For anyone who needs a rundown, a succubus is a female demon who visits men while they sleep to engage in sexual activity. Either during or after this, they kill the men by taking their energy or by eating them. The male form is an incubus, but mostly the same premise.

now we’ve all hear of theo in a healthy and loving relationship, however in a toxic one? Probably the worst. Things would start off good, you guys would be all over each other, all the time. Everything would be great, unit it wouldn’t. After a few weeks, theo would grow bored and tired of you. He’d talk to other girls right in front of you, on purpose. And then when you’d confront him about it he’d get all defensive, make you think that you’re the one who’s wrong. He’d accuse you of being controlling and that he’s allowed to have ‘friends’ who are female. Despite being emotionally done with you, he wouldn’t break up, because he lovees getting you all riled up to the point where you are so mentally exhausted with his mind games, that you just give up. You give up, and you let him win, again and again and again. You guys would argue every single day, and it would always be in his dorm- because there’d always be something to go confront him about, no where other than his dorm. Leaving a toxic relationship isn’t easy, and when it’s with theo-it’s even harder. All your friends say to get out of it before it’s too late, but you’ve already ran out time. Confrontation doesn’t affect him, all the more reason for you to not leave him just to accept the challenge of making him care- just once. You would be screaming your lungs out and he’d just stand there, with a stupid smirk on his face as watches you pace around the room while shouting, and wonders what your thighs would look like locked around his head, your hands brushing out his fluffy curls and your mouth chanting out his name instead of whatever you were saying right now. Eventually the previous becomes a reality. It was almost like an indirect apology, yet theo had no intention of apologising, he just wanted to keep you hooked on for the next few days until he would do it again. suddenly everything’s fine. Well it’s not, but that’s how he’ll be pretending it is for the next few days. It’s this and his love bombing that made it so hard for you to leave, you hate it but you don’t. It’s a tricky one, but the cycle goes on, and on, and on. And oh my god this man is so stubborn, he cannot and will not change himself for you. During the honeymoon period of your relationship, his smoking didn’t really bother you, he wouldn’t be smoking all the time, maybe once every two or three days (sounds very unlikely I know). But after things got a bit more strained, he’d smoke multiple everyday- maybe even finishing the whole pack in a day. It was horrible. You hated the smell, and the worst thing was that it was everywhere. on nights when you and theo would supposedly ‘make up’, every corner of you would be infested with the scent, lingering on your clothes for the next few days. on the other nights when you’d go back to your dorm, alone and crying, you’d toss and turn in your bed. The scent would arise, from your pillows, duvet, hair, clothes, and it’d remind you of him. Shamefully you’d admit that sometimes the smell mixed with his signature cologne, would automatically drop you to your knees (don’t worry girl, me too), not that he minded. Honestly he loves seeing you from above, it just engraves the power dynamic between you two into his psychotic little brain, inflating his ego more than it already is. god he hated you, but oh how he was in love with you even more, infatuated and obsessed- feeding his desire of seeing you crying your pretty eyes out because of him, shouting with your pretty voice at him, pulling at your pretty hair because of him. Yeah, he’s (very much more than) borderline insane, but girl, as soon as you learn the rules of his games, he’ll wish he never started it.

Druski had been trying to get you to do a skit with him forever, partially because you were the It girl that everyone was obsessed with and maybe partially because Jack Harlow had an insane crush on you that he had yet to make any move on and to be honest Druski was sick and tired of hearing him moan and groan about how “Y/N doesn’t even follow me man, I followed her and nothing… Why the fuck does she even follow you?” 

He was just about done with Jack, so he wanted to do something about it.

“No Druski, I’m not doing a skit…” You shook your head as you answered his phone call.

“Nah, nah, nah! It’s chill, not a skit well maybe kinda… It’s more like a cooking show but different.”

You couldn’t lie, you were interested. 

So that’s how you ended up at Druski’s house in Atlanta getting ready to cook a whole meal with his two friends Urban and Jack. 

You had walked in a little late, saying sorry as you rushed through the door.

What's your opinion on Bellamort? Do you really think she would love him for all that he is? Do you think she would be able to overcome her blood prejudice if it's him? Do you believe he would open up to her love and start to love her aswell? I myself am conflicted about this ship because on one hand it is canon, they had sex and he obviously held some level of care for her (I do not believe his scream at the end of DH was a proof of his great love or whatever I think dude was just stressed and losing his last most loyal follower sent him over the edge) but I cannot help but be bothered by it. I just cannot believe a guy who's so egoistic would genuinely fall in love with Bellatrix. Yes I do think he would care for her and grow affectionate towards her and I think it even happened in the books on some level but I think a person like Voldemort would be very obsessive when in love and wouldn't be able to fall in love with the type of person who would feed into his narcissism and ego. Someone who wouldn't change him or challenge his mind. Such "love" makes me uncomfortable. I'm aware not all love is pure and stuff but I cannot imagine loving someone who is kind of your slave. There is a lack of humanity and respect in this type of dynamic which strips away any potential love that could develop. Shippers argue that V needs someone subordinate to love them but idk...I don't see it.

I absolutely agree with you on the matter of Bellamort being an unbelievable/unrealistic ship, anon. I’ll never criticize anybody for shipping Fanon ships that they want too, of course, as a Tomarry shipper myself—but that doesn’t mean it makes sense in Canon whatsoever, and whoever tries to pretend like it does—well. To each their own argument.

Voldemort was an egotistic, prideful, vengeful monster who would go above and beyond to save his own skin and life regardless of anything else when it really mattered. He didn’t feel love. That was the main reason he couldn’t kill Harry—because Harry had Lily’s love and love was his weapon and Voldemort didn’t have a drop of it. (Just because you don’t like that doesn’t change the fact that Rowling made it so. Just like how I dislike the Amortentia part of the book—that shit’s still true.)

But Voldemort called her Bella! That shows his personal affection for her!

Yeah, and he called Peter Pettigrew “Wormtail,” which was a beloved nickname to him from his old friend group. Does that mean he holds affection for him too?? Cmon yall. (Yeah, yeah, I know he called him that to torture him because of his betrayal, but this is just a weak argument guys.)

My honest reaction:

The prophecy was broken! It got smashed! His plans were already THWARTED. He already suffered defeat, he wasn’t about to lose the only person who was brain dead enough to actually be loyal to him! I bet all my money if he had to choose between the prophecy and Bella, he’d choose that damn prophecy.

Bella stayed behind in the forest when nobody else would when Voldemort fell—

Girl, shut up. Just because Bellatrix loved him doesn’t mean he did. That doesn’t PROVE anything.

There are multiple instances in the books where she begs for his forgiveness and seems genuinely terrified of him—and it’s not because she doesn’t want to disappoint him. It’s because she doesn’t want to DIE. The fact that he would kill her and she knows it doesn’t make the argument much better.

Sure, he shows her some affection throughout the books, but respects her devotion and loyalty to him. Not her love. Love isn’t a concept for him—his poor pathetic mother who died and left him, and his good-for-nothing father who couldn’t even bother being magical—the only love he has is for himself, and the only friendship was with Nagini.

Anyway, don’t take Cursed Child’s silly little plotline into canon—there’s already a bunch wrong with it that people write off, so we can write this off too.

Yes, both anons are right. If you follow all the last months, it is quite obvious how everything is happening between Edvin and Omar. This is typical abuser behavior - abuser is afraid of losing his victim and as soon as he feels that the victim is moving away, leaves and starts living happily without him - he begins to take actions to hook victim back.

Let's remember Omar's behavior from august to november - he stopped commenting on Edvin's posts and sometimes did not even like them. He did not show any special attention to him and did not mention him anywhere. We saw how Omar actively flirted and communicated at various events (fashion week, weekends with new american friends, etc.). Next Omar sarcastically said on his live "I don't have a ring anymore. I'm divorced. Finally." The night before his performance in december Omar followed a new guy on Instagram (an interesting coincidence, i mean, timing, right?). Well, and we all remember how Edvin started behaving in december. And we see what it led to. And this is only what we see online. In real life everything must be much worse.

Edvin does this because he does not want to lose Omar, he wants to keep him close so that Omar continues to do everything for him, cannot build a personal life and is reserved personally for him + he probably feeds Omar with various promises. Abuser always showers victim with compliments and attention when he knows that victim is ready to leave, and begins to devalue again when he sees that victim has become attached again. This is literally what is happening.

I understand that this can be very difficult, but Omar should pull himself together and completely cut off ties with this person. If my assumption is correct, then Edvin will completely fall apart after this, because Omar at this stage is a source of strength for him - Omar protects him constantly, supports him in everything, cares for him, helps him sm e.t.c. On the contrary, Omar will be free and will be able to build a happy personal life.

I ain’t reading all that. Bc this is just ridiculous, yall are literally OBSESSED with reading into Omar and edvins friendship and it’s not only starting get really annoying but also really fucking weird. The next day, the sano sibling and draken showed up at your house as usual to walk to school together with u, on the way, u noticed a guy who is need of help for finding something. U look down at your feet and found a phone.

U picked it up and hand it to that person, the guy held your hand out of gratitude for finding his phone and u were startled by it, this action alone already made mikey's face darkened, but what the guy said later is what really getting on mikey's nerves.

If draken werent there to stop him, mikey might have actually kill that person on 'accident', the guy scurried away while being deeply traumatized, even tho mikey is just a teenager, his atmosphere and strength itself already made a full grown adult break into cold sweat.

-School Lunchtime

U meet up with mikey behind the school to eat your lunch together, even a dummy could see how happy mikey is to be able to eat with u, and eat the bento U made for him. He only wants to feed u, cause this is what lovers do right? His cheeky smile just made your heart skip a beat for a few seconds, its pretty much the same day for u, but the things is, your other friends r no where to be found. U asked mikey where r the boys and he just shrugged his shoulder, u thought that they r probably busy with their school work.

It was evening when your school work was done and u headed down the path, u were expecting mikey to be there but u were instead greeted by your fav girl friends at the gate, and mikey and the boys was still not there, instead of hugging u like they usually do, emma put a blindfold on u, hinata and senju held each of your hand to make sure u dont fall, yuzuha carried your bag for u and emma lead the way to a certain place.

U r just so confuse at this point because u were totally not expecting this, u wanna know what happen and whats with the blindfold thingy.

Lmao the girls were giggling so hard that made u extra confuse but u still follow them, after 10 mins of walking, u have arrived and it what it feels like a field to u since the amount of grass u felt below your feet as u walk, emma sat u down a bench and by the time u realized it, it was already a little dark outside, infront of u was a small clif in an angle of the city down there, u were fascinated by the view and wanted to get up but yuzuha just pressed your shoulder down to let u stay on the bench.

Just when u thought the girl's intention where just to bring u here to see the view, emma suddenly said "shes here u can come out now" then a voice and multiple footsteps can be heard behind, u turned around and was facing a whole lot bushes of wild red roses and firefiles, toman was just standing there creating a large circle and mikey seems to be standing in the middle, holding what seems to be like a red rose. U stood up and walk towards him, wanting to know about the situation

Before u can even react, he was already near u and Kneeled on One knee?? U r flustered and turned your head to the right, facing the girls, who were all giggling so hard like a little child, u then turned you head to the left, looking at toman who were all happy and worked up, then u heard mikey whisper to u softly.

"hey y/n, pay attention to me.."

U turned your head back to mikey and had a face-to-face contact with his soft look, u then notice that he has his gang jacket hanging on his shoulder while he just had a simple bandage wrap around his stomach on his body. U held up one of your head to cover your mouth cause u r blushing so hard, which mikey finds it cute. He held on one of your hand started to speak loud and clear to everybody about his confession to u.

"U know, when i first met u, i thought it was blessing, from your appearance and personality, to the day i know u r the right one for me, i swear to all my life i will make u the most happiest girl ever, i promise to protect u and adore u. With that saying, he hand u the rose while looking all lovesick at u, just then, toman suddenly started roaring cheering and clapping 'Get Togther! Get Together!', u lowered your head while holding onto the rose. Just as mikey thought u r gonna reject him, u said out the ans that its a dream for him to ever hear that, Especially from u.

"I'd love to be your girlfriend.."

Mikey could not believe his ears, he grabbed onto u and spin u around in circles, i dont think hes gonna stop until u told him to because u r getting a bit dizzy, everyone was cheering for the new couple and the girl friends were all just giving 'my child has grew up' vibe. Mikey hugged u tight and buried his face into your neck while whispering something into your ears.

"do u know how many times ive been dreaming of this? My dear y/n u made me so happy that u finally belong to me.."

With that aside, he placed a soft kiss on you, and man that was your first kiss! U r now covering your face with your palm, face and ears red, with mikey holding u in his arm not wanting to let go and toman's cheering kept roaring, making this night extremely memorable in your life.

Happy #AudioDramaSunday wanderers! This was a GREAT week for podcasts and we're gonna start with the public release of @souloperatorpod episode 1. I'm so obsessed with this show already. Tot has done a phenomenal job and I'm ready for this show to break me <3

I finished season 3 of the @thenightpost and my gods the heartbreaking ride this took me on Val and Clem *finally* getting together in the face of the smallest bit of hope but the hope can't last and it makes me cry. Same with Milo and Ashley they were *so close* but it can't last

@tellnotalespod came back this week and episode 1 of the season was *wonderful* and also hurt me so bad. Leo is in their self destructive era and I'm worried for them after only one ep of the season please Leanne just let them be okay they need their friends back

@eelerschoice bloopers were absolutely delightful. Daisy McNamara has apologized for nothing nor should he. She has given us a gift with these bloopers

@woebegonepod continues to astound and also stress me out so much each week its just so fucking good. This week was especially unsettling with things going spooky at every turn gods yall just have to listen to wbg it's so important. Also the song this week? Absolutely gorgeous

New @somewhereohio was a mix of making me laugh and squeezing my heart til it popped. Sterling and Green make me feel so many emotions and all of them end up hurting me. Also im obsessed with Orange and yes I'm biased because it's Cody Heath but I'm RIGHT they're spectacular

The Grotto had their midseason finale this week and it hurt me SO BAD!!! Athan is doing incredible things with this show and it is going to break me. If yall aren't listening to The Grotto you GOTTA the first 4 eps are out now and you'll be blown away I swear

@thesiltverses came back swinging in the most spectacular way. I adore how this show utilizes religion and the different sides of it we see. I'm also incredibly worried about both Val and Paige. Val fascinates and will do terrible things while terrible things will happen to Paige

The @kingmakerpod also came back this week and everyone's favorite wet cat Leonid is back and being just as pathetic as usual. I laughed, I gasped, I wondered if the show would just let Leonid die. The Kingmaker Histories is so wonderful and fun and everyone should listen

Once I finished The Night Post, I started my next long-term listen which is The Storage Papers! I'm 10 episodes in and absolutely adoring it Jeremy Enfinger is an excellent narrator and the story has been incredibly captivating I can't wait to dive further in

(internet safety talk anon again) hmm, yeah, i totally see your point. i think there's a lot of complicating factors to the current tumblr discussion. i come from an internet background where it's generally considered you'd never treat your personal blog like a street corner--more like your personal living room. a public feed like posting in a popular tag would be closer to a street corner. i think a lot of people from that background are really protective of that attitude, in the face of perceived encroachment of "anything you say or do online is for mass public consumption and you should treat it like you're speaking on a Public Platform." personally, i'm instinctively protective of it because acting like i was posting for anyone other than my personal friends led me to develop a follower base, which was horrifically traumatic as an experience (although i also wouldnt come onto someone elses post to shout about my decisions there, tbc, and i don't respect the decision making of anyone who does). this isn't to say any other attitude about the function of ones internet space is fundamentally unhealthy or incorrect, to be clear! this one may even be unhealthy, i am not attempting to defend it by virtue of spelling it out.

the other factor is the unfortunate reality of the current popular communist clique and how they're setting the social tone for this on my dashboard, at least... the discussion has devolved into lots of intentional moral OCD triggers in its most visible form, and a lot of the social dynamics evolving from it are genuinely scary to look at from the outside. unfortunately, i think this is also unsolvable, as any impetus for collective action on such a scale will tend to give rise to popular thought leaders whose behaviors are shaped by the extreme trauma of the movement. and frankly, i do not think "the most popular communist bloggers have all decided to encourage compulsive thought patterns and behaviors about this topic, which sometimes manifest in group controlling behavuors" is a justification for being suspicious or wary of the topic of fundraisers overall. however, it is an unavoidable material factor in why the conversation is going as badly as it is, and I guess the only real point there is it'd be nice if the most visible people rightfully defending fundraising practices were doing so as ethically as you.

I hear you, and I understand where you're coming feom when you say this. Please hear what I say next as coming from someone who apparently shares a fair amount of context with you.

1) on a site like tumblr, where reblogs and feeds absolutely DO serve as an open to the public commons, one can absolutely treat one's own BLOG as a private and contained space. But one's feed is still a shared common space you have agreed to be. If you do not like what someone is doing in that shared space, you can remove yalls interaction by removing them from your feed, but you cannot make your discomfort THEIR responsibility simply because it showed up on your feed.

Moral OCD trigger warnings were nice when they were news to everybody. As someone with OCD, including morality related obsessions and compulsions, let me be frank.

They have become dogmatic in a way that exacerbatory to, not relieving of, those symptoms. They have become a cudgel that people with moral OCD now fear when they interact in shared spaces. Because that is what the fuck moral OCD does.

It is absolutely within all of our rights as obsessives to ask our loved ones to help us counter and reduce triggers, but it can never be our right to order a stranger to comply with it on the off chance we're exposed to their words. That is not how one counters or reduces moral OCD triggers.

2) "the popular communist bloggers have all decided to encourage compulsive thought patterns and behaviors" is simply not an acceptable accusation to levy. It is a dismissal of the reasons and motivations people might have for doing and saying what they do, or for making the asks they make, and ignores the very real truth that sometimes two people both need things at the same time that cannot be met wholly within a shared space. It is, frankly, belittling.

Maybe it's the Jew in me, maybe it's the dyke in me, maybe it's the genocide ethnographer in me, but "a vaguely defined cabal of people from a geoup I feel disdain for have intentionally conspired to harm me" will always make me more suspicious of the genocidal intent or actions of the person SAYING it than of the person it's being said about.

If we want to have a conversation about how to make the activism space more friendly to people with moral OCD, we are going to need to have a FAR more comprehensive and dynamic conversation about what that will look like than you have proposed here.

3) you are positioning me as "one of the good ones" in a community I have no part in, and I will not tolerate you wielding my words as a weapon against the people I am literally TELLING YOU are being treated with an international genocidally intended neglect that INCLUDES people stirring up batshit unethical demands that I have NEVER seen anyone in the progressive political sphere say before the past several years and then pointing to the justified anger and backlash as further proof of why they had the right to do so.

Do not expect me to validate such rhetoric on my fucking blog.

Last Movie/TV Show: last thing I watched was VH1's 2008 documentary series on the sexual revolution. It was pretty interesting as a cultural artifact, a great snapshot in time and pretty informative too! it's called Sex: The Revolution, check it out if you can find it!
