A man suspected of killing his girlfriend and her unborn child and then hiding their bodies in a Wisconsin farmhouse was arrested in a Missouri traffic stop after three years on the lam, according to the Gladstone Police Department. 

Jose Eduardo Dominguez Garcia, 26, was pulled over shortly after midnight on Nov. 23 when an automated license plate reader indicated that the red Ford Fusion he was driving northeast of Kansas City, Missouri, was stolen, the department wrote in a press release. 

The driver reportedly had a number of fake ID cards on his person and gave officers several different names around 12:34 a.m. on NE Englewood Drive in Gladstone, police said.

Ultimately, police identified him as Jose Eduardo Dominguez-Garcia, 26, who was wanted on first-degree murder, murder of an unborn child and hiding a corpse charges in Missouri's Chippewa County, per the release.

Dominguez-Garcia was issued those charges on Dec. 12, 2021, after a dark-haired, pregnant corpse recovered a year earlier in an abandoned farmhouse in Wheaton was positively identified as Rosaly "Cindy" Chavarria Rodriguez, 24.

An informant reportedly told officers about the body's location during a drug investigation, per the Leader Telegram.

The corpse, found hidden in a purple suitcase on the abandoned property on Oct. 14, 2020, was found wearing a shirt that read "Sprecher's Restaurant and Pub," per NBC 15. 

Staff at the restaurant told police that Chavarria Rodriguez had worked there as a pantry cook for two weeks and was last seen there on July 2 before she stopped showing up for work and, ultimately, the corpse was found, per the Leader Telegram.

Dominguez-Garcia also worked at the restaurant, according to KMBC. He reportedly picked her last paycheck up for her on July 23, according to the Leader Telegram.

In an interview with the Reedsburg Police Department on July 23 that year, Dominguez-Garcia told detectives that he had broken up with Chavarria Rodriguez on July 4 after he learned she had been cheating on him, per the Leader Telegram. He said he knew the woman was pregnant, and that she had told him the unborn child's father was a different man. 

Investigators found Dominguez-Garcia's abandoned 2003 Volkswagen Jetta in the Wisconsin Dells area on Aug. 26, 2020, per the Leader Telegram. In the trunk, they noted fluids that indicated a decaying body may have been stored there at one point, per the outlet. 

Surveillance footage captured the same car along 2655 Highway T, in the area where the woman's body was uncovered, on July 23. 

Chavarria Rodriguez's ex-husband had reported the Peruvian national missing on July 21. 

Dominguez-Garcia is currently behind bars at Clay County Detention Center in Liberty, Missouri, jail staff confirmed to Fox News Digital. It is unclear when he will be extradited to Wisconsin to face the charges against him. 

Former Chippewa County Sheriff Jim Kowalczyk said Chavarra Rodriguez's was the only unresolved murder investigation he left before his retirement, and that he was glad to see an arrest made. 

"This has been a very long and intense investigation," Kowalczyk told the Leader Telegram on Friday. "A lot of time and effort was put into this investigation by many agencies, and as a result, he will be brought to justice." 

The former sheriff said he was surprised Dominguez-Garcia was arrested in the United States, as "all indications… led us to believe he went back to his country of origin."

But a combination of bad luck, bad debt and a bad credit score priced her out of her apartment in Bellevue, another suburb of Seattle, one of the most expensive housing markets in the country. With an eviction looming, she put her furniture in storage and began parking the sedan in a U-shaped parking lot outside a church in Kirkland. Around the country, real estate is being set aside for people like Ms. Audet in the form of parking lots. Dozens of such lots have opened in the last five years, providing a safe harbor for a growing cohort of working Americans who earn too little to afford rent but too much to receive government assistance and have turned their cars into a form of affordable housing.

For the equivalent of about $50,000, the Atto 3 SUV came with “all these goodies” like a 360-degree dash cam, two years of free charging and an extra set of winter tires. Her husband likes it so much he’s considering buying another BYD. “I’m sorry, Europe. Go home,” she said. “China has a better offer.” Her enthusiasm underscores how Chinese automakers are winning over drivers as they make major inroads into Europe’s electric vehicle market. The Hennepin County , MN, Attorney’s Office announced Dpree Shareef Robinson pleaded guilty to second-degree murder for the death of Trinity Ottoson-Smith. He will receive a sentence of 450 months behind bars, which equates to 37 1/2 years. According to the criminal complaint, on May 15, 2021, Minneapolis Police responded to a shot spotter call on the 2200 block of Ilion Avenue North. Surveillance video captured a drive-by shooting in which Trinity, who was jumping on a trampoline in the backyard of a home, was struck by the bullet. Trinity died 12 days later, KARE-TV reports. The complaint says Trinity and two other children were "directly between the shooter and the intended targets, who appeared to be three males on the side porch of the residence, dressed in dark clothing." One of the three men reportedly chased after the car, a 2014 Ford Fusion, on foot and shot back. Robinson bought the Fusion three days before the shooting. Robinson and a resident of the Ilion Avenue home who was referred to as W.J. in the criminal complaint exchanged text messages, and Robinson told him to "pop out." The two were members of rival gangs. Robinson also reportedly dated W.J.’s sister, but they broke up and she accused him of cheating on her. After the shooting, Robinson reportedly looked up how to change paint color on the Fusion, then stopped using his phone. The criminal complaint says investigators conducted a nationwide search for the vehicle, but the car "appears to have vanished." Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty said in the news release regarding Robinson’s plea, "Trinity was doing what kids should be doing in springtime in Minnesota, playing with friends and having fun outside. Mr. Robinson’s actions shocked our community and devastated her family and all who loved her. I’m hopeful his admission of guilt begins to bring some degree of closure for Trinity’s family and the community." We tend to be Ford guys, but recently have started enjoying what Hyundai/Genesis/Kia have been doing. Our current fleet consists of a 2014 Ford Fiesta ST (full bolt on, rear motor mounts, short throw kit, custom tune, straight piped, the works), a 2017 Ford Fusion Sport (little known car, but features the 2.7 Twin Turbo V6 EcoBoost, AWD, and is lowered, tuned, sway bars, etc), and most recently, a 2021 Hyundai Sonata N-Line (another little known car, it's a surprising little beast).

Aside from cars, Mat tends to be the creative of the two of us. I love to write, but this man can draw, paint, sing, and everything in between. We have three cats and a bearded dragon, and are currently in the process of building a house! That's actually why we haven't been super active lately. We just relocated several states, are waiting for our house to be done, and are working non-stop in between. I'm working hard to keep this page as active as possible, and appreciate all of you taking the time to follow us along our automotive adventures!

A big talking point lately is that AEW's roster has gotten pretty huge. One effect of this expansion is that it's a major pain in the ass for me to keep track of all the wrestlers who mainly compete on the YouTube shows. Going forward, I'll be focusing on the performers who have wrestled in the past 30 days on television or pay-per-views.

There's concern that the big stars from other major-league companies (mostly WWE) will crowd out the wrestlers who came up from the minors. That issue became more clear to me when I put together the above list. Twelve of my men's top 20 came to AEW best known for their WWE runs, and Omega made his name in New Japan. So if you expected AEW to be "the best of the rest," you're left with Darby, Eddie, Orange, Pillman, MJF, Hobbs, Garcia, and a bunch of guys in the background.

We'll have to see if this becomes a problem. I'm optimistic that AEW knows what they're doing, and wrestlers will be regularly cycled into and out of the spotlight. But WWE has conditioned wrestling fans to think that if a wrestler only appears on the C-show, then the bookers have totally given up on them. So I don't blame fans for being skeptical that AEW can find a better way. It's on AEW to prove that guys like Brian Cage, Pac, John Silver, Dante Martin, and Lee Johnson will get their day in the sun. And that's not even getting into the dozens of wrestlers that aren't listed above.

At any given time, AEW has about 16-20 active tag teams, but a lot of them are mainly on Dark and Elevation. Limiting the rankings to teams that have been on real TV in the past month gives us just twelve men's teams. Then again, that's still more than you'll see on most other wrestling shows.

I think it's important that three of the heel teams (Butcher/Blade, Quen/Kassidy, Evans/Angelico) are in Matt Hardy's stable, so it feels like Matt is begging for one of those teams to break away and turn face. The Dark Order also features three teams (Uno/Grayson, John Silver/Alex Reynolds, Alan Angels/Preston Vance), but their storyline about internal problems could break up one or more of those pairings, if not the entire faction. Interestingly, they've started to set up a feud between the entire Hardy Family Office and the sort-of reunited Dark Order, which may be where they blow off a lot of these issues.

AEW doesn't do a lot of women's matches on Dynamite and Rampage, but because of the battle royale on the 9/4 pay-per-view some of the overlooked ladies managed to make the cut.

We've seen some alliances forming in this division, which has stoked talk of introducing a women's tag team championship. However, it looks like AEW has other plans, involving a new women's TBS title to complement the men's TNT title.

I don't think the women's roster is deep enough to support any new belts. That doesn't mean I don't want a secondary title or a tag title. I do. But I'm not convinced that introducing a new title will commit AEW to actually push more wrestlers and expand the roster. That commitment is what I really want; new belts are just gravy.

I don't get the impression that Homicide and Suzuki will be sticking around for very long. Aside from them, all AEW is getting from the "forbidden door" these days is Gallows and Anderson, and all they do lately is stand in the back of Kenny Omega's entourage. These crossovers have been fun and all, but they've been more like Green Lantern/Silver Surfer than JLA/Avengers, if you get my drift.

The Dan Lambert/American Top Team storyline appears to be setting up some kind of match involving Junior dos Santos, Jorge Masvidal, Paige VanZant, and a bunch of other MMA jagoffs I can't be bothered to remember. We'll see if that actually happens, or if they just jerk around about it for another two months.

Regardless, this gives you a good sense of which wrestlers would be the "AEW Dark roster," if we treated it like a separate brand or something. It'll be interesting to check in a few months which of these names are still stuck in this category.

As huge as AEW's roster is, it's impressive that only eight wrestlers are listed here. Guevara has a match set for 9/29, and Daniels is doing a little crossover thing on Impact Wrestling. Brandi just got back from maternity leave, and while I assume she plans to get back in the ring, that remains to be seen. As for the others, it's possible some of these people have injuries or are taking time off, and the details just haven't gotten out.

The big story here is Page, who was being set up for a major run for Kenny Omega only to suddenly lose his title shot and disappear from the show. That left everyone pretty anxious for Page to get back, especially since a wave of big new stars could crowd him out of his spot. I'm sure AEW knows when Hangman is scheduled to return, but there's no way for any of us to figure it out, which is frustrating.

Trent had neck fusion surgery, which has a notoriously slow recovery time; I don't expect him to be on TV until the middle of 2022. I haven't seen any kind of timetable for Sabian or Martin, probably because there are so few details available about the extent of their injuries.

Deeb had knee surgery in March, returned to the ring in May, and went back on the shelf in July. Evidently she came back too soon, and she's still rehabbing the original knee injury. I worry about that kind of thing when I see Britt Baker (or Impact's Chelsea Green) working through a broken wrist.
