Here's a lineup of Godzilla villains from my comics.

From left to right we The Mysterians, specifically Teto De-Dilo (red), Cor Ha-Zend (blue), and Bure Vr-Torn (yellow) who have selected Earth as their next target to collect its resources and its women!

The giant headed Millennian is Indowerm who acts as a herald to its people seeking out a way to evolve into greater beings with their eyes set on Godzilla.

Man with the brown coat is Professor Hirotoshi Isayama the Prophet who comes from a lineage of prophets destined to guard and bring about, if need be, the Guardian Monsters and he has declared humanity, and Godzilla, a disease to the world and needs to be cleansed.

The woman directly behind him is Nilatae. She is one of Queen Vorticia's Ek Vilaar Il, The Queens Highest Order. She is the weapons specialist and a superb hand to hand combatant having yet to find any opponent to be bested by.

The man behind her with the horns is Doctor Demonico, a play on a Marvel comics villain who was created as an enemy for Godzilla, who has been affected by Godzilla's radiation and seeks out revenge against Godzilla. Some of his feats include super human strength, intelligence, and a slight telepathic connection with monsters.

The blonde haired woman in front of him is Cuetonry, another member of Queen Vorticia's Ek Vilaar Il, who acts as astrophysics for Queen Vorticia.

Behind her is Xianxornix, a kaiser xilian, who prefers the form of humans but despises them all together wanting only their distruction. His powers a limitless when in kaiser mode but still falls second to The Controller.

The blonde haired man in front of him is Nork Byrk, a member of Queen Vorticia's Ek Vaar, The Queens Guard, he stands the highest ranking male on their planet being only one of three males who are allowed to be in Queen Vorticia's presence. He is a formidable fighter and skilled in all weapons known to The Vortaak.

The purple wolf creature is Anticaa, a Rulaak as they're known on Skraar, the Vortaaks home planet, who is a queen in her own right. Her mind is connected to her pack. Queen Vorticia was able to tame Anticaa who now loyally follows Queen Vorticia.

The woman in purple is Queen Vorticia, Queen of the Vortaak. She is fueled by the desire to rule supreme and seeks out other plants to conquer with her latest selection being Earth. Fast in her own right she is formidable when challenged but prefers to stay out of the limelight of combat.

The alien flying behind her is Xienxix The Controller of the xilians. His power is near unknown being able to manifest his consciousness into other bodies across the galaxy as well as intercept premonitions from the future, his goal is only to use others in an ever lasting goal to obtain peace in the galaxy, even if that peace means destroying planets.

The woman in the silver dress is Ve Neesh, current Queen of the Kilaaks. Their loyalty is bound to those who have the upper hand to them. She is not one to agrevate as her pyrokinises will kick in and she'll light anyone she sees on fire.

The giant horned alien behind her is King Kogur of the Black Hole Planet 3 aliens or otherwise known as Simians. He is the current ruler of their planet and only seeks refuge for his people before their planet, Simia, is destroyed by Simiax, a giant black hole ripping apart their galaxy. He is a powerful ruler having ruled the last millenia of their kind.

The man with the eyepatch in front of him is Riichiro Banno, leader of the Red Bamboo, a criminal organization bent on weapon trafficking and human slavery. His methods know no bounds as he will ruthlessly take down anyone in his way.

The alien behind him and next to King Kogur is Commander Kuronuma, the first leader of a wave of Simains sent to Earth to infiltrate and prepare for their takeover. While there they studied the strongest being on the planet, Godzilla, and built their own mechanical titan od terror Mechagodzilla to best Godzilla to make their attempts easier, it wasn't as Mechagodzilla was defeated and he sent himself into exile.

The man with the large gold helmet is King Sellion, King of the Seatopians. He works tirelessly to find a way for his people to survive above land so that they may take back control of the Earth and save it from the human race, a race they have deemed themselves separately of. His armor is stronger than tank armor, and his sword can cut through even diamond. His strength surpasses that of 10 full grown men and is as fast on land as he is in water.

The Simian behind him is General Grogg, the second leader to be sent after Commander Kuronuma failed to report back to them of their progress. General Grogg has secretly infiltrated the Japanese Self Defense Force Mechagodzilla unit where he has overseen most of its progress while also secretly embedding their own language so that when it's the right time he can use Kiryu for their invasion.

The old man in front of him is Professor Mafune, who has turned on humanity and sided with the Simians, aiding Commander Kuronuma and eventually General Grogg who turned him into a cyborg. His new body allowed him to become smarter, stronger, faster, and more dangerous as he uses his abilities to fight against humanity.

The Simian behind him is Irgra, the daughter of General Grogg. While not as strong as the males of their species, she is far more fierce using her body, mind, and strength to get what she wants, which usually pertains to killing unsuspecting males.

The Simian in front of her with the helmet is Captain Mogul, one of the top lieutenants sent with Commander Kuronuma. During the end of their failure he was cornered by Interpol agents and presumed dead when he was shot off the side of a cliff. He however survived and has searched for his leaders to continue to serve his people.

The giant green eyed cockroach behind them is Commander Larch of the Nebulians. After a similar race of humans eradicated themselves in a far off galaxy, the cockeoaches that lived there adapted and absorbed the essence of humanity and over a millenia underwent an evolutionary change. They have since scoured the galaxies to enact peace on lesser planets, choosing to allow them to continue to evolve or to destroy them.

Shut Up and Let People Enjoy Godzilla

Fucking hell, why are people so upset with the Godzilla x Kong: New Empire movie? Always, shitting on stuff because of some nostalgic, stupid standard.

Legendary Godzilla is fine and, honestly, a pretty perfect love letter to the absolute ridiculous various eras of Godzilla were (that these 'gatekeepers' seem to like to omit) and still beloved. Trying to explain the Xilians to anyone unfamiliar on wtf they are in relation to Godzilla is always a trip, lol.

Godzilla: Minus One was FANTASTIC and I hope Toho keeps doing movies of Godzilla in the veins of Shin and Minus One cause it's the dark, horrible aspect of Godzilla many know and love.

Why can't ya'll be happy with the fact we get all the flavors of Godzilla with these two and can enjoy the silly along with the seriousness. Just let people enjoy shit for christ's sake.

BUT! this is Mecha Gigan if constructed in the citadel in city 17. almost like if Breen stole some plans from the Xilians! honestly, i did have a story set with godzilla within the half life universe. a goofy AU if you will! if you ever want to see it, feel free to pester me on it! i am serious. any interest on it will also get me on my OCs!

Scarborough standoff and (alleged) one-way compliance

On 2012, a Philippine Navy (PN) surveillance plane monitored Chinese vessels fishing inside the lagoon of Scaborough Shoal or Panatag Shoal.

The Philippines then sent a warship to conduct more surveillance on the Chinese ships. On April 10, soldiers boarded and inspected the vessels. “Large amounts of illegally collected corals, giant clams, and live sharks were found inside the compartments of the first fishing vessel that was boarded by the PN team,” said the Department of Foreign Affairs then.

Two Chinese “maritime surveillance ships” then entered the lagoon, preventing Philippine forces from arresting the fishermen, and a standoff commenced. The United States brokered an agreement to pull out government vessels from the shoal – which Manila said Beijing did not follow. China denies a deal was ever made.

Beijing has occupied and maintained practical control of the shoal and its lagoon since then. According to the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), six to eight Chinese vessels stay in and around the shoal at all times. Deployment increased dramatically in mid-May 2024 during a civilian-led mission to the vicinity of the shoal.

‘Status quo’ among gentlemen

Mere weeks into Rodrigo Duterte’s administration in July 2016, the Arbitral Tribunal announced its ruling, which deemed China’s broad claim on the South China Sea invalid, and affirmed the Philippines’ exclusive economic zone.

But under Duterte – the same president who promised to plant the Philippine flag on features in the West Philippine Sea via jetski – the Philippines did not make a deal over what would have been a game-changing victory.

Duterte’s main, sometimes solitary, goal in the West Philippine Sea was to secure the safety of civilians.

Duterte’s discussions with Chinese President Xi Jinping focused on keeping the status quo in the West Philippine Sea. This has meant that the Philippines could and would not build new things on features it already occupies, nor would it seek out new features to occupy. An exemption was Pagasa Island, located beyond the Philippines’ exclusive economic zone, where a civilian population resides.

In turn, China reportedly agreed not to build in Scarborough Shoal while also not impeding resupply missions to Ayungin Shoal – as long as construction materials were not in the mix.

China uses the term “gentleman’s agreement” to refer to their Duterte-era deals with the Philippines. The term is usually used with respect to Ayungin Shoal.

The Marcos administration denies any knowledge of the agreement, although China insists its officials were briefed about it.

New model? No deal.

Even before agreement under Duterte was made, Beijing had long bemoaned Manila’s alleged unfulfilled promise to tow away the BRP Sierra Madre from Ayungin Shoal.

Beijing brought up the so-called promise to tow the ship again in August 2023. Marcos denied the existence of an agreement, adding that “if there does exist such an agreement, I rescind that agreement as of now.”

After going on about the “gentleman’s agreement” and how the Philippines supposedly reneged on it, the Chinese embassy in Manila introduced a new term: a “new model,” also concerning Ayungin Shoal, allegedly agreed upon under the Marcos administration.

The government’s top officials – from Marcos to Defense Secretary Gibo Teodoro to National Security Adviser Eduardo Año – denied making any such deal. China still insists it was made and agreed on by top security and defense officials, even threatening the release of a supposed recording of a phone call with former Western Command chief Vice Admiral Alberto Carlos where he allegedly confirmed the deal and his boss’ approval.

The alleged wiretapping is now the subject of a Senate investigation. Carlos, now no longer Wescom chief, has been invited to the probe. Chinese Ambassador Huang Xilian has also been invited, although he cannot be compelled to attend the Congressional probe.
