"rhaenys could have ended the war by dracarysing all the greens right there" yes because a distant relation to the throne deciding to barbecue an anointed and publicly positively hailed king and his entire family who is well loved within the city and in multiple other parts of the country for the sake of the succession of a far-away princess no one was ever on board with who hasn't been seen by the populace in literal years, her psycho husband, her three obvious bastards, and two toddlers from the psycho husband would go over super well with westeros and especially in king's landing where scores of the still-cheering population were killed for no reason by that same dragon who would do the barbecuing, because when targaryens act unilaterally without thinking of how the people would react there's never any problem, which is why the storming of the dragonpit and robert's rebellion were actually just collective delusions dreamed up by readers who hate rhaenyra and not key parts of the story and house targaryen's history that directly contributed to their demise and are intrinsic to the plot

I am sympathetic to people who get tired of seeing Barbara as Batgirl in stories, because yeah I also prefer her as Oracle. I think it respects her skillset more because she's got talents that she's generally wasting if she's bopping around in Batgirl costume as a street level hero.
Is everyone writing comics always going to agree with me? Clearly not. And we have a situation where there was a solid 10 year period from 2011 to 2021 where Barbara was not only Batgirl, but the Batgirl.
Damian has spent most of his time as a hero with Barbara as Batgirl. Jason has spent practically ALL of the period he's a hero or an anti-hero with Barbara as Batgirl (I don't believe he ever realised she was Oracle while he was a villain). And in the transition back into Babs being Oracle regularly from 2021 to date, this is realistically a new situation for both of them, because heck, Barbara was very specifically avoiding being on comms with Damian as Oracle during Reborn. He wasn't allowed in the Aerie.
But sometimes it feels almost obtuse when people in particular start going "why isn't Steph here as Damian's Batgirl?" about stories, particularly alternate continuity stories.
Because, largely, she's...not? You're trying to preference 4 issues of Batgirl 2009 and 1 issue of World's Finest where they interact over ten years of Barbara's stories? There are more pages of Christmas Specials featuring Damian as Robin and Barbara as Batgirl than there are appearances of Damian and Steph together during Batman: Reborn.
Why does some team ups and bickering in 2010 on page end up being more important than Barbara being there for Robin Rises? For Batman & Robin Eternal? For Alfred's wake?
If the story is specifically pitched as something set during Batman: Reborn? Sure, then you can have Damian and Steph together with Steph as 'his' Batgirl.
But any time after that? It's probably Barbara. It was Barbara. And having Babs included as Batgirl isn't always people out to make you mad. She was in the role on her own for 10 years. It's not surprising that she's the default for some people.
You can fight for this if you want it! But you're fighting an uphill battle and would be better off hoping for current interactions with a new reset, rather than trying to claim Steph and Damian are an 'obvious' pair when they're effectively not.
