#Wing Au

Logan had never seen Wade’s wings. He knew the other had wings from the soft looking tufts of red and black feathers going down the man's neck before being hidden by the wrapings the other always wore. He knew the other had wings from the littering of feathers that would be around the apartment every so often. He knew the other had wings from smell, the smell of birds hidden behind the cancerous smell the other had.

He had never seen them though. He didn’t care at first, thinking Wade hid them so that the wolverine in Logan wouldn’t go after Wade. Even after his animal side had put Wade from “Potential food” to “Den mate.” The man still always had his wings underwraps. It had been months since he met the Merc, and still he’d never seen the others' wings. After missions, in bed, lazing around the apartment, the wings were always underwraps.

So Damian is a mix of both his heritages being a bat and a bird which causes trouble in his flying.

Jason would have had a powerful set of wings but unfortunately one was taken.

Dick has colorful wings a bit smaller but fast and agile, the colors help represent the flying Graysons.

Cass is as stated a Chinese paradise flycatcher a tiny but fast bird.

Duke is an angel kidding kidding but he has the biggest wings in the family, he has two big sets that glow because he’s a meta.

I’ll probably do more of the family in another post if this does well because drawing wings is a challenge for me 🥰

I was pretty excited when I saw your prompts. All of them gave me some ideas, but in the end I ended up going with Swagger Bishie/Teddy Ghost and combining it with wings :) It's been a while since I have drawn any kind of wing AU, but they are always fun.

the idea of winged obi-wan has been living in my head rent free for MONTHS and i finally got around to it, enjoy guys! (and let me know if you wanna see more 👀)

The jedi having feathers growing in their hair was too funny a concept to not include- they just have perpetual bed head at a young age when their feathers are still growing (the REAL REASON why Mace shaved his head)

I haven't shown it too much, but usually I'll draw dd with either no black feathers, or with black dye to make it look like he still has some. They don't grow in anymore :-]
