Everyone, meet Archi (Angel).

And good grief did she take a very long time. For what I hope are pretty obvious reasons now.....

I was worried the embroidery would be the most time consuming part. NOPE. It was the beads. The beads took. So long. I swear they took like... 70-80% of the drawing time-

Anywho. Angel in a Dress 2: Electric Boogaloo is done.

Special thanks to @octahedral-chaos both for supplying the vast majority of the info on Indian clothing as well as the idea for the backless dress top. And for giving me the idea to begin with (however accidentally)

I uh... must say, I like the new one better. The pose is less dynamic? Sure, but for sake of just... having a design of her, I'm calling it good.

Okay new worldless AU idea

Worldless Timeloop

Edda and Aven are young version of Angel and Demon. Over and over again they start as strangers, fight, become friends, kill the bosses, grow bitter while trying to defeat the transcended stars, fight again, and split the duo.

The split duo then grow into their respective guardian (angel, demon). They meet two other stars of their respective polarity and use their power to ascend them into their feral star (phoenix, unicorn) and their forged star (paladin, lightmare). A new duo forms, which realising what will happen to them, Angel and Demon relentlessly try and kill or split the duo, trying to stop themselves from becoming the next victims of the loop.

Worldless is the cause of the loop, continually making new duos whenever the Angel and Demon of the time become 'too powerful'. Summum is sick of this, and decides to intervene, guiding the current Aven to avoid the duo fighting. This causes this loop to diverge, with Edda and Aven not splitting the duo to become Angel and Demon and going on to kill the transcended stars and eventually Worldless, ending the loop.

This is the base concept, so if you see plotholes no you dont/silly

Angeltober Day 8: Eldritch

Listen, I just HAD to draw @mystic-131 wonderful eldritch-being-out-for-blood, Allegiance! Edda. I know she probably won’t be so… crittery, but she was fun to draw!

My only critique is the fact that she needs more eyes and wings /SILLY

Also, here's Polarity separating into the duo, a few changes has been made to their body after their fusion, as you can see⬇️

Headcanons about Polarity:

Polarity's memories are blurry and staticky. If they do recall something, neither half are sure which memories belonged to whom.

Neither of them remembers exactly who they were, or if they even have names before their fusion. They chose "Polarity" as their name simply because it just sounds right to them.

Since they did not remember their own individual names, they both instead gave each other nicknames like "Light" and "Dark" (very simple and creative I know).

Their default form is their fusion form. They can briefly separate from each other, though they both need their counterpart since their own individual energies have became really unstable and somehow depletes very quickly. (Neither of them not know if they could die from this. Neither of them want to find out.) They've quite literally became each other's halves.

They can internally communicate to each other in a form of thoughts and feelings. When this happens, sometimes Polarity might freeze and zone out, or their body goes into autopilot mode, depending on how long and deep their conversations are.

In the case that they are separated, they can telepathically communicate to each other, though distance plays a big role on how clear their half's thoughts and feelings are.

'Light' uses They/She. 'Dark' uses They/He. As Polarity, they only use They/Them.

Polarity has all elemental magic powers (lightning, wind, ice, fire) and all weapons (sword and shield, bow, axe, claws, whip, seal). You can see how deadly their combos are gonna be due to the variety.

Day 21 // "How Intriguing."

I think Angel would be quite interested in how Lightning Nightmare came to be, she then figured out that LightMare was (is?) a broken spear charged with electricity.

They would be a deadly combo in combat. :3c

Also, imagine if LightMare can switch between being a spear and, well, this form—

Also also, I personally think LightMare wouldn't be capable of speech (not even sonar), so she will communicate through body language.
