Also I hope I haven't offended anyone in anyway, what I mean here's is that he's AFAB, and he looked at the two of them and went "mmh... I mean, they look AMAB but I could be wrong so-" since technically he's biologically a mix of the two. So his question was more of a "why did Nuwa made me AFAB if this is the case." If there's a better way to write the dialouge lemme know.

I finished Wukong and Macaque before I decided to add the kids which is why I posted that half first. I also did not draw any hands cause I did not want to.

The shorter monkey on right is Macaque and Wukong's kid, Chao-Xing, she's not a little kid, she's a teenager she's just really fuckin short (she got Wukong's short genes). She's got two tails cause while developing her body just made another one. (since she has 6 limbs does that technically make her an insect?🤔)

There's A LOT of crying and emotions between characters in this fic. Like full on "imma destroy this wall real quick" tantrums from Sun Wukong *and* Macaque. They're both deeply hurt and very bad at communicating.

Macaque's death in JTTW is canon. He had not set upon Tripitaka on his own accord - he had been ordered. He doesnt remember who gave the order though - must have drank some soup in Diyu.

Macaque believes that Lady Bone Demon only resurrected him to let her out. But she also secretly needs MK for something. Macaque prays that they never cross paths. Spoilers: they do.

Before Tang and Pigsy realised who the two monkeys actually were; they managed to get them jobs in their own workplaces. Macaque assists Tang at the University library where he works as an archivist. Sun Wukong on the other hand is the pretty host/delivery boy that charms tips out of all of Pigsy's customers. Even after the reveal, the two monkeys enjoy their day jobs.

Pigsy doesnt trust Sun Wukong to run the kitchen on his own. He does trust Macaque though, which makes Sun Wukong furious.

The co-parents learned that MK has built-in Gold Vision cus he has no filter;

MK (age 4): "What happened to your eye?" Macaque: *checks if his glamour is on* Tang: "Huh? What about his eyes? They look normal to me... oh he probably just means that little scar you have." Macaque, relieved: "Oh... this. I got in my last battle." MK: "No no! I mean your WHITE eye. The one you don't squint out of. Same side as the white streak in your hair." Macaque: "...what?" Tang, slowly realising whats going on and trying to hold back a lore infodump: "Ah! :D"

Sun Wukong will start sobbing at the drop of a hat if asked how his and Macaque's last fight went. MK learned that the hard way and it caused a crying chain reaction.

It takes Shadowpeach literal years of living and raising a child together before they realise that they've fallen back in love. Meanwhile Freenoodles got express delivery within weeks of MK being in their lives.

One of the first shapeshifting forms MK was able to take on is a brown piglet. Yes, Pigsy cried the first couple of times it happened.

Sun Wukong and Macaque shared the restaurant apartment for most of MK's childhood. Pigsy used to live there too, but moved in with Tang nearby after he took in the the soon-to-be monkey parents. He claims it was to "save up on space", but it quickly turned into something else along with his relationship to Tang. In the modern day, MK still lives in the apartment above the restaurant like in canon. Sun Wukong mostly lives at Flower Fruit Mountain when he's not staying in the city - otherwise he forcibly crashes at Macaque's loft in the University district.

MK is trans masc (he/they) in this au, as is Macaque and maybe Tang. Self projection ahoy.

Demon attacks and Human threats have followed the family throughout MK's childhood, but its nothing a superpowered team of dads cant handle. Except the first time MK scraped his knee at kindergarden and Sun Wukong was convinced that he was gonna bleed out. Or when MK got his first bad cold and Macaque ruined the kitchen trying to alchemise a cure. Or MK's first run in with a bully that made Pigsy so mad that he reconnected with Sandy to pull a "scary bodyguard" act on the bully. Or MK's first school play where he played the role as a cloud, and Tang clapped a little too loudly. Or his first- (the list goes on. these dorks are so proud of their little stone egg baby).

mark is talking to some gda agent or a cop or smth, when he notices that wasp (who is looking at the sky w the most bored expression he can muster, bc he genuinely doesn't understand why they have to talk to such inferior beings) seems to be just, a few milimeters taller than him (he may be shit at schoolwork, but if you hate someone enough you can notice the smallest details about them)

he, w/o stopping the conversation, answers to this by floating just a little higher, barely noticeable to the human eye

most normal ppl r used to mark working alone as invincible. so since wasp really doesn't do interviews and he's usually too fast to see when he fights, no one really knows what his name even is

and everyone is used to invincible being. well. invincible. sure, the news say that when he's around this guy he gets a little meaner, but it can't be that bad!

wasp says smth mean n sarcastic. everyone expects invincible to answer w something equally sarcastic, but not as mean (maybe making fun of how his suit looks). they do not expect invincible to just fucking bite him after 8 of those comments

wasp keeps trying to kill This One Kid, who is either super brave or super stupid and won't stop asking him questions (they go from "what's your name?" to "what underwear do you have? do you even need underwear?" in a matter of seconds) for his weird school diary thingy

he can't get close, bc mark starts pulling the other way. besides, they're stuck together, and killing people would seem awfully annoying if it's with this guy

they can't punch each other, so wasp bites him. they bite each other a lot bc of the "no punching (or kicking)" thing

it's funny bc they do the same things to annoy each other (wasp throwing a car at mark, mark hitting him with a tree, etc) , but lose their shit when the other does it to them

there are a lot of compilations on youtube that is just them laughing at each other mid fight and running into things or being hit w stuff the other throws at them

it's hard 'cause wasp always wants to take the bad guys on alone, but mark also likes to fight (just not w the same brutality) and he doesn't want to be just a lifeguard

it takes wasp a while (a LONG while) to stop tackling mark when he's about to attack to get to the enemy himself, or to kick mark into the next country, etc etc etc

but eventually they settle on mark getting everyone to safety while wasp stalls the bad guy. then, after he's sure no one's here anymore, they both fight the villain together

or uh. they try. sometimes they'll start fighting each other too so it's less of a 1 v 2 fight and more of a... 1v1 V another 1 fight lol

we could dive deeper and start talking about the self-destructive tendency these two have to getting beat up. i mean, wasp's idea of a real, actually enjoyable fight is when the other is either able to beat him, or when he can kill ppl. and mark spends sm time out as invincible, neglecting his social life and mental health to the point he quits college, and he gets beat up a lot while doing it. so yeah--

Consider an au with the soul mate identify trope of your writing on your skin showing up in the skin of your soulmate. Obviously shadowpeach are soulmates . Would them during their nemesis Era use that to torment/taunt the other(insults, threats,etc) or would they pretend it didn't exist

gonna be honest with you, anon, i am super picky with my soulmate AUs (out of love, i love them so much !and this has made me a harsh grader for them)

anyway

i don't think Macky would use their "link," so to speak, as a means to torment or taunt (not including swk because it was honestly Macadoodle who was the instigator and provoker throughout their nemesis dynamic in lmk). and i feel like Wukong's punishment under the 5 Phases Mt. would cut off their communication the fastest because even if Macky wrote on his arm, Wukong would never see it or be able to write back (which Mackarell is very aware of). after their fight, neither would be able to write back an apology or even scribble some sweet drawing if they still can't find the right words. so, it's possible that because of this 500 year pause of communication, their old habit of scribbling and writing notes on their arms faded pretty quickly.

and then Wukong is free. his arms are no longer fused with rock. his arms are bare, obviously. he feels that old itch to scribble or write something on them, but he doesn't follow through with it. he can't. not after what the both of them had said to each other. sure, centuries passed but how would Wukong know if Macky would be happy to learn he's okay, that he's free. the last thing Macky even said to him was that he was tired of being dragged along by Wukong, so....maybe Wukong shouldn't drag Macky along any further.

and then they meet again, and Macky is pissed. whether at Wukong or for him, it's hard for the monkey king to tell because Macky is mad and bloodthirsty and he is hurting Wukong friends. he is impersonating Wukong, trying to steal his journey--not even his, it's Tripitaka's, his master's-- trying to fool everyone into think that Wukong is nothing more than a demon who desires for nothing but to consume the world of its power and reign as the greatest there's ever been-

then Macky is dead. everything happened to fast, but there the monkey lies on the ground, arms bare. they have always been bare ever since the war they started with Heaven centuries ago. Macky's arms are bare and so are Wukong's.

when Macky wakes up/is revived the memory of their link and broken bond is still fresh, but for Wukong, it's been a long, long time.

Wukong has grown to become used to the scribbles and ink on his arms to never be reciprocated. he doesn't even write or draw on them that much, just when the itch to do something is strong but he's got no spare paper or spare mural room. he even allows his little Suns write or scribble on him just for fun or when they're bored. he even allows MK, who's arms are always filled to the brim with scribbles by the time the kid arrives for training.

Macky did not expect to ever wake up one day and find his arm full of ink. he clawed it at since washing it off didn't work. there's a strange sort of limbo Macky's mind seems to go into whenever he considers the reason for why Wukong is still scribbling, still adding life to their link. all throughout seasons 1 to 3 Macky figured it was because Wukong had eventually moved on enough to stop caring.

and yes, Wukong did move on. but he never stopped caring. Macky hadn't believed that until he was with MK in that scroll.

and it's strange. to find out that the person you once loved still loves you (how much or how different is still unclear). it's even stranger when you realize that you, yourself, do not still hold love from the past but for the present, for the future.

after Azure's defeat, there's some new scribbles on both of their arms. Wukong swears he didn't change his style, so obviously it must be Macquackity himself who'd done it (then he starts to smile while holding his arms tightly to his chest). Macky just huffs and claims that it's better than boredom (then draws on a sun and a moon on the wrist of his arms).

- In this version the gun is a bow and Phoenix gets shot in the chest protecting Tripitaka in a JTTW style. Oh and Macaque is there too.

- Heartshot - Phoenix Twist - Pt 1

Phoenix was wrapped around the two monkey Demons with a blissful smile on her face. Tripitaka shouted in shock as he rushed over to the trio. He suddenly stopped with Wukong smirked growing in size until he could pick her up bridal style without the awkwardness of her being bigger than him. Her face instantly blushed as nodded to the Monk.

“Are you ready to go?” Wukong asked and Phoenix practically purred in his arms as she snuggled her face into his chest. A content smile covered her face.

“Wukong put her down, right now,” Tripitaka said sternly earning a glare from Wukong and Macaque while. A hurt look covered Phoenix’s face at his words before tears welled in her eyes.

“Noo! My cuddly monkey!!” she yelled before wrapping her arms around Wukong with a pout.

Almost immediately everyone froze, she was crying… Phoenix was crying. Pigsy wanted to laugh at first but seeing as she didn’t stop crying, he was starting to get scared. Sandy and Ao Lie took a step back when they saw it.

“What? No, Phoenix that’s not… I’m sorry, it’s okay there’s no need to cry-” Tripitaka started saying before he was cut off by Macaque’s silent and furious glare.

Wukong looked like he wanted to rip out Tripitaka’s throat, his teeth bared, and his eyes glowing red. Macaque’s shadow seemed to dance on the ground slightly rising and falling as he reigned in his emotions. Macaque was the first to calm down when Phoenix wrapped her arms around his shoulder and seized her crying instantly. Instead, she giggled happily as she held onto him.

“Okay, something is definitely wrong here,” Pigsy spoke up as he watched the interaction.

“Phoenix are you sure you feel, okay? You don’t normally act like this,” Ao Lie spoke up with a frown finally catching Phoenix’s attention long enough to get her to listen.

“Yes brother,” Was her short reply as she didn’t let Macaque go, he wasn’t one for public affection and Phoenix was barely letting him move.

The pilgrims quickly realized that she wasn’t going to back down and nodded their heads quietly. They needed to get moving, they weren’t in a safe location and it was getting very, very dark out.

“Okay let’s go,” Tripitaka agreed, they would figure out what was going on in town, they had almost reached it when that demon attacked them.

Wukong began to walk but it was awkward when Phoenix refused to let go of Macaques shoulders. She was so cute like this but it made it difficult to walk, and there were people watching. Instead of struggling and possibly hurting her, Macaque gell out of her grip using a Shadow portal.

“We can cuddle later Sweet Flame, but for now we need to get going,” Macaque explained with a happy chirp, however he hadn’t expected her response.

She went silent and froze up before tears welled in her eyes again and she started crying. “You don’t love me!!”

“What!? No No, of course I love you my sweet flame,” she had never reacted this way, she normally hated PDA even more than Macaque, she wouldn’t stop crying!?

“Then why can’t I have cuddles?” She sniffles, her eyes a little red as she calmed down almost immediately at the reassurance.

“Because we’re in public and he’s very shy,” Wukong muttered into her ear with a chuckle.

Owlishly she looked up at him and snuggled into his chest, she wanted to cuddle with both of them. Tripitaka finally spoke up again with a worried tone. "Lets go.”

The walk to the village was a short one but Wukong absolutely loved it, because Phoenix was cuddling up to him with a big lovesick grin. Of course, it crossed his mind that he should feel bad about his actions, but she was just so cute, and they weren’t going to go too far while she was like this. It’s not like a few cuddles would hurt anyone.

“No!” Tripitaka said sternly putting his foot down.

The inn room was quiet and calm as the group ventured into it. With their large group they had to get two rooms to fit everyone since each room only slept four. As there were only seven of them, they needed three people in one room while four in the other. Wukong had immediately suggested that him, Macaque and Phoenix could be in one room while everyone else could be in the other.

“Ugh!” Wukong stomped his foot causing the wood underneath to splinter as he grumbled.

“Why not?” Macaque asked with a glare, but he knew why. Tripitaka didn’t trust them to keep their hands to themselves, rightfully so with how often they were smothering Phoenix in attention and ‘love.’

“You will have the room of four, Sandy and Pigsy need more room because of their size. You two are much smaller than even me so it only makes sense,” Tripitaka explained with a firm stare on the two monkeys, before realizing that Wukong had still yet to shrink back down to his own size.

He also noticed the dark glares that came from the monkeys for mentioning their height. It was true that they were the shortest of the group, but they were also the strongest in both strength and magic. Wukong gritted his teeth as he bared them in a threatening manner. He would have attacked the monk then and there if it weren’t for that accursed shield that he was unable to break no matter how hard he tried, and boy had he tried.

Macaque’s tail lashed behind him as he did his best to keep a neutral expression on his face. He was the one who needed to remain calm and keep his mate calm as well until they could remove these damned circlets. He glanced over at Phoenix and his expression softened when he saw she was ever so softly snoring against Wukong’s shirt. She looked so calm and cute like this.

“So, you wish to sleep in the same room as us? I had no idea you felt that way master~” Macaque asked with a smug grin on his lips as he teased.

Tripitaka’s face burned in embarrassment as he gave him a stern glare. He glanced between the two rooms in front of him, it was clear that is exactly what he did NOT want to do at all. He didn’t trust either of the monkeys and for good reason after all they have tried to kill him on more than one occasion. The only two things keeping them in check were the circlets on their skulls and the shield that Phoenix has so graciously let him use.

“Enough fighting, we are wasting time when we could already be sleeping,” Ao Lie spoke up his eyes calm as he walked towards the monkeys. “I’ll sleep with them as I am one of the smallest here, and that way I can watch the monkeys as you wish master.”

Wukong glared daggers at the horse-dragon his teeth bared as he curled his lip, however Macaque nodded calmly. It was a smart choice, after all their sweet flame saw him as a brother. He was the only one of Tripitaka’s disciples that she saw as a brother on this journey, and for a brief moment he wondered why she didn’t see the other two as brothers. Brushing away the thought he glanced at his King before speaking up.

“That will work perfectly, now we should head to bed,” And snuggle their lovey dovey mate, of course he would never say that out loud.

“Are you sure?” Tripitaka asked only to receive a calm nod.

“Of course, you don’t want to sleep by yourself in there, Sandy is much too big and she would very much hate to see Pigsy close to her while she sleeps,” Ao Lie laughed giving a light bow.

Ao Lie looked at the two monkeys who were already heading into their own room and rushed in after them. There were four beds, but Wukong and Macaque both climbed into one curling around Phoenix who was still softly snoring. His face reddened before he stammered, “Shouldn’t she have her own bed?”

“Why? If we have separate beds, she is sure to start crying and besides~ we sleep like this most nights anyways,” Wukong rolled his eyes before smirking.

Ao Lie frowned, yes, they had been sleeping like that as of late because the monkey demons would sneak right next to Phoenix to cuddle. He was about to say something but closed his mouth. He got into the bed next to theirs and faced them intending to watch them all night. That did not happen as he soon fell asleep when they lay almost motionless for a few hours.

And I'm a firm believer in the theory that Mac was made to believe Wukong killed him, so there's still a chance that if they make up there won't be that resentment :D

Some doodles for this AU.

I’ll make more but with the parts that I liked. (You can suggest some, but it’s only limited to Percy Jackson and not Heroes of Olympus and Trials of Apollo. Or any other of the series, I’m still finding them.)

Making the lore match with PJO and LMK, I’ve made this:

The Four Primates kept repopulating to ensure the survival of their species, however, one too many children and things got out of hand due to the Four Primates’ destructive power, thus the Jade Emperor made a law that forbade any of the Four Primates from ever having children again.

There is the whole prophecy schmuck, (Since that’s kinda the main point of the series) It’s still the same, ‘A child of the primates will either destroy or change the Celestial Realm’ yada yada, I’m still not sure how to do that.

Some other things about the AU:

Nezha did a Nezha Reborn and started reincarnating which is why he’s once again a child when he meets Red Son and Bai He, (Who take the place of Luke and Annabeth) Nezha still retains memories of his past life.

Yes Wukong x Tang is canon here, but Freenoodles is as well. (I seriously cannot put Macaque in Sally’s shoes for all ya’ll ShadowPeach shippers although Tang would have definitely been a good role for Paul.)

Lady Bone Demon is either Persephone or Delphi. (leaning more into Delphi) Probably her story in Journey to the West stays the same.

(Most of my AUs try to be a mix of JTTW and LMK)

Mayor never got mad crazy simpy obsessed with LBD.

Zhu Bajie as Dionysus was at the camp for the same reason except that’s because Tripitaka actually works there.

Ao Lie is probably Pan.

Tang and Tripitaka are not the same person, neither is Pigsy and Zhu Bajie.

Macaque isn’t a king of the dead, though he has some control over it since the 10 Kings find it taunting for Wukong.

I’ll always answer any questions you all have, don’t worry! So here I go

The characters in the AU are the ones you can see in the headbanner in the masterpost (+ some ocs for plot purposes) (yes, Wukong is there even if it doesn’t look like it, I didn’t have enough space for him lmao). Some characters will make small appearances, like LBD.

The main ships (even if the AU is not centered in that) are:

Inkypages (I am literally the CEO of it in Twitter, I made people like it out of nowhere. We are not many but we are strong)

PAST Shadowpeach (sorry, can’t with the present one, seems too toxic to me honestly BUT I respect it)

Dragonlotus (Ao Bing and Nezha; come on, it’s enemies to lovers, it’s perfect;Nezha 2019 anyone? That movie is great)

Chimera (Red Son has two hands and the triangle is the strongest shape according to all structures)

I know about Nezha’s legend, but this is NOT his legend, it’s not even Wukong’s, it’s Mk’s, so it’s not even close to the canon mythology. And maybe he’s an eternal 12 year old with and adult body (cause that way everyone takes him seriously), but let’s be honest, if you stayed alive for millennia, would you still have the mentality of a 12 year old? We all know the answer to that. I’m against his sexualisation, it’s gross. But don’t you think he deserves a little love. Let’s give him that. Someone that will tend his wounds when he comes back from a battle he lost (it seems like that’s what always happens how the f). Let’s give him peace. Also, he must be so tired of being treated like a child it hurts.

Now the second part. Chimera. See, I like Spicynoodles. But I also like Dragonfruit. So I thought. Mk and Mei are such good friends they would want the other to be happy even if that meant not being with Red Son. And when they found out about their feelings towards them, they thought about ,instead of being a couple, being a threesome. And they talked with Red. And she liked the idea! Cause he loved them equally. And wanted to be with both. So that’s how it goes. Mk and Red are dating, Red and Mei are dating too, and Mei and Mk are the best besties in the world (Goldendragon is a great name for their duo)

There’s also small ships between ocs but they are not important, they are just for plot and comedy purposes

Why do I consider Wukong and Macaque like brothers?

Let's face the facts, there has never been any footage that proves they are gay, plus they were in a fraternity team in the past....so where is the logic in shipping them?🌚🌚.... The Monkey King cartoon is a Chinese cartoon... China does not support homosexuals, in addition to the fact that the character Wukong, the Monkey King, is sacred to them, so if he is made gay in the show, it will be canceled permanently and the company will lose its money... Of course the writer is not stupid to do this🤣🤣🤣🤣

(This applies to all gay ships....the only correct ship is dragonfruit❤️👽)

More Shadowpeach Family AU memes

I got bored and can't draw yet cause I got a new phone and am transferring everything so I made dumb meme at 1 am.

Macaque was kidnapped a lot as a kid. He looked like a little kid aimlessly wandering around and because of his ears, most people tried to kidnap him.

Meanwhile the Wind does not know how to monkey and is kinda sick of their kid constantly getting taken so they started searching for a safe place and found Flower Fruit Mountain.

The universe dropped yet another surprise kid onto Yuze. At least this one's not quite as chaotic as her other ones, this new one does seem to attract a lot of trouble and attention tho.

Macaque and Wukong were equivalent to ~10 when they met btw.

Was this dumb? Yes. But it's 1 am and I don't care. Making memes is faster than drawing.

LMK x Madoka Magica AU

Majority of the main cast have made a contract with an incubator (mk, mei, red son, wukong and macaque, probably tang as well). I think Bai He would also be a magical girl!!! of course. I have some ideas that i am still fleshing out.

The most important thing would be that everyone's stablished powers in the show aren't part of the contract they've made! Maybe they'd have separate abilities that would go well with the ones they already have. This also applies to the weapons! The golden staff, Mei's sword and etc are things that they can keep without the need to be in the magical form.

The story follows a similar chronological line as the original show, except there's a few minor alterations. Per example, Bai He *is* possesed by Lady Bone Demon, but instead of surviving after being rescued, she turns into a witch during season 4 and the few seconds of her we got during the special would be replaced with the moment she turns into a witch. Now, the reason why Macaque, Wukong and Tang are magical girls despite being adults? Obviously they signed contracts while younger, but it's weird that they've managed to stay like that for so long.

I think Tang simply led a normal life and had people he could trust on, like Pigsy and Sandy, later in life MK would arrive so he has lots of hope near him.

Wukong being a magical girl mean he isn't able to retire like in the show, and he is forced to wander around Megapolis looking for witches- This means he rarely spends time in Flower Fruit Mountain. And maybe due to his inmortality his soul gem doesn't work like one of a mortal. It darkens much slower.

Macaque died before turning into a witch. His soul gem 'turned off' when he died and reactivated when LBD revived him. So yes he is a very conplicated case to work with- Also, i think Homura's character fits him SO WELL and i want to put that into the AU because it would be GREAT if explored through past shadowpeach. like imagine his constant love/hate for wukong taking over him and killing him from the inside. He's a mix of Sayaka AND Homura and i love him for that.

MK's monkey form is triggered by the transformation, and it obviously hurts, so he tries not to get into much trouble. Mei's transformation gives her dragon horns and scales, Red Son's transformation gives her bull traits (horns, ears and tail altogether).

Here's concept art of Mei and MK's outfits! Mei's is sea dragon themed while Mk's is stars and sky themed. These are not final and i do plan on making them more detailed as i do the digital color testing and ref sheets! like i said, just concepts. :]

A new AU? Made by mwah? No way…

Here it is: the Flower Fruit Guardian AU!! 🌸🍑

I originally came up with this when I was thinking about Macaques full name; “What does it mean? Why does it mean it?” So, after some thought, I decided to make the premise myself - and then accidentally turn it into an entire AU - ft. ShadowPeach, of course, because they have my heart 💕.

I’ll make a separate post explaining most of the background story to this scene specifically, but I do plan on drawing a lot of the other scenes! I’ll only explain scenes that are hard to draw (or just not that interesting to picture).
