antis love to yell "we told you so" at lestappies any time either max or charles say anything that points to them not being best friends. and that confuses me so much bc pretty much all lestappies i know just think that they admire each other, that max thinks very highly of charles and wants to fight him for a title because he thinks charles has it in him and wants to see him at his full potential, and even if you go full on shipping, most lestappies would put it like there's an admiration/crush from afar, a longing to spend more time together, to get to know the other better, to be closer, not just on track; most lestappies don't think that they're already super close and best friends!

I’m just scared people find too weird my idea. I really liked Estie bestie, but many times the fic with him is not what I expected…

So, I’ve this imagine that Charles and Max were in their retirement from f1. Then, they decided to adopt a little children who hasn’t been spared by life. This child would be our little estiebestie. I know, I know, it sounds extremely strange saying like that. 🙃 But I promise, I’ve a constructed idea, which refers to the (very) tumultuous relationship that Max and Esteban may have had for real. Then, the relationship of Charles and Esteban. We don't realize how much Max and Estie bestie met during their childhood and their career.

Tell me if you want to know more ! 💜 You’ve no idea how much I worked on this in my head before to sleep. It’s going to be so angst but with so much fluff, it’s my favorite. ☺️
