Ya Rabb, rectify the affairs of the Ummah of Your beloved, Muhammad and unite our hearts upon righteousness and taqwā.

Some days I feel like I'm too tired to feel anything. And those are the days when my tears silently escape from my eyelids and decorate my face as a surprise. They remind me of the hundreds of tears that were shed by Allah's beloved Yaqub (as). And they remind me that if my faith is in Allah, then even my weakest moments are my strongest ones.❤️‍🩹

Grief upon grief...

I now understand why Yaqoob AS said, "I complain of my grief only to Allah." I understand why sometimes it's necessary to share with Allah alone.

Yaqub AS lost his beloved son. His family, his sons, the world around him kept asking him to move on. They kept telling him that he has left, and what is the use of crying over something that left so long ago. Why don't you move on?

But he kept crying, days and nights, weeks, and months, so much that he lost his sight.

The world thought he was at fault because grieving over something all life is displaying that you’re weak and lack faith and have no sabr. Right?

The world thinks you should move forward, forget what happened. They believe you're stuck in this situation because YOU DON'T WANT TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT, except crying.

But…. Yaqub didn't move on. Why? Did he lack faith? Did he not have sabr? Was he weak?

God, no!

He kept crying and couldn't move on because he knew something which the world didn't know. He knew the dream Yusuf had. He knew his son's future, so he knew he is alive. And that is why he could not move on. While the world moved on and blamed Yaqub for bringing a lifelong grief upon himself, Yaqub could not move on because he knew what the entire world did not know…

This is why Yaqub said, "I complain of my grief only to Allah." Because it's just Allah who knows my reality and why I cannot stop crying.

Yaqub was not weak. He didn't lack faith. He didn't lack sabr.

He was strong. He knew what the world didn't know and he dealt with it all alone, all by himself while relying on Allah alone.

So the next time they tell you to move on, forget it, it's been long, just let them go, ignore them. They don't know what you know. But be at peace knowing that your Lord knows.

Allah has named palestine as the "Holy Land and the Blessed Land” in the Quran. It’s mentioned in Surah Al- Ma’idah ( 5:21 ):

“O my people, enter the Holy Land which Allah has assigned to you and do not turn back (from fighting in Allah’s cause ) for then you will be returned as losers.”

one of the signs of Qiyamah is a war against the Jews. if this is the war Allah himself called upon, its befalls on every muslim to fight on the side of Palestine.

2. many great Prophets of islam and great men were born on that oly land. Palestine was the birthplace of many Prophets including Hazrat Ibrahim (AS) who built the holy Kaaba, hazrat Ishaq (AS), hazrat Dawud (as), hazrat Yaqub(as), hazrat Sulayman (as), hazrat Zakariya (as), hazrat Yahya (as) and our beloved hazrat Isa (as).

other prominant figures like Irmiya, Maryam (as) mother of Isa(as), Samuil, Talut, Uzair and Yusha.

3. Palestine is home to one of the Sacred Masjid in Islam, the Masjid al-Aqsa. Masjid Al-Aqsa is the third holiest site in Islam. It was the first Qibla for Muslims. it is also the mausoleum of hazrat suleyman (as), at this holy site, he drew his last breath.

Many references from religious books have been given with respect to this mosque. As mentioned in Sahih Muslim:

“Isa the son of Maryam (AS) would then descend, and their (the Muslims) commander (Imam Mahdi) would invite him to come and lead them in prayer, but he would say, “No, indeed some of you are commanders over each other as Allah’s honour for this Ummah”’. [Muslim]

It is the land where Isa (AS ) will defeat Dajjal, the anti-Christ as its narrated in Mu’adh ibn Jabal:

“The Prophet (ﷺ) said: The flourishing state of Jerusalem will be when Yathrib is in ruins, the ruined state of Yathrib will be when the great war comes, the outbreak of the great war will be at the conquest of Constantinople and the conquest of Constantinople when the Dajjal (Antichrist) comes forth.

It’s also narrated that Prophet Isa (AS) would then search for him (the Dajjal) until he would catch hold of him at the gate of Ludd (a village near Jerusalem) and would kill him.” [Muslim]

Palestine was the site of the miraculous night journey of Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ).

It’s clearly mentioned in Surah al-Israa, chapter 17 Verse 1:

“Exalted is He, who took His Servant by night from Masjid Al- Haram to Masjid Al-Aqsa, whose surroundings we have blessed, to show him our signs. Indeed, He is the Hearing, the Seeing.”

now lets see what Allah mentioned upon this inhuman activity, for indeed he knows the future:

The Jews, the people of Israel are cursed for killing their Prophets and disobeying Allah’s commands. Surah Baqarah [2:87] reads:

“ … But is it not that every time a messenger came to you, O children of Israel, with what your souls did not desire, you were arrogant. And a party (of messengers) you denied and another party you killed. ”

Another verse from Surah Al-Ma’idah [5.32] narrates:

“Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul unless for a soul of for corruption (done) in the land – it is as if he had slain mankind entirely. And whosoever saves one – it is as if he had saved mankind entirely.”

Allah says in Quran, Surah Al- Ma’idah [5.78]:

“Cursed were those who disbelieved among the Children of Israel by the tongue if David and of Jesus, the son of Mary. That was because they disobeyed and habitually transgressed.”

Hmm I'm confused 😭I don't know why I'm sad without reasons,why I have a As As salam alaykum! heavy heart without any reason ,why i have panic attack without any reason,why my heart feel a lot of burden ,and how scary it is to feel like your whole world is falling on your shoulder without knowing the reason🥺 Heart heavy😢😟

I understand your situation. It's really hard to deal with this. But just know that you're not alone. Everyone is going through some kind of hardships. In fact sadness is a part of what makes us human. No living soul is unfamiliar with it; even our Prophets faced multiple episodes of sadness. For example, Yaqub (AS) wept until he lost his vision and even our beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) experienced bouts of sadness upon the loss of his wife and uncle. Hence, sadness is not a sign of weakness in any form. To experience sadness is to be human.

Here I'm just writing down some points coming to my mind right now. You can try to follow them:

Talk to Allah when you’re alone. Complain to Allah of the pain and sadness you cannot explain. Keep asking, even if you don’t know what to say.

Seek human support as well. Discuss your problem with someone you feel comfortable. Maybe a family member, or a friend, or someone professional or anyone you can rely on.

Surround yourself with people who remind you of Allah simply with their actions. Through their kindness, through their humbleness, through their wisdom. People who make you want to live a life for the sake of Allah. Company of such people can give us perspective and lenses that we may have never used to see the world. See what motivates them, what drives them forward, how are they consistent etc. Seeing the practical life of being close to Allah makes it feel much more real and achievable.

Take a break for a while, from everything. Rest.

Try to read Surah Duha with translation. InshaAllah you'll understand. The verses will relieve you.

Hence, sadness is not a sign of weakness in any form. To experience sadness is to be human. Having strong faith, or Imaan, does not render a believer to be an exception to the emotion of sadness.

Imaan does, however, equip us with the tools to combat depression and hopelessness. There is nothing wrong with accepting and acknowledging your grief. The strength of a believer is not that he remains strong by dwelling in denial or drowning in numbness, it is that he never loses hope despite all the pain and grief. That in essence is what true faith is.

you should try to keep yourself busy with useful activities, such as reading Quran and other books, and engaging in hobbies and so on. Do not forget some natural remedies that will re-energise you and help the brain to regain energy, such as honey and dried fruits.

O Allah, I am Your slave, son of Your slave, son of Your female slave, my forelock is in Your hand, Your command over me is forever executed and Your decree over me is just. I ask You by every Name belonging to You which You named Yourself with, or revealed in Your Book, or You taught to any of Your creation, or You have preserved in the knowledge of the unseen with You, that You make the Quran the life of my heart and the light of my breast, and a departure for my sorrow and a release for my anxiety). TO KNOW MORE ABOUT HOLY PROPHET MUHAMMAD( SAWS) HOUSEHOLD , WHO ARE ALSO KNOWN AS AHLUL BAYT(AS) , OR AALE MUHAMMAD, We have to go back into the history ; and to reduce the chances of any doubt , we shall try to get light , from the holy Qur'an;

As we have seen, here ALLAH granted the request of patriarch Abraham to bestow Imamah ( Imamhood or leadership) on the righteous descendants (not sinners , because sinful people cannot become Imams of the Ummah, SO IMAMS MUST BE IMPECCABLE AND INFALLIBLE ) .

WHO ARE THEY?

But who are the righteous children of Prophet Ibrahim(as) ? Well, those who , according to the Holy Qur'an, were granted Imamah or the leadership of the people of the Book, namely; Ismail , Is-haq, Yaqub , Yusof ,Dawoud, Solaiman, Mosa, Jesus(isah) , and finally , The last Prophet of ALLAH ( SWT)---- OUR VERY OWN BELOVED PROPHET MUHAMMAD (SAWS).

THEY are the righteous children of Prophet Ibrahim (as) or AALE IBRAHIM, who recieved Imamah or God given leadership over the believers , Now, there are two very important questions to be answered;

1.) Who are the AALE MUHAMMAD ( The same way) as Thou Hath Blessed AALE IBRAHIM ?'"( AT-TAHIYYAT , DAILY SALATS )

2) How did ALLAH bless Aale Ibrahim that we ask Him to bless AALE MOHAMMAD in the same manner ?

The second question has been answered by ALLAH in verse frm His Qur'an .

Are They (?) Jealous of the people(?) For what ALLAH hath given them from His Grace ? While we Gave AALE IBRAHIM the book and the wisdom and we gave them a GREAT POSSESSION?!"

So ,what was given by ALLAH to AALE IBRAHIM ,was the BOOK, THE WISDOM AND A GREAT POSSESSION! ( both material as well as spiritual and leadership of the ummah).
