uuuuhhhh so I took my break at the best time ever because I didn't dodge a bullet, I dodged a NUKE. I was never really aware of the drama or stuff cos I just didn't care, but now that I read up on what happened I understand why it collapsed so fast and so violently. All I can say is it was good while it lasted, but also good riddance I guess?

Anyways, I'mma go de-wyngroify my wyngro characters. And I spent WAY too much money on Pickle Pie and I guess it was all for nought, oh well.

It’s not just GG. But we personally do it out of respect for others. A lot of people dont look back on that time fondly. It enabled a lot of bad spending habits. Also there was, you know. A straight up good number of predatory people in Wyngro. (Not even in the nonce sense of predator but between power imbalance and exploitation)

What sparked the calling of wyngro "wingstop" in GG cause like I get it people don't like the owner and came from there but they're also treating it as if the wyngro is trauma. They even spoiler tag images of wyngro characters on the discord and give it a warning. It feels like its a bit much if you were never staff there and had to be super directly involved, all you did was draw your ocs.

The only species I've been in with equally nitpicky approvals as succubuns was wyngro, and that was downright awful. Succubuns needs to get their shit together and stop pulling hairs over every damn approval, this is unreasonable.

I’m glad this blog relaxed with the anonymous rule because it was kind of annoying tbh

People worried about getting banned for publicly using this blog, and it is easy to forget to click the ‘answer anonymously’ button.

Wyngro is closed now. So it no longer a concern. It was annoying to have to enforce the rule; but it was worth it to help make people feel safe here.

oh yeah since its on the brain You guys wanna hear about the time i got so pissed about not being allowed to have an extra wyngro MYO for the anniversary pallettes that i tried to steal the pallete and make Another character (astrolyte if you know them) With the same pallette out of Spite.

I failed (not because i Stole it mind you. Because the pallette just didnt fit the color rules for approvals.) but like. Idk The Exact Same Thing Happened Later With Trist So In Spirit I Got My Pallette Payback Eventually
