.'
"Let's not focus on the details." Chat said stepping closer to Ladybug. "So. You're my Ladybug. I can't believe it was you the entire time." A smile had appeared on Chat's face as he said that.
"Yeah. I'm Ladybug. Now you know."
Chat's smile grew as he listened. "Well . . . do you want to know who I am?" Chat asked happily. He had always wanted to tell her, but it was her choice if she wanted to know.
But Marinette had to think for a moment.
'Do I want to know who Chat Noir really is? He already knows who I am.' Then a thought came to her head. 'Wait. I like Adrien and Chat Noir loves me, so Chat might try to ruin anything I have with Adrien by trying to kiss me in front of him. Adrien will think I'm taken and never like me! I can't know who Chat Noir really is.'
"No." Marinette answered, making Chat's smile disappear.
"What?"
"I don't want to know who you are."
"Why not?" Chat asked with a sadder voice.
"It can mess up everything." And before Chat could object, Marinette immediately said "It just can. I don't need to know yet."
"Yet." Chat said with his smile returning.
"Yes. Yet." Marinette said, rolling her eyes.
"Well Ladybug now that I know who you are . . . I know who I get to go on a date with." Chat leaned closer to Marinette with a smirk.
"Whoa, whoa! Who said we're going on a date? I didn't agree to anything."
"I say we're going on a date."
"And why would I do that?"
"Because I know your secret. Unless you want me to reveal my identity to you, then you have to go on at least one date with me."
"Really? You're going to force me to go on a date with you?"
"Don't worry princess, it will be purrfect."
"You don't know that . . . I could wear sweat pants and a stained shirt."
"No. It has to be perfect. Wear a dress and I'll wear something nice."
"Fine. If I have to. But only one date." Marinette couldn't believe that Chat Noir was making her go on a date. "Now can I go home?"
"Okay. I'll take you home." Chat said as he picked up Marinette again and dropped her off at her balcony.
"You do realize that I can walk." Marinette said walking to her trapdoor.
"I'll see you later for our date, My Lady. I'll pick you up here at 7:00."
Chat Noir leaped off of Marinette's balcony and headed into town. He was determined to make tonight amazing. He'll finally get to go on a date with Ladybug.
. . .
Marinette walked down the steps from her bed and sat at her desk. She laid her head down and looked up at Tikki (who she had just let out of her purse).
"I never thought you'd have to go on a date with Chat Noir." Tikki said, starring at Marinette.
"At least it's only one date." Marinette said, lifting her head up. "I should have expected this. He was bound to find out sometime and I should have knew he would try to date me. He did try to kiss me every chance he got."
. . .
After talking to Tikki for about an hour, Marinette thought she should try to find the dress she'd have to wear on her date. Marinette got up from her desk and went down stairs to a closet. She pulled out a pink and white dress and went back up stairs to put it on.
"What do you think Tikki? This is the dress I'm going to wear when I go on a date with Chat Noir." Marinette said, looking in the mirror.
"It's nice Marinette, but don't you need to be Ladybug when you go on a date with Chat Noir?"
"Ugh! Tikki, I'm so stupid. I can't be seen as Marinette with Chat Noir. But what do I wear Tikki. Chat said that I have to wear a dress. And I need to be Ladybug, but I don't have a magical mask."
"You need to visit Master Fu again Marinette. He has a special ladybug necklace that you can use."
"What would a special ladybug necklace do?"
"When you are transformed as Ladybug, you put the necklace on and your suit will change into a ladybug dress. When you need to fight, take the necklace off and the dress with change back into your ladybug suit."
"That seems easy."
"It is.." Tikki said. "Superheroes do get invited to a lot of parties and most people would probably wear a dress or a tuxedo to a party."
"I guess it's a good idea that Master Fu created a necklace for Ladybug." Marinette said, smiling.
"And every dress is different for every Ladybug. Now all you have to do is get the necklace from Master Fu. You should go visit him."
"I'll go right now Tikki." Marinette said, as Tikki flew into her purse. Marinette ran down the stairs and headed to Master Fu's shop.
. . .
"Thank you Master Fu." Marinette said happily.
"You're very welcome Marinette. You know, Chat Noir was just here for the same reason. But instead of a necklace, Chat Noir has a watch. Did Tikki tell you how the necklace works?"
"Yes. I know what to do. Well . . . I'll see you later Master Fu." Marinette said, waving good bye to Master Fu.
Marinette walked out of the shop and headed back to the bakery where she sat in her room sketching designs until 7:00. Then, she transformed into Ladybug and went through her trap door to her balcony to wait for Chat Noir.
. . .
Chat Noir used his staff to leap through the air and land on the railing of Marinette's balcony.
"Hello, My Lady." Chat said bowing at Ladybug. "Are you ready to go?"
Marinette stood up and smiled at Chat Noir. "Yep. I even got a special necklace to give me a ladybug dress."
"Me too. But I have a watch instead." Chat Noir walked over to Ladybug and suddenly pulled out a blindfold and tied it around her eyes.
"What are you doing?" Ladybug asked.
"I want our first date to be a surprise. You'll be blindfolded and I'll carry you to the spot for our date." Chat Noir immediately her picked up and started carrying her through the air. After being carried through the air for about a minute, Chat gently put Ladybug down.
"Okay take your blindfold off."
Ladybug took off her blindfold and looked around to see where Chat Noir had taken her.
"Tada." Chat said full of joy.
Chat Noir had brought her to the Eiffel Tower and they were standing at the very top. She saw that there was a table with some ice cream sitting on it.
"I would have brought you to a restaurant or an ice cream parlor, but I thought you'd like it better if we saw the sun setting from the Eiffel Tower."
Chat smiled and slid his watch on his wrist. His cat suit vanished in a matter of seconds and changed to a black and green tuxedo.
"What do you think?" Chat Noir asked grinning at Ladybug.
"Nice." Ladybug said, putting her necklace on. Her suit sparkled away and changed to a red polka dot dress with black tights and heels.
"I guess this is my dress b-" Ladybug fell forward before she could finish her sentence. Luckily, Chat Noir had caught her in his arms. "But I think the high heels are a mistake." She finished as Chat Noir helped her up.
"You look amazing." He said, handing her an ice cream cone.
"Thanks. You look amazing too."
They both ate their ice cream cones and watched as the sun was starting to sink in the sky. They both had easily got used to there new outfits as they both ate their ice cream.
"Hey Ladybug."
Ladybug turned towards Chat Noir with a smile.
"It's 7:30."
Ladybug's smile grew as she ran to the edge of the Eiffel Tower and leaned over. She watched as the entire Eiffel Tower lit up with bright sparkling light.
"I love looking at the Eiffel Tower. It's so pretty. I've created a bunch of designs and outfits just by staring at it."
"You like to design clothes?" Chat Noir asked, knowing the answer. 'Chat had witnessed some of Marinette's designs before as Adrien, but she didn't know that.'
"Ya. I hope that one day I will be a fashion designer. And my dream is to meet the famous fashion designer Gabriel Agreste."
'I can't believe Marinette's dream is to meet my dad. I never would have guessed that, but one day I'll make her dream come true.'
"I bet you'll be a great fashion designer."
They both stopped talking to listen to some music they could here off in the distance.
"Do you hear that?" Chat Noir asked.
"Yes. That music is from one of Chloé Bourgeois's parties. She throws a party every month, but this party is to celebrate the end of the school year. My friend was actually trying to convince me to go to the party, but I wasn't interested. She especially wanted me to go because she thought that the guy I like might be there."
Chat jumped back when he heard her say "the guy I like". 'The guy she likes. Who does she like. I need to know who.'
"So . . . who is this crush of yours?" Chat asked, smiling at Ladybug. His smiling made her realize what she had just said.
"U-Uh. N-No one." Ladybug stuttered.
"C'mon. I gotta know who my competition is."
"You don't have any competition and I doubt he likes me."
"Why wouldn't he like you? Your awesome."
Ladybug laughed at that and listened as the music got louder. "Fine I'll tell you. But only because we're FRIENDS." She said with a stern voice.
"I like . . ." Chat leaned closer to her at the edge. "Adrien Agreste." She said in a quieter voice."
"What?! You like him?" Chat was more surprised than ever when he heard that.
"Yes. Have you heard of him?
Chat Noir was now blushing a little bit. Ladybug liked him and she didn't even now that she had just told him that. "U-Uh. Yes. Yes I've heard of him. Why didn't you think that he would be at that party?"
"Well he's always busy and even if I did go I probably won't be able to have an actual conversation with him. I can never speak clearly to him. I always stutter or say something really stupid."
"You never know. He could be there. You should go to the party. "Chat said leaning against the railing.
"I don't know Chat. He might not be there and I'm on a date with you right now."
"Well my dream is to make you happy, so you can leave to go and see the guy you like."
"Okay, fine. I'll go to the party."
Ladybug walked over to Chat Noir and hugged him.
"Thanks Chat Noir. But I feel bad for leaving you and this date. I'll make it up to you. I owe you a date."
Ladybug jumped off of the tower and swung through the city on her yo-yo all the way to the Le Grand Paris hotel.
