Art Dump 1:

Digital versions of some traditional sketches I posted in sketch dumps previously, coloured these a while ago but didn't want to upload them separately so put them in a batch like this.

1. Probably going to change their species a bit, probably a pegasus or Maybe a kelpie? Maybe just a merhorse? Don't have much personality wise, just a old horse/some kind of equine that lives by themselves in an swamp/marshland. [have to choose which] (Shades and Shadows)

2. A mershark, tends to spend most of his time in the deep ocean [mermaids in this universe can switch between legs and an tail and between lungs and gills, most mermaids tend to spend almost half/half on land and in the ocean]. However when he is on land he almost always goes to the restaurant mentioned in 3s info so has got to know is friends with them both.  (Explosive Dusk)

3. One of the most frequent visitors of the local library, massive lover of marine biology [as well as microbiology], is the type of person to have alot of biology fun facts to give out,  currently studying to be an Marine Biologist and works part time at her girlfriend's parents beachside restaurant. Girlfriend is a professional skater? [I think that's the term for someone that skateboards?] (Hangry Munch)

4. Bug/Horse hybrid? [Was an lab creation]. Not sure on specifics of species as I do like the idea of bughorses but worried about making them too similar to mlp neon changelings [which I do like alot but don't want to just copy]. She is an scientist [botanist] herself and she makes a bunch of cool plants [like walking venus fly traps, glowing floating roses etc]. (Shades and Shadows)

Wanted to have nicer art of Craft and Meghan so I could make toyhouse profiles for them. [Changed Craft's hair a bit] Really like how this came out but probs just going to draw very sketchy art for a bit after this as this was tiring [or at least physically I have been 100% sh/t for the two past days so this was tiring for me right now]. and yes I actually drew proper hands for once, using my own hands as reference. to dead to say anything about the character right now sorry or anything of otherwise real substance.

More of the usual slight redesigns of characters [make the colours a bit more saturated]. They have alot of forms they like taking and generally like long worm like or just a slime looking type forms. They are an apple farmer. That's all I have to say uh.

Literally just an digital version [though I guess chibified] of the only other drawing I have of them, drawing has been very hard lately, idk maybe I think a new mouse, maybe my wrist is messed up, maybe physically im just not doing well generally. maybe its just to hot and shit. Desert robot, idk if sand corrodes metal, but I guess you would some type of clothes just so you dont get sand all stuck to you and also metal gets hot doesnt it so if you are a robot like a walking computer ish you woundt want to overheat to much or you wouldnt be able to mentally function much.

Need to have some more bird characters, particularly crows and pigeons [and maybe some plague doctor style characters]. Pigeons are really cool birds, and always have very nice colours. Originally was going to go with arm wings rather than separate wings and arms that are in the same style as there legs.

Just a little doodle [Not the happiest with how this came out] Dangles [what the above character is] can't naturally have hair [as in head hair like humans] but can have hair by using wigs or magic. The background is meant to be a specific place, though I need to uh think more of how it is meant to look and flesh it out I guess. The above character is unnamed currently. Wonder what they are doing in this strange place?

Design on the left [blue one] was adopted from https://toyhou.se/Badvibez and designed by https://toyhou.se/jaspering, changed their design a bit [and although I'm not 100% sure what their original species was I don't think they were originally a wolf]. Also changed sparklepaw's [temp name for one on the right] design a bit. Wanted to draw something cute and simple so here are sparklewolf girlfriends. Like the way this came out alot, especially how colourful this is.

Only had the design of their head figured out last time I drew him but now have the whole design figured out. Also they are now named Nyapolitan! [originally named them Neopolitan as I go by Neo but I think I like this better, plus its a pun : D and also its just a one letter difference from Neapolitan].

Title: Ghoul Dog Concept Design As soon as I finished this I had a new design idea for them in mind, oh well I will get that down and out my head soon enough. Maybe later today, got a very sudden artistic motivation boost, which is odd as before yesterday the last time I drew was the on new years. "Ghoul Dog" is a placeholder for the species name as not all of them will be dog like. Might just call them Spoke [Ghosts in afrikaans], though not sure. Though probably will be an afrikaans word as the species name as I have some other related species that also have afrikaans words as species names.

Cassidy and Casanova are now personal ocs rather than my fursona and sona. Just don't feel as connected to them anymore, though I have been brainstorming a new "sona" [more a mascot really] and went for a neapolitan ice-cream themed shapeshifter named Neopolitan [This is their cat form!] [Neo as I mostly have been vibing with the name Neo lately]. This icon may be a temp one as most of my socials don't allow gif icons [like tumblr], but not sure.

3: yes, definitely, but I'm not sure how to explain it. I'm used to being Subliminally Influenced by other people co-fronting, but for sure wanna run around more often. (if that makes sense andjcjsjcks) I actually got to run around and chase a stick in the beach the other day, it was really nice ^^

5: I get to be FLUFFY! I get to have COOL HAIR! I get to have COOL GAY SWAG!! I honestly like a lot about my kintypes, I think they fucking rock.

8: um, learning I canonically have stupid little fruity shoes with my band logo on the grippies, that was amazing. And when I'm particularly dog-ish, I think my favorite kind of "memory" would be frolicking in really tall grass, that's so fun more people should definitely try it.

9: oh so many. I have constant phantom dog ears, a swishy tail, and I get a whole bunch of miscellaneous phantom limbs that aren't connected to any kintypes (wings, extra arms, gills, extra eyes, big old monster claws, and many more) pretty frequently. Also once it felt like my whole face got changed, but then I realized it was just a fiction-themed shift (which had never happened before!)

Okay so mermaids.

First off they're all non-binary. Mermen is just a funny inside joke they have.

Also they can grant whoever they want the ability to breathe underwater. This will come in handy later.

So you're best friends with a mermaid? How cool is that!? A semi-aquatic mammal, A- GENT P!!!!! Oh sorry sorry where was I? Yes yes. So obviously they are naturally curious about the human anatomy so you two agreed to show off cool facts about yourself.

They were amazed to see how your uh weird fins had smaller little fins attached to them? You told them it's called legs and toes respectively. Of course their delicate and thorough examination of those spots tickled like crazy. And that's how it all started.

The merpeople didn't really have tickle-ing in their culture. So your ever so curious friend wanted to explore such a new phenomenon. You thought to yourself that maybe this could be fun. And you couldn't have been closer to the truth. There's not a lot different between us landlubbers and merfolk. Where they have gills, we have just skin.

With permission you gently touched around their gills. Not ticklish at all. If anything you made them cough a bit.

With the roles reversed, their slightly scaly hands were almost too effective spidering against your neck. Of course they needed direction as to how lightly they should tickle which left you a sputtering flustered mess...

Next spot was the back. Some merfolk have a beautiful spiny back, and your friend just so happened to have one of them. Theirs was retractable able to open nice and wide and close back in like a pair of wings. At this point they asked you to come in the water. Not too deep so you don't get too scared but just enough. All it took was one small incantation and a gentle hug and boom you're under the water breathing.

You're amazed at how intricate their back was. With beautiful arrays of scales lining their back. You gently stroke your fingers along their scales (not against as to not make them uncomfortable). They let out a startled bubble stream out their nose. How adorable. I could explain how you did the same without them having to even touch your back but I don't wanna embarrass you~

Keep in mind that the water is touching you and does serve as a tickle enhancer. I mean have you ever been tickled in a pool? How fast and swiftly wiggling hands travel up and down your slick skin? Yeah...

So back to merfriend. They are curious about the spots where their scales meet their "skin". So places like their waist, or where our landlubbing hips would be proved to be extra ticklish.

The final place to tickle was their tail. And oh boy what a massive tail. You test the waters (pun intended) and touch their tail. The reaction was immediate and they were about 50 feet away. They timidly swam back and blushed. You recommend that they hold onto you and they comply (eagerly at that).

Let me tell you. Sound carries through the water SO well. Their laughter seems to attract other sea creatures that gather around to watch the show. Cause when merfolk are happy, so too is the ocean. They hold onto you for dear life as their tail wildly flails as you both gently descend to the ocean floor. You feel a gentle tap on your shoulder, a signal for you to stop.

And there you were, wrapped in your friend's tail on the surprinsgly soft ocean floor. You both giggled when a school of lil fish were curious about your tummies.

Bonus thoughts:

When in lee moods, after the discovery of the "tëokles" your friend subconsciously invites sea critters to satisfy them if you're unavailable. Lemme tell you, octopus are rad lers with their tentickles.

Some merfolk do have hydrokinesis and ofc they use that to create jets of water (think pool jets) to tickle

Sirens although known in many folklore to be evil how about their sounds of death are now sounds of tickles? Anyone who hears it can't help but giggle a lil and become extra sensitive

Devs are allergic to lore friendly "functional" apparel so excuse me while I yell about the wasted potential for 20 years below:

Plague: Plague-themed survival gear; could be boots, monster-skin ponchos (or wing protectors) for protective gear, Plague-specific eyewear which combines a gas-mask... there's tons of ideas here for plenty of protective gear for non-Plague dragons. We have clothing that uses leather, but never says where it comes from; I'm going to assume some of it is from monsters & could be used to help waterproof a dragon from acid rain/Plague-infused rain. I'm honestly surprised there's really nothing besides the alchemy masks & gloves for that. Sure, there's magic, but it could be cool for players who'd rather find other means for their dragons to protect themselves. Another idea is simply a more traditional medical kit apparel set, with a rations pack & clean water pack for traveling through the territory.

Earth: Earth's whole deal is spelunking & crypts, yet all we have for that really is whatever magical ideas we can come up with from old event apparel, or gem shop lanterns. Why don't we have other means such as mining helmets fitted for dragon heads with something silly like magical spotlights or a candle set on them? Clearly not every dragon can see in the dark if we have the shoulder lanterns to begin with. Other ideas could include gloves which have big digging claws for the breeds who want to dig deeper in Earth territory, or ones who want to augment their natural talons. We have some of this on the site, but not many that seem emphasized for digging or are very needle-like. Surely every dragon doesn't use shovels? To be honest even simple tail-lanterns would be neat, or more shoulder bags filled with gemstones & geodes. Something. Earth is so barren. The Dwarf player inside of me is going bananas at Earth not having more fun delving gear & clothing. I'm going to eat a rock now.

Fire: Not much to say about fire, besides I feel like it could always have more protective/smithy-themed gear that isn't all event apparel. There's really no reason why we can't also have stuff like welding masks, more protective gloves or something like clothing which is meant to protect the wing-feathers of non-fire dragons in Fire territories. It doesn't even need to be clothing; with any flight I am sure players would appreciate even accenting apparel like soot smudging for arms/legs or crafter's aprons pouches. I do not know why this site is so allergic to subtle accenting apparel like splatters & smudging to put underneath clothing to make a dragon dirty (yes, we have skins & accents but so does Lioden & crap & they get tons of this type of thing... on that note, where's war paint apparel?). Why not more apparel which is dragon-accessible like neck/chest pouches? I'm aware this wouldn't work for every pose, but some could be slung over the shoulder & partially closed/more dynamic with those. Or even the tools flying out. Magic floating crafter's tools? Many players already headcanon flights mixing magic for that sort of thing, why don't we have more stuff that references flights working together to make gear like that...?

Water: I am unsure how dragons handle swimming, but I think it also wouldn't hurt to have aquatic gear for some dragons such as boots/gloves with webbed fingers/claws or things with fins on the arms/haunches to aid in swimming. We have the event gills of course, but this is meant to be mundane gear that anyone can use & nothing magical. Something silly like a vest with a leather inflatable neck & chest tube could be fun as part of a jacket combo. Honestly, deep-sea diving apparel would be a cool thing to try to implement, which I think we could get away with the breeds all being so different by primarily making this body gear with facial apparel which keeps the top of the head free, but covers the mouth & snout with the breathing gear, with the rest to flow down the neck areas. Where's our Wind flight teamups making some silly airbreathing gear? Floaties? Wing fins. Even something like a wetsuit coated with shiny scales for those fluffy dragons, I dunno.

Nature: I'm honestly, deeply, deeply surprised we really have no apparel that is like- actual wood armor with living plant accenting or something like carry-on pottery with plants that isn't like, magically growing out of the dragon. The gardening gear was an amazing start, but we could do with even more plant accenting with that; stuff like vines trailing up the limbs, nets full of flower petals like the vegetables, giant rafflesia clothing (ha ha stinky). Plants are SO varied, & yet we have actually very little green gear to deck out our dragons with, besides stuff like the Leafy Gladeboughs or the Woodbrace stuff (but that's more feathers, anyway). Imagine a whole set of apparel which is just various carnivorous plants that live on the dragon as living protective armor. We have a fair amount of apparel that just sits in front of the dragon or stabs into the ground, why not stacks of pottery or like- foreground type elements of some plants? Nature has SO much potential, I'm screaming.

Wind: Avoiding the general "Asia" theme with Wind, I'm surprised we don't have more aviation gear besides the jackets & things... like we don't have more wing glider stuff that puts a fancy spin on things? Silly blimps under the wings & by the armpits? We really could go even harder on some fun steampunk adjacent ideas here. Similar to ideas for Water, it could be something as fun as rocket wing parts or something like a rocket belt/boots. You know you want glider kite wings in like a ton of colors to match with your dragons. They could even have prints of stuff on them like the wing fans! Other ideas are things like FLYING flocks of birds & more actual in-the-air apparel; more blowing leaves of various types & colors, etc. Fun accenting stuff. I wanna pair of shoes with useless propellers on them.

Lightning: It's a crime we don't have even more obvious mad-scientist apparel. Who do I have to push into a giant cauldron to get us some bandoliers of like, glowing neon potions or like, even "apparel" which is splatters of goo on a dragon. Everything can't be brass batteries, we have some other subtle aesthetics we can work with for Lightning here. That said, we also don't have a powered-exoskeleton suit that goes over our dragon legs. I wanna be Death Stranding out here. Where the hell is our obvious robot arm apparel, or is the implication of a missing limb too gruesome for FR? Geez. Arcane: Honestly I think we're fairly good & varied with both event & nonevent items that fit the general aesthetic & ideas behind the flight, since we have plenty of robe & magical themed gear all over the place that can work for Arcane. All I can really think of is more Alchemy gear in different forms; yeah, we have the bags & protective gear, but I dunno why the site is allergic to not having multiple forms of themed apparel... that is, it wouldn't kill us to have more than one bag drawn differently with different bottles or say bottles now filled with little critters & herbs. Does that make sense? We have say, 5 different scarves but only 1 type of junk bag, etc. It wouldn't kill them to make another set of mage or witch gear that wasn't recolor, is what I mean. Blah, blah "more work for artists" yeah this isn't about that, it's just me realizing how occasionally allergic the site is to get more than just 1 thing out of a theme or object sometimes. That said, Arcane could use some headgear of various magnifying eyepieces similar to that one Earth event apparel or maybe adventuring gear with the bags stuffed full of scrolls & writing equipment. We weirdly don't seem to have much for scribe dragons. Where's my nerd's pocket-pen shirt.

Light: Not many ideas here for Light, since it's apparel is already all over the place in aesthetics besides "gold with glowy orb" on many. I like the general black & gold theme with many years apparel, but the lack of a unifying- I guess "cultural" look for Light makes me struggle to come up with apparel set ideas, along with the flight itself sort of difficult to work with for what Light does (unlike say, Shadow easily being able to have just more Stealth gear themes for example). Light has some Hellenistic themes in it's backgrounds, but all I can come up with are just more glowing elements like maybe stained-glass themed armor with a Roman/Greek theme with accenting or something like firefly cages or blown glass bottles with fireflies/fairies in them...? Emphasis on carrying & moving light, since there's not another theme I can really see with the current lore, unlike say with Earth being more clear with what they DO as a flight as whole, idk. Light kinda bores me, sorry. Y'all pretty, but what the hell you all do in those empty yellow fields?

Shadow: There's a lack of dragon clown makeup that is sorely lacking & I don't think anyone else here is brave enough to say it. We got jesters, bring in the clowns. I wanna turn the corner on a pine tree grove & see a bunch of dragons in grease paint scatter like roaches. Where's our nerd freaks out here playing Dungeons & Humans on their floating board games & card games. Apparel that's just the biggest dice bag you've ever seen & every dragon in their lair is crying for them to stop buying more d20s.

Ice: Besides the cold weather apparel we already have, a lot of low magic weather gear can work for Ice. Examples being things like ember-holders for fire-starting (assuming you're not a Fire dragon), more animal pelt gear to round out what we already have with more primitive aesthetics (or for our mighty hunter dragons) or something for plant (or Tundra) dragons like shoulder carry things for tender green foraging or firewood. Little aesthetic things like that. I know much of Ice flight is probably out in just snow tunnels & living more animal-like given what we can see on the map, but that doesn't mean a dragon can't try to make themselves comfortable. Silly note: where's our dumb dragon holiday socks?

Feel free to 100% use any of this for your dragon lore or art because Sornieth drives me bananas sometimes. I was gonna post this on the forums, but to be honest I'm sure someone would just delete it instantly for daring to call the site uncreative even when I really like a ton of it. I just feel it's wildly untapped potential. I hope some site artist sees this & uses it, holy crap I am dying for more fun, "functional" apparel that isn't only event crap. If you read this far, congrats, go drink a glass of water & eat something nice today. Emphasizing the "no salt" tag here because honestly I am just frustrated & making grabby hands at what could have been. I sometimes feel like the site somehow has no direction & is just throwing darts at a board, forgive me.

a bunch of powers/hybrid smp character design hcs based around their powers in the mod:

(small warning for slight body horror in tubbo and wilbur’s sections, and horror themes in wilbur’s section)

this got long so here’s a snapshot of my fav bits above the read more:

tubbo can open his stomach up like a shulker, and just reach in there and put stuff in and get it out again

wilbur’s physical appearance is dependent on how well rested the person looking at him is

tommy glides by t-posing because his arms are his wings

ranboo can open unhinge his jaw and open his mouth like an enderman, and he has like an extra layer of mouth skin like a snake that you can only see when his mouth is unhinged

Phil hates places with low ceilings cause his wings are super long and he can’t stretch them out

Niki’s got gills on her neck to help filter water, so when she wants to talk to people above water she has to stick just her head out of the water and leave her neck beneath it

You know su!peridot’s augments she had at her intro, jack can like do that with his clawed fingers. Just like detach them at will and control them but they can’t go very far from him so it isnt very useful

Shulk!Tubbo:

tubbo has pretty thick skin with a slightly sickly pallor even though he’s perfectly healthy

he also has a carapace that’s similar in color and texture to a shulker’s shell covering the parts of his body that don’t bend(arms, legs, top of his head, upper chest) he can use these to block sword blows but if the sword is sharp enough it’ll stick cut into his skin

the carapace itself doesnt bleed, but it does heal and tubbo feels pain if it gets cut

like a lobster or turtle the carapace is a part of tubbo’s skin and can’t be removed(without extreme pain)

his hands are also reinforced by his carapace, giving him sharp claws at the tips of his fingers, and this is why he can punch through stone easily and without breaking his hand

he’s also pretty heavy underneath this extra armor and as a result he’s got a lot of intense muscle mass

tubbo can open his stomach up like a shulker, and just reach in there and put stuff in and get it out again, but it has limited storage

it kind of makes his stomach look like a shulker, with interlocking squares

the stuff inside his stomach exists in a type of hammerspace(we’ll just call it shulkerspace) so if you were to cut him open the stuff wouldnt be there

Phantom!Wilbur:

wilbur can do like... ghost things like turning invisible and walking through walls in phantom state

particularly astute(or anxious) people can sense when wilbur’s nearby in phantom state, but not accurately guess where he is

wilbur oftentimes goes in and out of phantom state without even realizing it, sometimes just vanishing in the middle of the conversation because he let his mind wander

he also burns in the daylight which is sadge but not when in phantom state so he sometimes goes into the phantom state on reflex when entering a very bright room

wilbur can sense how tired people are, and if they are tired enough to summon phantoms wilbur can sense whose insomnia the phantoms are targeting on sight

wilbur looks like how you’d expect a ghost to look: see through, human, or at least... that’s what he looks like when you wake up in the morning

his physical appearance is dependent on how well rested the person looking at him is, but he is always corporeal when out of the phantom state

by nighttime, when you’re getting ready for bed wilbur’s eyes are green and if you look closely they glow in the dark, and if you look closer a skeleton makes itself clear beneath wilbur’s skin. it is not a human skeleton

by morning the next day without sleep transparent membrane stretches between wilbur’s claws and you can clearly see the skeleton. fangs protrude from its mouth and its rib cage stretches grotesquely outwards with every breath wilbur takes

by the second night wilbur’s transparent skin is blue and phantom membrane has escaped the confines of his hand and run down the length of his arm, extra bones begin to grow from the skeleton to accommodate the growing wing. it is harder to see through him.

by dawn of the third morning you can see a tail, more bone than blue, leathery skin, lashing behind wilbur, it seems to always whip itself in your direction. it stings when it touches you, but not for long. his frayed wings are fully formed.

night falls and wilbur’s glowing green eyes are sunken in, practically floating in black eye sockets. his skin looks vacuum sealed, giving you a perfect map of the meatless bones inside. he is entirely opaque, you cannot see through him but his stark white skeleton, expanding, stretching, and clawing at you, is clearly visible

you sleep, and wilbur looks human once again

this version of wilbur doesn’t only exist in the minds of the sleep deprived. if you let him stay in the edges of your vision too long, no matter how rested you are, you can see this form

by the time you focus your vision on him wilbur will be back to his normal state. you can’t see what your brain desperately tries to refuse. it is only when your mental walls have been broken down that you can witness wilbur’s form. for better or for worse.

Avian!Tommy:

instead of having an extra set of limbs like phil tommy’s wings and arms are the same limbs, like a harpy(and like wilbur)

where the wing’s wrist is(essentially where it bends, if you’re unfamiliar with bird anatomy) Tommy has some extra human-like clawed fingers that he uses as hands

tommy isnt strong enough to fly with them, even if he is very light thanks to hollow bones. he can glide, though

yes, this does mean that tommy glides by t-posing

tommy also has talons for feet, which sort of assist him in being slightly faster than everyone

his feathers are the same colors as a red parrot’s, and he keeps them very well maintained so they keep their lustrous color

he’s also got a lot of feathers dotting his body, like around his ears and stomach and they protect him from the cold in the high up areas he likes sleeping in

ok i dont really have anything to say abt his veganism he’s just Like That because parrot(cause god knows chickens are omnivores)

he has a beak that he uses for nuts and seeds and he can make bird noises!

And he’s got a small feathery tail that isnt useful for much but does look cool

Even though he can’t fly Tommy does have a third eyelid like a bird, it goes side to side and is transparent, he mostly just uses it while gliding or swimming

Enderian!Ranboo

Very tall boy with very long arms

Honestly very similar to dsmp!ranboo

Water burns him like acid and leaves behind very distinctive burn scars but he heals pretty easily from water burns

He is Constantly bamboozled by people wearing pumpkins and he’s Not a fan

Ranboo can open unhinge his jaw and open his mouth like an enderman, and he has like an extra layer of mouth skin like a snake that you can only see when his mouth is unhinged

He’ll avoid eye contact at all cost because it agitates him and gets him unreasonably angry at whoever he’s talking to, the others have gotten very good at avoiding eye contact with him, though

Teleporting is a lot of fun to him and he’ll sometimes just teleport around just for the sake of it, because he can sense the change in location when teleporting in a way humans with ender pearls cant

Enderians are the results of people trying to fuse together with end-based magic and so all of them have the half and half texture of their skin, but most of them all have the same powers

Speaking of skin, Ranboo’s ender skin is strangely smooth and he doesn’t have a protruding nose, just slits in his face he smells through

He also doesn’t have any body hair at all, but his long ears generally distract from that

Elytrian!Phil

Phil is an incredibly light person, compared to a human he’d be dangerously underweight

He’s essentially skin, hollow bones, and elytra because if he was anything else he wouldn’t be able to fly especially with armor on

However this and his hollow bones means he’s pretty weak in all areas, especially underground

Thanks to his Brain he gets slow and weak under low ceilings and also sadge

Aside from the kind of unearthly tint to his skin Phil looks pretty human, aside from the elytra of course

He’s got insect wings protected by an elytra. So, elytra on beetles and things are kind of like a half circle protecting the wings and pressing them to the body of the beetle, and this works because beetles are wing shaped- phil is not

So, phil has very unique elytra that completely encase his wings, and the top part moves out of the way to let his wings fold out so they’re like twice his height- and that partially adds to his dislike of low ceilings, he can barely stretch his wings

Phil’s got fragile beetle wings so they look pretty fragile but they can withstand a beating and carry Phil a ways(though it’s partially phil’s innate magic that lets him shoot into the sky)

Phil has a transparent third eyelid just like Tommy

And, he has antennae that he uses to feel the wind while flying

Merling!Niki

Niki essentially has two types of skin: a human-looking thick layer of skin that covers the upper portion of her body and an even thicker scale-like layer that covers the lower half

Her human-like skin is very rough and it doesn’t absorb water like human skin does, the scales are smooth but also don’t absorb water

She has two legs and a long, thick tail she uses to propel herself through the water, the tail is entirely covered in her blue scales

Her hands and feet are webbed so when she swims she spreads her hands out to help push herself through the water

Niki also has decorative fins on various places on her body like her ears, legs, arms and stomach, they’re all blue and can’t be controlled in anyway

She’s got gills on her neck to help filter water, so when she wants to talk to people above water she has to stick just her head out of the water and leave her neck beneath it

Breathing in air and rain at the same time is extremely uncomfortable and leaves her constantly feeling short of breath but she considers it well worth it to walk on land for a period of time

She also has sharp teeth because: yes

She doesn’t have eyelids, though, her eyes are built like a fish’s

Blazeborn!Jack

Jack constantly gives off heat, he wont burn anyone but you’ll get very hot if you stand too close to him for too long

He has metallic blaze skin that glows like molten metal if he was recently on fire or in lava

You know su!peridot’s augments she had at her intro, jack can like do that with his clawed fingers. Just like detach them at will and control them but they can’t go very far from him so it isnt very useful

And, of course, he’s immune to poison and hunger because he’s basically an android, he’s like a gold material and metal cant get poisoned or hungry

Jack will, however, become fatigued if he’s away from intense heat like fire or lava for too long, like a week

He gets hurt in water because the water basically sucks the heat away from him and that actually hurts him

Staying in a cold biome too long would do the same thing if jack didnt go prepared with warm clothing and probably a flint and steel but tbf to jack humans also die in cold biomes if they’re unprepared

I’ve got nothing for fragranceman right now as i’m not sure if schlatt’s going to be on the server a lot

Monster Hunter Rating 23: Plesioth, the Water Wyvern

Hey, guys. Sorry for not posting yesterday, but that day was stressful for a couple of reasons I’d rather not get into, and I couldn’t start writing this until close to midnight, so I decided to finish it today (which is why I’m going off the Monster List order rather than the Quest List, as an anon suggested). But don’t worry, ‘cause a shark dragon’s worth the wait. Let’s see what Plesioth has to offer!

Appearance: Plesioth is an interesting take on the “shark dragon” concept; unlike Cephalos/drome, which had a clear divide between head and neck, the head of Plesioth, which is more in line with sharks like the great white, is the same width as the neck, which has the same width as most of the body. This gives Plesioth a body type closer to a fish like some kinds of koi or carp than a dragon. Speaking of carps, despite being a shark dragon, Plesioth has carp-like scales and even colors, which seems weird, but according to Wang Fu, a Chinese scholar from the Han dynasty, Chinese dragons, which influenced descriptions of dragons in Japan, had features reminiscent of several animals, including scales like those of a carp. Now, this could be a coincidence, but even if it is, it’s a pretty cool detail.

Plesioth also have a lot of spiny fins, which are similar to those of several species of bass, though the Plesioth’s have spines which extend beyond their membranes. Their wings are also modeled after these fins, but their greater size means that it’s easier to see the gradient on the membranes, which, by the way, looks really nice and complements the colors on the main body really well. I really like this design! It nails the water dragon look really well and has some nice touches that accentuate that. It’s definitely my favorite design out of all the monsters I’ve talked about so far, so y’know what? 10/10.

Behavior: Plesioth are ambush hunters that feed on both under- and above-water prey; for the latter, they prefer to wait until the landlubbers get too close to the water’s edge, just like a crocodile. Their sensitive hearing means that they’re likely to hear the footsteps of anything coming for a drink, but it also means that really loud sounds can frighten them and cause them to flail wildly. They’re territorial enough to regularly patrol their “turf,” but they also fear confrontation due to having weak defenses, and will avoid picking fights if at all possible. Once a Plesioth decides to fight, though, it can be rather persistent, even coming out of the water to attack its target.

Now, that’s not to say they’re uncomfortable on land; they may not be the apex predators that they are underwater, but they’re still a force to be reckoned with. Not many predators will try to feed on something that’s 65 feet long at its smallest and 127 feet long at its largest. Oh, yeah, did I not mention that this thing’s the largest monster I’ve talked about so far? My bad. There are larger monsters that pose a threat to Plesioth, though, which is why these wyverns never like to be far from a body of water. They have to surface at some point, though, because for some reason, they don’t have gills, meaning that they can’t breathe underwater. This a dragon that’s so devoted to an underwater life, it gave up wings that could be used to fly for wings that act as fins, and it still needs to breathe air!? Get your act together, evolution! Okay, it kinda did; they can breathe air both through their mouths and, like amphibians, through their skin, but I don’t see how considering they have scales.

Finally, I should probably point out that like real sharks, Plesioth are viviparous, meaning that they have wombs, rather than lay eggs. And also like real sharks, the babies in the womb will fight and eat each other. Ah, the majesty of nature can be so nauseating at times. The concept of a monster that’s the top of the food chain underwater and still formidable on land is pretty cool, but the fact that Plesioth can’t breathe water is ridiculous. I guess they needed an explanation for why it would ever spend time out of the water? Well, whatever the reason, it’s not like Plesioth are likely to be in danger of something attacking them when they stick their heads out to breathe, so it’s not that big of a deal. 7/10.

Abilities: Those spines aren’t for show; they contain a sleep-inducing neurotoxin that’ll put you to sleep after a single scratch. The wiki also says that Plesioth can inject the toxin through bites, but it only specifies the neurotoxin being in their fins, so I dunno what’s going on here. Speaking of biting, Plesioth have powerful jaws that can crush the armor of some monsters, such as Carapaceon, so you know that getting bit by it has got to suck. They also utilize their size for attacks such as tail swipes, hip checks, and charges. The most notable attack Plesioth have, however, is their ability to fire a stream of highly pressurized water that they previously swallowed while swimming. In real life, pressurized water is used industrially to cut and shape steel, so that tells you what kind of pain you’re in for if you get hit by that. Plus, if it’s anything like the stream fired by Mizutsune, it inflicts Waterblight, a status condition which temporarily decreases the speed at which your stamina recharges, and take it from an Insect Glaive main, that’s not fun. 8/10.

Equipment: So, several Plesioth weapons have Cephalos parts in them, and the weapons as a whole have a similar aesthetic, but they’re still distinct, at least in my opinion. Let’s start off with the Great Sword called the Finblade:

I like how the membrane has the gradient on it to show that it’s from the edge of the fin. I also like the handguard next to the handle; the curve makes it fit the water aesthetic. Next, we have a Lance called the Aqua Spear:

Hey, gotta have a trident in here somewhere, right? Having a membrane between the trident’s points and the shield’s spikes is a nice touch, and I like how the shield looks with that ring of green surrounding its core. But I gotta have a weird weapon somewhere in here, so here’s a Bow called the Dragonhead Harp:

Yes, this is a Plesioth weapon. No, there are no other monster materials used in it that could say otherwise. I honestly don’t know why it looks like this, but it has the Outset Island aesthetic from LoZ: Wind Waker. It even looks like it could be a cannon for your ship in Phantom Hourglass. There is one thing linking this with Plesioth, though: the “feathers” on the arrows in the quiver are made from Plesioth fins. It’s a small detail that really brings the weapon together. As for the armor, there’s unfortunately not any pictures of normal Plesioth armor on its equipment page, and I don’t wanna scrounge around the wiki, so here’s the Gunner version of the “G” armor from MHFG:

I mean, I get it; it’s a diver’s wetsuit with Plesioth fins. The problem I have with it is that there’s not much Plesioth there; the only things here that I can confirm to be from Plesioth are the fins that serve as details, not the main makeup. But there’s another armor set that...look, I had to show it, all right? It’s called the “Apukaru” armor, and while it’s made from both Plesioth and Hermitaur parts, I think there’s enough Plesioth there to warrant showing it here:

Is this armor for hunting monsters or going for a leisurely dive in the Bahamas? Okay, the diving suit the female set is based off of is most certainly not used for leisure, but you get my point, right? This is straight up diving gear made for war! The red parts match up with Hermitaur, but the fins and scales are all Plesioth, and they’ve done some really clever things with the former. First, both suits have the fin membranes as the membranes on their flippers, which is to be expected, but then you look at the female set and realize that the crown on top of the diving helmet is made of the fin membrane. That’s kinda gross, but also hilarious. Also, why is there a princess crown on top of the diving helmet!? It’s such an unnecessary detail, but it adds so much. This equipment gets a 9/10 for being both aesthetically pleasing and goofy as all get-out.

Final Thoughts and Tally: I knew I was gonna like this monster as long as they did it right, and they did it so well that it’s probably my favorite monster in the series (not that I know of many, but semantics). The little details in its design, the fact that it’s dangerous on land and king in the water, the battle prowess, the equipment, and the fact that it’s a freaking shark dragon all make Plesioth the biggest fish in the pond. I’d say that it’s probably gonna go downhill from here, but oh, don’t worry. We’ve got some special guests coming soon. 8/10.

Experiment 808 AU

Hey so I did actually have someone show some interest in this AU, but I’m awful at formatting so I'm just making a separate text post. Read about each character under the cut. A bit about the setting. It’s pretty distant future, this big lab in the middle of the city was commissioned to make a ton of super soldiers. Not knowing where to start they just... started kidnapping kids. Like from their cribs and everything. Not legal but they can like start from scratch there. By the time most of them are ten they’ve been tortured and beaten and do not want to be there. So they just escape. Because like what are they going to do to stop a bunch of kids with powers.  They run free into the city. They stay hidden in bunkers and hideouts. They are all about 15~16 ish. I haven't decided whether or not Al is still a year younger or if they are twins so, for now, its up too you.

Ed 

Has gills on his neck and sides, and dragonfly wings.

the wings are red and while he can fly fast can’t fly for a very long time. 

Instead of his traditional black tank top and coat, he wears one of those knit sleeveless turtleneck things with his red coat that ties around in the front.

Chapter 7

“What do you think do I look like a monster?” Roxay asks turning to look at the others and they stop looking at her. “I’m supposed to be the daughter of Frankenstein.” She says putting her hands on her hips.

“No we know it’s just you look really cute it’s perfect for you.” Moka standing up after getting her hair and makeup done. “But what about me what am I?” She asks looking in the mirror tilting her head.

“Sexy zombie duh unnie.” Yiyang says watching her out the corner of her eye as she sits there playing on her phone. “And I suppose to be the Abominable Snowman or something?”

“That’s right but snow woman…and I’m a werewolf.” Jisoo says looking at her wolf ears as she fixes her hair. “Eunjin you’re a vampire easy, Chao is a nymph and you Sora you’re the dead princess of De Nile.”

“Oh Celo sweet I was truly meant to be a princess.” Sora says clapping her hands smiling. “Does anyone know how many time we’ll have to film this?” She looks around at them and they shrug.

“Well we did the song in English, Korean, and Chinese.” Xiaoling says walking into the room and they all stop looking at her. “What why are you all looking at me like that?”

“The daughter of Medusa cool.” Roxay smiles touching the fake snakes on Xiaoling head and she puts her hands on her hips. “Where’s Nessie unnie?” She shrugs walking to get her makeup done. They all get their hair and makeup done as they wait.

Renesmee opens the door and walks in and they all look at her. “And there she is the most feared creature of all.” Jisoo says smiling as she walks over placing her hand on her shoulders guiding her to the chair so she can get her makeup done.

“She looks the same unnie what are you talking about?” Eunjin says watching them and Renesmee looks around confused. “See even she looks confused.” She says waving her hand toward Renesmee as she sits there looking in the mirror.

“Yeah unnie what is she supposed to be?” Yiyang asks standing behind Renesmee watching as she gets her makeup done. Renesmee closes her eyes as they keep working on her makeup. Jisoo smiles watching them then looks back at the others.

“Well you really can’t tell what she is because she’s in human form.” Jisoo says watching as they add the temporary color to Renesmee hair. “This creature has at least three forms normal human, a human with wings and the most dangerous form of them all.”

Jisoo steps to the side as she turns the chair around letting them see Renesmee. “Mermaid.” She holds her hand to her face showing off the scales and gills.

“She’s a siren.” They all say seeing Renesmee as she stands up looking at them. Jisoo nods smiling then Renesmee looks in the mirror then covers her mouth. She looks back at Jisoo and she just nods watching her.

“Sirens lure people mostly men to their death with their voices and looks.” Jisoo says standing behind Renesmee holding her hand under her chin smiling. “They’re like vampires but no blood sucking you know.”

“So why am I the siren then?” Renesmee asks looking back at Jisoo tilting her head to the right. “Why did you put me as this?” She moves her hair from her face sighing. Jisoo shakes her head folding her arms now.

“You know you have the look and the voice.” Jisoo walks from behind her heading to the door. “Plus you can breathe underwater.” They all follow Jisoo getting ready to film. They walk around the school looking at everything.

“Why couldn’t they just get actors for this?” Moka asks looking at the others as they walk. “I mean why use people from other groups?” She waves her hand towards their sunbae. “They don’t even want to be here.”

“Well a lot of them were free plus it’s what the company wanted.” Jisoo says looking around seeing everyone. The girls bow to everyone they pass then the director walks to them smiling. He starts point each girl to a different classroom.

“What about me sir?” Renesmee asks looking around seeing the others walk off. He smiles looking at Renesmee and she looks down at the floor her hair falling in her face. He places a hand on her shoulder and directs her to the gym with the pool.

“So you start off here in the pool, you’re late for class so you jump out.” He waves his hands around and Renesmee nods as the stylist help put her tail on then blending it with her skin. Once they finish she slides into the pool swimming around before coming back up.

“How does that feel?”

Renesmee smiles biting her lip looking up at them. “Feels good.” She leans on the edge folding her arms resting her head on her arm. “So once I’m out I walk down the halls humming and singing right?”

“Yes as you walk past each classroom something will happen but keep walking okay?” The director says watching her and she nods. “As you walk the halls you’ll hear talk about how monster and human don’t mix and stuff that’s when you get to your class and the door slams open.”

“From there everyone will be looking at you but you ignore it then go to your seat.” He goes on and Renesmee nods following his movement. “Then he makes a comment about how bad monster are and everything then that’s when everything goes down.”

“Okay got it.” She nods her head smiling again and he leans over moving her hair.

“Okay you just swim around for a bit we are going to film the other stuff then come right back in here.” He says watching her and Renesmee blinks before diving back into the water splashing water everywhere. “I see why Jisoo made her the killer mermaid.”

“Okay keeps these cameras in here and film her for a bit.” The director says and the crew nods before he walks off. They start filming for the day and everything starts off real smooth. Renesmee keeps swimming as they filmed her.

“Is she going to come up for air?” One of the cameraman asks looking at the others. They shrug looking back at the pool. Renesmee slowly comes out the water smiling as she pushes her hair back. “Are you okay, do you need anything?”

Renesmee shakes her head blinking watching them. “No I’m good but thank you.” She bows her head to them before pulling herself up sitting on the edge of the pool. The stylist walks over making sure her makeup is okay.

“Having fun sis?” Jisoo asks walking in with a few others. Renesmee turns hearing her and she nods biting her lip. “I knew you would you weirdo.” She walks over to Renesmee crouching down next to her.

“Wow your tail.” Roxay says sitting next to Jisoo looking at Renesmee and she holds up her tail. “Can you swim with it on?” She asks watching her and Renesmee nods splashing the water.

“Isn’t it heavy with that on?”

“Not really it’s just a rough daft it has sensors on it so they can add more detail during editing.” Renesmee says moving the tail around. Renesmee looks over seeing others walk into the gym. “So what did they have you guys do?”

“Individual photo shoot in our classroom.” Sora says folding her arms as she stands there. “After you I believe we will start filming the MV.” She tilts her head hearing some of the others walk in. Chaoxing walks over behind Renesmee smiling.

“Wow what is all this?” Minho asks walking around in his monster outfit then he looks over seeing the girls and walks over to them. The other members of SHINee walk over but stop seeing Renesmee. “Siren?”

Chaoxing pushes her foot against Renesmee back pushing her into the water. “Yup.” She says watching as Renesmee sinks to the bottom. “A dead siren.” She nods clapping her hands together and Moka walks over hitting her.

“Nessie!” Jonghyun yells watching as she sinks down then he looks back at Chaoxing who just stands there smiling. The staffs runs over looking down into the pool but Jisoo stops them from getting her.

“Why did you do that?” Moka asks looking at her and Chaoxing just shrugs looking down at the water. Roxay looks over the edge looking worried and Jisoo stands back up taking a few steps back.

“She’s not moving unnie is she dead?”

“Come on let’s go see.” Jisoo says patting Roxay on the back and they walk down the stairs Jonghyun and Minho following being them. The others quickly run after them watching as Renesmee lays there at the bottom of the pool not moving.

“She’s dead.” Chaoxing says touching the thick glass with a wicked smile. They all turn watching her in shock then look over at Renesmee. Moka hits her again and Chaoxing whines rubbing her arm. “Stop hitting me.”

“Would everyone relax please she’s not dead.” Jisoo says placing her hands on her hips.

“Jisoo she’s not moving she’s dead.” Sehun says standing there next to her and Jisoo shakes her head before slowly placing her right hand on the glass. She tilts her head to the side giving a quick whistle watching her sister.

Renesmee eyes shoot open and she looks over seeing Jisoo. Renesmee swims around for a bit then slowly moves closer to the glass. “See told you she’s not dead.” They all watch in shock seeing Renesmee move underwater. “She is part of few who can actually be an underwater model.”

Renesmee points to Chaoxing shaking her head and Chaoxing just pouts back at her. “What I knew she wouldn’t die so I pushed her and she’s fine see.” She says walking off and the others groan following her.

“About how long can she stay down there?” Tiffany asks walking next to Jisoo causing Jisoo to stop and look at her. “I mean she does need air right?” Jisoo nods and starts walking again smiling as she looks at the tank.

“I think last time I timed her she stayed under for about 13 minutes.” Jisoo keeps walking up the steps and they all stop hearing her and she looks back. “Maybe 15 at best; right now it’s been at least 10 minutes.”

“The girl is crazy.” Jonghyun says looking at the glass tank watching Renesmee. The others look over watching as well. “How do you stay under that long?” Jisoo shrugs making it back to the top of the platform.

“Okay lets film our deadly mermaid then get the rest of this done.” Everyone gets back to their classrooms and waits. Renesmee comes back up looking around watching everyone move about. “Okay first pictures then we film.”

Renesmee nods watching as they bring the cameras closer. They spend about 20 minutes taking pictures of Renesmee before they start filming the video. Once Renesmee was out of the tail the cameras follow her down the hallway.

As she slowly walks down the hall barefooted humming each classroom door would slam open as she passes. So pools of water covered the hallway floor where she walked. Everyone that was in the classroom would look out the class window hearing Renesmee song as she walks by.

When Renesmee gets to the next class door she gently pushes it open slowly looking up as everyone looks over at the door. “Ah you must be the new student.” Heechul says playing the role as the teacher and Renesmee just nods quickly looking at over at the class. “Well then come and welcome.”

“Thank you.” She says each word she spoke coaxed sounding like the most soothing sound in the world. Everyone stiffens hearing her voice and she smile walking into the class.

“Please introduce yourself.”

Renesmee stands there quickly bowing to everyone then stands back up putting her hands behind her back. “Hi I’m Nessie nice to meet you all.” She smiles blinking slowly and everyone smiles pretending to be under a spell. “Uh sorry about the floor I was taking a swim heh.” She giggles slightly biting her lip looking back at Heechul.

“That’s alright it your first day.” He says waving his hand to the empty seat in the back of the class next to Taeyong and he gulps looking down at his desk as she sits next to him. “Alright class for today lesson on why monsters are monster and why they need to be killed.”

Renesmee pushes her hair back watching everyone not really paying attention but catching everything that was said. They keep filming making their way around the classroom getting everything. “Okay then class do you understand that you can’t trust them.”

The class groan a yes and Heechul shakes his head. Renesmee leans her elbow on her desk as she starts giggling resting her chin on her hands. Everyone looks at her and she just smiles while Heechul takes his glasses off. “And what is so funny Miss Nessie?”

“You this lesson and the class.” She says tilting her head watching them and he watches her biting his glasses. “So you’re the famous teacher that hates all the monster in this school and wants them out.” She smirks sitting up straight and Heechul tosses his papers on his desk.

“Yes I guess that’s me are you saying you like those things?” He asks leaning back on his desk and she just shrugs. “Well this is my class and in this room there are no monster allowed.” He drops his glasses on his desk and Renesmee smirk gets bigger watching.

“They’re dangerous unruly ugly creatures even when they try and hide in their human form.” He goes on and she just nods to make him happy. “All they do is cause pain and suffering and if I had my way they wouldn’t even be in this school.”

“Soon very soon everyone will see my way of thinking and we will get rid of them.” He says as if he was about to tell them his grand plan. Renesmee quickly and gently hops onto the top of her desk and Taeyong watches with eyes wide.

“You really are funny teach but your way of thinking is wrong, your class is wrong.” She says as she jumps from desk to desk making her way down. Heechul watches her and she just smiles and everyone watches. “And most important you sir are wrong.”

The cameraman swings around capturing everything as the others work the ropes helping Renesmee jump into the air. Heechul walks around his desk following her moves and Renesmee laughs causing some of the others to laughs watching her.

She takes a leap and the crew pulls on the wire sending her across the room placing her on Heechul’s desk and he looks up at her. “Get down now or go to the office.” Renesmee smirks kneeling down tilting her head. She reaches up grabbing Heechul face squeezing his cheeks. Heechul freezes being caught in a trances and Renesmee smiles grows.

“Take a look around half your students are monsters you fool.” She says tilting her head to the right now and his eyes follow her every move. “It’s people like you who disgust me.” Renesmee lets go of his face pushing him back and the force of it throws him off balance. She turns sitting on the desk looking at everyone.

“All they want is to live free like you no harm what so ever; but its people like you that force them to turn into these monster and attack humans.” She crosses her legs her hair falling to the side as she sits there. “You I see the way you’ve been look at her.”

Renesmee points to Kai then Hyoyeon and she looks back at him and he looks away. “You like her don’t hide it now; but do you know that she is one of those ugly monsters we been talking about right?” She asks and Kai looks at her nodding.

“Yes I know she is vampire.” He says smiling as he looks back at Hyoyeon and Renesmee nods. “I don’t care really.” He looks back at Renesmee then sighs shaking his head. “But she wouldn’t like a human like me.”

“Let us find out shall we?” Renesmee smiles as she points her feet and starts singing. And as on cue Hyoyeon stands up and walks over to Kai and Kai looks up at her standing up as well. Renesmee keeps singing and everyone just watches.

Hyoyeon stands there trying to fight the control looking over at Renesmee then back Kai. “I…I like you too…” She says then covers her face blushing everyone gasp watching. Renesmee nods smiling watching them and Kai looks back at her.

“Now see she could have said anything that was a truth song and well we just all heard the truth.”

“You’re really…you’re a…you’re a siren.” Taeyong says standing up and Renesmee nods biting her lips watching him. He watches slightly taken aback and she watches and smiles whistling and he groans covering his ears as he whimpers.

“Wolf boy.” She stops smiling sadly at him and he uncovers his ears. “Sorry but I had to be sure no need to be sacred of me though.”

“You see teach monsters can do many good things just as much as they can do bad things.” She sits there waiting a bit before standing up on top of the desk again holding out her arms. “The real monster I would say would be the humans.”

“Of course you would say and think that you dirty filthy monster all you wanna do is destroy the earth.” He says breaking the glass on the alarm box and pulls out a gun. Everyone moves seeing what kind of gun it was.

“Really because last time I recall it was the humans destroying the earth especially my home.”

The others that were playing monster show their true form seeing the gun. They growl and snarl watching Heechul and he looks at them eyes widen. Renesmee hums smiling watching them and the others look around watching.

“Like I said we can do so much good but we can also do so much bad.”

She looks back at Heechul crouching down and he points the gun at her. She smiles watching him seeing his hand shake. “And I’m sure last time I checked this is a school by monsters and for monsters.”

Renesmee stands up again as she releases and bloodcurdling scream and the crew sets off the alarms just as the windows break. A blast of wind blows everything around and papers go everywhere. Heechul covers his face and everyone playing a monster runs down the halls.

Howls, screams, whistles and all types of sounds filled the air. Taeyong, Hyoyeon, Ten, Kai, Yuri and Joy all stand there watching. The cameras circle the room filming everything. Renesmee looks at them smiling and they smile back.

Heechul falls to the floor watching Renesmee and she smiles looking around. She looks at the camera tilting her head. “Welcome to Monster High.” She says pretending to kick the camera and it swings back falling back making it look like she broke the screen.

“Cut!” “Perfect everyone!”

“One question why did we have to do it all in English?” Renesmee asks sitting back down on the desk looking at everyone. They look around then the director walks over smiling watching them.

“I know it took some time for everyone to learn all that but you did great.” He says watching them and Heechul stands back up standing next to them. “And to answer you it will be the opening for all three videos it makes it easier.”

“You know instead of going back over and over saying the same thing this way we all we have to do is just do the song and dance.” Renesmee nods understanding now and she smiles sliding of the desk. Heechul puts his arm around her and she looks over at him.

“Siren really?” He looks at her and she shrugs looking back down at her lap. Jisoo walks into the room looking around for Renesmee ad stops seeing Heechul’s arm around her. “What is a siren exactly?”

“They are women or men that mostly take the form of a mermaid/merman.” She pushes her hair behind her ear closing her eyes. “And they sing and their voices were their power and they would use it to drive people mad or bring them to their death.”

“Very beautiful creatures even their gaze could lure you in.” The director says looking at Renesmee then the others. “Okay let’s get set up again and start the song and dance.” He says clapping his hands together.

Before SM Entertainment Halloween Party

“Get up sis I need your help with getting an outfit for the party.” Jisoo says plopping down on Renesmee’s bed. Renesmee groans covering her head with her pillow and Jisoo sighs pulling on the pillow. “Please sis come on.”

“Unnie! Help!” Sora, Yiyang and Eunjin come busting through the door. “We need help picking a Halloween outfit.” Jisoo laughs hearing them then slaps Renesmee leg trying to wake her up.

“Is she up yet I wanna go shopping now.” Roxay comes walking in then looks over seeing Renesmee still in bed and pouts. “Unnie?” She crawls onto her bed lying next to her and Renesmee pulls the pillow down looking at her.

Roxay smiles watching her and Renesmee wraps her arm around her burying her face into her hair. “Why do you all need my help?” She asks and Roxay laughs hugging her back rubbing her back. “Just go ask manager unnie.”

“She said you had to go with us.” Jisoo says and Renesmee sighs lying on her back now. “So get up we already agree on a group theme.” Roxay nods getting up and Renesmee yawn getting out of bed. She walks over to her closet pulling out a shirt and pants.

She starts getting changed then walks over to her shared bathroom with Jisoo. “And what is this theme?” She asks brushing her teeth as she runs a brush through her hair. Jisoo walks over grabbing her Tinker bell outfit out the closet. “Well what is it?”

Renesmee walks out the bathroom looking at them then Jisoo holds up the outfit. “Tinker bell.” Jisoo says smiling and the others nod agreeing with her. Renesmee folds her arms watching them. “So now that you are ready let’s go.” She throw the outfit on the bed.

Eunjin grabs Renesmee arm and start pulling her out the room. Jisoo grabs their shoes and both their phones. She hands Renesmee her bag and phone as they walk down to the living area. “Shoes.” She says placing them on the floor by her feet.

Renesmee nods putting her shoes on then they head outside getting into the vans. “Now I know what you are thinking.” Jisoo says watching Renesmee as she yawns. Renesmee turns and looks back at her tilting her head.

“Do you really Soo?”

“Yes and I know you are still sleepy but we all won’t be Tinker bell just you.” Renesmee just nods listening to her as she looks back at the window. “I’m going to be Periwinkle, Roxay is going to be Silvermist.” She says and Roxay nods her head smiling.

“I’m Vidia.” Chaoxing says rising her hand smiling then goes back to her phone.

“Xiaoling is Fawn and Yiyang is Gliss.” Jisoo goes on and Renesmee nods her head closing her eyes. “Eunjin is Iridessa and Sora is Rosetta.”

“Which means I’m Spike.” Moka says looking back at them and Renesmee lifts a brow at her and she nods smiling.

“Sounds good to me but who’s doing all the makeup?” Renesmee asks and they all look at her and she just smirks shaking her head. “Nope not doing it.”

“Please unnie you know the most about each one and how they look please?” Roxay asks and Renesmee sighs just nodding her head. “Yeah thank you.” She smiles turning back around in her seat. Once they get to the mall they get out the vans and walk around for a bit.

They look around at the shops before going to look for their Halloween costumes. “Hey I wanna try that sis.” Jisoo says pulling on Renesmee’s arm trying to get her attention. “Hey look come on.” Jisoo whines and the others stop looking back at her.

Renesmee turns and looks at her stopping. “What’s wrong really you want bubble tea?” She asks and Jisoo points to the sign and Renesmee walks over with her and the others follow. “Does anyone else want any?”

“You never had bubble tea?” Xiaoling says and Jisoo shakes her head standing next to Renesmee. “Why?”

“I don’t know just never tried it before.” She says looking at the menu looking at the other stuff. “I also want that.” She points to cookies and Renesmee nods as Jisoo wraps her arms around her hugging her from behind.

“Want to try the flavor I get?” Renesmee asks tilting her head to the side and Jisoo looks at the menu. “Hey you guys order what you want I’m paying; they’re all with me.” Renesmee says waving her hand towards the girls.

They each order something and Jisoo bites her lip humming. “I wanna try the chocolate milk tea.” She says and Renesmee nods walking closer rot the counter and Jisoo holds onto her as she does.

“Okay two chocolate bubble milk teas.” Renesmee says then points to the cookies asking for a few. She then hands the man her card. “This is all together ours plus those girls.” She says and he nods swiping the card then hands it back. Once they get their drinks and snacks they head to the department store to pick up their costumes.

“You should go try them on before we checkout.” Renesmee stands there taking a sip of her drink. Moka and Sora nod walking to the dressing room. The others follow and they go and try in the costumes while Renesmee waits looking around the store.

“Okay come on let me see.” She says bring her drink to her lips again. They all come out slowly looking around. “Nice very nice okay spin.” Renesmee says nodding her head as she twirls her finger. They all sigh shaking their heads before turning in a circle.

“So what do you think?” Chaoxing asks putting her hands on her hips and Renesmee laughs covering her mouth. “I’ll take that as we’re good.” She says and Renesmee nods her head as she stands there.

“You know this is the most I’ve seen her smile since her birthday party.” Moka says smiling at Renesmee then looks at the others. “What’s gotten into her?” Moka asks and Jisoo just shrugs heading back into the dressing room.

Once they finish changing they look around the store for few more things. “Okay does everyone have everything?” Renesmee asks as they head towards the counter. She looks back seeing them grab a few more things.

“Wait what about wings?” Sora asks placing her stuff on the counter. Renesmee shakes her head smiling watching them.

“I have a surprise for you all back at the dorm so don’t worry about it.” Renesmee says and they head back to the vans heading back to the dorm. Once they get back to the dorm Renesmee walks over picking up the box placing it on the table. “Yeah so I overheard you all talking about this last month so I had a friend back in the states do me a favor.”

“Wait so you already knew about this?” Jisoo asks placing her hands on her hips watching Renesmee and she just nods. Jisoo sighs shaking her head as Renesmee opens the box smiling as she pulls out the first pair of wings.

“Wow it looks so real how did they do this?” Sora says walking over gently touching the wings and Renesmee smiles placing them back in the box. “We each get our own pair?” She asks and Renesmee nods closing the box.

“Well we have like 4 hours to get ready and it will take at least 3 to do hair and makeup.” Moka says taking her bag to her room. “I’m taking my shower now.” She yells back then everyone else follows her lead and starts getting ready.

Once they were all dress they headed to the living area and sat on the couch. Renesmee grabs one of her bags walking with her laptop. “Okay who’s first?” She says setting up her stuff then pulls up the pictures to get the idea for the hair and makeup. Roxay runs overs sitting in the chair and Renesmee pulls the picture of Silvermist.

Lucky there wasn’t a lot to do for Silvermist just very light makeup and straight hair. Roxay watches in the mirror in front of her as Renesmee works on her makeup. “Okay next.” One by one Renesmee does their hair and makeup trying to match the photo as best as she could.

Once she was finish with them she quickly does her own hair and makeup before putting everything up. “Thank you unnie.” They say as Renesmee walks back to the front of the dorm she turns looking at them as she grabs the box.

“Okay turns so I can make sure they’re on right.” She says as they all turn and she starts hooking the wings onto the costumes. Once she places her wings on she turns to face them smiling. “One last thing.” She holds up her finger then reaches over grabbing a small pouch.

“Close your eyes okay.”

They all close their eyes and she reaches in the bag quickly sprinkling glitter on them and herself. She gently applies some on their cheeks, arms and legs. They open their eyes looking at her as she takes the gloves off placing the bag on the table.

“Pixie dust?” Chaoxing says and Renesmee nods smiling and she laughs shaking her head. As she turns Xiaoling jumps back seeing her wings move.

“Her wings just moved.”

Renesmee laughs watching them as she picks up her phone. “Yes they all move see.” She turns her back to them and they gasp seeing Renesmee’s wings move. They all look at each other’s wings and smile looking back at Renesmee.

SM Entertainment Halloween Party

Seungmin opens the van door for the girls and they step and quickly fix their costumes. Everyone stops and looks at them seeing their outfits. “Wow.” Minho says seeing them and Jonghyun and Taemin both turn hearing him.

“Everyone is staring and I don’t like it.” Renesmee say clinging to Jisoo as they walk down the red carpet. Jisoo laughs patting her arm as she walks next to her. Renesmee wraps her arms Jisoo waist as they walk. “Maybe I should have stayed back at the dorm.”

“Why you love Halloween this holiday was made for you.” Jisoo says as she looks down at her hands. “I mean you are pure evil like when you were born mom said a black hole open and Hades claimed you as his child.”

“Even death himself was there to see you and they smiled at you.” Jisoo goes on as she stops tilting her head looking back at Renesmee who just smile closing her eyes. “Mom even said when you saw them you laughed smiling.”

“So that’s why unnie always say you have no soul.” Xiaoling says standing next to Moka and Chaoxing who just laugh. Renesmee turns her head looking at them and they freeze. “Wow she really is scary.” They step back looking at her and she smile letting go of Jisoo stepping towards them.

Yeri makes her way over to Renesmee smiling as she hugs her and Renesmee freezes looking at her. Jisoo pinches her arm and Renesmee whines looking at her and Yeri pulls away. “Oh I’m sorry unnie.” She looks at her and Renesmee looks back at her.

“No it wasn’t you, it was Jisoo.” Renesmee says looking down at the ground. “I just wasn’t expecting a hug from anyone.” She says and wincing at the sound of her voice. Jisoo gently pushes her forward and Renesmee bumps into Yeri.

Renesmee laughs a bit as she hugs Yeri and Yeri hugs her back smiling. “I really like your costumes.” She says pulling back and Renesmee smiles bowing her head as she thanks her. “Did your wings just move?” She points and Renesmee nods turning around showing her.

“Wow you girls really went all out huh?” Jonghyun walks over dressed as Peter Pan and Sora, Moka and Roxay all look at Renesmee who just turns back and look back at Yeri. “Great mind think a like huh Nessie?”

Renesmee finally looks over at him then stops her eyes widening a hair seeing his costume. She looks away nodding and Jonghyun smiles seeing her face. “Let’s take some pictures shall we?” Jonghyun says moving closer to Renesmee and they all just laugh watching.

Renesmee looks up nodding then stops seeing everyone’s costume. “Wait a minute is this whole thing theme Disney?” She folds her arms as Jonghyun puts his arm around her shoulder. Renesmee looks up at him tilting her head.

“Yeah pretty much cutie.” Jonghyun says smiling and Renesmee just laughs nervously looking at the ground again. Jonghyun pulls out his phone and takes a few pictures with the girls. Once he was done Renesmee bows to him then follows the others inside.

“Wow everyone’s costume looks really good.” Renesmee says wrapping her arms back around Jisoo. Renesmee looks around seeing the different costumes smiling as she hides her face in Jisoo neck.

“You’re one to talk Nessie; I mean real life fairy wings?” Yuta walks over with a few other members from NCT. The girls bow to them saying hello and they bow back smiling. “You look very cute as Tinkerbell.”

“Th…thank you.” Renesmee says bowing to him again covering her face as she stands back up. He laughs watching her and she slowly blinks taking in his costume. “You make a very handsome Captain Hook.”

“Why thank you my lady.”

“Great we just spent 15 minutes trying to get him to stop talking about how good he looks.” Haechan says folding his arms and Renesmee whines as she pouts looking at the floor. Mark reaches over hitting him then looks back at Renesmee.

“He didn’t mean it like that noona.” Mark says smiling at her and she bites her lips nodding as she looks at her shoes. “Wanna take some pictures with us?” He asks watching and Renesmee tilts her head slightly to the side looking at him.

After talking with NCT and taking pictures the girls all head to a table and sit down. They sit there talking for a bit before some get up and get food or go talk to the other idols. Renesmee just sits at the table playing on her phone when Jisoo comes back taking it from her.

“Hey I was in the middle of a game.” Renesmee pouts trying to get her phone back but Jisoo keeps it out of reach. Jisoo shakes her head as she places the plate down on the table. “Oh yay food.” She smiles looking down at the plate.

“You can’t just sit here all night you need to get up and talk.” Jisoo says placing the phone down on the table. Renesmee shakes her head as she eats and Jisoo just sighs closing her eyes. When she looks back up she sees Sehun, Jongin and Kyungsoo walking over.

“Okay sis whatever you don’t make a scene please.” The other girls walk back over to the table to eat. Kyungsoo pulls up a chair next to Renesmee sitting down. Jisoo bites her lip watching them as she looks away.

Renesmee sits there looking confused until she feels a hand on her thigh under the table. “Having fun ladies?” Sehun asks sitting next to Jisoo and they all nod then look back at Renesmee trying to read her face. She turns her head to see who the hand belong to but from the heat it was giving off she already knew.

“Hey Tink how’s it going?” Kyungsoo asks watching her face closely as she looks at him. Renesmee with her eyes slowly but quickly looks him up and down seeing his costume and she turns away. She closes her eyes shaking her head as she bites her lip.

She covers her mouth trying not to laugh and they look at her confused. “What’s so funny?” Jongin asks watching her and Kyungsoo sighs leaning back in his chair. Renesmee sits there laughing and Jisoo just smiles.

“You dress up as Terence?” Renesmee laughs looking back at Kyungsoo and he sits there blushing. “You lost a bet right, there’s no way you did this of free will.” She covers her mouth looking away as she then gently wipes the tears from her eyes.

“And if I did dress like this out of free will?” Kyungsoo says folding his arms eyeing Renesmee as she sits there laughing. She looks back at him biting her lip and he smirks at her shaking his head and she best out laughing again.

Jisoo hits Renesmee on the arm trying to get her to stop. “Ow that hurt.” She says rubbing her upper arm and Jisoo looks at her leaning back in her chair. “Okay fine I’ll stop laughing okay.” She says moving her chair closer to the table grabbing her phone.

“Thank you.” Jisoo says nodding her head then looks over at Kyungsoo. “I think he makes a nice male fairy.”

“Why thank you Jisoo.” Kyungsoo says smiling at her as he places his hand back on Renesmee thigh. Renesmee scoffs hearing Jisoo and Kyungsoo grips her thigh and she looks up from her phone.

“If anyone looks good it’s me.” Sehun says checking himself out on his phone smiling while everyone just rolls their eyes shaking their heads. “I really could be Prince Charming.”

“So Tink I thought you hated D.O oppa?” Chaoxing says watching Renesmee as she takes a sip of her drink. Everyone looks over at Renesmee and she slowly puts her drink down clearing her throat.

Kyungsoo tilts his head to the side watching her closely. “I do ha…” Renesmee starts but stops feeling Kyungsoo squeeze her thigh moving a bit closer. “I mean I do have certain anger emotions towards him; but it would be rude and disrespectful to talk about it when he’s sitting right next to me.”

Jongin smirks watching her trying not to laugh and she turn and looks at him. “Shouldn’t you be somewhere eating honey or taking a nap.” Renesmee gives him the death glare at him seeing him in the Pooh Bear suit and Jongin just shakes his head as he sits there.

“Is she always like this?” Sehun asks looking at Jisoo and she just shakes her head looking back at him. “Are you sure?” He tilts his head looking at Jisoo then back at Renesmee.

“No unnie is more calm and collected, she likes to lock herself up in her room and be alone.” Xiaoling says taking a bite of her food. Renesmee looks down at her lap nodding her head as she closes her eyes. “She’s very quiet and shy why we don’t know.”

“True I didn’t even wanted to come here tonight.”

“What why?” Jongin asks looking back at Renesmee and she looks over at him.

“Because I didn’t feel like getting up but they talked me into coming.” Renesmee says grabbing Kyungsoo hand pulling it off her thigh. She looks down at her phone then back at Jongin. “I rather be sleeping right now.”

“Or you know working on my stuff I need to get done.” She says looking at Jisoo and she just rolls her eyes.

“Yeah no I think this party is what you needed.” Jongin says folding his arms as he leans back in his chair. They sit there talking for a bit and few others come over and sit with them.

“Um why do your wings glow like that every time Jisoo is near?” Taemin asks pointing to their wings and they look at each other tilting the heads.

“Its because their sister.” Sora says eating her cake. “You have to watch the movie to understand.” She says looking over at Taemin.

“Tinkerbell come on let’s go take pictures with Wendy.” Jonghyun walks over grabbing Renesmee hand but she pulls her hand back folding her arms. “Oh come on Tink please.” Jonghyun pouts grabbing her by the arm pulling her up.

Renesmee looks at Jisoo and blinks before stepping away from him. “She said she rather be Captain Hooks prisoner than take a picture with Wendy.” Yuta slides over putting his arm around Renesmee smiling.

“Did someone say Captain Hook.” Yuta looks at Jisoo then Renesmee as he stands there. Renesmee freezes feeling his arm around her. “Argh I always wanted a fairy on me ship.” Renesmee smirks putting her hands on her hips.

“You see I can’t say that sis and I’m sure that’s why people can’t hear fairies talk.” Jisoo says standing up watching Renesmee.

“Peter loves you just as much as he loves Wendy stop being jealous.” Eunjin says walking around the table. “I mean really everyone knows this.” She says patting Renesmee shoulder and she just sighs.

Yuta looks over at Jonghyun smiling. “So Peter give me the girl for the fairy what do you say?” Yuta looks over at Wendy as she stands next Jonghyun. Jonghyun steps in front of her holding his arm out and Yuta smirks.

“Never!” Jonghyun says pulling out his sword holding it out in front of him. Renesmee sighs shaking her head. “Now give me back Tinkerbell.” Renesmee looks around seeing the photographer taking pictures of everything as the boys go on with their little act.

“Not going to happen.” Yuta says now pulling out his sword as well and Renesmee pouts watching them. “Now give me the girl.” He says gripping his sword in his hand and Renesmee just sighs shaking her head.

“Do you really think his going to trade me for the girl?” She says tilting her head back looking at him. Yuta looks down at her with a smirk with his arm still around her. “And aren’t you both taking this Peter Pan thing to far?”

“Tinkerbell people can’t hear fairies remember?” Jisoo says watching her and she hums to herself smiling placing her hand on her chin eyeing Renesmee. Renesmee smirks smiling evilly watching Jisoo then Kyungsoo looks over at her. “You little devil.”

“You pick something not because you like it but because it represents you in every way, shape and form.”

Renesmee bites her lip blinking at her before quickly escaping Yuta grip. “Wow sis.” She says now standing behind Jisoo and the others look around wondering how she got there that fast. “Took you long enough.”

“How did she get over there so fast?” Jongin says pointing to where she was to where she is now. The others blink looking back and forth then back at Jisoo.

Renesmee bends over leaning close to Jisoo ear as she looks at the others. They sit there watching and Renesmee just smirks before opening her mouth. “You’re half right sis.” She licks her lips looking over at Kyungsoo and he tilts his head sitting there. “And yes I am a devil.”

Just as Jisoo turns Renesmee is long gone and they all look around for her. “Really how does she move that fast?” Jongin says looking at them and they just look at Jisoo and the others. Jisoo just shrugs smiling as she takes a sip of her drink.

“Now that you mention unnie she really does do that.” Eunjin says watching Renesmee as she walks around.

“Did I ever say how much Nessie unnie is my favorite?” Roxay smiles crossing her legs as she sits there and the others look at her. “Cause she is.” Jisoo just rolls her eyes shaking her head.

Renesmee spends some time taking pictures with the others. She makes small talk amongst the other idols and takes in their costumes. She dances for a bit with Roxay and Sora spending half of the party with then or the others. After dancing she walks over to the food table to get something to drink.

“Well look at you Tinkerbell.” Lee Sooman says walking up behind Renesmee and she turns bowing to him. “So are you having fun Nessie?” He asks and she nods looking down at the floor.

“Renesmee look at me when I speak to you.”

Renesmee looks up blinking quickly bowing to him again. “S…so…sor….I apologize sir.” She says her voice small and quiet. He sighs watching her and she blinks biting her lower lip as she looks around before looking back at him.

“You really should relax and have fun.” He says holding his cup watching her and she nods. “Stop that Nessie you’re not a mute use your voice that’s why I brought you here to my company.” He says and she tilts her head watching him in confusion.

“You really don’t know why I brought you here do you?”

“No sir I don’t know why I’m sorry.” She says as she stands there and Sooman shakes his head sighing. He looks at her wings pointing and she looks back seeing them glow. Renesmee then looks around then see Jisoo.

“It will become clear one day why I did.” He says smiling and Renesmee looks back at him rubbing her arm. “Have fun Nessie.” He smiles walking off and Renesmee bows as he leaves just as Jisoo walks up.

“Hey what happen why do you look like that?” Jisoo asks handing Renesmee her phone and Renesmee shakes her head smiling. Jisoo sighs watching her and Renesmee just hugs her wrapping her arm and Jisoo laughs.

Jisoo starts walking around with Renesmee hugging her. “I’m sleepy sis plus I have to finish those dances and songs.” Renesmee says pouting as she walks behind Jisoo. Jisoo shakes her head hearing Renesmee and she walks over to one of the other tables.

“Good evening everyone.” Jisoo says bowing as best as she could with Renesmee on her back. Sehun smiles at her and she smiles back looking at the floor. “Get off my back you weirdo.” Jisoo says hitting Renesmee and she just shakes her head.

“Hi.” Renesmee says then looks away still pouting as she hugs Jisoo. “Please can I go.” She asks whining pulling Jisoo closer resting her chin on her shoulder. The boys look at them saying hello and Jisoo sighs pulling at Renesmee’s hands.

“Why is she pouting now?” Jongin asks pointing to Renesmee and Jisoo shakes her head folding her arms.

“She wants to leave so she can work on some stuff.” Jisoo tilting her to the right standing there.

“No enjoy the party stop overworking yourself.” Junmyeon says walking back over to the table dressed as Li Shang and Renesmee looks at him giggling as she covers her mouth. Junmyeon stops and looks at her confuse. “What’s so funny?”

“Nothing…nothing at all.” She lets go off Jisoo covering her mouth again clearing her throat. “Okay I’m leaving see you at the dorm.” She says walking off leaving but Jonghyun walks over grabbing her wrist spinning her around.

“Not so fast Tink.” He says as she turns falling into his chest and he smiles looking down at her. “Let’s have some fun just us two.” He speaks and Jisoo laughs watching her then looks away. Kyungsoo groans taking a sip of his drink causing Chanyeol and Jongin to laugh.

“Why you don’t even like me.” Renesmee says pulling free fixing her hair and Jonghyun watches her. “Besides wouldn’t you rather be with Wendy?” She folds her arms tilting her head back looking at him.

Jonghyun leans closer putting his hands on his hips. “Nope I like you and I can prove it.” He says moving closer kissing her cheek and she freezes her eyes widen as her cheek heat up. “Now come on.” He says grabbing her hand pulling her along.

Renesmee looks back at Jisoo trying to get help but she just laughs sitting there next to Sehun. “Yeah no you’re on your own sis.” She laughs smiling watching her being dragged off but Kyungsoo pinches her side and she yelps jumping. “Ugh fine I’ll go, why I don’t know its good someone confess to her.”

Kyungsoo pinches her again and she yelps again whining as she rubs her side. Jisoo looks over at him and Kyungsoo just sits there drinking his drink. “Wow just think hyung that could be you dancing with her if only you didn’t say that stuff about her, she wouldn’t hate you.” Sehun says watching Renesmee and Jonghyun.

“So does this mean that he like likes her.” Yixing asks sitting at the table looking at everyone. “As in he has feeling for her?” He goes on and they nod and he hum then looks over at Renesmee. “So he’s going to ask her out?”

Kyungsoo grips his cup as he reaches over with his other hand pinching Jisoo again. “That’s it I’m leaving, I’m going to go find the others.” She says her voice low and angry and Sehun looks at her as she stands up.

“You really are a good dancer Nessie.” Jonghyun says smiling as he puts his arm around Renesmee. She looks at the floor nodding. “So how does it feel almost finishing your first year?” He asks watching her and she looks up blinking as she smiles.

“Uh well I didn’t think we would make it but we did.” She says as she dances smiling and Jonghyun smiles seeing her smile. “So I’m glad we made it a year.” She nods as he spins her and she laughs closing her eyes.

“You should smile more often you have a pretty smile.” He pulls her closer smiling and she bites her lip looking down at the floor. “Plus you’re really cute.”

“No I’m not and I don’t have a reason to smile.” She says looking away as she steps back and Jonghyun sighs watching her. “But thank you oppa.” She bows and he shakes his head grabbing her wrist tilting his head.

“Let me be the reason you smile.” Jonghyun says smiling at her and she gasp a little covering her mouth looking at him. “What do you say?” He says watching her and Jisoo comes over grabbing Renesmee by the wing pulling her away.

“Okay time to go.”

“Ow…Ow hey that hurts Jisoo.” Renesmee says as Jisoo drags her off and Jisoo just shakes her head. “Ow that hurts you brat.” Renesmee says stopping pulling on Jisoo wing causing her to stop whining.

“See you don’t like it do you?”

Jisoo let’s go of Renesmee pouting as she steps back her wings moving as they glow. “Look at your friend dummy.” Jisoo says looking at her then over at Kyungsoo and Renesmee follows her eyes and she freezes. “Yeah not to happy right?”

“I told you I didn’t want to come to this.” Renesmee whines stomping her feet like a little kid and Jisoo just sighs watching her. Chenle walks over grabbing Renesmee hand pulling her away smiling. “What’s going on?”

“Come on noona let’s takes some pictures.” Chenle says holding Renesmee hand pulling her along. “Okay I have Tinkerbell guys come on.” Chenle says standing next to Renesmee as she smiles covering her mouth.

“If it isn’t the lost boys.” She says laughing a bit looking at them and they smile back at her seeing her laugh. “You boys look so cute.” She says as she puts her hands behind her back as she stands there.

“I told you this would make her happy and smile.” Chenle says looking at the others and Renesmee looks over at him. “Do you really like it noona?” He asks looking at her and Renesmee nods.

“Did you boys really do this for me?” She asks looking at them and they nod looking over at her.

“We wanted to help make you smile again.” Jisung says standing next to her and Renesmee tilts her head looking confuse.

“What do you mean?”

“Well we saw old videos of you dancing and having fun and smiling.” Chenle says taking my hand shaking my arm. “And we noticed you don’t smile anymore.” He smiles looking at her as she tilts her head towards him.

“So you know we want to make you smile again.”

Renesmee pulls her hand free covering her face as tears start to roll down her cheeks. “Oh no she’s crying…why is she crying, noona please don’t cry.” Jisung says placing his hand on her shoulder and Chenle hands her a napkin.

“What did you guys do why is she crying?” Taeyong asks walking back over to the table putting his plate down walking over to Renesmee as she stands there crying. “Nessie are you okay what did they do?” He asks her and she just shakes her head.

Johnny looks over at Taeyong making his way over. “What’s going on here?” He asks looking at the younger boys and they shrug shaking their heads. He places his hand on Renesmee’s shoulder looking down at her. “Hey Nessie what’s wrong?”

He asks speaking in English and Renesmee sniffles dabbing her eyes with the napkin. She steps back over to Chenle and Jisung hugging them. “Thank you this is the nicest thing anyone has ever done for me.” She says and Jisoo scoffs folding her arms as she stands there listening.

“So you really do like it?”

“Yes and I was crying cause I’m happy.” She says looking at Taeyong and Johnny and they nod. “They didn’t do anything wrong.” She bows to them closing her eyes as she stands back up.

“See I told you this would make her happy.” Jeno says standing next to Jisung and they look over at him shaking their heads. “So want to take pictures now?” He says grabbing Renesmee’s hand smiling and she just nods.

Renesmee and Jisoo spend a few minutes taking pictures with NCT. After they finish they go back to their table and sit. “Before you ask again I guess you can go back to the dorm but no working just go to sleep.”

Jisoo says holding her hand up stopping Renesmee from talking. “Really I can you mean it.” Renesmee smile looking at her and Jisoo sighs nodding her head. “Best sister ever bye girls see you back at the dorm.” She hugs Jisoo then grabs her phone running off.

Renesmee says bye to everyone as she call a cab to pick her up. Once she gets in she looks down at her phone sighing. “Heh you have 15 minutes now.” Is all she hears before the line goes dead and she just shakes her head.

Renesmee asks the cab driver to pull over after driving about 5 minutes. She gets out then makes her way down the pathway. Kyungsoo stands there looking at his phone and Renesmee slowly makes her way over but stops hearing him counting.

Renesmee smirks folding her arms across her chest watching him. ‘Wow he’s really counting down to see if I show.’ She thinks shaking her head as she slowly and quietly steps closer standing behind him. She looks over seeing his jacket and hat then looks back at the back of his head as her wings droop.

“5…4…3…2..and she’s not here guess I’ll have to go get her then.” He says with a click of his tongue as his timer goes off and he turns it off. He puts his phone in his pocket then turns to get his jacket. As he turns he stops seeing her there.

“You timed me, you really had a timer and timed me.” She says looking up at him and she tilts her head with the tick of the brow. “Stop acting like this, I like the goofy, cute shy D.O oppa.” She says watching him and he blushes looking away.

“Not saying that I don’t like this more pushy and demanding D.O oppa either.” She says looking at his costume and she starts laughing. “Really why did you pick that.” She keeps laughing waving her hand to his costume.

“Shut up you little devil.” He says wrapping his arms around her hugging her and she just laughs smiling. “You almost slipped up at the party.” He says as he buries his face into her neck as she stands on her toes.

“I think you did that on purpose.” She says wrapping her arms around him taking in his scent. “Thank you oppa.” She says closing her eyes as she shivers from the wind blowing. He hums confused and she just laughs letting him go.

“For what?”

“Just thank you.” She says walking around looking at the ground. “Oh Jisoo says don’t pinch her anymore.” She tilts her head as she leans to the side balance on one foot. Kyungsoo smirks shaking his head watching her.

“Well she just sat there what was I to do?” Kyungsoo folds his arms pouting getting jealous and Renesmee turns looking at him smiling. She covers her mouth looking away and he tilts his head watching her. “What?”

“You’re cute when you’re jealous.” She says smiling as she walks over to the tree looking up at the night sky. Kyungsoo walks over standing behind her watching her as she walks around.

“Jealousy.”

Renesmee turns around looking at him and he stop looking away as he bites his lower lip standing there. “What?” She asks moving her bangs out of the way and he tilts his head looking up at her with his eyes.

“Jealousy that is love; you said if I tell you what love is you would say it.” He says lifting his head watching her. “Jealousy is a part of being in love, it means I can’t stand seeing or hearing someone flirt with you.”

Renesmee groans throwing her head back and he smiles feeling his face get red. “No I’m not going to say it, I need more.” She says looking back at him and he smirks clicking his tongue. “You said it’s just a part of being in love; what is the other?”

Kyungsoo steps closer grabbing her chin watching her. “You’ll find out soon enough.” He leans in kissing her on the lips. “Now you should probably go back to the dorm now before the others get back.” He says as he pulls away looking at her.

“You are so confusing you know that?” She says as she opens her eyes looking at him and he smiles looking away. “I like it.” She steps back as he looks at the ground he nods wiping his mouth.

“That’s also what love is confusing.” He speaks walking over to his jacket picking it putting it on. “Now go Nessie I’m sure you girls have a busy day tomorrow seeing how you just released a mini album for Halloween.”

Renesmee nods pulling her phone out looking at the time. “Okay I’m going now bye.” She says walking off looking down at her phone and Kyungsoo sighs shaking his head before heading in the opposite direction.
