Freaking out about Rings of Power 2x04 under the cut!!

Omg this week’s episode was so good!!

Tom Bombadil! And Goldberry! well her voice anyway

The Barrow-wights looked incredible!! That scene was pure horror I loved it!

And Galadriel and Elrond finding out that Nenya can heal! I was honestly so worried that they were gonna kill off Camnir

Gal fighting the orcs was so fucking cool! I said in my rewatch party post for 1x06 that I wanted more Gal dodging weapons on a horse so I’m very happy we got that!!

Also did I see Halbrand in the vision that Nenya showed her or what? I’ll go back and watch it again just to make sure but it did look like him

The Stoors! I would literally die for them

Poppy and Merimac are gonna be so cute I can feel it!!

Speaking of cute. Isildur and Estrid were adorable this episode (well after he’d forgiven her anyway)

I was like 😶 oop when Estrid’s fiancée showed up right when they almost kissed though

The shots when Arondir is talking to Winterbloom are honestly some of the most beautiful ones in this season so far. I could stare at them forever!!

Edit: I watched it again. It’s definitely Charlie and he’s wearing the Númenórean armour from season 1

but his hair’s a lot curlier and his beard’s shorter but he still looks like Halbrand.

There’s part of a head in the corner of that shot as well that looks like it could be Galadriel

It’s my birthday and in my house we draw birthday banners for the birthday person.

For my rings of power/LOTR fans, my youngest brother drew me this banner featuring Winterbloom and Galadriel chasing Annatar with a sword

And for my ancient Egyptian fans out there my other brother drew me as an archaeologist with my pitbull. Note he followed the Egyptians and used size to demonstrate social importance of the figure in question.
