How I feel about this character

i loveee herrrrr… i think she was the first kid unit i ever got. either her or asugi and i loved her so much she appeared on my screen and i was like :0 shes so pretty 🥺🥺🥺 unfortunately i have had very bad luck turning her into a good unit (the best ive ever gotten out of her is was either when i did sakura!caeldori or nyx!caeldori and made her a dark flier… her dad hampers her strength stat bad and i just never seem to pick the right phys mom) but i make her work the best i can.

asugi and its non negotiable i have paired them in every run and i have absolutely zero plans on changing this. they have been with me since my first run and i will never change this. they mean everything to me

i really like the trio of her, asugi, and shiro :) i think thats a fun group. in general her and shiro are pretty nice. im not a fan of selena/subaki so i dont really like selena!caeldori but her, soleil, and ophelia are def all besties. like sorry but like. you know……

Unpopular opinion on them

i do not think red hair is her best hair color. i know shes a cordy expy but shes just MISSING something to pull off red the same way cordelia does. maybe i just dont like the shades of red she gets… hinoka red is an eyesore even on her. i understand that selena gives her her exact canon color but its just… like its not bad? its fine! its just… well anyways so i like hana brown and niles white and oboro blue and ryoma brown and nyx purple :)

One thing I wish had happened

i just wish she wasn’t tied to cordelia so much. same for the other expies but i think the fact that they have to hammer in “ohh look she has the same trait as your favorite from the last game!” really tramples on what couldve otherwise been a really great and beloved character. and to me, caeldori gets it the worst of the expies as she doesnt really have that extra thing setting herself apart from cordelia (asugi having his ninja heritage and rhajat focusing more on helping magic rather than dark magic). she gets that moment with selena if shes her mom but thats way more of a selena development thing than caeldori. shes kind of just… an optional plot device for severa which. like. that sucks actually

Hello! Introduction Q&A:

I am a new STAY, part of the stray kids fandom! I used to write fanfictions when I was younger (back in 2012-2013 until 2018), and those fanfictions were about Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez (Jelena). Once they ended, I stopped writing all together. 

Q: When did you first start writing?

A: Honestly, third grade. I wrote a short story about my stuffed animals going to school. Since then, I’ve always loved writing and English, but it wasn’t until sometime in high school I realized I really liked to write!

Q: When did you become a STAY?

A: Early May 2024, so yes, I am a BABY stay. I am still learning about the boys everyday!

Q: What made you become a STAY?

A: Honestly, their personalities! I’ve heard their songs before, and recognized their talent. I was first introduced (heavily) to K-Pop from XG (although not K-Pop), and LeSserafim is really the reason I stayed to like K-pop. Since, it’s always been girl groups that I was captivated by and I would listen to guy groups here and there. Jungkook really was the first male artists of K-pop that I really enjoyed thoroughly with his Golden Album. When I saw SK at the Met Gala, something in me changed and I went down a rabbit hole! I first watched funny compilations of them before diving into their music and (un)helpful guides.

Q: Who is your bias and bias wrecker?

A: Each of the 8 members wreck me all the time. But ultimately, it’s Bangchan and LeeKnow because they are closer to me in age (I am 6 months older than Bangchan). LeeKnow has 3 cats and loves them, which instantly connected with me as I have 2 cats and am a cat lover myself. Although any can be my bias wrecker at any given moment, lately it’s been Han and Seugmin the most.

Lol I just asked you this one too! If we're talking outside of game, my first thought is music, because I always have music for people. I make playlists, its what I do.

Music I associate with him is BTS, Coldplay, Ed Sheeran, Wagakki Band and anything with a fun beat. He has quite a few good Selena Gomez on his playlist too. Anything that he can dance to or anything that house and some fun, sweet love songs because he's a gushy guy. Mostly its BTS and Coldplay. I can pull any song from them and "oh Yeah Rornir did......." lol

Dance He's a dancer main but all of his prefered classes are just ones that move. Ninja, Bard, Red Mage etc. Things that have movement and rhythm. Not just in rotation but animation and job story stuff too. In game, I've bought or quested ever dance I can think of. So he's just a wiggley dancey guy and any good music that comes on, my brain just "how would Rornir dance to this?"

Culture I consider the culture of Yanxia to include Japanese, Korean and some Mongolian (mostly in the steppes). So I try to incorporate aspects of all of that in his aesthetic. When I see kpop bands or cool korean fashion I'm just "yeah, Rornir would rock that" (see PFP lol) A lot of food especially, because mmmm Japanese and Korean food markets are to die for, so that concept of open market and jsut always food is something I put with Rornir. I'm a huge fan of Japanese culture, history and mythology and I think thats pretty obvious everytime I talk about him.

Pokemon Okay don't laugh but Rornir has a team. There are just certain pokemon that I instictively put with him and now I can't see them and NOT think of Rornir. Especially Arceus game because...ancient Japan. (I need to replay Violet because that new dlc coming out!) AEW Women’s Eliminator Tournament - Full Review

So as of tonight’s Dynamite the winner of the Eliminator Tournament is in the books, either Nyla Rose or Ryo Mizunami have overcome the other to earn the right to face Hikaru Shida at Revolution on Sunday

But now is time to look at the tournament as a whole and review how well AEW’s latest ambitious Women’s Division Project would/should be received

Warning: There will be immediate spoilers for the Winner under the ‘Keep Reading’, if you do not wish to know the Winner do not read until you have

So when the smoke cleared and the dust settled, Ryo Mizunami came out on top having pinned Nyla Rose for the win, claiming the spot at Revolution and the tournament.

Boy was my prediction wrong eh?

After being given the trophy by Shida however, Aniki refused to let go of the champion, trading and inviting blows from each woman until Shida was able to knock Mizunami down and raise the title aloft.

Was she people’s first choice to win? Probably not Is she an unworthy winner? Absolutely not

Mizunami is extremely experienced, her charisma can reach all ages, she has a genuine love for the wrestling (her sunglasses even have ‘I <3 AEW’ on them), she has aforementioned history with Shida and she went through 2 Fan-Favourites, the legendary Aja Kong and finally the previous Women’s Champion and No.1 Ranked Woman to get here.

And while we are on that topic, to the people who immediately condemned and criticized the tournament when Nyla made the finals: Don’t you get tired of being worked so easily? Honestly we had the exact same thing with the Deadly Draw, people don’t want competitor A (Nyla/Brandi and Allie) to win: so AEW put them in the finals so they root for competitor B (Aniki/Diamante and Iveliesse). Ye of so little faith

I also like to mention that it’s quite nice of Mizunami to be this rewarded by AEW and Shida given how she appeared on their first show at Double or Nothing, I didn’t know it at the time of my bracket rundown but apparently Mizunami was about to retire after DoN, but the crowd and energy of the match inspired her to keep going and push to reach a wider audience - which AEW is now letting her achieve.

Get it out of the way - The Negatives Make no mistake this tournament was great, but it doesn’t mean it was perfect. Of course my earliest criticism was that we could’ve had more, a bittersweet feeling I got when I realised the tournament was nearing its close. While yes it would’ve been nice to see the likes of Big Swole, KiLynn King, Allie, Penelope and perhaps even some debuts/returns, we cannot slight AEW too much for keeping the bracket small.

Time however was a bit of a constraint on AEW’s part. Having revealed late that the winner will face Shida for Revolution, the tournament matches started coming out fast...but on Youtube. Personally, I had no problem with the matches being a sole focus stream on Youtube, but I can also understand why not putting at least the entire American bracket on Dynamite would’ve hurt the tournament. If the tournament had more time I do believe that each match would’ve had a Dynamite showing and not a broken BR Live stream (but please note that BR Live were the problem there, not AEW).

A non-AEW criticism as well for Injury screwing over Anna Jay right as she was about to have her match, extremely rude of the world and we hope her shoulder heals up faster than usual.

The final criticism is probably with the BR Live US Bracket Finals video, simply put it was lacking compared to other streams. Madi vs Leva and Leyla vs Alize didn’t shine as much as Riho vs Rosa and the 6 Woman Joshi tag did in the prior stream, we could’ve probably gotten better matches out of that.

Why I loved it - The Positives I will look at anyone who says that this tournament was a waste and meaningless dead in the eye and tell them they are wrong, and they will be shocked to find that I am not lying.

The tournament not only put a lot of attention on the competing women but became a platform for AEW to show that they have some impressive women on their roster. The returns of Yuka, Emi and Riho paired with the stalwart performances of Baker, Rosa and Nyla as well as the bright showings of Madi, Anna, Tay Conti and Leyla shows that AEW still have a really good Women’s Division - I mean I love WWE but you have to admit their NXT women’s division bought many of their stars ready-made; Io, Toni, KLR, Meiko and Candice were already established names before WWE. Stack that on top of impressive performances by Red Velvet and Jade Cargill last night and the ranks of Big Swole, Allie, Penelope Ford, Kris Statlander, Shanna, KiLynn King and Tesha Price and you still have a strong division.

The tournament proved its worth also by the fact that there was not a single bad match on there, we had some bangers on each stage ranging from Yuka vs Emi, Rosa vs Riho, Nyla vs Baker and Leyla vs Rosa, among several others. The tournament succeeded in giving us great wrestling even with different formats of face vs face, heel vs heel, speed vs power, technique vs power, and even some new shades to the women such as heel Sakura and face Nyla.

I cannot praise the tournament without heaping a ton of praise on the Joshi. Shida and Kenny had always been adamant to show that the Joshi can be a revelation to Western audiences and they were paid in kind in that regard. All six Joshi brought out their A-Game to the point where several are asking for them to be signed, Sakura’s heel ‘Killer Queens’ faction rose interest with a fantastic entrance, while VENY dazzled with their gymnastic talent (and their wearing of the late Hana Kimura’s kimono), Mei Suruga and Yuka Sakazaki lit up the room with their speed and fun and Maki Itoh continues to be adored by the wider world into megastardom. The six woman tag as well was a nice cherry on the top to once again showcase the women, including Rin Kadokura who was fed to Aja Kong in the tournament, every bit of energy and charisma from the Joshi landed on the mark, it has opened several new fans to their home brands (TJPW however did kinda give away that Yuka wouldn’t win given how she was booked for one of their shows, but they’re still great) and have us gasping for more of those six and perhaps some extra, Miyu Yamashita for instance? Think about it TK

One thing that can really harm a tournament too is predictability, which this tournament did not have. You have to commend the balls of AEW to set up 5 fan favourite choices to win and have them each be felled and swerve the entire fanbase. It was for the most part good swerves as well, leading up to the Nyla work included, and actually made me feel like this tournament had big stakes for each member. People will criticize its unpredictability but I won’t be one of them, just because it didn’t go how you personally predicted it doesn’t mean it’s bad.

Also a stand out yes for Rosa’s several gear, especially the Selena one against Riho, and Hikaru Shida herself slaying it in the white suit, like lord almighty thank you for this food.

Was it worth it? - Conclusion This is an emphatic yes for me. AEW will always have its critics, fair and unfair, but if you have to wonder whether this tournament is a success you have to simply look at it this way

Were you entertained?

For me yes, there was a 100% consistency in good to great matches in this tournament paired with genuine surprises that got people talking and invested in the tournament itself.

Did it give you something fresh?

A dark horse winner who earned her way to face Shida for the 5th career time and 1st time in an AEW ring through outwrestling, outpowering and outwitting their previous opponents, unique heel/face changes and a showcase of new wrestlers and matchups? I’d say that’s a yes

Did anyone get over?

You ask anyone before this tournament was announced who Ryo Mizunami, Maki Itoh, VENY or Mei Suruga was and you’d likely get blank faces, thanks to AEW they are known and commended by several fans outside of Japan. You ask people if Tay Conti can bring a physical match to Nyla and almost win and you’d get a few murmurs, if you asked people if they though Kenny was valid for his push to bring the Joshi into a wider audience prior to this may’ve said no. Those minds were changed because these women got over. In addition to that the popularity of Thunder Rosa, Riho and Yuka Sakazaki has continued to rise as some of AEW’s top babyfaces, Leyla Hirsch, Emi Sakura and Tay Conti’s stock have rose thanks to the tournament and Nyla and Baker have delivered on strong match performances.

When you consider those three, there is no way you could call the tournament a failure or a waste, people benefitted from it in a good way which means it was a good tournament.

I for one will look forward to seeing Shida take on Aniki and see how it unfolds at Revolution - which I hope to do a review for, I’m also guessing that Paul Wight’s aquisition is either Christian or Okada. Many will of course assume that this is an easy retain for Shida (and act like winning the tournament means you should win the following match as if people don’t win the Royal Rumble/MITB/KOTR/Dusty Classic and lose in their title shot), but how many of those people thought that Itoh, Kong, Yuka and Nyla would beat Mizunami? She keeps on extending the party and coming out on top, you cannot underestimate the tournament winner, Shida produced this tournament, she’s picked her winner now she needs to fight them.

Princess’s Last Flight

Chapter 1: A Final Farewell

Location: Approximately 240 Nautical Miles off the coast of Hoshido’s Eastern Coast Date: 18th Of April, 3rd year of Open War Time: 1126 Local

 Blue, infinite blue, stretched out before them, the sun glinting off the ocean below and off the black bodies of the Nohrian patrol. The whistle and rumble of the aircrafts’ engines and the periodic static of the radio had been the ambience for past two hours, as the patrol encircled the 6th Battlefleet, the steadily approaching line of destruction flag-shipped by the great Battleship Brynhildr, under Admiral Leo, the feared strategist responsible for the devastating Nohrian Counterattack at the Sevenfold Sanctuary. Wispy white clouds dotted the horizon, where sky and sea seemed to meet almost seamlessly, and against that backdrop, the purple haired pilot could almost make out a few faint specks- shadows in the clouds.

 Her brow furrowed as she stared at the dots breaking through the line. She threw a glance to her right. The black, and purple plane, tinged with sharp lines of red paint, marked distinctly with the words “Secret Dreamer” in ornate writing and starring a half-naked painting of the pilot of the aircraft, a woman with a sharp countenance, sharper tongue, and strikingly red hair; a cherry scarlet, the same as the striping encircling the plane’s engine cowling and lining the tell-tale bent wings of the Nohrian fighter, and below the cockpit’s glass were eighteen white marks- all the insignia of Hoshidan Empire. A three-time ace, as was anyone in the squadron, VF-147, “Revenant Knights”. The pilot had been looking forward and slightly down, not at first catching the look from the squadron commander, in her hand was a locket, and she had been looking at it for a moment as flight had progressed on. Her eyes rose, and she looked towards her left, and caught sight of Captain Camilla’s gaze. A small scowl appeared on her face as she looked back to her front, and her chest rose and fell as she gave off an annoyed sigh.

 The reaction was all Camilla was looking for. She flipped a switch on the instrument panel of her own plane before gazing intently through a spyglass she pulled out of a pouch she kept on her drab gray flight suit. She stared intently through it, tweaking two knobs, one on the spyglass and the other on a gunsight, and slowly a glowing phosphoric crosshair began to display on the glass. She pulled back on the flight stick, putting her plane in a mild climb, gaining some altitude, but not explosively enough to signal the engagement.  She smirked, almost sensually, increasing the throttle with her left hand and then, with a cold expression of voice, “Hoshidans.” There was an immediate buzz of radio chatter. Planes began climbing all at once around her.  “Keep formation, they’re at least thirty thousand yards out- climb and increase throttle. Drop tanks on signal.”

 “Captain, I’m going to shoot more of them down than you,” the red-haired pilot said sharply.

 “This will be fun, won’t it, Selena?” Camilla asked, as the planes climbed ever skyward.

 Location: Suzanoh Air Base, Hoshido. Date: 18th Of April, 3rd year of Open War Time: 0539 Local

There was a heavy atmosphere of tension on the airfield, though one wouldn’t know it at a first glance. Airfield mechanics were making final preparations on flight of Hoshidan Fighters, as the sun was just peeking over the horizon, turning the fair skies pink and light blue, which for want of the location’s wartime guard, would make the runway almost picturesque.  Suzanoh airbase sat at the end of the massive fortification which protected the great city of Shirasagi, overlooking a cliff that stood beside Hoshido Bay, the grand port, and home of Hoshidan commerce. Somehow, despite numerous Nohrian air raids through both the port city and the capital itself, and the grisly damage that the bulk of Suzanoh had taken, the airbase itself had gone unmolested. The walls of its compounds still retained their brilliant whites, which looked pink in the rising sun’s light. Roofs were a cherry red, and all of the base’s hangars were surprisingly clean. The main runway’s lights were lit, though the fighters were sitting engines off on the ramp, while the two-colored light of the control tower’s light flashed though the lining of cherry trees a few hundred feet from the edge of the runway. With the blossoms in full bloom, it painted an easy on the eyes sight for any observer.

 A light warm breeze flowed across the airfield as a few of the pilots walked towards the planes. Among them was a woman with fiery red hair, and fierce eyes. She wore a flight suit that was almost ceremonial in design, as opposed to the uniforms of the other Hoshidan pilots walking towards the planes in the moments before the sortie would begin.  Her hair was short, and tied back, with a headband tied around her forehead, emblazoned with a fiery red on white crest of the country she would fly for. A white scarf hung loosely around her neck, and she held a fuzzy helmet bearing a brilliant star shaped crest upon its back. Her shoulders were covered in a flowing silken cover, on it, royal gold on a deep red which fit with the striking colors of her garb. As her boots fell beside the wheel of the plane a larger woman with a softened face stepped out from underneath the pristine white-and red fighter, having tightened one last bolt.

 The stockier woman holding the wrench wiped a bit of sweat and grease from her forehead before looking the pilot in the eyes. Her own expression showed an air of sorrow as the two women’s eyes met. “Princess Hinoka.” She said, calmly, though there was a shakiness in her voice.

 “Chief Nozomi… I trust she’s ready…” Hinoka said, her own expression softening and looking away. “For her- for my flight.”

 “She is, Hino…” the woman said, pulling her hand from a glove and placing it upon Hinoka’s shoulder. “You don’t need to partake in the Special Attack Squadron, you’re the Princess of this land.”

 “No, I do… this is for Kaden… for Selkie. For Mozu… Mitama. For Ryoma and Setsuna… for Shiro. For Sakura, Takumi, and yes, for Corrin-- for the brother I should have had. For our mother, and father…” Hinoka shook her head, “For all the people of Hoshido. For all the death and despair this ugly war has brought us. I vow I will make it right and if that means giving my life in the Special Attack Squadron, then I shall- it’s precisely because I am the princess that I must do this.”

 “I understand, Princess… it’s just all of us wish it hadn’t come to this. To think our Princess Hinoka is being sent up like this,” Nozomi said, wiping a tear that had welled up in her eye

 “Thank you, Nozomi.” Hinoka said, taking a bow before pulling her arm into a salute, which was readily returned by the maintenance chief.

 Behind her, two more pilots were approaching similar aircraft to her own.  Ground crews were meeting with the pilots and giving reports, while the airfield control flashed signals to trucks on the ground. The sun had risen well enough to turn the pinks golden, as Hinoka made the final checks on her plane, and started the engine. It rumbled to life, belching forth a thin black smoke from its exhaust, dusting the taxiway with soot, and the propeller began spinning. It didn’t take long for it to produce the low rumbling hum of the engine at speed, while Hinoka went over the pre-flight checklist, systemically verifying each function of the plane. Ground crew removed the tire chocks as soon as Hinoka had given a signal to them, sending the plane rolling down the taxiway. A group of Hoshidan civilians lined a fence just outside of the base as Hinoka passed, among them, several children, and all of them giving her a salute or just a wistful look. Not a one had a happy visage, reminding her of her terrible task at hand.

 “In war there’s two realities: Misery and death.”

 The plane stopped as it came to the runway, others like it lining up behind. A signal light ahead turned green, and Hinoka let off the brake. The plane accelerated, pulling her back into her seat, and soon enough she could feel the wings pulling the aircraft up, ever skyward. She pulled a lever, retracting the plane’s flaps, and jettisoning the landing gear: they weren’t needed, for Hinoka had no intention of returning. This was to be the Princess’s last flight, and to Suzanoh, and soon to Shirasagi, which was growing ever smaller as the plane climbed skyward, it was her final farewell.

Anyway, I finally finished the first draft of the list for the Hero Emblem: Fates AU characters!!

Notes before starting: 1) There are. So many characters. So if you need me to clarify who exactly someone is, I’ll understand and clarify it for you. 2) This is probably going to sound really weird and make no sense, but uhhh the character personalities will be those from bnha, but the relationships (again, no shipping, but the way the characters interact) will be based on the fates canon. also in some cases ages will be adjusted for the bnha characters to fit the fates story, but it’s for story purposes and not anything gross like trying to justify a romantic relationship. 3) If you think some characters would be better fit elsewhere, or other characters would fit certain roles elsewhere, tell me! A couple of things I’m going to do after hitting the lottery jackpot....

Besides all the normal stuff about getting the family right and charity....here’s some major things that I need to accomplish after winning the lottery jackpot...

1. Buy the rights to ATLA and LOK (in all forms of media)-Then hire people who will correct things to the current canon as to how they should have been (as per my vision). I don’t care if it is an AU or what, but Zutara will become canon. And Korra will still be her BAMF self, but she will not be the very next Avatar after Aang. To make the technological advances that took place in LOK more believable compared to ATLA....we are gonna move her to about 2-3 avatars down.

2. Buy the rights to Naruto and Naruto Shippuden (in all forms of media) *I do not recognize anything after Shippuden (especially how they did my man Gaara and my girl Sakura), so that can just turn into non-canon just the way Disney did the the Star Wars EU. I will hire people who correct things...etc....Sakura will actually be written with more depth that is actually applicable to her badassery, Sasori will somehow be alive and turned back into a human, I haven’t decided if Sasosaku or Gaasaku becomes endgame...Sasuke will probably die a villain’s death ;-)....

3.Buy the rights to Ninja Assasin (in all forms of media)-Then hire people to..etc....Mika/Raizo will get the romance more in depth that they deserved and will be canon. 

4. Did I say that I was gonna make Zutara canon? Oh, yes, I did. I freaking mean it!!!

5. Buy the rights to 28 Days Later-...etc....Jim/Selena will tbe the BAMF couple that they are. i’m gonna make it bigger and better thanTWD. 

6. Make Zutara canon....

7. End world hunger

8. Foster World Peace

9. Inhabit another Earth-like planet and ensure that Zutara is canon.

10. Make Rivamika canon!!!

Character headcanon thing: Xander (obviously)

I knew I could count on you Ikey~1. Sexuality headcanon: A-spec. I’m not sure if I want to go with demiromantic or aromantic but this guy is ace in my books. 

2. otpI really like him with Takumi, and also with Laslow. It’s just interesting dynamics between them, I think. 

3. brotpactually, Mozu and Sakura for this one. Xander is really sweet to them in their supports and Mozu especially doesn’t seem shy of him either. I just really like Xander showing his sweeter, softer side, and he really does that with these two. also I can’t not mention his bond with Laslow and Peri here. They might be annoying, but Xander loves his troublemaking retainers a lot. 

4. notpI can’t believe I actually have to say this, but the *incest* ships. What is wrong with you people????AND YES, this includes CORRIN! Damn! 

5. First headcanon that pops into your headXander has two pet snakes. A royal ball python named Roxana, and a rosy boa named Amaria. They love to wrap themselves around Xander, so whenever Xander’s working at his desk he will have at least one of them wrapped around him. They’re also troublemakers, just like his retainers, and always escapes his chambers. Roxana especially likes to curl up in unusual places, and has scared more than one servant when they find her in their basket with newly washed laundry. 

6. One way in which I relate to this characterThe silent suffering, actually. Both of use are the type to suffer in silence, even though we hide that behind different facades. Xander is more tortured and depressed than I am though, but still, the “I will keep all my sadness right here and then one day I’ll either snap or die or perhaps both” tactic is something I relate to. God both of us need healthier coping mechanics

7. Thing that gives me second hand embarressment about this characterHis support with Selena…. My poor boy, he tries, and it went so badly- The support is hilarious but oof…
