Understanding the root cause of the symptoms that are observed on your machinery?
It is observed across the spectrum that whenever we see issues/symptoms like:
1. Oxidized oil
2. Destructive pitting
3. Excessive vibration
4. Abrasive wear
5. Cavitation
6. Machinery abnormal noise
7. Wear debris generation
8. High running temperature
We usually believe in either Repairing, Replacing, Rebuilding and Removing the affected component. However, it only subsides the symptoms temporarily. This approach is called the 4-R approach and it weeds out the issue from the surface and not at the root level and hence the problem reoccurs. Call +91 7030901266 for Mechanical Maintenance & Oil Check.
However, we should aim at studying these symptoms and work on the root causes. Some of the very frequent root causes that cause the above-mentioned symptoms are:
1. Misalignment
2. Wrong oil usage
3. Moisture
4. Machinery part imbalance
5. Particle contamination
6. Air contamination
Hence, we should aim at 5I approach i.e. It’s clean, It’s Cool, It’s dry, It’s aligned and balanced, It’s well oiled. This approach keeps the machine healthy and eliminates the problem.

Green energy is in its heyday.
Renewable energy sources now account for 22% of the nation’s electricity, and solar has skyrocketed eight times over in the last decade. This spring in California, wind, water, and solar power energy sources exceeded expectations, accounting for an average of 61.5 percent of the state's electricity demand across 52 days.
But green energy has a lithium problem. Lithium batteries control more than 90% of the global grid battery storage market.
That’s not just cell phones, laptops, electric toothbrushes, and tools. Scooters, e-bikes, hybrids, and electric vehicles all rely on rechargeable lithium batteries to get going.
Fortunately, this past week, Natron Energy launched its first-ever commercial-scale production of sodium-ion batteries in the U.S.
“Sodium-ion batteries offer a unique alternative to lithium-ion, with higher power, faster recharge, longer lifecycle and a completely safe and stable chemistry,” said Colin Wessells — Natron Founder and Co-CEO — at the kick-off event in Michigan.
The new sodium-ion batteries charge and discharge at rates 10 times faster than lithium-ion, with an estimated lifespan of 50,000 cycles.
Wessells said that using sodium as a primary mineral alternative eliminates industry-wide issues of worker negligence, geopolitical disruption, and the “questionable environmental impacts” inextricably linked to lithium mining.
“The electrification of our economy is dependent on the development and production of new, innovative energy storage solutions,” Wessells said.
Why are sodium batteries a better alternative to lithium?
The birth and death cycle of lithium is shadowed in environmental destruction. The process of extracting lithium pollutes the water, air, and soil, and when it’s eventually discarded, the flammable batteries are prone to bursting into flames and burning out in landfills.
There’s also a human cost. Lithium-ion materials like cobalt and nickel are not only harder to source and procure, but their supply chains are also overwhelmingly attributed to hazardous working conditions and child labor law violations.
Sodium, on the other hand, is estimated to be 1,000 times more abundant in the earth’s crust than lithium.
“Unlike lithium, sodium can be produced from an abundant material: salt,” engineer Casey Crownhart wrote in the MIT Technology Review. “Because the raw ingredients are cheap and widely available, there’s potential for sodium-ion batteries to be significantly less expensive than their lithium-ion counterparts if more companies start making more of them.”
What will these batteries be used for?
Right now, Natron has its focus set on AI models and data storage centers, which consume hefty amounts of energy. In 2023, the MIT Technology Review reported that one AI model can emit more than 626,00 pounds of carbon dioxide equivalent.
“We expect our battery solutions will be used to power the explosive growth in data centers used for Artificial Intelligence,” said Wendell Brooks, co-CEO of Natron.
“With the start of commercial-scale production here in Michigan, we are well-positioned to capitalize on the growing demand for efficient, safe, and reliable battery energy storage.”
The fast-charging energy alternative also has limitless potential on a consumer level, and Natron is eying telecommunications and EV fast-charging once it begins servicing AI data storage centers in June.
On a larger scale, sodium-ion batteries could radically change the manufacturing and production sectors — from housing energy to lower electricity costs in warehouses, to charging backup stations and powering electric vehicles, trucks, forklifts, and so on.
“I founded Natron because we saw climate change as the defining problem of our time,” Wessells said. “We believe batteries have a role to play.”

Pairing: Fairy x Azriel
Word Count: 2.2K
Summary: Some fluff between your favourite couple (pre bond snapping)
Wings Universe - More from this world.
Something had brought Azriel to the city that morning, an invisible string pulling on his heart that had himself and his shadows restless. So he found himself walking the hard cobblestone streets of Velaris under the rising sun, its rays shifting through the gaps on the townhouses. His shadows gracefully dancing between the tall dark silhouettes they created on the ground as Azriel walked through the heart of the city.
His hands stuffed into his trouser pockets, black shirt tousled and buttons undone at the top, in a casual way that was fitting for a Sunday and somewhat unusual for him.
Azriel had never been the casual type, not in style, not in persona, nor in actions. However in recent years Azriel had to learn how to adopt a more casual way of living, especially now peace had settled over the land. The highly acclaimed Spymaster and his services weren’t as in demand as they once were. Weekends became a time he could actually indulge in, however the notion quickly became monotonous and well…lonely. The lone Shadowsinger had no one to share this extra time with.
Azriel would often pick up extra work, begging Rhys to give him some scouting or research mission so he didn’t have to spend another weekend alone. His family were busy now, had their own lives filled with littlings or mates to fuss over, and Azriel would never be the type to express discern. He couldn’t selfishly confess his feelings of isolation, trap his loved ones in guilt when all they were doing was pursuing exactly what the Mother had intended.
So he carried his woes silently, like he always had.
Azriel was really looking forward to Solstice though. A time he knew he would get with all his family, and of course, you. He couldn’t deny to himself that he was especially looking forward to seeing you.
He hadn’t seen you in some time now, such a dutiful fairy always working hard that only in a few lucky moments, he had managed to catch you in passing. When you were dropping something off for Rhys, swapping a book with Nesta, or the rare night you were able to join him and Mor at Rita’s. He was missing you, and judging by his restless shadows they were missing your company too. It was like an itch that couldn’t be scratched. An addiction that would only be satiated by your presence.
Azriel knew what that meant. He had lived in this world for over 500 years now to understand the feelings that had grown for you, but despite his plethora of worldly experience, being honest about his growing infatuation that had so clearly turned into something more was too hard to confess.
Azriel strided towards the morning market, some stalls still setting up as he felt himself come to a stop. Something physical compelling his steps to halt in their tracks, drawing his attention to turn.
To look elsewhere.
A pull tugging him towards something– you.
There you were.
Wind blowing your hair gently in the soft morning breeze while you sat soundly on a bench by the Sidra. Your head rolling to the side, chest breathing deeply.
With quick strides Azriel followed his shadows, who were always quicker than him when it came to you. Flurrying closely around you, they vibrated inches away from your skin but without permission wouldn’t dare touch you in your sleeping state.
Azriel crouched by your feet, gazing at your soft face, your lips slightly parted as you snoozed. You looked so angelic in the morning light, in any light in fact. In light, in darkness, you were always so beautiful. The effect you had on him, was like nothing he’d ever experienced in his life before.
He scrutinised over you, hands coming down to the bench either side as he was kneeled, his arms caging you in a protective but gentle manner.
Had you been overworking yourself? Azriel questioned, taking in your working garments covered in soil and a large basket by your side that seemed to be filled to the brim, a cotton cloth covering the top.
He didn’t like the idea of you overworking yourself so much that you’d actually fallen asleep in the city. Despite Velaris being somewhat safe, the idea stirred a fear deep within his gut. You were always taking care of everyone, the meadows, creatures and people that lived on this land, that Azriel for the first time wondered who took care of you.
The notion had him reeling at a possibility that maybe it could be him. That he could be the one so lucky to take care of you. Making sure you got back from your night shifts safe, ensuring you had a nutritious meal at the end of a hard day’s work, indulging in morning lie-ins with you on his plentiful-empty weekends— he was getting carried away.
But the desire remained, he wanted to take care of you.
It was something he fantasised about often, a life with you. If he was ever brave enough to cross that blurred line of friendship you both always seemed to dance along.
Gently he reached up, moving the pieces of your hair that had fallen in front of your face with a soft whisper of your name. His fingers grazing the strands behind your ear, fingertips dusting across the skin of your cheek.
The feather-light touch stirred you, brows furrowing while a soft sleepy noise left your lips. Your eyes fluttered open with a frown.
“Azriel?” You slurred softly in a dreamy state.
Azriel often appeared in your dreams. Dreams so addictive that at times lulling yourself from slumber for work felt arduous.
Your fingers moved on their own accord, driven by that sleepy illusion that blurred boundaries. Your hand coming to cup his face, thumb grazing the peak of his cheekbone while your eyes adjusted through their haze. Azriel felt his own lids shut for a moment, indulging in the rare touch you offered him. An intimate gesture that wasn’t always common in your friendship, although over the past couple years, there had been a few soft grazes and touches. Fleeting and secretive, moments that you both locked away for none else to see.
Moments Azriel hoped meant just as much to you as they did to him.
Azriel watched as your lids blinked heavily, the drowsy lull evident in the way your lip rolled into your mouth. Lashes fluttering as you looked down at him in a way he often dreamt about.
He could have stayed in that moment, savoured it for longer. Though, it was the innocence in your touch that stopped him indulging. Reluctantly lifting his hands to yours, his scarred fingers softly wrapping around your wrist that was now caressing his cheek.
In a fleeting moment he pressed the corner of his lips to leave a small kiss on the palm of your hand before pulling it fully away.
“You fell asleep by the river y/n,” he said softly, concern lacing his tone.
“Oh,” you replied confused, a hard frown pressing over your brows as you seemed to adjust to reality. “Oh…my…” you suddenly realised, his words finally waking you as your eyes widened.
“I was…I was waiting for the market to open,” you told him, a rosy flush spreading on your cheeks as Azriel’s soft intimate touch seemed to burn your palm.
You could still feel the kiss he left on your skin.
For a moment of composure, you quickly glanced over your shoulder, the morning market now bustling as the noise of shopkeepers and sellers drifted down the Sidra.
“Oh stars, I must have fallen asleep while I was waiting,” you huffed with a smile, turning back to look at the beautiful male who was still kneeled by your feet. “I’ve been on the night shift in the meadows.”
“I know,” Azriel replied, his lips pulling a smile in return.
Of course he knew. He always knew everything you were doing. He hadn’t seen you in what felt so long because of your damned shift pattern and he’d been missing you terribly.
He always missed you, he realised. Maybe it was you he had been missing his whole life.
Azriel had known you for almost two years, a presence that had completely consumed him that the mere thought of you not being in it was enough to make him shiver. Thoughts like these were enough to convince him to confess, but it was the risk of rejection. The risk of ruining the special friendship you had built that trapped him.
Your usual happy tone rang through his thoughts, your sleepiness clearly gone and an excitement spreading across your face. “Actually it’s a good thing you found me...”
Azriel quirked his brow in question.
“I’ve got something for you,” you beamed.
“For me?” His voice cracked.
You nodded sweetly, tapping the space beside you before guiding him from the cobblestones to the bench.
“Now you mustn’t tell anyone about this Azriel,” you warned him with a small bite of your lip, your finger pointing at him.
“I won’t, I swear it” he replied. He’d do anything you asked he realised then, take secrets to the grave, kneel by your feet— anything.
“Okay,” you had grabbed something from your basket, silk fabric folded on your hand concealing something.
“Have you ever heard of a Shadow Violet Azriel?”
Azriel shook his head, his eyes watching the way your lips formed his name. How your tongue sang the syllables in the sweetest way. He’d never considered his name beautiful, but coming from your lips it sounded heavenly.
Actually anything you spoke sounded that way.
“It’s a flower that blooms once every millennium, if that” you continued, your tone shifting to one Azriel recognised. A tone he had quickly become enamoured with whenever you went off on a spiel about nature, or meadows, or animals.
“It’s only small, one might miss it if you don’t know where to look.” You shifted closer to the Shadowsinger, eyes glancing up as you continued. “It’s a flower that blooms in the shadows. Flourishes and grows to become its own source of light even in the darkest crevices of the forest.”
Azriel listened intently.
“It’s so magical and marvellous Azriel, and last night...” you leaned in closer, your words coming to a hush.
Azriel’s heart skipped a beat.
“I found one.”
Azriel watched as you carefully unfolded the soft fabric to reveal a beautiful flower. It’s petals an iridescent sapphire that glowed in the morning light. A glow, that Azriel felt resembled something of you. A radiance that he could only compare to the female sat next to him.
And even though he made that comparison himself, found it so easy to make the connection between a flower and someone he found beautiful, what left your lips next struck deep within his chest.
“And when I saw it Azriel, I thought of you. A flower blooming in the shadows…a source of light, even in the darkest corners. Even in the most crowdest rooms, with the dimmest faelights I always find you, your light always reaches me…” your words drifted off, the sentence had just rolled off your tongue like honey before you noticed how under every letter there was some kind of unspoken confession.
Azriel felt his breathing falter for a moment, your eyes connecting with his as the silence between you seemed to speak of so much. You looked so vulnerable to him in that moment, that had him thinking of the first moment he met you. That night in Rita’s when you’d gotten all flustered after meeting all of them.
Azriel breathed your name.
With haste you stood, folding the silk over the flower and pushing it into Azriel’s hands. A vibration hazing over his skin at the touch.
“Anyway, I wanted you to have it.” Space was put between you both quickly, and Azriel watched as you seemed to brush the moment off with humour, “Just don’t let the fairy council know you have it, they’ll be really annoyed with me that I haven’t taken it to the archives.”
Azriel blinked.
You grabbed your basket “I must go, I need to exchange some bits at the market before getting some sleep.”
Azriel stood in a flurry then, watching as you began to walk away. Calling out your name, you stopped, glancing over your shoulder to look at him.
“You’re joining us for Solstice right?”
Your smile stretched to your eyes, cheeks rosy as your head bobbed a quick nod “Wouldn’t miss it for the world.”
“I’ll see you then,” Azriel smiled.
You smiled back, your hand stretching a soft wave before you hurried up the market.
Azriel watched till he could know longer see you, his shadows whispering about the stall you had headed to.
He looked down then, taking another look at the flower wrapped in silk between his hands. A symbolic version of him, a version of him you had seen. Something no one else had ever compared him to.
No one had considered him equal to something so beautiful. It was that moment he decided.
At Solstice he would confess his love for you.
a/n: Oh hey strangers...sorry I've been so mia! I guess this is what having a big girl job is actually like :( I miss writing so so much, and miss these characters and worlds. I just sadly don't have the mental capacity to write as much as I did. That being said, if you're still lingering around I hope you enjoy this little installment. Please ignore any grammar mistakes, like I said I haven't been able to write in a while and I can really tell, so this is not my best work. But I thought posting was better than nothing! <3

hi bby!! already a huge fan cuz im legit the same ^~^
do u do reqs for jinx??? like her x reader kinda thing but the the troupe where reader falls first but Jinx falls harder?? you know what i mean?
ohmigosh hi!! thank u so much!! ^__^ i really hope you don't mind me putting a twist on this , it's an AU where jinx works at the last drop!! :D
★ - you fall in love with a loose cannon , but the cannon falls harder ( PART 1 ).
it was a dark night , the moon illuminated the streets of Zaun like a lamppost , its light caressing the rooftops. you walked along the path as your bag was slung over your shoulder , humming a tune to yourself as you stepped. you came across a small bar , the bright neon lights glaring at you.
' The Last Drop.. '
you said , reading the sign's writing. shrugging your shoulders , you entered the bar with a nervous expression. surrounding you were loads of people , either playing pool , drinking , or laughing with friends. you reached the bar and sat down on a stool , waiting for someone to come to your service. you waited for what felt like ages , your elbow resting on the bar's surface. finally , a large muscular man approached your seated form , cleaning cloth in his right hand.
' heya, how can i help you ? '
he said , smiling at you as he placed a cup onto a coaster and slid it to someone further down the bar. you looked up at the bar's choices , they had so many to choose and they all looked and sounded so good! you finally picked your drink order and the man whisked himself away behind the bar. whilst you waited , you took in the setting around you. the loud blaring music coming from the jukebox , people slamming their beer glasses onto the wooden tables with such force , a group of young men playing a game of pool in the corner , and the amount of sketchy looking men there were. you slightly shuffled in your seat , the waiting around starting to feel a little bit uncomfortable. you looked around for that man , bit couldn't see him anywhere. suddenly , a flash of blue sped by your face , the wind blowing your hair. the blue flash sped by again , this time stopping at you. it was a girl. she had pale fair skin , long beautiful blue hair in plaited pigtails and was wearing what seemed to be roller skates.
' heya!! here's ya drink! ' she said , placing the drink infront of you. she lifted her head up to look at you , and you couldn't believe your eyes. she was gorgeous. her freckles complimented her fair skin perfectly and her eyes were big and round with colour. you couldn't help but stare , trying to find every small feature about her face. her cheeks suddenly flared a light shade of pink , signalling she caught you staring. you cleared your throat as you shook out of your trance.
' oh uh- sorry! you are just... so pretty..! ' you say , smiling at her. she smiles back , the blush creeping uo her cheeks.
' well um , thank you...? ' she said , unsure whether you were joking or not. you assured her you weren't before taking the drink from her hands. you looked at her name tag and smiled softly.
' Jinx is it? ' you said , giggling. she nodded , pointing to her badge.
' it's such a pretty name , it suits you so much. ' you compliment , seeing Jinx's cheeks now turn the colour of tomatoes. you giggle again at her expression , a hand covering your mouth.
' so what brings you here? ' Jinx finally asks as you take some of your final sips of your drink. you explain how you were on your way home from the Christmas Market in Upper Piltover and decided to stop pff here for a drink. she nodded as you spoke , taking in every word you said to her. you then had the last bit of your drink and gave Jinx a piece of paper and some money. you waved her goodbye as you walked out the door , your bag over your shoulder once more. Jinx turned away from the bar and opened the small piece of paper. it read ;
' i had a lovely time tn with u , ill see you again soon? - y/n ' Jinx smiled as she read the note , seeing a phone number had been left at the bottom. she saved it to her own phone before smiling and getting back to work.

₊♡ ˚⊹ intruders in the cabin ₊♡ ˚⊹
୨୧ toby rogers x reader ୨୧ after your long walk through the forest, the stranger's cabin approaches but so does the dark... find part one: strangers in the woods. a/n: (1.5k words) sorry this took so long! i had so many different ideas of how this would go but i ended up liking this one best 🩷
After the long trek from within the forest, the encompassing trees merged into the dark distance. Ahead of you and Toby, who you came to know lived out here for his job, was a two story cabin. It wasn't overly large but you could tell it wouldn't be cramped inside.
You both were coming out of the forest from the right side of the house. At the front of the house was a small porch area with an old weathered metal stool. There were two dirt tracks from a vehicle winding into the forest. Toby offhandedly pointed to it as he walked up the porch stairs mentioning that that's the only way to get to an exit road.
He pulled out a silver key that was beginning to rust out of his jean pocket. His hand twitched a few times as if he had a bad hand cramp before roughly shoving the key into the lock.
Said wooden door was roughly shoved open hitting the wall behind it with a thud. The roof lights took a few seconds to come on after he flicked the light switch but he seemed to know where to go without them anyway. You hesitantly follow him into the old house.
It's not as if you had any other choice really. How else would you find your way out to the woods in the dark?
The interior was just as aged as the rest of the place. There were two brown couches one opposite the tv mounted on the wall above the fireplace, the other was on the right of the tv closing the living room off from the kitchen. There was a coffee table in between the two couches that had seen better days.
The kitchen table didn't look much better, there were four chairs although one had a bent leg and was sitting on an angle. So was one of the wooden cabinets barely hanging onto its hinges.
What else would you expect from a park ranger? Though it was a bit odd for someone your age to be doing this kind of job but then again the job market was rough so you gave the guy some slack.
He led you to couches where you sat on the nearest seat. Although it didn't look like it, the couch was more comfy than it looked. You almost melted back as you took in the rest of the room's details.
Most of the pictures and wall decor had a layer of dust on it, with thick cobwebs in the corners of the tall ceiling. There were worn marks from frequent use on the stairs opposite the front door, leading to the second floor of the cabin.
The creak of the fridge door opening startled you from your observations. Toby's head was peering into the fridge. "What'd you want? We've got gross pulp juice or flat cola?"
Not particularly your favourite choices in the world.
"Oh, there's some redbull cans- never mind their Bri- uh. My roommates." You were practically telepathic thanks to your customer service job but you could only just make out what he was mumbling about.
"I'll just have the juice, thank you" He hummed in agreement as he pulled out two glasses and poured you both a glass of the bulb orange juice.
He went around the other couch sitting down and leaning over to place your drink on the rackety table.
As he drank his eyes never left you, as if trying to soul search you. Under such intensive eyes you picked at the ends of your shirt, an odd habit you picked up during your time at school.
"So, do you live here alone?" Another habit of yours rose to the surface, filling the awkward silence. A habit you picked up at work.
"No, i have roommates"
He literally just mentioned it. Ugh you idiot, honestly.
"Right, you did mention that. Sorry" You quickly reached forward to grab your cup, raising it quickly to your mouth.
He laughed a bit, more like chuckled at your misfortune before muttering 'it's fine'.
"So why're you walking the trail you know before you got lost?" He emphasised the lost part as if he knew you weren't really. You gulped uncomfortably.
"I wanted to clear my head, walk with nature- that kinda thing." He raised an eyebrow questioningly.
"Walk with nature? What the hell does that even mean" You scoffed.
Clearly this guy hadn't read many self care books.
"You know, like to get away from what's bothering you" He shrugged nonchalantly and placed his empty cup down.
"I usually try to get away from the forest with all my problems" You somewhat snorted, also placing your half drank cup down.
A surprisingly easy quiet washed over you both. You were finally able to fully take in the fidgeting man in front of you.
He really was quite attractive. His hair had the slightest curl to it and he had the nicest eyelashes. His jawline too was perfect for his face. Not to mention his build too, he clearly had a runner's body but slightly more muscles in his arms, he- he was smirking too. He definitely saw you check him out. Opps.
"Would you like to share?" His voice jolted you out of your embrassing trance, you only just managed to not let it show.
"Share what?" He stretched his arms a bit before leaning one on the back to the couch with the other one falling back next to his legs.
"Share your problems, why you were out 'with nature'" His voice held a soft yet joking tone.
"Oh uh, it was just my boss- ex boss now"
"Oh, yeah?" He sat up a bit, more interested in what you had to spill.
"Yeah, he was a bit of a dick. Fired me which majorly sucks" He let out a 'oof' sound as he blew out air in a sigh.
"Right-o that sucks, damn you're having a worse day than me" You tried not to laugh, a tight smile the result.
"Happened yesterday actually so between us, you're having a worse day so" You dramatically shrugged and he laughed along.
"Fair enough" His voice teasingly defeated.
After a bit more back and forth talking about anything under the sun for a good while. He got up grabbing both your cups and retreating to the kitchen once more, asking if you wanted a refill.
As you were about to answer, a light shone through the gaps in the curtains. Toby was frozen in place before quickly darting over to you.
He roughly grabbed your upper arm pulling you up and into him. You whimpered an 'ow' out before he forcefully pulled you away from the couch and towards the stairs.
"What the fuck, let go of me!" Your voice spiraled the more confused you got and the longer he gripped you tight.
He merely lowly grunted in response, almost pushing you up the stairs. He got you about half-way up when the door slammed open.
Two men around the same height walked in and stopped at the view of you two. The man who walked in first had dark hair, a tan jacket over a red checkered shirt. In his hand was a black and white mask.
The other man had lighter hair, an off-yellow hoodie and fingerless gloves. In his hand was a black ski mask looking hood.
They were covered in blood except their faces. The masks however were dripping in blood, most of it falling onto the wooden floor.
A scream rang through the dimly lit cabin. It wasn't until Toby's hand violently covered your both did you realize it was coming from you.
Your now muffled cries seemed to awaken the two new men out of their distraction.
"What the fuck Toby? We were gone what three- four hours and you bring a fucking stray here?" The man with the yellow hoodie angrily ran his hand through his messy hair while the other man shook his head in disbelief before collapsing down onto the couch.
"She got lost, besides she's pretty" His stuttering heightened the more the man glared at him.
"I don't care whether she Helen of fucking Troy Toby! You know the rules"
Your attempts to get free were futile, with Toby's arm wrapped around your middle and his hand covering your mouth. Your wriggling and jolting did nothing but push you into him again and again.
He grumbled under his breath before flipping you around to face him. He held both your wrists in one hand while his other wrapped around the back of your head.
You could feel the sting on your arms and neck from his harshness. Your wide eyes watering in fear and the cold air. Your jarpled words mixed together to form a barely cohert sentence. Thoughts too scattered to comprehend the situation.
Toby's eyes were blank but his bottom lip jutted out in a pout.
"Well, it seems like you are having a worse day than me huh?" You blinked in confusion.
You opened your mouth to respond when his hand shifted to your hair pulling at the roots. He pushed your head towards his shoulder. Then in a split second he smacked your head towards the hard, cold wall.

Case study
Place: A steel plant in Rourkela with production capacity - 4.5 MTPA
Date of Execution: 20th July 2019
Background:
A Steam turbine blower was to be commissioned in a steel plant by a leading EPC company, the pipelines were erected on the site and as per the Standard Operating Procedure listed by the Steel Plant Owner Company the flushing was completed with a single auxiliary pump at 1500 LPM. However, during the trial run of the turbine, the inline lube oil filters would clog very frequently and lead to halted operations.
Problem Statement:
Frequent clogging of inline lube oil filters were hindering the operations and delaying the steam turbine commissioning project
Underlying Issues:
On inspection, a root cause analysis was done and the required rate for effective flushing was calculated as 3500 LPM. The Particle contamination level was also found to be NAS 10. Hence following things were concluded:
1. The rate at which flushing was done was too low and lead to ineffective flushing, leaving a lot of debris and scale inside the pipeline.
2. Absence of a System other than the inline filters to arrest the particles which would come along with the flushing flow.
What Minimac did:
1. The calculated effective rate for flushing was 3500 LPM, but as only 3000 LPM was achievable on-site, the temperature of the fluid was increased by regular heating arrangement to bring down the required flowrate requirement to 2500 LPM.
2. Both the auxiliary pumps were employed for flushing activity and a separate filtration skid was offered which could handle the full flow volume that was getting generated.
3. Duplex type filtration housing on the lube oil return side was also provided to arrest any future debris. Subsequently, turbine governing and Heat Exchanger were also taken online to clean the system in totality.
Result achieved:
We at Minimac Systems Pvt Ltd. provide services Oil Purification, Oil Flushing, Oil Condition Monitoring that helps you reduce downtime and increase machine reliability.

Homelander being obsessed with his sister HC
Warnings: siblingxsibling implications, Homelander being such a narcissist that he falls in "love" with his own sibling, dubcon, manipulation, stalking, basically all the horrible parts of HL come out to play, MC has blonde hair and blue eyes like HL, different plot than 'All I Ever Wanted, All I Ever Needed'.
II III IV V
Cuz you know all this man wants is a family after being depraved of it from the moment he was born
He’s been alone, starved of physical and emotional comfort
HL just wants SOMEONE to call his own
And when Vogelbaum tells him that he’s not alone in the world, that he has someone in the world, he insisted that he meets this new sibling. What was Vought planning? Why was their newest supe baby sharing his DNA?
Visiting you in Vought's secret nursery, there was an immediate shock of electricity shooting through his brain Already at several months old, you could see his face clearly and gurgled happily, reaching to the young man. Homelander stamps his claim on you immediately. Whatever the scientist had planned for you, HL would intervene. Looking down at your sweet, chubby face was enough to win him over to your side
It would take over him, he’d become a man possessed. He tried to finish all of his tasks as soon as he could so that he could visit you in the nursery. You were now his top priority
His psychotic tendencies were already starting to show early on which worried many of the executives and scientist that were in charge of your well being. They decided that they would not make the same mistake twice. Adoptive parents were looked into. Homelander caught wind. He wasn't opposed, though he'd miss being able to see his little sister easily. Having two actual parents to love her was way better than being monitored and doted on by simple staff.
There were certain mandates that HL insisted on: he'd get the last say on who you went to and he had the right to visit you whenever he wanted.
His jam packed schedule made it harder to visit you regularly though. Stillwell always had him busy either with the marketing team or getting his face out there with missions and other acts of service. You were always on his mind though.
He'd send your adoptive parents mountains of presents for you and wrote you volumes of letters (though at 4 years old you were unable to read). He made sure you'd want for nothing even if your adoptive parents were already well off.
Friction arose when the occasion of your 6th birthday came up and Homelander wanted to take the day off. Madelyn refused his request, claiming that he had more important things to attend to. That was possibly the first time Stillwell was the receiver of his intimidating glower. There was nothing more important than you. Stillwell reminds him that if any of their enemies were to find out about your existence that you could prove to be a weakness to HL rather than the blessing he found you to be. Through association, he could potentially be endangering you with his visits.
Deep down, he knew Stillwell was right. The greater the hero he became, the more he'd be putting you at risk if anyone found out. So until you were old enough to protect yourself, Homelander made the painful decision to keep his distance.
For fourteen years he kept a wide berth from you, his one true weakness. In that time he climbed to the pinnacle of stardom. All of America loved him. Including you and your family.
But you didn't remember much of when you were younger. Didn't remember the bond you share with him. You admire him as the hero you know as Homelander. Not as your brother, not even as John. No, your brothers were the ones your parents had after you were welcomed into their family. Two little brothers who followed you everywhere because they were in such awe that their big sister was a supe. You flew them around, let them show you off to their friends, and protected them from bullies. They were your number one fans.
By your twentieth birthday, Homelander came across your application into the Seven that Madelyn had been hiding. While he hadn't seen you in fourteen years, he still tried to keep his information on you up to date via Vought's archives. Since you were a supe, you went to special 'doctor's appointments', but they were all Vought orchestrated to see what you were really capable of.
He watches your try-out video incessantly, marveling in the beautiful, vivacious young lady you'd become. The little girl he'd last seen was gone. Not a hint of her could be found, only the way her smile made her eyes so bright. She was charismatic with the people interviewing her. Perhaps he unblinkingly stared at her video a little too much. Not aware of the connection, Maeve pointed out how often he'd watched that video. He doesn't want to tell Maeve the truth. Stillwell's warning ringing in his ears that no one should know how the two were related. But you were a hero of your own now. Grown up and more than capable of wielding your powers to protect yourself. Reluctantly the words leave past his lips but he did take some satisfaction from the rounding of her eyes.
"This secret is not to be shared with anyone else." His fingers snatch her arm before she leaves his presence. Maeve pivots on her heels, glaring at him as she tries to wrench her arm free. This only spurns him to tighten his grip. "Do you understand? If I find out that you put her in danger because you couldn't keep your fucking mouth shut, I'll kill you."
HL does everything he could to get you into the Seven but in the end Stillwell held the last say and decided to go with Starlight. That wouldn't be the end to his obsession. Not in the least bit. Now he made it a priority to meet you. He was nervous but once you began to spout praises toward him, HL relaxed. You were excited that THE Homelander was giving you the time of day. "So you remember me?"
That caught you off guard. "Remember you?"
Those two words cause his smile to falter and something dark drop to his stomach. His mouth forms your name, your civilian name that you hadn't told him prior. "Surely. . . you remember me. . . You can't forget about your only. . ." He seemed to be losing himself in panic. You didn't understand the tears that were pooling on his lower lids as he advanced toward you and grabbed you by the shoulders. You're so shocked that you don't even make a move away from him. Just staring widely at Homelander. "I'm your brother. You don't remember me?"
Not giving you any time to reply, HL propels the both of you into the sky.
It's not easy keeping a supe held captive. But being one of the strongest on earth, Homelander managed perfectly fine.
"Don't freak out." Homelander tells you with a gentle smile, like he was warning a child. "Of course I'm gonna freak out!" Your eyes burn with what you know to be one of your shared abilities with HL, laser beams. "You literally just kidnapped me after saying you're my brother!!"
"YOU KNOW WHO I AM" His switch in personalities makes you jolt. He slams his fist into the wall behind your head. "Stop saying you don't know who I am!!"
You were strong, yes, but compared to Homelander? You knew fighting him would only result in your defeat. He drags you through his apartment until you're in his bedroom where you immediately become more frantic and resist his pulling. HL hastily grabs a box from under his bed and begins throwing several pieces of paper at you. "You don't remember any of these??!!" They're children's drawings along with a few sloppily written words. Your parents had similar drawings that you had done when you were little. You didn't remember drawing any of them though.
He's pacing his room now, muttering to himself :"I only left so you'd be safe.""Didn't think you'd forget me.""How could you forget me?""I should've known better than to listen to Madelyn."
You're looking for a way out while he's distracted. You could fly through his window, get the fuck out of there. But it would take HL mere seconds to catch up with you. While you're trying to come up with an escape plan, you can't help but notice the shuddering in his shoulders. You not remembering him truly wounded HL "I-I'm sorry Homelander-"
"John." Slowly he turns to face you once more, his eyes red from a few tears that had trickled down his cheeks. "You used to call me John." His face is utterly broken. You don't know how to handle his constantly changing moods but can't find yourself to leave. Your empathy gets the best of you when you reach down to pat him soothingly on the back. His hand springs toward your face, snatching your jaw in a bone crushing hold.
"I won't make the same mistake again. I'm not letting you go."

The sign atop the arch was painted in bright primary blue and yellow; it featured a crudely daubed image of smiling dead bodies, atop which in bold capital letters was written: ‘Corpse Market!’
A stooped cloaked figure stepped under the arch. From beneath her hood, big wide eyes looked up at the market’s many stalls. Each was decorated in that same style: vibrant colours, cheery signs, enlivened with cheerful drapes of dyed cotton. And behind the swathed smiles of drapery hung row after row of the dead.
Frost clung to the bodies; though amidst the jolly decor, you would be forgiven for thinking someone had decorated them with shining pale glitter.
The cloaked figure stopped to read a placard hung on one of the stalls. It was illustrated with a woman stepping out of a coffin and giving the viewer a big thumbs up. The text read: “Give a hard-working adventurer a raise!”
As if from nowhere, the market’s proprietor appeared.
“Greetings!” They wore a sleek black frock coat and pressed white breeches, with a blood-red neckerchief providing a pop of colour at the throat. “Are you looking for anyone in particular?
“I was told that, uh, I might be able to find my … my sister here?” stumbled the cloaked wanderer. “What- uh- what is this place?”
“Why, ‘tis as the sign says!” chirped the proprietor. “We are a market of corpses. The physical shells of bold souls who explored the dangerous highs and lows of the world. ‘To help you avoid your final rest and instead achieve new personal bests.’ That’s our motto!”
“You, um, you sell dead people?”
“In a way. It’s more that we provide resurrection services. But plenty of these mighty heroes don’t have people looking for them, sadly. Strays, you see.” The proprietor patted the frozen leg of a cadaver covered in leather and knives as they spoke. “So if you pay the costs of bringing them back, we put that cost as a downpayment against future adventuring services. So can I interest you in a rescue adventurer? You look like the bookish sort, so maybe you need a strapping defender to keep you safe?”
“I’m really only looking for one, you know, one dead person in particular.”
“Of course, you did say. A sister, was it? Let me check our records.” The proprietor produced, from the aether, a huge tome bound in tan hide of some sort. “What was her name?”
“Ava. Ava is- *was* her name.” said the wanderer, softly.
The proprietor’s eyes rolled back into their head and a sudden gust of wind rustled through the pages of the tome. The shadows in the market seemed to lengthen and the multicoloured drapery whipped around them.
“Ah.” The fell wind quelled suddenly and the proprietor’s eyes returned to normal. “I’m afraid we have no Ava currently. My deepest condolences for your present loss.”
“Oh.”
“Are you sure I can’t interest you in someone else instead? A dashing cavalier? A righteous templar? I can do you a deal on a rugged woodswoman - if someone doesn’t take her in the next few days, we’ll have to put her down. In the ground, that is.”
“What? Why?” the wanderer exclaimed, equal parts confused by and caught up in the proprietor’s spiel.
“I can only keep their souls from crossing over for so long, I’m afraid. I’m good with guiding the dead, but even I have my limits.” For a moment, the proprietor seemed very strange; their face too long and too sharp, a shriek hidden beneath their soft voice. Then they slapped the cheerful mask back on. “You know what they say: styx and stones may take my bones, but wards can barely hold me.”
The wanderer thought for a moment.
“Alright. I’ll pay for the woodswoman.”
“You will?” The proprietor’s eyes lit up.
“Yes.” said the cloaked wanderer. “After all, if Ava isn’t here … I may need help finding her.”
